The purpose of this study is to build a model of inter-library cooperation's network in the information of library materials. Results of this study are 1. The YTational Assembly Library and the Central National I, ibrar:; should be unified. 2. The unified organization should be organized its cooperative quarter for itself (in the Central National Library). .And every library should he organized his quarter and personnel for the inter-library cooperation. 3. The cooperatior, organization in the re~ion should organized by the Regional Central Public Library. 4. In case of the Central National Library, financial problems required of the performance in the inter-library cooperation should he charged equally among the Central National Library, the library belong to the reader and the reader. In case of the regional Central Public Library, it should be charged equally arnozlg the regional Central Public Library, the library belon-g' to the reader and the reader. 5. The Regional Central Public Library in the seat of provincial government should be managed the cooperation's work of the individual library, and upward the unified Central Xarional Library should generalize. 6. The purchase of materials should be done by the character of the each library 1r:ith the assignment of the each subject should be decided in the meeting of the each library personne!. -2nd the budget for purchasing per the year should be decided on the minimum by the circumstances of the each library regionally. 7. The unified Regional Central Public Library in the seat of provincial government should be charged of the Union Catalog's expense regionally, and the Central National Library should be charged of that National Union Catalog's expense to cumulative the Fegional Union Catalog within a definite period of time. 8. Books without presentation of a specimen copy to the unified Central National Library should be purchased, and r.cr 'oe included to the National Union Catalog. 9. The cooperation of the each library should be decided on the law, and considered the character of the each region.

학술과 문화 기반의 비이념적 정보교류협력은 비정치적이면서도 장기적 관점에서 민족 동질성과 신뢰회복에 가장 효과적일 수 있는 남북한 협력사업의 영역이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 통일 한국을 대비하여 단계적인 남북한 협력기반 조성을 위해 국가도서관을 매개로 한 남북 문화교류협력에 관한 방안들을 조사 분석하였다. 관련하여 북한도서관의 기능과 한계 및 현재적 관점에서의 사회적 활용성을 살펴보고, 그간의 도서관교류협력사업을 남북한 문화분야 협력사업이라는 틀안에서 검토하였다. 이에 협력 거버넌스 체계구축 등 다섯 가지 협력안을 기반으로 남북 도서관교류협력의 단계적 모형을 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 개별 도서관들이 생각하는 공공도서관 협력업무의 문제점이 무엇인지를 파악하여 그 개선방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 16개 지역 도서관들을 대상으로 공공도서관 협력 업무에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문내용으로 8개의 협력 업무에 대한 운영실적과 문제점을 조사하였다. 조사결과 협력 업무에 대한 필요성 인식은 높으나 협력 추진실적은 전반적으로 저조하여 많은 개선점을 필요로 하였다. 특히 예산과 인력부족, 운영주체의 이원화, 도서관간 협력을 위한 표준 협정과 협의체 미비, 통합검색시스템의 속도 지연, 이용자 정보 공유의 한계, 이용자 및 사서의 인식 부족 등이 문제점으로 지적되었다. 이에 본 연구는 공공도서관 협력 업무에 대한 발전모델을 제시함으로써 현 공공도서관 협력업무가 가진 문제점을 해결하고자 하였다.

지역대표도서관은 지역의 특성을 반영하여 운영되어야 하며, 그 기능과 업무내용도 우선순위를 설정하여 점진적으로 추진되어야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 지역대표도서관의 정책을 올바르게 이해하고, 해당지역의 도서관정책을 수립하거나 협력사업의 추진내용을 결정할 때 참고할 수 있는 기초 자료를 수집하기 위하여 지역대표도서관의 역할 및 추진방향에 관한 사서들의 인식을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 사서들은 도서관 발전방향 및 정책수립과 대외도서관협력을 지역대표도서관이 추진해야 할 가장 시급한 과제로 인식하고 있었으며, 자료의 납본 및 보존, 지역주민의 정보서비스에서는 상대적으로 낮은 인식을 보였다. 또한 향후 최우선으로 고려해야 하는 협력업무로 교육 및 문화프로그램의 협력과 도서관상호대차가 높게 나타났으며, 공동보존은 상대적으로 낮게 인식하는 협력사업으로 확인되었다.

이 연구의 목적은 대학도서관의 상호이용 협력활동에 대한 이용자들의 이용 현황과 사서의 인식을 조사하여, 그 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 질문지의 조사문항은 인구 배경적 특성과 장서만족도, 상호이용 협력활동의 인지도, 이용경험 및 활용도, 개선요구사항 등으로 구성하였다. 분석방법으로는 가설검정과 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 이용자는 자관의 장서에 대해 만족도가 50% 미만으로 낮았고, 도서관 상호이용 협력활동을 인지하지 못하고 있었다. 단, 그 서비스의 필요성에 대해 높은 비율로 동의하였다. 한편 사서는 도서관 상호이용을 위한 홍보나 안내가 부족하다는 것을 인정하고 있었다.

이 연구는 대구시가 2020년에 건립 운영할 대구 대표도서관의 운영조직 및 연계협력 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 대구 대표도서관의 비전은 대구 시민의 행복을 위한 도서관과 지식문화요람으로 설정하고 10가지 핵심기능을 제시하였다. 또한 지역대표도서관으로서의 법정 업무 및 핵심기능을 체계적으로 수행하는데 필요한 운영조직으로 총 5개과(행정지원과, 도서관정책과, 자료개발과, 정보서비스과, 공동보존과)를 제안하였다. 마지막으로 대구 대표도서관 및 지역도서관의 연계 협력 구축은 공공도서관을 위한 협력시스템 구축 운영, 대구 공동보존서고 구축을 위한 연계협력, 도서관 ILL/DDS를 위한 협력시스템으로 나누어 각각 콘트롤 타워 및 구심체로서의 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 모형을 제안하였다.

In this study, the library ESG evaluation indicators specialized for libraries were developed, and based on which, a survey was conducted targeting the actual libraries to evaluate the ESG level of libraries. As a result of the study, first, among the ESG evaluation indicators, the indicators of the social field and the governance field are demonstrating high in which field of the library's ESG evaluation indicators will appear the highest. The social area's high score of 3.70 seems to be because the protection of users' rights, occupational safety, and contribution to society and the local community are very closely related to the original role of the library. Second, it may be seen that there is a difference between the questions in the corporate governance part, while the averages are the same. In the case of library's cooperation, it turned out that it was 3.94 in the necessity evaluation of the evaluation indicators, but it was lowered to 3.61 in the actual library situation evaluation. Meanwhile, in connection with the activities of the director of library and the board of directors, it may be seen that the index evaluation increased from 3.32 to 3.58 in the actual evaluation.

본 연구는 단순한 지식을 전달하는 장소에서 탈피하기 위하여, 학교도서관의 문제점을 분석하고 자율적이고 창의적인 능력을 신장시키기 위한 학교도서관 운영 방안을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 학교도서관 기본 시설 확충 및 예산, 사서교사 배치 및 제도적 장치 정비, 사서교사의 전문적이고 능동적인 활동, 교과목 교사와 협동체제 구축으로 협동수업의 전개 방범을 제시하여 학교도서관의 활성화를 기하는데 도모하였다.

The article sets forth a problem on international exchange and cooperation In the field of library and information science in the People's Republic of China from engles of academic and publication's exchange, It points out international exchange and cooperation between China and Korea should be developed from international exchange of publications and interlibrary loan to openning up standard, authority and current database on publications step by step. China and Korea should supply the database to all of the world, In order to come up to shared resources, the author has compared the Descriptive Cataloguing Rules for Western Language Materials, and the Bibliographical Description for Monographes with the Korean Cataloguing Rules for Description, and analyzed their different. In the end, the article presents the result that the documentation standardzation is the only way of accomplishing shared resources in the world from indentity of description for publications and materials, and unity of cataloguing rules.

본 연구에서는 초등학생 독서 패러다임의 변화를 기반으로 공공도서관과 학교도서관의 협력방안을 제시하고자 한다. 선행된 연구를 통해 초등학생 독서교육에 대한 이론적 고찰을 하고, 초등학생 독서실태 분석을 통해 독서 패러다임의 변화를 제시한다. 노원구 소재 초등학교 학교도서관 현황 및 협력 현황 분석을 통해 공공도서관과 학교도서관의 협력방안 모델로 노원어린이도서관의 학교도서관 협력방안 프로젝트를 제시하고 결론을 맺고자 한다.
