News organizations are looking for a way that can be reused accumulated intellectual property in order to find a new insights. BBC is a worldwide media that continually enhances the value of the news articles by using Linked Data model. Thus, utilizing the Linked Data model, by reusing the stored articles, can significantly improve the value of news articles. In this paper, we conducted a study of Linked Data construction for the healthcare news from a newspaper company. The object names associated with medical description or connected to other published information have been constructed into Linked Open Data service. The results of the study are to systematically organize the news data that were accumulated rashly, and to provide the opportunity to find new insights that could not be found before by connecting to other published information. It may be able to contribute to reused news data. Finally, using SPARQL query language can contribute to interactively searched news data.

Linked Data is about using the web to link related data that wasn't linked previously. To publish linked data, people should be able to represent, share, and link pieces of data, information, and knowledge by using URIs and RDF. However, building linked data is not easy for the common users who do not know the knowledge or skill about using URIs and RDF. In this paper, we present a system that the common users can create linked data by connecting data originated from different RDFs. They build linked data by adding new links to connect between RDF data saved in their computers or searched from Swoogle. We can apply the proposed system to creating educational contents. For example, teachers can develop various learning contents by building linked data that connects different data suited to the learning level of their students.

In this paper, we introduce and study the concept of "strongly $t$-linked extensions", which is a stronger version of $t$-linked extensions of integral domains. We show that for an extension of Pr$\ddot{u}$fer $v$-multiplication domains, this concept is equivalent to that of "$w$-faithfully flat".

The paper describes the activation mode and the glycosic linkage of anti-complementary polysaccharide isolated from Cinnamomum cassia. The polysaccharide fractions, CC-IIIa, CC-IIIb, and CC-IIIc, activated C3 component existed in normal human serum and produced C3 cleavage segments, C3a and C3b. The polysaccharide, CC-2-IIIa-3 activated the complement system both in the presence and absence of $Ca^{++}$, suggesting that it involved in both classical and alternative complement pathways. Methylation of CC-2-IIIa-3 was performed with methylsulphinyl carbanion and methyl iodide in DMSO. The methylated products was hydrolyzed, then converted into the partially methylated alditol acetates. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) revealed derivatives of terminal $Glc{\rho}$ and $Gal{\rho}$, 1,2-linked $Rha{\rho}$, 1,6-linked $Man{\rho}$, 1,3-linked $Glc{\rho}$, 1,6-linked $Gal{\rho}$ etc.

This study analyzed the methods for representing and linking personal information in the linked data of National Library of Korea and provided suggestions for expanding the scope of identifying and linking of the personal information. As a result, the personal information as a subject has been dealt with a concept, where the personal information as a contributor has been linked with a vocabulary of personal name. In addition, there have not been assured of including additional information except existing authority data in the process of building the linked data. Therefore, this study suggested that linking personal information as a subject and personal information as a contributor was essential for the quality of linked data. In addition, we proposed to provide additional information related to the person in linked data for expanding the scope of access points in information discovery.

The present study aims to investigate lexical coverage of BNC (British National Corpus) word lists and 2015 Basic Vocabulary of Ministry of Education in 2020 EBS-linked textbooks and CSAT. For the data analysis, AntWordProfiler was used to find lexical coverage and frequency. The findings showed that Students can understand 95% of the tokens with a vocabulary of BNC 3,000 and 4,000 word-families in 2020 EBS-linked listening and reading books respectively. 98% can be understood with 4,000 word-families in the EBS-linked listening book while the same lexical coverage can be covered with 8,000 word-families in the EBS-linked reading textbook. By the way, 95% of the tokens can be understood with 2,000 and 4,000 word-families in 2020 CSAT listening and reading tests respectively, while 98% requires 4,000 and 7,000 word-families in the 2020 listening and reading tests respectively. In summary, students should understand more words in 2020 EBS-linked textbooks than in 2020 CSAT tests confirming Kim's (2016) findings. The formation and processing of organic insulators on the device performance have been studied in the fabrication of organic thin film transistors (OTFTs). The series of polyvinyls, poly-4-vinyl phenol(PVP) and polyvinyltoluene (PVT), were used as solutes and propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate(PGMEA) as a solvent in the formation of organic insulators. The cross-linking of organic insulators was also attempted by adding the thermosetting material, poly (melamine-co-formaldehyde) as a hardener in the compound. The electrical characteristics measured in the metal-insulator-metal (MIM) structures showed that insulating properties of PVP layers were generally superior to those of PVT layers. Among the layers of PVP series: PVP(10 wt%) copolymer, 5 wt% cross-linked PVP(10 wt%), PVP(20 wt%) copolymer, 5 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%) and 10 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%), the 10 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%) layer showed the lowest leakage current characteristics. Finally, inverted staggered OTFTs using the PVP(20 wt%) copolymer, 5 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%) and 10 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%) as gate insulators were fabricated on the polyether sulphone (PES) substrates. In our experiments, we could obtain the maximum field effect mobility of 0.31 $cm^2/Vs$ in the device from 5 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%) and the highest on/off current ratio of $1.92{\times}10^5$ in the device from 10 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%).

Recently The amount of wastewater and linked wastewater is being increased every year due to industrial development, population growth, and improvement in living standards. Linked wastewater shows the feature-low flow rate and high concentration. Therefore, it has been shown that it has a great impact on the operation of the sewage treatment plant and costs a lot for treating linked wastewater. In this study, a scenario with low increase of water quality when the total amount of the inflow of linked wastewater was entered into individual reactors is obtained. According to the result of modeling, The effluent water quality get the least increment once the water was introduced into the influent and anoxic tank. We generated the various scenarios Based on these results. scenarios are varying according to inflow from linked waste water's distribution ration. As a result of modeling through various scenarios, it was found that the increment of TN and TP were at the least when the inflow of linked water was distributed with ratio between sewage (80%) and oxygen-free tank (20%).

Purpose: This study aimed to explore nursing students' experience with community-linked nursing education programs. Methods: This study utilized a qualitative content analysis. Participants were 55 sophomore nursing students. The community-linked nursing education program was conducted for eight weeks using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evolution (ADDIE) model. Data were collected from 55 reflection records and five individual interviews and then analyzed through the three steps of qualitative content analysis, coding, condensing, and categorizing. Results: Twelve categories, 26 subcategories, and six topics emerged. The themes of impression and lesson from the community-linked nursing education programs were "recognizing the importance of professional competence in performing the role of nurse," "recognizing the need for leadership and cooperation in nursing practice," and "increased awareness of the role as a nursing professional for community residents." The themes of the strategies used were "looking at the goal and moving forward," and "aligning differences and working together with team/community members." The theme of strategies for the advancement of community-linked nursing education programs was "establishing a sustainable student-participating community-linked education program." Conclusion: The community-linked nursing education programs made students aware of the necessary competencies as professionals. In particular, they gave them hope for their role as professional nurses in the community. It could also be seen that they developed the ability to engage in team activities for community activities. Community-linked nursing education programs will need to be developed into continuous programs with community residents.
