무한한 상상력과 소재의 다양성, 그리고 표현의 자유는 만화의 기본적인 요소이다. 만화 표현의 자유는 민주사회의 기본 덕목인 언론출판의 자유와 맞닿아 있으나, 공권력과 사회적 압력, 그리고 자율규제로 인해 아직까지도 표현에 제약을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 한국과 일본의 만화표현의 규제에 관한 사례를 연구대상으로 하고 문제점과 바람직한 표현의 자유에 대해 밝힌다.

In the pandemic crisis, many governments implemented harsh interventions that might contradict democratic values and civil liberties. In Taiwan, the debate over whether or not to reveal personal information of infected persons to limit the coronavirus's spread poses the democratic dilemma between public health and civil liberties. This study examines whether and explains how Taiwan's people respond to the choice between individual privacy and collective security. We used survey data gathered in May 2020 to show that, first, the democratic values did not deter the pursuit of collective safety at the cost of civil liberty; rather, people with higher social trust were more likely to give up their civil liberties in exchange for public safety. Second, people who support democratic values and pursue collective security tend to avoid violating privacy by opposing the release of personal information. This study proves that democratic values do not necessarily threaten collective safety and that the pursuit of common good can co-exist with personal privacy.

It has recently been reported that long-standing post-traumatic open bite can be successfully corrected with botulinum toxin type A (BTX-A) injection into the anterior belly of the digastric muscle (ABDM). The report documented an individual with bilaterally symmetrical and otherwise unremarkable anterior digastric musculature. However, the existence of variant anterior digastric musculature is common and may complicate the management of anterior open bite with BTX-A injection. Screening for variant ABDM can be accomplished via ultrasound, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging. Screening for variant ABDM should be performed prior to BTX-A injection in order to account for musculature that may exert undesired forces, such as inferolateral deviation, on the anterior mandible in patients with anterior open bite.

Contracts of carriage evidenced by bill of lading which are made between carrier and unidentified number of the shipper are to a large extent regulated by statute law such as Hague-Visby Rules and Hamburg Rules. These rules qualifies the contractual liberty of parties and especially restrains the carrier from introducing exemption from his liability beyond those admitted by the Rules. However, these Rules are applied only to goods in respect of which a bill of lading or similar document of title has been issued. In this reason, it is possible that liability of carrier in respect of goods shipped could become an issue where electronic bill of lading is used instead of paper bill of lading because electronic bill of lading is not generally recognised document of title in existing rule. Thus, this article discuss the relation between the carrier who create electronic bill of lading and the Rules regulating liability of carrier. Also, new Rules which has been examining in UNCITRAL will be introduced.

Border gateway protocol allows autonomous systems(ASes) to apply diverse routing policies for selecting routes and for propagating reachability information to other ASes. Although a significant number of studies have been focused on the Internet topology, little is known about what routing policies network operators employ to configure their networks. In this paper, we infer and characterize routing policies employed in the Internet. We find that routes learned from customers are preferred over those from peers and providers, and those from peers are typically preferred over those from providers. We present an algorithm for inferring and characterizing export policies. We show that ASes announce their prefixes to a selected subset of providers to perform traffic engineering for incoming traffic. We find that the selective announcement routing policies imply that there are much less available paths in the Internet than shown in the AS connectivity graph, and can make the Internet extremely sensitive to failure events. We hope that our findings will help network operators in designing routing policies.

수면 무호흡증 환자를 진단하는 수면다원검사는 여러 가지 생체 신호를 함께 측정하므로 피검사자의 행동을 제약하며 비용이 많이 드는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 피검사자의 심전도를 ZigBee 무선통신으로 컴퓨터 시스템에 전달하여 검사하는 방식을 제안하였다. 이 방식은 환자의 자유도를 높였을 뿐 만 아니라 수면 무호흡 검사 장소의 제약성, 시간의 한계를 극복하여 저렴한 비용으로 검사가 가능하다.

This study was counducted to identify a relationship between the aesthetic costume arising from an and-social minority movement towards the end of 19c, England on the one hand, and bustle and crinolette style which were in fashion at that time, on the other. The aesthetic comstume is studied with articles and cricatures in the magazien "Punch" which was famous for its harsh criticisms of society. Aesthetic elements from various sources were praised or sometimes cricatured by Punch. Aesthets pursued naturalness as is found in Greek costume in reaction to the gross modernised Victorian costume. To be specific, the aesthetes pursued 1)loose robe instead of corset with bustle or crinolette, 2)2nd/3rd dimentionally-coloured dyes instead of anyline in the costume. Liberty Department Store in London has planyed a very important role as a major supplier or aesthteic articles to the aesthetes.

If private discipline replace the strict administrative regulation, fundamental rights of protective essence can be relativized while if may be beneficial for the individual freedom. Assigning the state power to the private organization is equivalent to giving up the practice of individual liberty to the organized authority. It is important to make use of public law mechanism, particularly under the imperfect juristic system. Regarding the prohibition of prior censorship, it is necessary to consider whether it is desirable to prioritize the freedom of speech over the rest of the legal benefit. Apart from this necessity, new advertisement screening mechanism was irreversibly - and controversially - introduced for the health functional food since the unconstitutional verdict of the prior screening of advertisements. With this, the state must secure the broad order through legal regulations and norms in order to freedom of speech and other legal benefit can be harmoniously and practically guaranteed.

본 연구에서는 기혼자의 싱글여성에 대한 이미지를 조사하기 위하여 20대에서 60대의 기혼 남녀 27명을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였다. 심층 면접 자료를 내용 분석한 결과, 가정 대신 열정을 쏟아 부을 수 있는 돌파구를 찾는 싱글 여성, 기혼자가 누리지 못하는 자유가 있는 싱글 여성, 기혼자들과 다른 성격 특성의 싱글 여성 이라는 3개의 대주제를 찾게 되었다. 가정대신 열정을 쏟아 부을 수 있는 돌파구를 찾는 싱글 여성이라는 주제에서는 가정 대신 열정을 쏟아 부을 수 있는 돌파구-일, 가정 대신 열정을 쏟아 부을 수 있는 돌파구-자기계발이라는 2개의 소주제가, 기혼자가 누리지 못하는 자유가 있는 싱글 여성이라는 주제에서는 성에 있어서 자유롭다, 가족으로부터의 자유가 있다, 이성과의 자유로운 만남이 있다, 자신만을 위한 소비와 여가생활에서 자유롭다라는 4개의 소주제로 분류되었다. 기혼자들과 다른 성격 특성의 성글 여성이라는 주제에서는 결혼의 힘든 현실을 회피하려고 한다, 자신과 싱글 중심 세계에서 살면서 이기적이고 자기주장이 강하다, 드러내놓고 싶지 않은 마음속의 공허함, 외로움이 있다, 삶의 만족감을 찾지 못한다 등의 4개의 소주제로 분류되었다. 기혼자들의 싱글 여성에 대한 인식은 결혼이 매우 중요한 기준이 되고 있으며 결혼을 경험한 '나와 다르다'는 인식에서 출발하고 있다. 즉 기혼자들은 자신이 경험한 결혼의 세계에서 싱글 여성들의 삶을 바라보고 있다.

본 연구에서는 여러 automixing 레진시멘트의 물성과 상아질에 대한 전단결합강도를 평가, 비교하고자 하였다. Self-adhesive automixing 레진시멘트인 Rely-X Unicem(3M ESPE, St. Paul, USA), Embrace resin cement(Pulpdent, Oakland, USA)와 chemical polymerizing automixing 레진시멘트인 Resiment Ready-Mix(J.L.Blosser Inc., Liberty Missouri, USA)를 사용하였다. 물성을 평가하기 위하여 레진시멘트를 테프론 주형에 주입한 후 자가중합을 시키고 24시간 동안 빛이 차단된 상태로 100% 상대습도에 보관 후 만능 시험기를 이용하여 압축강도, 간접인장강도, 굴곡강도를 측정하였다. 상아질에 대한 전단결합강도를 평가하기 위하여 발거한 하악 제3대구치의 협측 상아질을 노출 시킨 후 일정한 크기로 레진시멘트를 부착시킨 뒤 만능 시험기를 이용하여 전단결합강도를 측정하였다. SPSS Ver 12.0(SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA)을 사용하여 95% 유의수준에서 One way ANOVA test로 분석하였으며 Scheffe test로 사후검정 하였다. 연구결과, chemical polymerizing automixing 레진시멘트가 self-adhesive automixing 레진시멘트에 비해 상대적으로 높은 물리적 성질과 상아질에 대한 전단결합강도를 보였다.
