A gene coding for mannanase (manA) from Bacillus subtilis was introduced into a shuttle vector pGK12 between Escherichia coli, B. subtilis and Lactobacillus paracasei. As a result of transferring the resultant plasmid, designated pGK12M3, into three different strains, the manA gene was found to be expressed in L. paracasei as well as in B. subtilis and E. coli. In a 4 L fermentor culture, the production of mannanase by recombinant L. paracasei (pGK12M3) reached a maximum level of 5.4 units/ml in an MRS medium with a fixed pH 6.5. Based on the zymogram of mannanase, it is assumed that mannanase produced by recombinant L. paracasei is not maintained stably with proteolytic degradation. The optimal temperature and thermostability of mannanase produced by recombinant L. paracasei were also found to be different from those of enzymes produced by B. subtilis.

The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the leisons of mice produced by intraperitoneal injection of rubratoxin B. But the mice injected 3$\mu$g and 5$\mu$g of rubratoxin B showed retardation of growth, and slight swelling of kidneys. The hemorrhage in the renal cortex tubular dilation containing the desquamated epithelial cells, and adhesion of Bowman's spaces by proliferation of endothelial cells were histopathoglogically characterized in the kidneys of mice.

Ni-B 합금 도금은 여러 가지 Boron 화합물을 이용한 무전해 도금에 비중을 두고 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 전해 도금은 무전해 도금과 비교하여 욕조성이 단순하고 관리가 용이하며 하며 넓은 범위의 Boron 함량을 조절할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 낮은 Boron 함량의 Ni-B 합금층을 전기도금하여 여러 가지 물성을 연구하였다.

Background: In recent days, Taping has introduced developing to improve our muscle power and sustaining power more than a fixed idea that taping only functions for muscles and protection of the articulation. Method: This study were conducting in two weeks - 2009 September 1 to September 14 - investigating at random 24 normal adults in H university located at Jinju Korea and the result of experimentation how the application of kinesio taping and Bang-gue taping(B-GT) to rectus abdominal muscle has an effect on the improvement of abdominal muscle strength. Results: the following conclusion was drawn up: 1. As a result of each experience man and woman with abdominal muscle strength, each experience all man and woman with abdominal muscle strength(p=0.01) came out to have interrelation difference. 2. As a result of comparing B-GT with age-abdominal muscle strength, B-GT(p=0.02) came out to have interrelation difference. 3. As a result of comparing after before kinesio taping and after before B-GT with abdominal muscle strength, after before kinesio taping and after before B-GT(p=0.00) came out to have interrelation difference. Also, as a result of comparing after kinesio B-GT, after kinesio B-GT(p=0.03) came out to have interrelation difference. Conclusion: As mentioned above, this study showed how the application of kinesio taping and B-GT to affected the improvement of abdominal muscle strength.

폐 처리된 스토론튬(Sr) 페라이트를 사용하여 GHz 대역용 전파흡수체를 개발하였다. 도전손실재인 카본의 첨가에 따른 전파흡수능의 변화와 시편 제작시 제작온도 변화에 따른 전파흡수능의 변화를 조사하였다. 이와 같은 실험을 실시하여 스토론튬(Sr) 페라이트 : 실리콘 (slicone)고무 : 카본 (carbon)=80 : 13.6 : 6.4 wt%인 시편을 7$0^{\circ}C$에서 제작하여 두께 2mm인 시편에 대하여 9.4 GHz에서 -24 dB, 두께 3mm인 시편에 대하여 5.5 GHz에서 -23 dB인 우수한 전파흡수체를 개발하였다.

산성 배지에서 성장하며 mannanase를 생산하는 균으로 분리된 Bacillus sp. YB-1401과 B. amyloliquefaciens YB-1402로부터 mannanase 유전자를 각각 클로닝하고 그 염기서열을 분석한 결과 2개 유전자는 동일하게 360 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질을 코드하며 1,080 뉴클레오티드로 구성되어 있다. 아미노산 잔기 배열의 유사성을 분석한 결과 이들 mannanases는 서로 4개의 잔기가 다르며 glycosyl hydrolase family 26에 속하는 mannanase와 상동성이 높았다. 재조합 대장균이 생산하는 YB-1402 유래의 His-tagged mannanase (HtMAN1402)가 YB-1401 유래의 His-tagged mannanase (HtMAN1401)에 비해 열안정성과 산성 pH에서 안정성이 높았다. 특히 HtMAN1402는 pH 3.0에서 4시간 방치 후에도 약 50% 이상의 잔존활성을 보여 사료첨가용 효소로 사용되기에 적합한 특성을 보였다. 또한 이들 효소는 $Ca^{2+}$ 이온에 의해 열안정성이 증가하는 것으로 확인되었다.
