패션 제품의 e-CRM에 관한 연구 (제2보) -성별의 조절 효과- (A Study on e-CRM in Fashion Internet Shopping Mall -Comparing groups by gender-)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify importance of gender in dynamic relationship structure in fashion internet shopping mall and to provide marketers e-CRM marketing strategy. Out of 473 customers, 470 who had purchased fashion products in fashion Internet shopping mall were surveyed for this study. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, 1-test, correlation analysis, Structural Equation Model(SEM) using AMOS program. As the results, both men and women had ‘relationship maintenance intention’ in e-CRM. However, only women had ‘intention to discontinue relationship’, when shopping mall made mistakes to them. Also, in men's group, ‘service’ only had effect on ‘Trust’, while ‘service’and ‘financial benefit’ had effects on‘Trust’ in women's group. If women would be dissatisfied with a shopping mall, they have a strong intention to disconnect with it. Based on these results, it could be concluded that men have more tolerance for shopping mall's mistakes than women have. Therefore, the results of this study provide e-CRM marketing strategy for fashion internet marketers.

  • 국내 교량구조물의 대부분은 구조물, 자체에 의한 열화, 손상과 같은 물리적인 수명에 의하여 공용수명이 결정될 수 있어야 하지만, 이에 대한 연구가 미비하여 교량의 유지관리시 최적 유지관리 시나리오를 선정하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 최적의 유지관리 시나리오를 선정하기 위해서는 부재별 열화에 의한 상태변화 및 유지관리를 위한 보수보강 효과를 고려한 상태/성능 분석이 반드시 요구되며, 본 연구에서 제안된 상태변화모델을 기반으로 기존에 구축된 DB 및 현재 운용중인 고속도로교량관리시스템(Highway Bridge Management System; HBMS)에 LCC 분석을 접목한 시스템개선의 효과 증대를 이를 수 있을 것으로 고려된다.

  • Logistic enterprises want to be competitive enterprises in fierce logistic market and worry about the securement of discriminative competitiveness for it. The standards for the judgement of logistic industry's maintenance of competitiveness are not only economic feasibility of logistic costs but also the satisfaction of users because well-established service system for variety and enhancement of logistic needs. Some of the quality attributes sufficiently satisfy expectation of customers, but not guarantee high-quality satisfaction. Therefore, it's difficult to grasp quality attributes with the existing approach of perceived service quality. Quality attribute model suggested by Kano is widely used as the concept is accurate, there is high possibility to be used at the stage of product/service planning, and it can be easily applied. Kano model has a limitation that quality attributes are classified with mode and the differences between strong property of the quality attribute and week property in quality attributes were ignored. Therefore, Timko calculated customer satisfaction coefficient with the result of Kano's survey and effects of customer satisfaction and unsatisfaction through relations between satisfaction coefficient and unsatisfaction coefficient. The purposes of this study are to use ASC, the average of satisfaction coefficient and unsatisfaction, as the satisfaction of quality characteristics, decide the importance of quality characteristics with TOPSIS, a representative multi-standard decision-making method, and calculate strategy improvement propriety of logistic service quality.

고속도로 교량 바닥판 열화분석 및 추정 (Analysis and Prediction of Highway Bridge Deck Slab Deterioration)

  • 본 연구에서는 고속도로 교량 바닥판 747개소의 GPR 데이터를 분석하여 주요 열화인자를 도출하고, 이들을 활용하여 교량의 공용연수에 따른 교량의 손상률을 추정하였다. 바닥판의 손상률 데이터를 공용연수에 따른 영향을 최소화하기 위해 공용연수에 따른 손상률 데이터를 선형회귀분석 모형을 사용하여 보정하였다. 보정된 바닥판 손상률과 강설일수, 강설량, 동결융해일수, 동절기평균기온, 고도, 제설제살포량, 환상교통량의 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 동결융해일수와 제설제살포량이 바닥판의 손상률에 지배적인 영향이 있음을 도출하였다. 동결융해일수와 제설제살포량을 동시에 고려하여 복합열화 상황 하에서 바닥판의 손상률 차트를 도출하고, 이를 기반으로 평균적인 예상 바닥판 수명을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 고속도로 교량의 유지관리 시에 현 교량상황별로 바닥판의 열화진전 상태와 전단면 개량이 필요한 시점을 예상할 수 있는 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 국내의 유지관리 전략이 안정성 중심에서 성능중심으로 변화하고 있고, 그 기준에 맞추어 관련 제도와 법이 정비되고 있다. 성능평가에 기반한 자산관리를 도입하기 위해서는 구조물의 특성에 맞추어 성능을 평가할 수 있는 성능척도, 서비스수준 설정 등 관련 평가방법이 구체화하여야 하나 국내에서는 이러한 것들이 아직 구체화하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 유지관리 절차와 연계해서 성능평가, 생애주기 비용분석, 성능척도, 서비스수준 등 자산관리를 하기 위한 전산화 모델을 제시한다. 자산관리 모델을 수립하기 위해 유지관리 및 안전진단 등에 필요한 매뉴얼, 업무절차, 전문가의 인터뷰 등을 실시하고 자료를 분석하였다. 본 시스템은 3개 모듈로 구성하여 기존의 유지관리, 안전관리, 자산관리를 별개로 운영할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 시스템은 향후 자산관리를 도입하기 위한 공공기관의 참고자료로 활용될 수 있도록 구성하였다.

  • The characteristics of Telecommunication Industry encompass not only hardware and software but also the service aspect of them. One way to improve the industry up to the international level in terms of hardware and software as well as service aspect is to comply with tile TL 9000 standard, which was established by QUEST Forum, the group consisted of U.S. communication industry, based on the ISO 9000 Quality Management System. In this study, design, establishment, implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality system for domestic telecommunication industry are thoroughly investigated based on TL 9000 standard, with its LCM(Life Cycle Model) model and measurements. Also, Process Approach is suggested to help the industry realize the system to meet its specific needs. In addition, specific examples with the successful certification to TL 9000 standard are presented.

군수지원 분야 서비스품질 평가 및 재방문의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of the Service Quality and Revisit Intention in the Defense Logistics Support)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of improving service quality in the defense logistics support. For this, this study compares and analyzes the perceived service quality between customer(using unit) and defense logistics support unit by using SERVPERF model. Supply, military meals, and maintenance are carrying out the mission as core function of defense logistics support and also encounter with customer. In this empirical analysis, the service quality is composed of four factors, and there are significant difference in perception level of service quality between them. Also, the relationship between factors of service quality and revisit intention shows significant difference statistically, and the customer orientation and responsiveness are key affecting factors on revisit intention.

  • Queueing system with scheduled arrivals is useful in many fields where both customers' waiting time and servers' operation time (utilization) are important, and arrival time of customers is possible to be controlled. In this paper, we analyzed the operation of ship maintenance with the queueing system with scheduled arrival. Based on the model presented by Pegden and Rosenshine [8], who dealt with exponential service time, we extended the service time distributions to phase-type distribution which is able to include a wide range of real stochastic phenomena. Since most activities in the military are carried out under tight control and schedule, scheduled arrival queue has quite good applicability in this area. In this context, we applied queue with scheduled arrival to the optimal booking time decision for the ship maintenance in the navy.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify dynamic relationship structure in fashion Internet shopping mall and to present marketers to perform marketing strategy in e-CRM, focusing on trust and commitment. 473 customers who had purchased fashion products in fashion internet shopping mall had participated in the survey. Finally, 470 were used into data analysis. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and Structural Equation Model(SEM) using AMOS program. As the results, 'economic benefits' and 'service' variables had the positive effects on 'trust'. Especially, 'service' had the major effect on 'trust'. 'Trust' and 'product information quality' had the positive effects on 'emotional commitment'. 'Trust', 'economic benefits' and 'reputation' had the positive effects on calculus commitment, while contents had the negative effect. Also, 'emotional' and 'calculus' commitment had positive effects on 'relationship maintenance intention'. 'Emotional commitment' had higher effect on 'relationship maintenance intention' than 'calculus commitment'. 'Calculus commitment' had the positive effect on discontinue relationship intention when shopping mall made mistakes. The results of this study provide e-CRM marketing strategy for marketers of fashion internet shopping mall.

공동주택 재건축시기 산정연구(II) - 유지관리 비용을 이용한 열화도 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Rebuilding-Time in terms of the Apartment Housing - Focused on the Deterioration Analysis with the Maintenance Cost -)

  • Building is different from the general commodities and needs to maintain the function and performance to get the living condition. Building deterioration occurs naturally with time elapse. Deterioration reasons are various. These are physical, functional, social and second physical aspect. Building would inevitably be deteriorated and need to repair various building part and materials. It gets to arrive at repair or rebuilding time until any management activity is meaningless. It is important to decide the rebuilding time in a management cost. In this paper, it aimed at analyzing the management annual cost and provide a rebuilding time of a apartment housing with a deterioration curve model. Results of this study are as follows : Most of the building has started to deteriorate in 40 years when the performance of building downgrades to 20%. After it past about 40 years, the deterioration rate is faster than the earlier 40 years. Fourth, the rebuilding time of an apartment housing is recommended about 45 years if the building service life has 60 years.
