가네는 효과적인 교수·학습을 위한 9가지의 교수사태-주의집중, 학습목표 제시, 선수학습능력 재생, 학습자료 제시, 학습지침 제공, 학생수행 요구, 피드백 제공, 성취행동 평가, 파지와 전이-를 제안하였다. 가네의 이론은 학생들의 참여를 높이고, 체계적으로 수업을 전개할 수 있기 때문에 여러 교과에서 널리 적용되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 가네의 교수사태 이론을 적용하여 중학교 '도서관과 정보생활' 교과의 학습지도안을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구절차는 다음과 같다. 중학교 '도서관과 정보생활'의 정보분석과 이해)을 가네의 교수사태이론을 적용하여 학습지도안을 개발하고 실제 수업을 진행한 후, 학생 평가, 동료교사 평가, 교수자 자기 평가를 실시하였다. 평가 결과를 바탕으로 학습지도안의 수정 및 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 예비사서들이 도서관 견학프로그램을 통해 다양한 도서관의 사서직무들을 직접 보고 들어봄으로써 사서 핵심능력 중요도 인식에 어떠한 변화가 있는지를 밝혀 사서양성기관, 도서관의 견학담당 사서, 그리고 예비사서들에게 도서관 견학이 갖는 교육적 의의를 제시하기 위함이다. 도서관 견학프로그램에 참여한 예비사서 29명을 대상으로 도서관 견학프로그램을 적용하기 사전 사후 사서 핵심능력 중요도 인식에 관한 설문조사 분석 결과, 도서관 견학이 예비사서들의 사서 핵심능력에 대한 중요도 인식에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 예비사서의 도서관 견학프로그램이 향후 사서 직무수행을 위한 사서 핵심능력 중요도 인식에 영향을 주어 예비사서의 자기주도적 학습에 동기유발이 될 수 있으며 사서양성기관에서는 현장기반의 사서 양성 교육과정 개발과 실행에 필요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

This paper discussed motivation, some theories of motivation and motivation of library personnel. The most important aspect of any organization is its workforce. Motivation arouses, energizes, influences and sustains behaviour and performance of employees. Motivating factors include extrinsic factors which pertain to the conditions under which a job is performed and intrinsic motivators which contribute to job satisfaction and subsequently increase productivity. Two levels of motivation were identified in the library: the need-factor motivation and the profession-related motivation. Need-factor motivation is well-pronounced in the lower cadre of library staff such as library assistants, clerical staff, and porters who set their priority on economic needs. The profession-related motivation occurs among professionally trained librarians whose motivation hinges self-fulfillment derived from professional growth and development. Other motivating factor in the library is job design which includes job rotation, job enlargement, and job enrichment. Job design specifies the contents or methods of any job in such a way that various requirements of a job can be effectively satisfied. Adequate motivation of library employees lies with the managers because they generally control work distribution, freedom and autonomy, work challenge Remove, staff development and training, and advancement opportunities. The managers are urged to create enabling environment to ensure improved commitment, satisfaction, and productivity of employees in the library.

본 연구는 교과별 수행평가 도서목록에 대한 중고교 학생들의 인식 및 관심 수준을 알아보고 나아가 그러한 수준에 따른 만족도 및 교육성과와의 관계를 알아본 연구이다. 이를 위하여 서울시 소재의 2개의 중학교와 고등학교의 학생 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 성별과 학교급별에 따라서 교과별 수행평가 도서목록에 대한 학생들의 관심 수준에는 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 교과별 수행평가 도서목록에 대하여 관심이 있는 학생이 수행평가에 더 많은 시간과 노력을 소비하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교과별 수행평가 도서목록에 대한 인식 수준에 따라서 지식습득과 학업성취도와의 관계가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 선택 기준과 만족도에도 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 지역 산업체에서 요구하는 역량중심 인재양성과 학생들의 학습의 질 향상 등 글로벌화에 따른 대 내외 환경변화에 적응할 수 있는 고등전문직업인 양성을 위한 NCS 기반 교육과정 개발과 개선을 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 교육과정을 운영한 후 사전/사후, 진단평가를 통해 교육성과를 측정하였으며 그 결과 NCS를 적용한 교과목은 교육성과가 있었던 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 교육성과와 운영에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 문헌정보학 전공 교과목의 NCS 적용에 있어 향후 개선방향을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 도서관 및 관련 업체의 이해관계자나 근로자, 교육기관 및 훈련 기관 관계자 및 학생, 또 자격심사 관련자들이 국가직무능력표준을 적극적으로 활용하고 또 수정 보완할 사안에 대한 다양한 피드백을 받아 차후 더욱 개선된 국가직무능력표준을 적용하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

어린이도서관에 대해 학부모와 교사들의 어린이도서관에 대한 수요조사를 시행하였으며, 학부모와 교사들의 연령, 이용빈도 등에 따른 수요조사도 비교분석 하였다. 광주지역의 학부모와 교사 1500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 조사항목은 어린이도서관의 필요기능, 시설설계시 고려사항, 프로그램 개발의 고려사항, 구비할 자료의 형태 등으로 이에 대한 요구도를 파악하고자 하였다. 수요분석결과 첫째, 도서관의 필요기능으로 문화복지기능, 문화예술체험기능 등을 높게 평가하였고, 시설설계에서는 쾌적성(위생시설과 환기, 습도, 온도 등)과 안정성(어린이용 쇼파, 쿠션, 카펫 등)을 최우선시하였으며, 셋째, 프로그램 선호유형으로는 현재 진행되고 있는 다양한 프로그램 중 학부모와 교사 모두 활동, 공연, 교육 프로그램이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 특히 공연 프로그램을 학부모 1순위, 교사 3순위로 꼽았으며, 활동 프로그램은 교사 1순위, 학부모 3순위로 조사되었다. 넷째, 도서관에 구비해야할 자료의 중요도로는 창의성을 길러줄 수 있는 자료, 바른 인성을 길러줄 수 있는 자료 등의 중요도를 가장 높게 평가하는 것으로 나타났다.

Effective indexing systems are required to enhance the performance of full-text retrieval systems. The result of the analysis of index terms selected by human indexers without a newspaper thesaurus indicates that controlled indexing language is necessary for effective and consistent indexing of newspaper articles. In this paper, basic principles are established for keyword selection from Korean newspapers and significant problems identified in the process of developing a newspaper thesaurus are discussed in depth.

The second research of "a study of the evaluation indicators in Korean public libraries’ had as Its major objective the identification of Indicators and broad dimensions of public library effectiveness in Korea. The managers and librarians of the 175 public libraries in the sample were asked to rate the performance of their libraries. Factor analysis was used to derive 11 dimensions of effectiveness. The dimensions fit four different models of organizational effectiveness.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the problems concerning 780 music division of DDC. The object is especially arrangement of 780 music in the 20th edition of DDC which is the complete revision. The result is summarized as follows : 1. Although music is an important subject in humanities, especially in arts, it was classified as one division (780) not class. 2. The arrangement of 780 music is severely west-oriented music theory, vocal music and instrumental music. 3. Classification number of 780 music becomes longer because of the limitation of decimal notation. 4. 780 music division of DDC neglects music theory and emphasizes music practicing, especially performance. 5. The assignment of classification number is unbalanced, especially between theory and practice, composition and performance, and among sub-sections of vocal and instrumental music. 6. Many important subject are omitted in DDC music schedule, for example, musicology and branches of musicology, composition and traditional instruments of many countries. 7. Employment of terminology is often improper and inconsistant.

본 연구는 수행공학 모형을 적용하여 공공도서관의 서비스의 주요 문제점과 원인을 탐색하고 적절한 해결방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 A공공도서관 서비스를 대상으로 ISPI(International Society for Performance Improvement)수행공학 모형을 적용하여 이 모형절차에 따라 문제점분석, 원인분석, 해결책 선정을 순서에 따라 시행하였다. 문제점에 대한 원인은 Gilbert의 BEM 모형의 틀을 사용하여 환경적인 요소와 개인적인 요소로 나누어 분석하였다. 이렇게 발견된 원인들 중 선택된 원인에 대하여 해결책을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 수행공학 모형의 도서관 서비스 적용을 통해 향후 도서관 관련의 다양한 영역에서의 문제점 해결책을 강구하는데 아이디어를 제공하고자 한다.
