Large-scale construction projects require various license and technologies for the manufacturing and handling processes. Also, the whole life cycle business process management determines the success of the project. Then, the efficiency of the business conducted by stakeholders and their possessed technology should be enhanced in order to strengthen their competitive power. For this reason, many experts pointed out to focus on the improvement of the life cycle process and efficient management. Since it is very important to keep up-to-date data and utilize it for work during the long-term project to reflect changes in the large-scale project, the most important part of the project management in project is information change management. Therefore, the objective of this study is applying configuration management(CM) technique in order to managing change data generated for planning in early phase. The result of this research will certainly assist the large-scale project managers in the development of information change management system.

The fee system on spectrum usage is a usage fee that is charged for using spectrum provided by a wireless tower, and is used for management and promotion of the waves. The current fee system for spectrum usage in South Korea has faced many problems, such as complex calculation for fees, unjustified charges, unfairness in cost sharing among providers, and general inefficiency of operation. This study focuses on comparison of fee systems for spectrum usage of South Korea and other foreign countries, extraction of the root causes and problems by case analyses, and recommendation for better solutions to make a reasonable fee system for spectrum usage. The result of this study can be used as a solution to render spectrum usage more effective.

The LPR system's trigger sensor makes problem occasionally due to the heave weight of vehicle or the obsolescence equipment. If we replace the hardware sensor to the deep-learning based software sensor in order to generate the trigger signal, LPR system maintenance would be a lot easier. In this paper we proposed the deep-learning sliding window based object detection and tracking algorithm for the LPR system's trigger signal generation. The gate passing vehicle's license plate recognition results are combined into the normal tracking algorithm to catch the position of the vehicle on the trigger line. The experimental results show that the deep learning sliding window based trigger signal generating performance was 100% for the gate passing vehicles including the 5.5% trigger signal position errors due to the minimum bounding box location errors in the vehicle detection process.

Recently, the standard work of the copyright of the Digital content is not completed. And the content providers are developing self's copyright protecting technique. here is some problem such as the confusion existed in the copyright protecting and management system. The reason is that the company using different technique when developing the Digital Contents. Now, there is a standard working leaded by the MPEG. It's called MPEG-21 Multimedia framework and the REL is parted of the Intellectual Property Management and Protection included the framework. And the REL's standard working is completed. The Intellectual Property Management and Protection system contain license server, tool server, metadate server and consume server. In this paper, In order to management and protect the Digital Content copyright, We applying the REL, One of the contents of the MPEG-21 framework to design and implementation the License Server manage the settlement and the consumption information and the Tool Server manage and transport the Tools used from Digital Contents formation to the Digital Contents consumption.

License plate recognition camera is dedicated device designed for acquiring images of the target vehicle for recognizing letters and numbers in a license plate. Mostly, it is used as a part of the system combined with server and image analysis module rather than as a single use. However, building a system for vehicle license plate recognition is costly because it is required to construct a facility with a server providing the management and analysis of the captured images and an image analysis module providing the extraction of numbers and characters and recognition of the vehicle's plate. In this study, we would like to develop an embedded type convergent camera (Edge Base) which can expand the function of the camera to not only the license plate recognition but also the security CCTV function together and to perform two functions within the camera. This embedded type convergence camera equipped with a high resolution 4K IP camera for clear image acquisition and fast data transmission extracted license plate area by applying YOLO, a deep learning software for multi object recognition based on open source neural network algorithm and detected number and characters of the plate and verified the detection accuracy and recognition accuracy and confirmed that this camera can perform CCTV security function and vehicle number plate recognition function successfully.

This paper propose an interested digital rights protection scheme to address problems facing contemporary DRM approached : static digital rights management, and limited application to on-line environment. We introduce a dynamic mission control technology to realize dynamic digital rights management. And we incorporate license agent to on- and off-line monitoring and tracking. The proposed system prevent illegal access and use by using PKI security method, real time action monitoring for user, data security for itself.

The purpose of this dissertation is to examine role and license of family welfare specialist and suggest in the occurrence of domestic violence crime family welfare specialist compulsory intervention rules legislate in the Domestic Violence Law. As for the methodology of the study, by a plan of the role and intervention of family welfare specialist on the Domestic Violence Law. First, role and its license of family welfare specialist, second, intervention for domestic violence defense of family welfare specialist system, third, for support legislation of family welfare specialist on the Domestic Violence Law. Namely, family welfare specialist of role in a report obligation of domestic violence accident, family welfare specialist of intervention in an emergency aid process of police, family welfare specialist of intervention in decision process of a court, family welfare specialist of intervention in the nation obligation in regard to domestic violence accident, family welfare specialist of intervention in the domestic violence counselling center. Finally, for the successful outcome of the role and intervention of family welfare specialist on the Domestic Violence Law, after all, not only the fulfillment of the condition of the system described above but also changes in peoples understanding are important.

As a part of license renewal for the continued operation of Wolsong unit 1, the periodic safety review report was submitted near the end of design lifetime, 2012, and now is under reviewing. Major components of primary system such as pressure tubes, feeder pipes and so on are being replaced and many components of secondary system are also being repaired. So the license renewal of Wolsong unit 1 is expected to be acquired without significant issues. But on the other hand, steam generators of Wolsong unit 1 had the good performance and therefore the replacement and repair for the steam generator are not needed. Recently it is reported that some cracks were detected in a few of european steam generator with Alloy 800 tubes and the cause of cracks was the outer diameter stress corrosion cracking(ODSCC) due to the concentration of chemical impurities on the outer surface of tube. Accordingly the overall review on this issue was performed. The long-term operation is likely to results to form the concentration mechanism for the tube corrosion as the sludge build-up in the secondary side of steam generator and the crack in the crevice between tube and tube-sheet and expansion transitions is apt to be occurred. In this paper, the history of steam generator inspection and operation of Wolsong unit 1 are reviewed and the reliability of steam generator tube is evaluated and the steam generator aging management program for Wolsong unit 1 is introduced.

This study examines the background of the PDL(Personal Digital Library) as well as a conceptual understanding of the PDL in knowledge-based society. Recent case studies are also included. The chief concepts of the PDL are Systems(Digital Library, Knowledge Management System, Internet Portal Site), Models of knowledge, and personalization. The findings in this study are as follows. \circled1 We must find the meaning in the change of a society environment in which the personalization happens. \circled2 The contents must not be restricted. \circled3 The system is to satisfy requirements of the individual. \circled4 The GNU General Public License is a system development method for the PDL.

Recently, despite of the rapid progress of information technology in the medical and health fields, the development and management of problem sets about medical and education contents related with radiological technologist has been still achieved by manual and offline method using document editor. In this study, the unique web-based problem management system is designed and implemented. That system can efficiently manage and present various kind of problem set about integrated education and personal license without time and space limitations in order to improve the efficiency of supplementary training and to obtain the professional license for CT radiological technologist. The proposed system is composed of administration module and user module. The former supports several functions such as problem creation, problem categorization, user management, and adjustment of leveled assessment. On the other hand, the latter functions examination applying , problem retrieval, personal score retrieval, and interpretation viewing, and so on. In addition, our system is expected as a useful and practical system which provides problem interpretation and analysis of score results after applying for the examination. It can elevate ability of learning and information interchange among them preparing for CT professional radiological technologist licensing examination
