China's e-waste enterprises can decompose 150 million sets of e-waste every year, but in fact, only about 50% of the e-waste goes into formal recycling due to the informal recycling of individual small businesses. The purpose of this paper is to put forward the method for users to improve the reuse times through regular e-waste recycling enterprises. This paper constructs the evaluation factors of reuse logistics service through prior research. Exogenous variables are mainly composed of the management system, economics, resources, policies, social perspectives, and service quality. In addition, the authors choose intention to reuse as an endogenous variable. A total of 335 questionnaires were collected to conduct the research with the structural equation modeling. The results reject the hypothesis that economics, resources, and social perspectives have a positive impact on reuse. On the contrary, management systems, policies, and service quality have a positive impact on reuse. Implications were suggested in the last part of the research.
With the change of diverse business environments, the need for the third party logistics(3PL) is strategically considered for securing core abilities of manufacturers' own business. Most manufacturers are willing to have Win-Win relationship with the 3PL companies, instead of working with 3PL companies only for the purpose of reducing costs of logistics. This study has intentions to analyze determination factors of the distribution partnership which influence manufacturing firms within Gyeongsangbuk-do province and effects of partnership which exert an favorable influences on their outcome. With regard to the determination factors, it is found that determination factors consists of shipping quality, crisis management and possession of resources. And for the effects, saving logistics cost, improvement in service quality and strengthening the distribution partnership are included. This study intends to suggest helpful guidelines to business managers who seek a solution for more efficient logistics service.
현재 국내 물류부문은 산업 전반의 정보화 추세에 따라 물류정보화에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 대다수의 물류업체들은 물류 프로세스의 비효율성, 물류 유통단계의 과다, 높은 공차 율, 경쟁 제한적 제도등의 문제점으로 인하여 영세성을 벗어나지 못하고 있으며, 고객이 원하는 수준의 물류서비스를 제공할 만한 사회적 인프라나 정보 기술 능력을 갖추지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 영세한 물류업체들이 대형 물류업체나 해외 물류업체들에 대한 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 현재 기업체들이 제공하고 있는 서비스의 품질과 동등 혹은 그 이상의 서비스를 제공할 수 있어 야 한다. 그러나 이는 현실적으로 매우 어려운 일이다. 본 논문에서는 그러한 영세 물류업체들이 위치기반 서비스(Location Based Service: LBS)와 물류정보 송수신 서비스를 웹 기반의 ASP(Application Service Provider) 서비스 형태로 제공받아 경쟁력 향상과 고객서비스 품질을 개선할 수 있도록 SMS와 GPS를 차량 상태정보 및 위치관제 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.
Purpose - Despite the importance of price, many companies do not implement pricing policies smoothly, because typical price management strategies insufficiently consider logistics efficiency and an increase in logistics costs due to logistics waste. This study attempts to examine the effect of product line pricing, which corresponds to product mix pricing, on logistics efficiency in the case of manufacturer A, and analyzes how logistics performance changes in response to these variables. Research design, data, and methodology - This study, based on the case of manufacturer A, involved research through understanding the current status, analyses, and then proposing improvement measures. Among all the products of manufacturer A, product group B was selected as the research object, and its distribution channel and line pricing were examined. As a result of simulation, for products with low loading efficiency, improvement measures such as changing the number of bags in the box were suggested, and a quantitative analysis was conducted on how these measures influence logistics costs. The TOPS program was used for the Pallet loading efficiency simulation tool in this study. To prevent products from protruding out of the pallet, the maximum measurement was set as 0.0mm, and loading efficiency was based on the pallet area, and not volume. In other words, its size (length x width) was focused upon, following the purpose of this study and, then, the results were obtained.
