DRM is the ability to brand digital contents with features that ensure copy Protection and affect the way in which digital contents are played back. DRM is a technology that enables the secure distribution, promotion and sale of digital contents on the Internet. The DRM Client System that operates on the untrusted user environments has to meet the requirements of the contents owner, including copyright and contents protection. After the DRM Client System is installed on the untrusted user environments, it verifies and plays digital contents. With these procedures it cuties out user authentication, contents decryption, and license management. During these procedures, the sensitive data, including authentication information, decryption data and license data, must be secured against any illegal access from users. The goal of this thesis is to introduce the implementation of Secure Storage Device which can protect user's authentication key, cryptographic key, and license data in safe where the DRM Client System is running.

DRM(Digital Rights Management) and CAS(Conditional Access System) have been used for preventing the illegal use of contents. These schemes had caused inconvenience to even legal users about contents, however, as restricting movement and playing. As going increment of requirement about the flexible usage of the content in digital home recently, we propose a new method that can easily share and use the DRM applied contents using domain concept. As setting the domain license in the extent of license that the existing DRM has been provided, the proposed system can cut off the illegal use and distribution of the content.

Advanced nations such as US and Europe have recognized the importance of the aircraft airworthiness and have been operating airworthiness certification system by their government since long time ago. In Korea, airworthiness certification personnel education program has been proceeding, since certification system of military aircraft airworthiness has been legislated. On this study, education course, education content for each course, education operating method and license management related to airworthiness certification personnel education and drew out adequate plan for domestic circumstance through studying aviation advanced nations cases. The proposed education course is divided into basic course, professional course and retraining course, considering its level of education and operation of education course has been recommended to a professional education institute designated by korea government and proposed to acquire authorized certificate for those who completed the education course. We hope to improve the method proposed as a result of the study such as education content, operating program, license management systematically and efficiently as years go by to develop into leading nation for airworthiness certification education and increase the benefit and confidence of nation.

This paper describes our design of a contents distribution framework that supports transparent distribution of digital contents on the Internet as well as copyright protection of participants in the contents distribution value chain. Copyright protection must ensure that participants in the distribution channel get the royalties due to them and that purchasers use the contents according to usage rules. It must also prevent illegal draining of digital contents. To design a contents distribution framework satisfying the above requirements, we first present four digital contents distribution models. On the basis of the suggested distribution models, we designed a contract system for distribution of royalties among participants in the contents distribution channel, a license mechanism for enforcement of contents usage to purchasers, and both a packaging mechanism and a secure client system for prevention of illegal draining of digital contents.

Advanced countries have mandated applying BIM in construction projects. Also, Public Procurement Service has planned to mandate applying BIM to all construction project that ordered in PPS from 2016 in KOREA. However, now Seumter that is building administration system is not supported BIM based construction license BIM information from Seumter. Thus, despite the applicant is preparing a BIM model, they do not take advantage of BIM information in Seumter. In previous studies. We developed a BIM based building approval submission system. In this study, we verified the system that developed in previous research. As a result, requirement information input time reduction in Seumter system showed high satisfaction. But there was as low usability because building approval submission system cannot support some information for building approval in seumter. If the system will do utilization and management with the building approval system, the applicant can be using BIM base design document information and saving the time that takes at building approval submission. Study about the system improvement is required for application to building approval system.

Currently, registered number of imported vehicles is increasing rapidly over the years. Accordingly, environment improvements of vehicle maintenance company for maintenance of luxury vehicle such as imported vehicle are continuously being made. In this paper, we propose a key frame extraction method based on HSV color model for smart vehicle management system implementation to offer for customer reliability of maintenance vehicle. After automatically recognize the license plates of the vehicle using vehicle license plate recognition system when the vehicle come in the car center, we check the repair history and request of the vehicle based on it. We implement mobile services which provide extracted key frame images to the user after extract key frames from vehicle repair video. In addition, we verify the superiority of key frame extraction method by applying a smart vehicle management system. Finally, we convert the RGB color to HSV color to improve the performance of proposed key frame extraction scheme. As a result, we confirmed that our scheme is more excellence about 30% in terms of recall than RGB color model from the performance evaluations.

The study intends to examine the effects of the fishing license system on fisheries resources in order to reduce the adverse effects of recreational fishing, such as fishery resource reduction and environmental pollution. In doing so, the research question of the study is to determine what factors influence anglers' willingness to support fishing licenses. Based on the extended theory of planned behavior, we further included explanatory variables such as recreation specialization and motivations besides anglers' attitudes, norms and self-efficacy towards the environment and proposed six research hypotheses. The data were collected through on-site and online surveys in Gwangju and Cheonnam province and a total of 337 effective questionnaires were collected for data analysis. Three different binary logit models were employed with the dependent variable of anglers'willingness to support fishing licenses to assess the effects of explanatory variables. Study results show that social norms, the level of recreation specialization, motivation factors related to environmental experiences positively affected anglers'willingness to support fishing licenses. However, anglers'consumptive orientation attitudes such as catching big fish, motivation factors related to activity general experience preferences and previous fishing experience had negative effects on the dependent variables. Study results indicate that public outreach and education programs are essential to successfully introduce the fishing license system. Managerial and policy-related implications are further discussed to make recreational fishing a more environment-friendly recreational activity. This study investigated the effects of diverse variables derived from anglers' social-psychological characteristics on their support for fishing licenses and suggest diverse policy-related and managerial implications.

Recently, as the heterogeneous network (HetNet) has been deployed widely to support various kinds of Radio Access Networks(RANs) with a combination of Macro, Pico, and/or Femto cells, research and standardization efforts have been very active regarding the concept of Licensed Shared Access (LSA) for supporting spectrum sharing. In order for a mobile device to efficiently support the spectrum sharing, the mobile device shall be reconfigurable, meaning that its radio application code has to be adaptively changed in accordance with the hopping of desired spectral band. Especially, Working Group 2 (WG2) of Technical Committee (TC) Reconfigurable Radio System (RRS) of European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) has been a main driving force for developing standard architecture for Multi-mode Mobile Device (MD) that can be applied to the LSA system. In this paper, we introduce the Multi-mode MD architecture for supporting LSA-based spectrum sharing. An implementation of a test-bed of Multi-mode MD is presented in order to verify the feasibility of the standard MD architecture for the purpose of LSA-based spectrum sharing through various experimental tests.

This paper is studied in order to develop the models that are appropriate for the procurement of electronic books at the school libraries. To develop the model, the following factors were reviewed: the characteristics of an electronic book, the factor analysis that affect the electronic book price, use case, environment, the role of government for the price decision model and procurement method. The models were proposed based on the above analysis and review. In addition, the proposed models reflect various opinions that the school libraries can apply.

Lately, most of the libraries subscribe electronic resources such as e-journals, under the license contracts for the access and use of these electronic resources. It was found that the management of licensed electronic resources in the library has become one of the major problems due to the lack of proper metadata elements in the existing management system of electronic resources. The purpose of the study is to establish metadata for licensed electronic resources.
