The differentiation of this study is largely based on the above discussion. First, I would like to examine the main factors that affect the image of the local government's special transport agencies in terms of users and suggest strategic options for promoting the local government's special traffic. Second, a public service approach is very necessary considering the concept of new public transport such as local government special transport, individual use experience and social impact. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the characteristics of local government special traffic through the five important factors of the service quality which are not capable of objectively measuring the characteristics of the service.

This study was conducted to investigate the degree of visitors' expectation and satisfaction with foodservice qualities in the rural theme villages. The subjects were 210 participants in the rural theme villages of Gyeongsangbuk-do. The results of this study consisted of three major parts: sociodemographic characteristics, visitors' visiting behavior, the analysis of visitors' expectation and satisfaction. 98.8% of the subjects were accompanied by children and most respondents had the intention of revisiting. The foodservice qualities with the highest expectation scores were 'food freshness' (3.76 point) and those with the highest satisfaction scores were 'friendly employee' (4.14 point). According to the overall attributes, visitors' satisfaction was higher than expectation. 'Food taste' and 'Local food' were the relatively most important attributes for overall satisfaction in the rural theme village.

본 연구는 지속가능한 축제품질 척도 개발 가운데 축제 서비스품질 척도를 개발하여 결과변수인 축제만족, 행동의도 간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 축제 서비스품질의 구성요인은 편의성, 정보성, 친절성, 운영성, 외형성이다. 척도의 개발의 목적은 축제 서비스는 대규모 집객환경에서 제공되는 서비스로 다양한 축제콘텐츠가 연행되는 가운데 대인서비스가 제공되고 있으므로 이와 같은 상황을 반영한 새로운 측정도구를 개발하기 위함이다. 본 연구에서는 척도를 개발하기 위한 분석의 틀로써 축제 서비스품질과 관련된 183편의 선행연구를 탐색하여 5개의 구성요인을 도출하였고 후속적 문헌연구를 통해 축제 서비스품질 척도를 개발하였다. 개발된 척도를 실무적으로 검증하기 위해 "화천산천어축제"에 참여한 방문객을 표본 집단으로 이용하였다. 분석결과, 축제 서비스품질 구성요인 가운데 정보성, 친절성, 운영성이 축제만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 축제만족은 행동의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기존의 선행연구들과 달리 축제의 서비스적인 측면만을 고려하여 우리나라 지역축제의 서비스를 평가하기 위한 척도를 개발하여 실무적으로 검증하였다. 이로써 지역축제라는 특수한 환경에서 제공되는 대인 서비스를 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 세분화된 축제품질 측정의 토대를 마련하였다.

본 연구는 지속가능한 축제품질 척도 개발 가운데 축제의 기초품질 척도를 개발하여 결과변수인 축제애착, 축제만족, 행동의도 간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 축제 기초품질의 구성요인은 기반성, 유대성, 열정성, 주제성, 문화성이다. 척도의 개발의 목적은 축제의 기반환경인 축제적 토양에 대한 평가를 통해 축제의 지속가능성을 진단할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 언론기사 메시지 분석을 위해 분석의 틀로써 KINDS를 이용하여 5개의 구성요인을 도출하였다. 그리고 후속적 문헌연구를 통해 축제 기초품질 척도를 개발하였고 개발된 척도를 실증분석하기 위해 "금산인삼축제"에 참여한 방문객을 표본 집단으로 이용하였다. 분석결과, 축제 기초품질 구성요인 가운데 기반성, 유대성, 문화성이 축제몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 축제애착은 축제만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 축제만족 역시 행동의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기존의 선행연구들과 달리 우리나라 지역축제의 기초를 평가하기 위한 척도를 처음으로 개발하여 실증분석을 통해 검증하였다. 이로써 축제기초를 보다 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 세분화된 축제품질 측정의 토대를 마련하였다.

This paper presents several applications of an improved estimator of the constitutive relation error (CRE) for plasticity problems. The cumulative aspect of the CRE estimator with respect to time is analyzed and we propose a first analysis of the local effectivity indexes of the CRE estimator in plasticity.

In the past, management had been done over nurses rather than nursing and this brought the existence of general manager and as a result, nurse-manager's position and role are being threatend. For the up-bringing of nursing to firm professional recognition in the 21st century, it is firmly believed that nursing managers are to be in the position to play the role of general manager with professional qualifications; personal qualities and exact understandings on the role and function of each tier group under her/his management. 124 top(3 nursing superintendents), middle-range(23 supervisors) and unit managers(98 head-nurses) from 3 university hospitals in Seoul were interviewed in order to investigate their belief in the role, professional qualifications, personal qualities as well as the strategy for the development of their leadership qualities. The frame of reference for the interview were developed by the researcher in reference to relevant literatures. It was the common belief that qualifications o[ top-managers and mid-managers require an educational background of master's preparation or higher and clinical career for at least 15 years for top-managers and 5 -10 years for mid-managers. The personal qualities required by nurse managers include; leadership, initiative, judgement, self-confidence, flexibility, open-mindedness and strong motivation. Achievment-orientedness would greatly help them become excellent managers. On the other hand, [or more effective management, managers of each teir group are to fully understand their role and perform "their job responsibilities ie. Top managers are supposed to study with emphasis on organization, function and conceptual s~ill while mid-managers concentrate their effort on the development of skills for direction, guidance and human relationship. Unit managers also supposed to have abilities to manage their function with emphasis on development of clinical performance skill, for direction on operative aspects. The strategies for the development of leadership qualities include program-planning at individual instutional level as well as local, national and international level. Nurse-managers are to be motivated and encouraged to participate in the programs in order to effectively communicate within tier groups.oups.

Recently, the number of applicants for the engineering college is gradually decreased all over the nation. Additionally, the concerns of fall of freshman scholastic ability are raised due to the incomplete high school education. Moreover, the inferior circumstance and supports drive local universities into a corner. Therefore, the local universities endeavor in order to improve the quality of basic engineering education, and study the countermeasure against the crisis. In this paper, we derive several ideas in order to enhance the basic engineering education qualities. And the enhancement plans for the basic engineering education are proposed. Results in this paper will be helpful for engineering college to enhance the basic engineering education as reference materials.

This paper examined the present status of local newspapers and their problems. It was originated from the fact that the number of local newspapers have continuously increased since 1987 when the establishment of newspaper company became convenient, and that as a result the competition among local newspapers became high and several unexpected negative out comes brought forth. The analytical focus of this parer was placed on the internal and external environments surroundings local newspapers. The results showed followings: There are too many local newspapers competing each other in the same area; Financial crises mainly caused by over-competition are critical; Ownership and business operations are too distorted to take the socially expected role of newspapers; Many newspapers are often mobilized for the political and economic purposes of the owner; Market rules and advertising inducement practices are likely to be violated because of over-competition; the morales of Journalists are decreased and work qualities are deteriorated. On the basis of these findings this paper suggested several policy implications: The structure of ownership has to be changed into a direction where a few major stock-holders cannot influence the whole business operations; Top managers have to change their business motivation from profit-seeking to profit-sharing; business practices has to be open and clean; New editorial polices attracting readers have to be established; qualified Journalists have to be recruited and they have to be retrained throughout their career life.

Damage detection is a challenging, complex, and at the same time very important research topic in civil engineering. Identifying the location and severity of damage in a structure, as well as the global effects of local damage on the performance of the structure are fundamental elements of damage detection algorithms. Local damage detection is essential for structural health monitoring since local damages can propagate and become detrimental to the functionality of the entire structure. Existing studies present several methods which utilize sensor data, and track global changes in the structure. The challenging issue for these methods is to be sensitive enough in identifYing local damage. Autoregressive models with exogenous terms (ARX) are a popular class of modeling approaches which are the basis for a large group of local damage detection algorithms. This study presents an algorithm, called Influence-based Damage Detection Algorithm (IDDA), which is developed for identification of local damage based on regression of the vibration responses. The formulation of the algorithm and the post-processing statistical framework is presented and its performance is validated through implementation on an experimental beam-column connection which is instrumented by dense-clustered wired and wireless sensor networks. While implementing the algorithm, two different sensor networks with different sensing qualities are utilized and the results are compared. Based on the comparison of the results, the effect of sensor noise on the performance of the proposed algorithm is observed and discussed in this paper.
