  • This study examined the effect of beauty service location characteristics and service quality on customer satisfaction and revisit intention, and analyzed the gender control effect of location characteristics and service quality in the relationship with customer satisfaction. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was employed and analysis was conducted to investigate how location characteristics and service quality in beauty service encounters effects customer satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows. First, visibility, which is a location characteristic, was found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, professionalism and convenience, which are service qualities, were found to have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Third, customer satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on the intention to revisit. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the gender control effect in the relationship between location characteristics and service quality with customer satisfaction, the gender control effect was found in all factors.

농촌자연마을의 지명어와 입지특성에 관한 연구 -통합청주시 미원면을 중심으로- (The Geographical Language and Location Characteristics of Rural Settlements focused on Miwon Myeon in the Integrated Cheongju City)

  • This paper is to research the geographical language and location characteristics of 126 rural settlements focused on Miwon Myeon in the Integrated Cheongju City. The main results are as follows : Firstly, the geographical languages of 126 settlements are classified and categorized in the order of nature (91units, 72.22%), manmade and location related(35 Units, 27.78%). The geographical languages of nature, quite much in comparison with the others, are also classified into 39 'mountain', 46 'valley', and 6 'stream' units in location characteristics. Secondly, the geographical languages of nature have 46 'valley' units, much in comparison with the others. The open circular valleys are extended from Miwon Ri of town center to Gubang Ri along route 19. The closed valleys are placed in the west and north band of town center with a background of mountain range. The 46 'valley' units are distributed widely throughout these places. Thirdly, The geographical languages of 39 'valley' units except original 7 'valley' units are categorized with the secondary 'mountain'(rock and topography related), 'stream', 'manmade', and 'location related'. And so in considering the location characteristics of rural settlements, we will have to grasp the another meaning of the geographical language.

아파트 입지특성별 분양전략과 주택선택행동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Apartment Housing Sales Information and Housing Choice Behavior according to Housing Location in Pusan)

  • This study attempts to find out the characteristic of apartment housing sales information and housing choice behavior according to housing location. For this purpose, the apartment housing sales information in newspaper advertising was investigated and analyzed by advertising appeals to clarify the phenomenon of apartment housing sales and the components of home environmental quality according to housing location in Pusan. Then the field survey has been carried out based on 176 households living in Pusan. The major findings are as follows: 1) The components of home environment through AAs were divided into three categories of appeals: residential area, site area and dwelling unit area. 2) Apartment housing developments were differentiated according to period of development and occupancy scales according to housing location. 3) The results of field survey showed users' housing location. 4) The characteristics of apartment housing sales information according to housing location were revealed those characteristic were concentrated on the category of residential area than site area or dwelling unit area. But in housing choice behavior, the characteristics of housing location appeared in all categories of home environment. Therefore, for better apartment housing development and planning, the characteristics of housing location need to be considered more actively.

농촌 생활SOC 사업의 입지 적합성 평가 - 국민체육센터를 중심으로 - (Location Suitability Assessment of the Living SOC Project in Rural Areas - Focusing on the Sports Center -)

  • This study aims to evaluate the location suitability of the Living SOC Project in rural areas. For the assessment of location suitability, we applied location efficiency and location equity, respectively. One hundred sixteen national sports centers in 57 rural areas are selected as the target of analysis. The location efficiency and location equity in each sports center revealed a large gap between facilities. The location suitability evaluation results examined in 57 rural areas were similar to those analyzed at individual facilities. The correlation between the location suitability results and rural characteristics was weak. Also, location efficiency and location equity have a fragile relationship. In the light of these results, the location of the sports center, whose supply has been confirmed in rural areas through the Living SOC project, does not consider regional characteristics actively. In addition, it is difficult to say that the location efficiency and location equity of sports centers have been proactively estimated. Therefore, breaking away from the performance-oriented policy and switching to a lifestyle SOC supply policy based on the pre- and ex-post location evaluation system is necessary.

A Study on the Decision Factors and Satisfaction of SMEs

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of store occupancy based on the rental characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) renting buildings across the country, and to analyze the satisfaction level after opening. Research design, data and methodology: The study conducted an empirical survey through questionnaires targeting individual business owners, corporate representatives, and executives and employees nationwide, including Seoul, Gyeonggi, and other metropolitan areas and provincial cities. Results: In this study, the most important factor that SMEs consider when deciding whether to rent a commercial building or office is financial characteristics, followed by management characteristics, location characteristics, building characteristics, and facility characteristics. In addition, management characteristics were found to have the greatest impact on rental satisfaction of SMEs, followed by financial characteristics, building characteristics, and location characteristics in order. Conclusions: Since the lessor cannot immediately improve the location characteristics or building characteristics, in order to increase the rental satisfaction of small and medium-sized businesses in a relatively short period of time, it is necessary to improve managerial characteristics such as prompt civil complaint handling and clean management of the building. In addition, it is analyzed that if the factors that can reduce the burden on the tenants are found in advance and reflected in the financial characteristics, the satisfaction of the tenants can be increased.

장애물이 위치 추정 시스템에 미치는 영향을 고려한 위치 보정 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Location Correction Algorithm considering effects of obstacles on location estimation system)

  • 기존에 환경특성을 활용한 보정방법은 각각의 환경(NLOS/LOS) 특성에 대한 데이터베이스를 구축하고 보정 시, 환경에 대한 판단이 내린 후 해당 데이터를 활용하여 보정한다. 하지만 환경에 대한 판단을 내릴 수 없는 경우 기존 방식의 사용은 오히려 오차를 증가시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 UWB 기반 위치추정시스템을 활용하여 실내환경에서 어떤 환경인지 판단을 내릴 수 없는 경우에 사용할 수 있는 위치추정시스템보정 알고리즘을 제안한다. 시스템의 특성을 관찰하기 위한 참조위치를 선정하며, LOS환경에서 위치추정시스템의 특성과 NLOS환경에서의 장애물에 따른 위치추정 시스템의 특성을 조사하고 두 특성을 결합하여 이동객체의 위치정보를 보정하는 데이터로 사용한다. 제안하는 위치보정 알고리즘을 적용하여 측정된 객체의 위치 정보를 보정함으로써 위치 정확도가 향상됨을 관찰할 수 있었다.

운영부동산 유형별 리츠자산의 입지특성 분석에 관한 연구 (A study on the Analysis of Locational Characteristics of REITs Assets)

  • 리츠는 부동산 운용과 매우 밀접한 관련이 있으나, 그동안 리츠자산 입지를 분석한 선행연구는 부재하다. 이에 본 연구는 리츠자산들의 공간정보를 활용하여 그 입지특성을 규명하고자 리츠자산의 입지특성을 두가지 측면에서 분석하였다. 첫째, 리츠자산이 분포하는 도시 유형특성을 분석하였고, 둘째, 리츠자산이 분포하는 용도지역 특성을 분석하였다. 유형별 리츠자산이 분포하는 도시특성을 분석한 결과, 수도권의 경우, 리츠자산 입지도시 비율과 리츠자산 입지강도(도시당 리츠자산개수) 모두 광역시>대도시>중소도시 순의 도시 위계별 입지특성이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 비수도권의 광역시와 대도시의 경우, 리츠자산 입지도시비율이 수도권과 유사한 경우도 있으나 리츠자산 입지강도는 수도권 대비 현저하게 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 유형별 리츠자산의 분석결과, 주택리츠 자산은 구도심 상업지역과 신도심 주거지역에 입지경향이 강하고, 오피스리츠 자산은 서울시 특정 상업지역에 입지가 편중되는 특징이 있으며, 리테일리츠 자산은 구도심 역세권 핵심 상업지역 중심으로 입지하고 있다. 그리고, 물류리츠 자산은 권역내 물류 핵심거점 도시를 중심으로 관리지역 입지경향이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

가구의 거주지역 및 인적 특성요인이 주거입지 선호에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Residential Area and Personal Characteristics of Households on the Preference of Residential Location Factors)

  • 본 연구는 수도권, 부산 경남 및 대구 경북 지역에 거주하는 가구를 대상으로, 가구의 거주지역 및 인적 특성요인이 주거입지 선호에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 가구의 거주지역 및 인적 특성요인이 개별 주거 입지요인의 선호도에 미치는 영향에 대한 다중회귀분석 결과를 통해, 개별 입지요인별로 가구의 거주지역 및 인적 특성에 따라 입지요인의 선호도가 차별적으로 나타나고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째로, 주거 입지요인이 가구의 거주지역 및 인적 특성에 미치는 영향에 대한 이항로짓분석 결과를 통해, 역시 가구의 거주지역 및 인적 특성에 따라 선호하는 입지요인이 차별적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 가구의 거주지역 및 인적 특성과 입지요인은 상호적으로 영향을 미치고 있으며, 각각의 특성에 따라 차별적인 영향을 주고 받는 것으로 판단된다.

저속 WPAN에서 수신신호세기의 Vector Matching을 이용한 위치 인식 방식 (Location Awareness Method using Vector Matching of RSSI in Low-Rate WPAN)

  • Recently, RFID/USN is one of fundamental technologies in information and communications networks. Low-Rate WPAN, IEEE802.15.4 is a low-cost communication network that allows wireless connectivity in applications with limited Power and relaxed throughput requirements. Its applications are building automation, personal healthcare, industrial control, consumer electronics, and so on. Some applications require location information. Of course location awareness is useful to improve usability of data Low-Rate WPAN Is regarded as a key specification of the sensor network with the characteristics of wireless communication, computing, energy scavenging, self-networking, and etc. Unfortunately ZigBee alliance propose a lot of applications based on location aware technologies, but the specification and low-rate WPAN devices don't support anything about location-based services. RSSI ( Received Signal Strength indication) is for energy detection to associate, channel selection, and etc. RSSI is used to find the location of a potable device in WLAN. In this paper we studied indoor location awareness using vector matching of RSSI in low-Rate wireless PAN. We analyzed the characteristics of RSSI according to distance and experimented location awareness. We implemented sensor nodes with different shapes and configured the sensor network for the location awareness with 4 fixed nodes and a mobile node. We try to contribute developing location awareness method using RSSI in 3-dimension space.

GIS의 도파관 특성을 고려한 절연결함 위치판정에 관한 연구 (A Study for the Fault Location of Insulation Defects considering Waveguide Characteristics in GIS)

  • A study for discharge pattern analysis partial and fault location by use of UHF sensors in GIS. However, in the latter case, the results considered the velocity of EM waves modified by the waveguide characteristics of GIS bus bar were not reported yet. In this paper, UHF wide band sensor to detect partial discharge signals have been designed and manufactured to get the widest band characteristic by an application of Fat-Dipole UHF antenna and the result that the transmission velocity of EM waves is 2/3 of the light have been got through the consideration of waveguide characteristics. Also, to verify applicability on site of the developed method, self-designed external type UHF sensor have been installed on operating GIS in Korea Midland Power co. and detected location of the fault. Through the fault have been found at the location, the reliability of the developed method have been proved.
