도시철도 차량 유지보수 정보화시스템 개발 (Development of Maintenance Information System for Electric Multiple Unit)

  • Urban transit operation corporations perform repetitive work to investigate the EMU, electric multiple unit, by some fixed maintenance cycle. The quality of maintenance work usually depends on workers' know-how. Though some information to support the maintenance work is digitalized and provided to workers, it is not great help to them because of its non systematic structure. The information includes drawings, manuals, work results, work history, fault history, etc. The maintenance workers want to access the information anytime anywhere, and make an effect to promote the efficiency of maintenance for EMU. But it is difficult to achieve that without some structured information system which is able to use in work area. So we develop maintenance information system for EMU for about 4 years from 2002 to 2005. In this paper we present the configuration and characteristics of this system, and the results of the evaluation test. We install the system in two depots, Changdong and Jichuk, belonged to SeoulMetro to evaluate its efficiency and estimate its economic benefits.

  • The purpose of the study is to derive maintenance items in dwelling unit of apartment after the liability period for defect security. In according with the Apartment Housing Management, the managers of apartment maintain facilities in public and develop a long-term repair plan. However, Apartment unit housing is a private area and is managed facilities individually by residents or owners. As the facility ages, it is necessary to derive items in dwelling unit of apartment that need to maintain performance. Therefore, this paper analyzed the history of repairing facilities through complaints about rental housing units.

  • 터빈설비 각 중요부품의 고장은 발전정지라는 큰 파급효과를 유발하며, 예기치 못한 고장으로 설비의 이용률이 감소하게 되면 막대한 경제적 손실이 발생한다. 현재 발전설비는 제작사에서 제시한 정비주기를 기준으로 보수적인 예방정비를 실시하고 있으나, 급변하는 경영환경에서 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해서는 신뢰도를 유지하면서 정비비용을 절감하는 신뢰도 기반 정비방법을 도입 해야 할 필요가 있다. 신뢰성 있는 정비주기를 선정하기 위해서는 설비의 고장이력에 대한 면밀한 분석을 통하여 고장확률을 예측해야 한다. 본 논문은 발전설비 중 터빈 각 부품들의 고장이력을 데이터베이스로 만들고, Weibull 함수를 이용하여 최적의 정비시점을 예측하며, 정비주기를 결정하는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다.

Fuel Consumption Prediction and Life Cycle History Management System Using Historical Data of Agricultural Machinery

  • This study intends to link agricultural machine history data with related organizations or collect them through IoT sensors, receive input from agricultural machine users and managers, and analyze them through AI algorithms. Through this, the goal is to track and manage the history data throughout all stages of production, purchase, operation, and disposal of agricultural machinery. First, LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) is used to estimate oil consumption and recommend maintenance from historical data of agricultural machines such as tractors and combines, and C-LSTM (Convolution Long Short-Term Memory) is used to diagnose and determine failures. Memory) to build a deep learning algorithm. Second, in order to collect historical data of agricultural machinery, IoT sensors including GPS module, gyro sensor, acceleration sensor, and temperature and humidity sensor are attached to agricultural machinery to automatically collect data. Third, event-type data such as agricultural machine production, purchase, and disposal are automatically collected from related organizations to design an interface that can integrate the entire life cycle history data and collect data through this.

  • A data base design framework for predictive a preventive-maintenance system is presented in this paper in order to effectively control machines and reduce accident rates in the workplace. The data base is designed to meet general management requirements to evaluate different maintenance strategies. There are seven data files: the equipment list maintenace pesonnel, maintenance history, maintenance specification, spare part, maintenance equipment, and maintenance schedules. Each data base file has several record based upon data acquisition.

델파이·AHP기법을 통한 유적정비 사후평가 지표 개발 (A Development of the Post-evaluation Index about Maintenance of Remains by Using Delphi and AHP Method)

  • Recently, conservation and utilization of cultural heritage has been regarded as importance. So, various research papers about maintenance of the remains have been presented in many conferences. But most of researches have focused on introduction about maintenance methods and explanation about maintenance concepts of remains. And even in case of a few papers treated post-evaluation about maintenance of the remains the criteria of the evaluation has tended to somewhat subjective. So, the purpose of this study is to show the objective post-evaluation indexes which was developed by Delphi AHP methods. This research was proceeded in two stages. First, we arranged the evaluation index in a hierarchy to be made through the analyses about references and researches about maintenance of remains. 304 evaluation articles were elicited through the process. And then, elicited evaluation articles were classified with 'conservation' and 'utilization'. Second step was to figure out importance and validity of hierarchical evaluation articles with twice questionnaire surveys. This research used interval scale to comprehend validity and AHP method to evaluate relative importance of each other articles.

  • As facilities in apartment unit by age, residents feel uncomfortable in their lives, but maintenance and management are not carried out properly. For the systematic maintenance of facilities, the derivation of facilities that require maintenance shall be preceded. This study aims to derive items that require intensive management among exclusive facilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the history of repairing facilities through complaints about the exclusive use of public rental housing to identify the cause and to derive items that require intensive management of the exclusive use of apartment houses.

  • In the strengthening of the existed reinforced concrete(RC) structures, it is required that the more rational strengthening method and the amounts of strengthening materials would be decided under the consideration of the present state of RC structures. Therefore, this study examined the strengthening effects of concrete cylinders strengthened with carbon fiber sheet(CFS). In this studying we modeled the reduction of internal forces and the initial strains of concrete cylinders as the load history over the elastic limit. From the results, it revealed that the strengthening of two layer CFS was more effective on the concrete cylinders under the action of load history such as cyclic and cracking load.

  • Recently the study related to life cycle cost analysis of railway structure consisted of a complex is proceeded covering several range, which is considering the methodology of efficiency and rationalization for maintenance and analysing long-time behavior of the structure of looking at standpoint from asset management and safety. But LCCA(life cycle cost analysis) of railway structure was almost impossible as there were not anything datum for maintenance plan, such as maintenance periods related to each of components(painting and corrosion of steel, and cracking of elements, etc)and maintenance proportion, despite of its 100-year history. According, for collecting data related to railway truss bridge, bridge record cards and testing safety papers, and researching question, etc are surveyed and classified for LCC Analysis. Especially, LCC assessment on the side of assets-maintenance considering about initial cost, maintenance cost, and indirect cost is constructed. Maintenance period and complementary measure rate are very important in maintenance. To decide maintenance period, Baysian updating method is applied.

  • 본 논문은 사전에 위치가 알려져 있는 시설물에 설치된 Wi-Fi AP에 접속한 기록을 이용하여 결정한 사용자의 위치 정보를 이용하여 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 위치 기반 서비스는 작업자의 위치 및 시간 정보를 이용하여 승강기 등 주기적 점검 및 유지보수가 필요한 시설물을 대상으로 현장 작업자의 작업 진행 상황을 관리하는 것이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 작업 스케줄 관리 방법은 작업을 위해 작업자가 시설물에 도착해야 하는 사전 스케줄된 시간과 실제 그 시설물에 도착한 시간을 기반으로 한다. 또, Wi-Fi AP 접속 정보를 기반으로 한 위치 결정 및 시간 정보를 기반으로 한 작업스케줄 관리의 가능성을 보이기 위해 본 논문에서는 주기적 점검 및 유지보수가 필요한 승강기 유지보수 분야에서 적용할 수 있는 실험적 구현을 일부 하였다. 실험적으로 구현한 결과는 본 논문에서 제안한 방법이 시설물의 점검 및 유지보수 관련 분야에 활용될 수 있음을 보인다.
