This paper introduces a numerical procedure to incorporate elasto-plastic local deformation effects in the dynamic analysis of beams. The appealing feature is that simple beam type finite elements can be used for the global model which needs not to be altered by the localized elasto-plastic deformations. An overlapping local sophisticated 2D membrane model replaces the internal forces of the beam elements in the predefined region where the localized deformations take place. An iterative coupling technique is used to perform this replacement. Comparisons with full membrane analysis are provided in order to illustrate the accuracy and efficiency of the method developed herein. In this study, the membrane formulation is able to capture the elasto-plastic material behaviour based on the von Misses yield criterion and the associated flow rule for plane stress. The Newmark time integration method is adopted for the step-by-step dynamic analysis.

본 연구는 지역 문화 생태계의 전제가 되는 지역문화자원에 대한 지방자치단체의 활용 효율성을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 자료포락분석(DEA)을 통해 전국 17개 광역시·도의 상대적인 효율성을 측정하였다. 이와 더불어 지역문화자원 환경 관련 산출 변수를 포함하여 '전체 효율성'을 도출하고, 앞서 도출한 '활용 효율성'과 비교하여 지역문화자원 '환경 효율성'이 지자체의 효율성 순위 변동에 미치는 영향을 추정하였다. 분석 결과, 17개 광역시·도 중 5곳의 기초자치단체들이 효율적으로 지역문화자원을 활용한 것으로 평가되었으며, 비효율적인 광역시·도의 기초자치단체들은 순기술효율성 보다 규모의 비효율이 상대적으로 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. '환경 효율성' 추정 결과, 17개 광역시·도의 '활용 효율성'과 '전체 효율성' 순위가 동일한 곳은 없었으며, '전체 효율성'의 순위 증감을 통해 '환경 효율성'의 영향을 확인하였다. 지방자치단체의 효율성 차이는 투입 변수에 전제된 인구밀도가 큰 영향을 미치기 때문에, 향후 효율성을 개선하기 위해서는 지역문화자원 활용의 주요 수요자인 지역주민 인구 추계에 따라 투입의 적정 수준을 조절해야 할 필요가 있다. 더불어 현재 지방자치단체에서 개최하고 있는 지역축제, 마을축제의 점검을 통해 비효율적인 부분을 제거하여 산출량을 질적으로 개선해야 한다. 또한 지방자치단체의 지역문화자원 효율성을 분석하고자 할 때, 환경적 산출 요인의 고려가 함께 충분히 이루어져야 한다.

In a local vibration analysis of a large steel frame, a large eigenvalue problem results. Due to computer storage and the expense of a complete solution, it is desirable to minimize the size of the resulting matrices. A new and efficient method of local vibration analysis for large steel frames is presented. It reduces the order of dynamic matrices by dynamic condensation method. Examples are given for local vibration of a plane frame. Results are compared to the complete solution of the full eigenvalue problem.

The influence of observations on the misclassification probability in multiple discriminant analysis under the equal covariance assumption is investigated by the local influence method. Under an appropriate perturbation we can get information about influential observations and outliers by studying the curvatures and the associated direction vectors of the perturbation-formed surface of the misclassification probability. We show that the influence function method gives essentially the same information as the direction vector of the maximum slope. An illustrative example is given for the effectiveness of the local influence method.

본 연구는 지역사회 애착도가 지역사회 축제 참여에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 천안지역주민을 연구대상으로 실증분석을 위해 320부를 설문조사하였고 SPSS WIN 12.0과 AMOS 4.0을 이용하여 구조 방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 정체성은 축제참여 관심도, 축제참여 정도 그리고 축제참여의도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 의존성은 축제참여 관심도와 축제참여 의도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 축제참여 정도에는 유의한 영향을 발견하지 못하였다. 셋째, 사회적 친분은 모든 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

As a result of this study, the income generation effect of local universities on the local economy through the Daranee (1976) model was found to be 110.9 billion won (direct and indirect income 78 billion won, induced income 32.9 billion won). In the case of Korea, it has been verified through a number of previous studies that local universities play a role in preventing the outflow of local talent to the metropolitan area. Considering this, it seems that the government should make bold investments to foster local universities in terms of balanced national development. This is because the movement of local talents to the metropolitan area not only undermines the growth potential of the provinces and undermines the basis for regional existence, but also creates a vicious cycle that hinders balanced national development. To break this vicious cycle, the development of local universities is very important. It is judged that the horizon of balanced national development will be opened when local universities revitalize the local economy through the government's bold investment in local universities and are reborn as entities that provide various services based on the facilities and equipment of local universities.

Purpose: In a situation where the local economy and alley economy are stagnant, efforts to revitalize the role of small business owners need a virtuous cycle system through consumers' consumption power, not just cash support. Research design, data, and methodology: The study site focuses on Daedeok-gu, the first to introduce local currency as a policy. In the case of the store survey, 254 stores out of 300 stores registered with local currency were analyzed, and the consumer survey was conducted on 1,394 out of 1,500 local people using local currency. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS. Result: As a result of time-series checking whether local economic activities are carried out smoothly due to the nature of the local currency, the average daily sales of Daedeok-gu increased by 388,980won compared to 2019. This proved through empirical research in the region that local currency played a priming role in bringing opportunities and rehabilitation to the local commercial districts and small business owners. Conclusions: In the monetary function of simply buying and selling value through payment, points supported as incentives can be used as local currency while inducing direct participation in solving social problems, and the concurrent effect of causing problem-solving and regional economic vitality began to sprout.

This paper considers the use of local $\phi$-divergence measures between posterior distributions under classes of perturbations in order to investigate the inherent robustness of certain classes. The smaller value of the limiting local $\phi$-divergence implies more robustness for the prior or the likelihood. We consider the cases when the likelihood comes form the class of weighted distribution. Two kinds of perturbations are considered for the local sensitivity analysis. In addition, some numerical examples are considered which provide measures of robustness.

This paper presents the analytical investigation pertaining to the local buckling behavior of orthotropic open section thin-walled compression members with asymmetric edge stiffeners. In the analysis, 3 different cases of the second moment of inertia are considered to find the asymmetric edge stiffener effect on the local buckling strength. The analytical study results are presented in the graphical form so that the edge stiffener effects on the local buckling strength can be easily found.

지방일간지는 기본적으로 지역발전과 주민의 복리증진과 같은 지방자치의 궁극적인 목적과 아주 밀접한 관련성을 가질 뿐만 아니라 지역의 정치와 행정에도 상당한 영향력을 미치고 있다. 우리와 같이 지방자치의 역사와 경험이 일천한 나라에서는 지역의 정치와 행정에 대한 통제메커니즘이 제대로 작동하지 않고 있기 때문에 지역언론의 역할을 새삼 강조하게 된다. 이 연구는 지방일간지와 지방자치의 이러한 관계를 토대로 지방자치 각 시기별 보도 경향성을 실증적으로 분석하여 보려는 것이다. 경향성을 파악하기 위한 수단으로 내용분석을 이용하였고 자료로 대구 경북지역에서 발간되는 ${\ulcorner}$매일신문${\lrcorner}$의 사설, 기획, 논평, 해설기사를 이용하였다. 분석결과 지방자치 각 시기별 특징적인 경향성을 찾을 수 있었고 이를 토대로 지방일간지의 바람직한 역할을 제안할 수 있었다. 특히 이 연구는 지방일간지가 지방자치의 성숙을 위하여 심층적인 분석기사와 더불어 보도 대상의 다원화를 아울러 모색해야 함을 주장하였다.
