  • This study investigates the interactivity of smart LMS. To this end, smart LMS was used for one semester in the English course for economics majors and the surveys about its interactivity were conducted. The findings show that smart LMS enhanced the interaction between instructors and students, between students and students, and between students and learning contents. Especially in the classroom, the activity bulletin made possible the instructor's immediate feedback about team-based activity outcomes. Also, outside the classroom, Wiki made it convenient for students to collaborate with each other. In addition, activity outcomes in the activity bulletin and course materials uploaded on smart LMS contributed to the interactivity. However, what is recommended to do to increase the interactivity are to prepare instructional strategies for students to get used to using smart LMS and smartphones as their learning tool, to test the target systems of smart LMS in advance, and to take proper actions to solve the problems of smartphone's data and battery.

  • The importance of color is increasing in modern life and we call such present age that is 'color age'. These day that all areas of life are being getting fashionize, ordinary people as well as design specialist are required of culture and knowledge about color. Color design education is important curriculum at liberal arts course and in special design trainning course. Color expresses by hue, value and chroma in Munsell color system. But design spot is using mainly hue and tone color system. Therefore it is very important that educate tone concept in color design education. When think influence that increase of color, we must develop hue and tone color system in suitable for color design education. This research designed usable 'Hue and Tone 313 Colot System' for efficeint sensual color education. Also I designed 313 color papers with attached the Munsell notation which could reappear the spare color paper when needed. The 10 hues classification of this system are Red, Yellow Red, Yellow, Green Yellow, Green, Blue Green, Blue, Purple Blue, Purple, Red Purple. The 19 tones classification of this system are vivid, light, standard, deep, pale, soft, dull, dark, very pale, light grayish, medium grayish, dark grayish, very dark, off White, off Pale, off Light Gray, off Medium Gray, off Dark Gray, off Black. • In this paper, as a liberal arts course for non-majors, we developed a basic practice case for convolutional neural networks, which is essential for designing a basic convolutional neural network course curriculum. The developed practice case focuses on understanding the working principle of the convolutional neural network and uses a spreadsheet to check the entire visualized process. The developed practice case consisted of generating supervised learning method image training data, implementing the input layer, convolution layer (convolutional layer), pooling layer, and output layer sequentially, and testing the performance of the convolutional neural network on new data. By extending the practice cases developed in this paper, the number of images to be recognized can be expanded, or basic practice cases can be made to create a convolutional neural network that increases the compression rate for high-quality images. Therefore, it can be said that the utility of this convolutional neural network basic practice case is high.

  • Entrepreneurship courses and programs in Korean universities tend to increase steadily but seem to have some limitations. They are usually recognized as another domain of Business Administration. Entrepreneurship program is practical like Business Administration but should be much more interdisciplinary than that. Because Korean Entrepreneurship programs are in the early stage, they must be reinforced with factors such as education culture, faculties, curriculum and relationships with communities. This study aims to get some implications from Entrepreneurship programs have been run by universities in America in order to facilitate Entrepreneurship program in Korean universities. Based on 11 success factors found by our case universities' Entrepreneurship programs and Kauffman Campus, this study has drawn implications of critical success factors of Entrepreneurship programs as follow. First of all, because Entrepreneurship programs should focus on Entrepreneurship mind sets such as innovative idea generation and courage to overcome risk, it is more desirable that Entrepreneurship programs are introduced in all departments of universities such as Arts, Science and Engineering. These programs also need to take interdisciplinary approach and required to be opened from liberal arts course. In order to be sustained during all their academic careers, vision, mission and strategy for Entrepreneurship programs should be based on strong leadership and support of top leaders. Entrepreneurship culture of each university is also one of the most important success factors. Entrepreneurship programs not only as major programs but also as specific Entrepreneurship minors designed for departments such as Arts, Science and Engineering could be considered according to each university's situation. This study also suggest to make a motivation system for Entrepreneurship faculties, Ph d. programs for Entrepreneurship, communication network for Entrepreneurship programs and mentor system in community. To begin Entrepreneurship programs, it also needs to develop good education contents as many as possible. When it concerned with teaching method, project based 4 year program can be suggested to be effective and efficient. To introduce project based program that should be consistent till participants' graduation, university must prepare regulations to support team teaching, mentor and interdisciplinary cooperation. To dissipate the concept that Entrepreneurship is another version of management, this study support the idea that Entrepreneurship programs should be designed and run by independent and central-focused governance system, Entrepreneurship education center.

  • The advancement of online technology in the 21st century has increased online courses and web-based communication in higher education. This type of education is not limited by time or location and has made it possible to expand university campuses globally and broaden the reach of university education to the general public and students from other universities. Changes such as a decrease in the school-age population and a reorganization of the university structure have also created an opportunity to change the perception of online education. In this paper, we conducted surveys on K University students, high school seniors, and the general public to assess their satisfaction with online courses, identify areas that require massive online courses, and determine students' needs for the operation of massive online courses. The survey showed that K University students are generally satisfied with online courses. However, improvements are needed to ensure a smooth online course-taking environment, increase system uniformity, and enhance the overall online course environment. High school students have a strong preference for natural science and should be offered online courses in subjects such as mathematics and physics as prerequisites to prepare for their major classes. The general public prefers the humanities, which is evident in the purpose of the liberal arts lectures.
