Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine attitudes of middle-school students toward happiness, suicide, and factors associated with suicide. Methods : A self-administered questionnaire was used in a cluster sample of 1,319 middle-school students (male 793, female 526). Data were obtained on a wide range of constructs regarding their attitude towards happiness, suicidal ideation and attempts, and factors associated with suicide. Results : Middle-school students choose 'love within family' as most important factor for their happiness. Subjective mental health status was mostly associated with happiness. Subjects in lower socioeconomic status tended to respond their mental health status was not good and have more suicidal idea. 48.7% of subjects had permissive attitudes toward suicide, especially, girls. However, 65.0% responded that suicide was preventable problem. Compared to older people, middle-school students perceived that environmental factors were more important than innate and personal factors for suicide. Conclusion : Results of the study indicate that middle-school students have permissive attitudes toward suicide, but positive attitudes for the prevention of suicide. This suggest that education in these age group could be effective for the prevention of suicide. Also, approaches to suicide prevention programs should be developed based on the family intervention. Especially, we should care about girls and adolescents in lower socioeconomic status.

The purpose of this study is to examine ways to vitalize cause related marketing (CRM) by proposing character T-shirts The campaign will employ Neo-Pop art, a genre popular with both companies and consumers. Study results are as follows: First, campaign T-shirts on the issue of human alienation resulting from digitalization can be utilized to generate financial profit that can be returned to society. This can lead to the acts of exchange for profit generation, public image improvemen of companies, and enhancement of their external status. As for the non-financial aspect, the campaign could lead to increased awareness of social issues and present opportunities to take actions of improvement. Second, the financial objective of character T-shirts dealing with environmental issue of sustainability involves brand distribution network support and revitalization of promotion such as shopping basket of love and eco-friendly store matching program for eco-friendly campaign. As for the non-financial aspect, it can help raise consumers' awareness of cause related activities such as crowd funding and fundraising and prepare opportunities of direct participation. Third, the financial objective of character T-shirts dealing with natural disaster relief activities on the global level involves brand recognition level increase and enhancement of positive association of companies through emergency relief and articles support as a result of drastic increases in casualties from nature disasters. As for the non-financial aspect, it can induce people's participation in relief activities and lead to the establishment of crisis response procedures. The information on the development of pop-art character T-shirts proposed in this study is expected to be used as basic information on cause marketing of fashion companies in the future, while providing inspiration to related fashion design.

Mehndi, becoming a kind of body fashion in western advanced countries nowadays, is a exquisite, classical fashion form sublimated to traditional faith, medicine and designing art. As one of the cultural arts, especially transmitted by women, a individual tradition of the way how to do the mehndi and the design has been handed down from one culture to another over a thousand of years and it is extensively using in many area, all around world today. Mehndi was used as preparing for special events or celebrations in India, Africa, Central Asia in order to pray for happiness, good luck and calm hart 5000 years ago. Especially, it is concerned with romantic love or a wedding and takes important part of a traditional wedding reception and bride adorning in the culture of Hindu or Islam. In addition to adorning skin, mehndi has various symbols, meaning, function, that is, as a speechless language, in several cultures, it has common meaning such as attraction, protection, celebration. The design of mehndi has been in harmony with the figure, colors, skin types of the dress or the ornament. According to the region, religion, design, mehndi is divided into the design of India and Morocco mostly. Indian design mainly shows flowers and paisley pattern, people widely recognize this design to celebrate and adorn bride in wedding ceremony, still apply mehndi the present time. Moroccan mehndi design, representing North Africa, characterized a bold geometrical figure which stands for belief in living under the protection from supernatural power. Through the understanding of these various meaning, function, symbolism of the design, adorning their body, the current general public use mehndi as not only aesthetic means but also another self expression.

This study was the effect of depression, anxiety, stress on suicidal ideation for some of the elderly living in the Youngdong county. Then it establishes alternatives for elderly suicide prevention and community improvements to help improve the quality of life of the elderly. For this study, a random sampling of 367 people aged sixty or older living in the eleven villages in Youngdong county participated in a survey. As a result, depression, anxiety and stress affects suicid in the positive direction. The correlation between depression, anxiety, stress, and suicidal ideation was significant. The relationship between depression and anxiety was highest and the probability is less than 0.05. As an alternative to the Elderly Suicide Prevention, First, mental health census and management for elderly, Second, a need to provide jobs for the elderly. Third, it requires a tight safety net of health and safety officer with reinforcements. Fourth, there is a need for enhanced recognition of life-love.

In this study, We found out that bibliotherapy program for university student has its strong point and effectiveness. The result of this study are follows: 1) bibliotherapy program is a safe method which covers the advantage of group psychotherapy and make up for the disadvantages. 2) significant changes in imitational behavior, cohesion and acceptance of reality suggest the necessity of bibliotherapy program that focuses on university career. 3) In light of the gloomy reality of young people, the fact that university students discuss love and hope for romance was meaningful phenomenon. It is necessary to study the after reading activities that can enhance the effectiveness of the bibliotherapy program and the specific topics and media that is needed by universities. The study is an approach that is widely available in university and will be the first step to establish the professional direction for bibliotherapy program.

The Therme Vals is a hotel and spa which combines a complete sensory experience designed by Peter Zumthor. This study aims to find emotional design approaches of the Therme Vals through references, observation from site visit, interview and discussion related to this topic. This space was designed for visitors to luxuriate and rediscover the ancient benefits of bathing. The combinations of light and shade, open and enclosed spaces and linear elements make for a highly sensuous and restorative experience. The study observed the emotional design characteristics of the Therme Vals through space approach, aesthetic and experiential sides. For space approach side, emotional experience in gradual process to approach the space was mentioned, for aesthetic side, mystical combination of light, stone and water was observed, for experiential side, 5 senses experience and space programing for adjusting the density of the space were observed. This study found that the spa has the quality of spiritual, soul-touching delight like religious experience. The fascination for the mystic qualities of a world of stone within the mountain, for darkness and light, for light reflections on the water or in the steam saturated air, pleasure in the unique acoustics of the bubbling water in a world of stone, the ritual of bathing-all these notions were explained in Peter Zumthor's construction details. In the result of the interview and discussion, people love the space and praised it highly for the emotional design regardless of space experience, age, sex or ethnicity. Emotional design approaches based on human nature, materiality, and memory of the places is more powerful than other emotional design ideas with technical devices, special themes, digital effects, vivid colors and shapes.

This study examined reasons for marital satisfaction among men and women, and explored how sources of marital satisfaction varied with gender. Data were drawn from a sell-administered questionnaire study in which 173 married people residing in Seoul participated. Although the majority of both men and women in this study were at least somewhat satisfied with their marital life, men were, on average, more satisfied with their marriage than were women. Content analysis of reasons for marital satisfaction, obtained through an open-ended question, revealed that both men and women mentioned most frequently as their sources of marital satisfaction in this order: spouse, family, and children. However, while a large proportion of men's reasons for satisfaction concerned spouse, particularly affective relationship with their spouses, women's reasons indicated more diverse sources of marital satisfaction, including spouse, family, children, stability of living and of economy. Analysis of specific reasons for satisfaction in each source revealed that marital satisfaction was intimately connected with one's experience of happiness, love, stability, harmony, and peace, and that respondents experienced such positive emotions, leading to marital satisfaction, not only through relationship with their spouses, but also through other sources, such as children, family members, and respondents themselves. Moreover, good personality and health of spouse, family members, and children were frequently cited as reasons for marital satisfaction, and these reasons were more common among women's responses. Based on these results, both universal and cultural characteristics of marital satisfaction were considered, and gender differences in satisfaction with marital life were discussed. Finally, implications for clinical social work practice from this study were provided.

San-he-ming-zhu-bao-jian-quan-zhuan(三合明珠寶劍全傳), this work is characterized as follows: First of all, San-he-ming-zhu- bao-jian-quan-zhuan's charaters appear equally, the readers feels familiar. this work is formed a universal consensus. Ordinary people must empathize about xia-yi(俠義) and retribution, this work was well represented. Because the readers would have liked to this story. It was an intimate relationship between China and the Joseon Dynasty(朝鮮) all the way, The Joseon Dynasty imported books and the products of civilization. High official, official interpreter, woman loves the classic Chinese novel. The classic Chinese novel was transcribed, published, translated into a book. San-he-ming-zhu-bao-jian-quan-zhuan were introduced in the Joseon Dynasty, Sungkyunkwan(成均館) University holds one version. This work is being compromised, many missing words. Domestic holdings are rare. San-he-ming-zhu-bao-jian-quan-zhuan is a novel of chivalry, the character are classified into the chivalry, negative hero, person of affection, fantastic figure. This work is centered around Majun(馬俊). Maluanying(馬鸞英) is the heroin, seen as the classic case of overcoming adversity. Quzhongcheng(屈忠成) is the prime minister, negative figure, he fight with the chivalry, was defeated at the end. Liuxu(柳絮) is person of affection, overcoming adversity, marries the two lady, has a heroic side. Fantastic figure is more enriching the contents of the work, is Buddhist and Taoist figure, serves as the positive and the negative role. San-he-ming-zhu-bao-jian-quan-zhuan is a similar assessment on Zheng-chunyuan(爭春園)'s character and plot, But Liuxu's love story is strengthened. Therefore, continued research is needed for this work.

Since the arrival of Chinese immigrants in the 1850s, many Euro-American writers tended to project their fears, contempt, desires and fantasy onto the Other race and perceived Chinese Americans in stereotypes-dangerous villains, unassimilated aliens, quiet and passive servants, sexually submissive women, or seductive prostitutes. However in the 1970s and the 1980s Euro-American novels expressed varying attitudes towards Chinese Americans. Many earlier EuroAmerican writers began portraying positive characterizations of Chinese Americans. The purpose of this study is to examine the ways one of the Euro-American writers, Howard Fast characterized Chinese Americans in The Immigrants. Part of the novel concerns a Chinese American family. Fast gave a favorable portrayal of Chinese Americans. Unlike many Euro-American novelists who dealt only with Chinese American villains and prostitutes and view Chinese Americans as the lowest class of American society, Fast, on the other hand, portrayed Chinese Americans as law-abiding and useful citizens. Thus, I will discuss how Howard Fast subverted the familiar negative characterization of Chinese Americans and placed Chinese American experiences in the context of American immigration history. Many white Americans tended to notice only the lurid and sensational aspects in the Chinese American community. They seldom regarded Chinese Americans as people with homes and families and seldom saw Chinese Americans as individuals, as human beings with feelings, pain, and joy. To counter this racist view, Fast described the family life of Chinese Americans and depicted Chinese Americans as individuals with a full range of human emotions and with strong family and cultural ties. Though Fast debunked some myths about Chinese Americans, he also reinforces other stereotypes or some stereotypical illusions about them. In conclusion, I'll demonstrate Fast's work remains an incomplete representation of Chinese Americans.

Objectives Lee Je-Ma's Sasang-philosophy that was discussed in Donguisusebowon is Maeumron and Qi-philosophy. Sasang-philosophy has a direct origin to Mencius, which discusses the Maeumron of Confucianism. Therefore the relationship between Maeumron of Donguisusebowon and Mencius Chapter 3 will be examined. Methods Materials and references were collected about the literature survey. Lee Je-Ma's books such as Donguisusebowon, Gyeokchigo and a book of Confucianism including the Mencius. Results and Conclusions Hoyeonjiqi in 'Sadanron' of Donguisusebowon encompasses the Qi of metaphysical personality and physiological Qi, and it can be seen that it is the Qi that fuses body and mind together. Benevolence, righteousness, propriety and wisdom are directly linked to the personal mind of Sasangin. Unlike the mencius's four clues of virtue, the Sadan is discussed in terms of the large and small organs in four constitution such sa lungs, spleen, liver, and kidneys. Next, In the relationship between Taesim of 'Whoakchungron' and greed of Mencius, if discuss a relationships between 'I understand language' and Taesim, Deceptive speech connects with the dogmatism of Soeumin, Licentious speech connects with indulgence of Taeumin, Crooked speech connects with laziness of Soyangin and Evasive speech connects with selfishness of Taeyangin. Also in the relationship between taking delight gladness without real cause idleness arrogant and Taesim, taking Delight connects with the dogmatism of Soeumin, Gladness without real cause connects with selfishness of Taeyangin, Idleness connects with laziness of Soyangin, and Arrogant connects with indulgence of Taeumin. The next thing, people of Four types of 'Gwangjeseol' coincide with Mencius. Also Love benevolence and enjoy goodness, Envy benevolence and jealous talent in the 'Gwangjeseol' are able to find the source directly in Mencius.
