공동주택단지 내 거주자의 거주위치와 옥외생활공간 만족도의 상관관계분석 (An Analysis of The Relation of Dwelling-Location with Satisfaction-Level in Multi-family Housing)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relation between the dwelling location and the satisfaction level, and suggest a proposal to increase the quality of the livability space. A first of this study began from public surveys conducted to gather the information of satisfaction level from 4 multi-family housing sites in Gwang-ju. The plan was to the characteristics of the LS(livability space). The poll and the observation investigation was run concurrently. The cross analysis and the frequency analysis were used to analyze the data from the questionnaires. The validity of fixed quantitative index was got through the correlation analysis between the result of former analysis and index of livability space. The result said that the dwelling location have relations with the satisfaction level. In the conclusion, this will be a suggestion of the methods to enhance equal-quality of the livability space.

돈정액의 액상 및 동결보존에 관한 연구. III. 보존액이 액상정액의 정자생존성과 수태율에 미치는 영향과 희석방법과 용기가 동결정액의 생존성에 미치는 영향 (Studies on the Liquid and Freezing storage of Boar Semen III. Effects of Dilutor on Livability and Fertility of Liquid Semen and Effects of Dilution and Vessel on Livability of Frozen Semen)

  • A, B and C dilutors were used to make Ka (A plus B (1 : 1)) and Na (B plus C(1 : 1)) dilutors in this experiment. Three aliqots of semen were respectivly diluted 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 (semen: dilutor) with Ka, Na and C dilutors and stored at 5$^{\circ}C$ for 7 days in order to study their livability during storage. Fertility was checked for the diluted semen with Ka, Na and C dilutors. Whole semen and extended semen with Na dilutos with and without DMSO were cold shocked at various temperatures for 10 min. Effects of different 1st and 2nd dilution with A, B, C and Na dilutors and of vessels on freezability of spermatozoa were investigtigated. 1. Extended semen 1 : 2 with Na and C dilutors showed highest live sperm index during storage for 7 days at 5$^{\circ}C$. 2. The components of Na dilutor per 100$m\ell$ were skim milk 2.5g, trisaminomethane 0.54g, citric acid 0.265g, glucose 2.835g, fructose 1.5g, sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.08g, penicillin 0.06g, streptomycin 0.075g, and egg yolk 10$m\ell$. 3. Fertility of diluted semen was higher than that of whole semen. Ka dilutor showed higher fertility than Na and C dilutors, and there was no difference in the fertility between Na and C dilutors. 4. Na dilutor with DMSO showed slightly higher livability than Na dilutor without DMSO during storage for 7 days at 5$^{\circ}C$. 5. Cold shock at 1$0^{\circ}C$ for 10 min. decreased greatly the sperm livalility of whole semen but not of extended semen with Na dilutor. Addition of DMSO to Na dilutor has no effect in prevention of cold shock. 6. The extended semen with C. C dilutor (1st and 2nd dilution with C and C dilutor) showed higher post-thawing sperm livability than A.A and Na. B dilutors. Na. B dilution shwed higher post-thawing sperm livability than A.A dilution. There was no difference in the post-thawing livability between semen in 1$m\ell$ straw and 10$m\ell$ aluminium package.

상업가로 활성화를 위한 보행공간의 리버빌리티 제고 (Importance of the Livability Factor of Pedestrian Space for Vitality of Commercial Street)

  • 도시생활의 거점이며, 생활의 활력과 다양성을 제공하는 도시의 상업가로의 생동감은 도시 전체의 활기 및 지역 경제 활성화에 큰 영향을 미친다. 상업가로가 활성화 되었다는 것은 보행 활성화와 관계가 있는데, 보행이라는 것은 단순한 이동 행위를 넘어 주변 환경과 폭넓은 상호작용을 하기에 생활의 질과 밀접한 관계가 있다. 이 생활의 질은 '리버빌리티(살기 좋음)'로 이어진다. 상업가로의 보행활성화를 위하여 리버빌리티 요소를 도출하고 상업가로 활성화에 있어 가장 중요하고 효과적인 것이 무엇일지 우선순위를 분석하였다. 그 결과 장소성의 세부 지표인 그 자체의 분위기, 목적성을 나타내는 항목이 우선순위가 높게 나왔고, 접근성에 속한 세부 지표가 후순위로 나옴을 알 수 있었다. 상업가로의 리버빌리티를 높이기 위해서는 그 공간의 장소성을 높이는 것을 우선으로 하고, 이로 인해 방문객의 방문 횟수와 머무르는 시간 등이 늘어남에 따라 보행이 활성화 된다면 지역 전체의 활력으로까지 확장될 수 있다.

The Urban Parks and Rivers Contribute to the Citizen Satisfaction and Utilization in Uijeongbu City

  • This research aimed at measuring Park and Green Satisfaction (PGS) using subjective indicators of 'surface, line and spot' green evaluated by citizens. Also frequency of visits to park and green measured using objective indicators (number of visits) to find the relationship with PGS. A conceptual model of PGS was developed to relate evaluation to satisfaction and finally to utilization of open spaces. A sample of 500 questionnaire survey was employed for Uijeongbu City in Korea. A Structual Equation Modeling (AMOS) techniques was used to test the hypothesized relationship among factors (construct). As a result, first, PGS was explained by three latent factors of 'urban park' (${\gamma}=0.54$), 'linear facilities' (${\gamma}=0.25$), and 'surface green' (${\gamma}=0.15$) respectively. These three exogenous construct was found very useful classification system for open spaces of cities. Second, PGS (${\gamma}=0.34$) was found as a mediating variable to utilization of open spaces and also PGS was closely related to citizens Environmental Quality Satisfaction (EQS), such concept as, 'livability' and 'aesthetic quality'. The more satisfied with park and green the more people use the space. The PGS was an important QOL indicator together with the subjective indicator of 'livability'. Third, jogging and walking trails and bike ways along the river corridor was the most important green facilities contribute to the PGS and EQS. The near the distance (within 500m) the more number of visit to river corridor (green way). The river corridor promote accessibility to nature and other parks.

육계의 사육환경에 따른 출하성적 분석 (Analysis of Marketing Performances according to Raising Environment in Broilers)

  • 본 연구는 2014년 12월부터 2015년 11월까지 충남, 충북, 전남, 전북, 경북 지역에 위치하는 53개 육계 농가를 대상으로 사육환경에 따라 출하일령, 생존율, 출하체중, 사료요구율, 출하회전수 등을 조사 분석하여 육계농장의 최적 환경 시스템을 찾게하여 경영관리에 필요한 기초적 자료를 얻고자 실시한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 평균 출하일령은 32일이었으며, 계사형태에 따라 무창계사는 31.96일령과 유창 계사는 32.03일령으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 계사규모별 출하일령은 유의한 차이가 없이 소규모 농가가 31.95일령과 대규모 농가가 32.01일령으로 비슷하였다. 계절간 출하일령은 통계적으로 고도의 유의한 차이를 보였는데(P<0.001), 봄, 여름, 가을 등 3계절 간에는 큰 차이가 없었으나 겨울에는 32.86일령으로 가장 긴 출하일령을 보였다. 생존율의 전체 평균은 96.25%이었고, 계사 형태별로는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 계사규모별로는 소규모 농가와 대규모 농가간에 유사한 결과를 보였다. 계절별 생존율은 유의한 차이를 보였는데(P<0.05), 가을이 97.39%로 가장 높은 생존율을 보였으나, 여름철은 95.36%로 가장 낮은 생존율을 보였다. 2. 평균 출하체중은 1.62 kg으로 나타났으며. 계사형태별과계사 규모별로는 각각 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 계절별 결과는 유의한 차이를 보여(P<0.05), 겨울이 1.65 kg으로 가장 컸으나, 여름철은 1.58 kg으로 가장 가벼운 체중을 보였다. 사료요구율 평균은 1.62로 나타났으며, 계사형태별 그리고 계사규모별로는 각각 유의한 차이가 없었다. 계절별로는 고도로 통계적 유의한 차이가 인정되었는데(P<0.001), 가을이 1.59로 가장 양호하였으나, 봄과 여름이 각각 1.61과 1.62로 비슷하였다. 3. 평균 출하회전수는 5.70으로 조사되었으며, 계사형태별로는 유의한 차이 없이 비슷한 수준을 보였다. 농장규모별 출하회전수는 소규모 농가와 대규모 농가가 각각 5.8회와 5.3회로 소규모 농가가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다(P<0.05). 4. 출하일령은 출하체중(r=0.684)과 사료요구율(r=0.439)과는 각각 높은 상관관계가 존재하였다. 출하체중은 사료요구율(r=0.309)과 생존율(r=0.337)과는 중등수준의 정(+)의 상관, 그리고 사료요구율과 생존율 간에는 -0.614로 높은 부(-)의 상관계수가 추정되었다. 5. 본 연구 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 여름에는 생존율과 출하 체중, 그리고 겨울철은 출하일령과 사료요구율에서 각각 비교적 불량한 결과를 보였다. 육계의 능력을 성공적으로 이끌어 내기 위해서는 현재보다 개선된 계사의 단열이 필요할 뿐만 아니라, 적정 온도관리 시스템이 개발되어야할 것으로 사료된다.

가구형 집합주택의 거주후평가 연구 - 은평뉴타운을 중심으로 - (A Study on Post Occupancy Evaluation of Block Housing -Focused on The Block Housing in Eunpyeong New Town, in Korea -)

  • The block housing type is coming to fore as a 'low-rise high-density housing type', which can resolve the all sorts of problem caused in Korea apartment housing complex and single-detached residental area in terms of livability, urbanity, and community. To analyze the characteristics of the block housing, the block housing in Eunpyeong New Town, in Korea was analyzed as a sample for post occupancy evaluation. The analysis show that the block housing is useful low-rise and high-density housing type, which ensures the livability as well as the urbanity and community. In details the analysis also shows the user satisfaction from the perspective of living and facility use within the block housing and individual unit.

A Study on the POE (Post Occupancy Evaluation) according to the Residential Environment of Mixed-use Apartment Complexes In Seoul

  • In this study, POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) evaluation indexes were selected into six categories through the consideration of theories and prior research. Therefore, qualitative supply can be achieved through POE according to the aspect of residential environment after the quantitative supply of mixed-use apartment complex by the population concentration in Seoul due to industrialization and urbanization. As the evaluation elements, detailed survey contents were selected for livability, convenience, comfort, safety, economy, and sociality. Based on the survey contents, six elements were evaluated and analyzed using Data coding and Likert scale after surveying 12 complexes (Urban areas and non-urban areas) in Seoul. As a result of the study, six categories selected as the POE showed that importance of quality of life and safety was developed in high recognition according to high satisfaction with convenience and safety. Sociality showed the lowest satisfaction in the following order : livability, comfort, economy and sociality. Residents' sense of community, interaction with neighborhood, etc., showed low satisfaction, and it seems that it is necessary to improve and supplement the system for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. The detailed characteristics of livability showed high satisfaction of the living room, the front door and the main room which are main uses of housing, and low satisfaction in storage size. The analysis of convenience is that convenient public transportation was the highest, and educational environment and additional facilities were the lowest, showing the advantages and disadvantages of location characteristics. As a result of the analysis of comfort, satisfaction with the landscape area was low and it seems that green space is needed for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. Lastly, regarding the safety, the satisfaction of the access control, the location of security office, etc. were high, however separation of circulation was low. Therefore, it is necessary to clearly separate the circulation between the residence and other facilities in the mixed-use apartment complex.

예술 지능에 기반한 호텔 객실의 디자인 사례 분석 - 은신처와 감각을 활용한 생명감 체험을 중심으로 - (Design Case Analysis of Hotel Room Based on Artistic Quotient - Focused on the Experience of Livability Using Refuge and Sense -)

  • The study is aimed to analyze cases of hotel room designs based on the 'Art Quotient'. It is focused on design elements of livability, analyzing the space design in terms of biophilic design and experiential marketing. This paper proposes a direction for hotel design based on the analysis result. The scope of the study includes the cases of 17 hotels in the area of Seoul achieving five stars in Korea. This paper presents an analysis whether the room space of hotels provide a user-oriented life experience from the perspective of biophilic design and experiential marketing. In this study, we focused on the concept of 'refuge', one of the biophilic design elements that express the value of life sense, and the element of 'sense', one of the strategic experiential modules of experiential marketing. After analyzing the hotel case studies, the space was evaluated using five factors of art quotient as a design method to provide a life experience in the hotel room. Analysis of the design space from the viewpoint of refuge, rather than architectural elements, proved that decorative elements appeared most commonly in all hotel rooms. Further, through an analysis based on the measures of 'sense', an experiential element, visual elements were mostly enforced in among the elements of the five senses. In other words, when designing a hotel room space, visual elements such as color, pattern, furniture, lighting and style are mainly utilized. Examining the analysis of the design elements from the point of view of the art quotient, the rooms of all the hotel's suite types include elements of 'communication'. Most of the hotel rooms focused on stimulating the aesthetic sensibility of customers. This resulted in the elements of 'immersion' showing poor results. In conclusion, it is necessary to provide the five senses of the arts index in a balanced manner to provide a life experience through the five senses.

  • The new urbanization is one of prestige growth engines to lead the next generation of China economy, it promotes new sustainable urban development models guided by various planning polices to improve urban livability and sustainability in accommodation with economy, social, and environmental consideration. The expanding urban periphery to rural area should leverages existing assets, infrastructure, local context and plans as a showcase of environmental and economic balance in a responsibly high-density, green community designed to human development and ecological settlement. The Beijing Chaoyang District and Tianjin Binhai area are a strategic advancement in the policy of building one of the most powerful economic regions, the Bohai Rim. Recently released 'Jingjinji development plan' supports various urbanization policies and encourages sustainable developments including 2 significant city center projects which are under way in global attention. The study compared on the characters of development policies and the cutting-edge smart design strategies by which they are applied, the master plan of the Beijing Chaoyang District expansion plan and Tianjin Yujiapu CBD project embrace innovative sustainable technologies.

플러그묘 정식시 정식기의 호퍼 크기, 토양수분, 초기관수량 및 진압방법이 작물에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Hopper of the Plug Transplanter and Moisture Content, Compaction Method, and Initial Irrigation of the Soil on the Seedling Survival rate at Transplant of Plug Seedling)

  • 정식기에 의한 플러그묘 정식시 최적활착을 나타내는 관수량, 진압상태 등을 구명하여 관련정식기 개발과 최적 생육관리를 위한 기초자료를 획득하고자 기초시험과 포장실험을 실시한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 작물별 정식 성공률은 정식호퍼 크기별로는 유의성이 없으며, 작물의 초장과 관련이 크며, 반자동 정식기의 최대 정식가능초장은 30cm, 최적초장은 28cm 이내로 조사되었으며, 고추와 배추 공히 정식시 관수 작업을 실시하려면 큰 규격의 호퍼가 적당할 것으로 판단되었다. 2. 정식 후 10일이 지난 상태에서 플러그묘의 생존율은 토양수분에 의한 영향이 크며, 고추의 경우 15%이상의 토양수분에서는 98%이상의 생존율을 보였고, 배추의 경우 16% 이상의 토양수분에서는 96% 이상의 생존율을 나타내었다. 그러나 고추와 배추를 심은 토양이 거의 완전 건조한 상태인 3.8%, 3.1% 각각의 토양수분에 대하여 15%와 14%의 생존율을 나타내었다. 따라서 토양수분 18% 이상에서는 정식시 관수가 필요 없고, 13%에서는 50cc 이상 관수가 필요하며, 토양의 수분이 3.8%이하일 때는 100cc 이상 초기관수 후 3일 내에 재관수가 필요할 것으로 판단되었다. 3. 좌우진압, 전후좌우진압의 생존율 차이는 없었으므로 현재의 반자동정식기 진압방식(좌우진압)의 개선은 필요하지 않았다.
