The literatual study on the therapy for clearing away heat with apoplexy therapy, the result were obstained as follows. 1. In apoplexy therapy, therapy for clearing away heat is used excessive heart - fire by overacting of the five emotions, liver fire, deficiency of kidney - fluid, wind - heat. 2. The fire of aetiology of apoplexy is used therapy for clearing away eat, in aspect of viscera and bowels, divied into heart - fire, liver - fire, deficiency fie of kidney yin, wetness - phlegm of spleen heat. The treatment is clear away heart - fire, clear away liver - fire, clear away spleen - heat and sthenic water. 3. Symptom of excessiveness symptom - complex is used therapy for clearing away heat that are fever, flushed face, halitosis, heart burn, easy anger, apoplestic stroke, unconsciouness, trismus, paralysis, constipation, red tongue with yellow coat, taut - smooth pulse or full - rapid pulse and symptom of insufficiency symptom - complex that are dizziness, tinitus, blurring of vision, deficiency sleeping, dreaminess, lassitude of the loins and legs, hemiplegia, red tongue with white coat or thin - yellow coat taut - thready - rapid pulse. 4. Therapy for norish vital essence - clearing away heat is availed in excessive fire caused by deficiency of yin of the liver and kidney, therapy for break through phlegm - clearing away heat in stagnant heat therapy for waking up a patient from unconsciousness - clearing away heat in yang type sthenia - syndrom of coma of apoplexy involving viscera and bowels. 5. Commonly used recipes of therapy for clearing away heat are Yang gyolksan(凉膈散), Bang pongtongseongsan(防風通聖散), Sotongseongsan(小通聖散), Jibodan(至寶丹), Supungsungisan(搜風順氣散), Woowhangchengshimwhan(牛黃淸心丸), Chengungsekgong(川芎石膏湯), Samwhatang(三化湯) etc in excessiveness symptom- complex, and are Yukmijiwhangweon(六味地黃元), Jiwhangtang(地黃湯), Palmiji whangtang(八味地黃湯), Samultanggagam(四物湯加減) etc in insufficiency symptom - complex.

According to the literatual study on the external medical trearment of Menorrhalgia and Leucorrhea for gynecologic condition, the results were as follows. 1. Using external medical treatment for Menorrhalgia is to insert vagina theraphy, fumigation theraphy, to wash vagina theraphy, to insert anus theraphy, to apply hot pack theraphy and use with suppository such as BANSUKHWAN(礬石丸), SASANGZASAN(蛇床子散), KUMBONGHYUNGJU(金鳳衡珠) 2. Using external medical treatment for Leucorrhea is washing and fumigation on vagina, to wash vagina, to insert vagina, cleansing theraphy and use with Suppository such as YONGYEOMGO(龍鹽膏), KAMISASANGJASAN(加味蛇床子散), SASANGSACHUNGSEJE(蛇床子洗劑). 3. ANGELICAE GIGANTIS RADIX (當歸) is in mostly general use for external medical treatment of Menorrhalgia and Leucorrhea, in that order ANSU SEMEN(杏仁), EVODIAE FRUCTUS(吳茱萸), TORILIS FRUCTUS (蛇床子), CORYDALIS TUBER(玄胡索), CINIAMOMI CORTEX(肉桂), CARYOPHYLLI FLOS(丁香), ALUMEN(枯白礬), AQUILARIAE LIGNUM (沈香). 4. The efficacy of medicines to use external medical treatment is as follow to help circulation of blood, to warm spleen and stomach, to warm blood, to warm uterus and remove cold, to remove heat and dry moisture, to down heat-product, to contract bloodvessel, to counteract poison and destory virus, to make energy and blood. 5. KUMBONGHYUNGJU, made same size as cherry and shape vagina medicine, use for Menorrhalgia, menstural irregularity, Leucorrhea, it has the efficacy as follow to remove cold and dry moisture, to warm uterus, to help circulation and romove pain, to down moisture-heat.

Objectives : The object of this literature study is to investigate the external treatment of seborrheic dermatitis. Methods : We have selected data related to the external treatment of seborrheic dermatitis on the literature of Oriental medicine. And we analyzed the study. Results : 1. The external treatment of seborrheic dermatitis is fundamental treatment. There are several external treatment, these are paint-treatment, shampoo-treatment and pillow-treatment. 2. Prescription used in external treatment of seborrheic dermatitis is Yungi-go(潤肌膏), Okgi-san(玉肌散), Yongnoe-go(龍腦膏), Johyub-tang(皂莢湯). 3. Herb used in external treatment of seborrheic dermatitis is Angelicae dahuricae Radix(白芷), Lysimachia foenumgraecum Hance(零陵香), Veratri Nigri Rhizoma Et Radix(藜蘆), Cannabis Fructus(大麻). Conclusions : Through literatual Study, we basically understood the external treatment of seborrheic dermatitis. In the study of external treatment, it seems that further clinical studies on seborrheic dermatitis treatment.

Objectives : Through the study of Chuna of "Naegyung", this study attempts to secure the basis of Chuna therapy. Methods : This study selected sentences such as Kyo, Gyo, Do, Ma, Mun, Bu, Ahn, Ol, In, Jeol, Jo, Chu, Tan(喬, ?, 導, 摩, ?, ?, 按, ?, 引, 切, ?, 推, 彈), etc. to try various studies related to Chuna. Results : As for Chuna in "Naegyung", the origin and role of Chuna, the instruments of Chuna, the mechanism of Chuna treatment, the application range of Chuna, and the notes of Chuna, etc. are summarized in this study. Conclusions : Based on Chuna of "Naegyung", it is necessary to study the development process of Chuna and to create various manual techniques of Chuna.

Objectives : This literature study about dental external treatments from Hyangyakjibsungbang Tooth will invigorate applying the therapeutics in the field of Dentistry. Methods : In this study, the parts related to external treatment in the original text of Hyangyakjibsungbang Tooth were reviewed. Results : Examples of frequently used external method were gargling, applying powder, and brushing one's tooth. These methods are still used in modern dental treatment. Conclusions : Discovering new herbal medicines that provide better effects and developing more precise external treatments will advance dental treatment in Korean medicine.

Objectives : We suggest the method of oriental neuropsychiatry treatment about amnesia through herb therapy. Methods : We investigate cause of disease, component of herbs about amnesia with classic current oriental medicine books. Results : Amnesia is due to simsinbulgyo(心腎不交), biwieyangher(脾胃陽虛), dammisimgyoo(痰迷心竅), emotional damage(七情所傷), extravasated blood(瘀血), deficiency of kidney (腎虛). There is 138 kind of herbs are used in our study that we find out that most frequently used herb is ginseng(人蔘). Heart meridian is the highest use in the all meridians. Sungon(性溫) is the highest use in the all kimi(氣味) Conclusions : We could confirm that herbs of amnesia treatment was related to the three vital organs(臟) named of spleen(脾), lung(肺), kidney(腎).

In the literatual study on the Saenghwatang, the results were as follows. 1. Saenghwatang is composed of Danggui, Chunkoong, Doin, Kunkang and Kamcho. Saenghwatang was used with Ikmohwan and Ikmocho for the purpose of treatment of puerperal congestive pain 2. Activating blood circulation and congestion, warming body & blood circulation, increasing blood flood, controlling pain, removing the coldness & congestion and creating new blood are the effects of Saenghwatang. 3. The indications of Saenghwatang are no excretion of pilleus, puerperal coldness and hotness, congestive pain, dizziness, the coldness of extremities, chiorrhea, bleeding, asthma and etc. 4. Saenghwatang have the effects of puerperal contractility in theuterus, activating lactation, removing inflammation and antiplat-elet aggregation. Therefore it can be applied to puerperal disease, hysteromyoma, endopelvic congestion, postabortal contineous bleeding, endometritis, menorrhalgia, gastralgia of cold congestion, infertility of cold uterus; every congestive symtoms.

Bladder Meridian has been used most frequently and next to Stomach Meridian, Kidney Meridian, Conception vessel have been used many time at the rate of frequency of used acupuncture points. 3. The acupuncture points at Lower extremity has been used most frequently and next to the point at back, chest and abdomen, upper extremity, head have been used many time. 4. The point of Ji Gu has been used most frequently and next to Dae Jang Su, Jock Sam Li, Cheon Chu, Jo Hae have been used many time. 5. In herb-medication, Seung Gi Tang has been used most frequently and next to Bi Yack Hwan, Ma In Hwan have been used many time.

The results were obtained as follow: 1. Matsyasana and Dhanurasana in Yoga are effective for the whole body obesity. 2. Dhanurasana, Bhadrasana, Uddyanasana and Pahpuma Navasana in Yoga are effective for the abdomen and waist obesity. 3. Shalabhasana in Yoga are effective for the buttocks and thigh obesity. 4. Padangusthasana in Yoga are effective for the lower limb obesity. 5. Gomukasana and Adhomukhasana in Yoga are effective for the breast and shoulder obesity.

For the purpose of treating for urticaria, they orderly use LI, B, GV in acute stage, and use the kyunghyul of Sp, CV, P, Liv, L in chronic stage. we can presume that in the past, they must select these kyunglak and kyunghyul by the phase and the period of the urticaria. To approach to treating urticaria, it is necessary the selecting of kyunghyul by the phase and period of the urticaria.
