IOS 활용의 관계적 관점 분석 (Relationship Perspective Analysis for IOS Usage)

  • In this paper, we drew upon IMP group's Interaction model to investigate the contributing impact of Inter-organizational system (IOS) on performance through enhancing inter-organizational relationship. While most extant literature studied the contribution of IOS from transaction efficiency perspective, the relational aspect of IOS contribution on the supply chain was addressed only by a few researches. As such, we intended to fill this gap of the IOS research stream. The conceptual model was developed, with reference to process theory, to analyze how the relational perspective could be applicable to IOS impact on performance. With the 129 sample data collected at the firm level,structural equation model using the LISREL was employed to validate the proposed research model. The empirical results supported the hypotheses such as the extent of IOS usage positively influences the interaction between the firms, which thereby enhances the extent of inter-firm partnership and performance. The results help better understanding the strategic use of IOS from relationship perspective.

실차시험을 이용한 팬터그래프의 소음기여도 분석 (Noise Contribution Analysis of Pantograph Using Real Train Experiment)

  • 팬터그래프의 공력소음은 열차가 고속으로 주행할 때 발생하는 소음의 주요한 원인이다. 본 연구에서는 팬터그래프에 의한 공력소음 기여도를 분석하기 위하여 차세대고속열차(HEMU-430X)를 이용하여 시험을 수행하였다. 실제차량에서의 팬터그래프에 의한 소음의 주파수 특성을 분석하기 위하여, 350km/h와 400km/h 주행 시 전체차량의 음장가시화를 144채널 마이크로폰 어레이를 이용하여 수행하였다. 음장가시화 분석결과 팬터그래프의 소음은 250~400Hz 대역의 저주파 소음이 주로 기여함을 확인하였다. 또한 팬터그래프의 소음 기여도를 분석하기 위하여 팬터그래프의 올림 및 내림 시 소음도 차이를 단일 마이크로폰 시험을 통하여 비교분석하였다. 단일 마이크로폰 시험을 통한 팬터그래프 소음의 주요 주파수 특성은 315~400Hz와 1000~1250Hz 대역임을 확인 하였으며 이는 기존의 연구 결과 및 음장가시화 결과와 잘 일치하였다.

국제항공운송회사의 비용효율성 연구;국제비교를 중심으로 (Cost Efficiency in Global Air Transport Industry)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the technical and cost efficiency of Air Transport Industry on Global strategic alliances. In particular, this study develops Stochastic Frontier Approach for accurate judgement. Based on 20 major international airline corporations related with strategic alliances during the period 1995-2001, we find that alliances make a significant contribution to efficiency. On the other hand, it is found that the level of contribution to efficiency is different according to alliances. These results also changed greatly between pre- and post- Asian financial crisis period.

자동차 외부 공기음향 소음원들의 실험적 실내 기여도 분석 기술 개발 (Experimental contribution analysis of external aeroacoustic noise sources to interior noise of automobile)

  • 자동차 실내음에 대한 다양한 외부 공력 소음원들의 기여도 분석은 저소음 자동차를 개발하기 위해 단순히 외부 공력 소음원들을 파악하는 것보다 개발 효율성 측면에서 더 중요하다. 파악된 외부 공력 소음원들의 실내음 기여도를 분석하기 위하여 촐레스키 분리(Cholesky Decomposition, CD) 방법이라는 새로운 기법을 활용하여 전체 실내 소음 스펙트럼을 다수의 스펙트럼으로 분리하였다. 이를 통해 분리된 각각의 스펙트럼은 실내 소음에 대한 특정한 개별 소음원들의 기여도로 분석될 수 있다. 이 방법을 검증하기 위해 세가지 실험들이 수행되었다. 더 나아가 CD에 기초한 실내음 기여도 분석 방법은 실차 무향 풍동에서 마이크로폰 어레이를 통한 외부 소음원 가시화 결과와 결합하여 바람소리 개발 효율성을 향상시키는 데 활용이 가능한 지를 2개의 스피커 소음원 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

근로자의 직무환경 개선이 개인의 업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Improving Work Environment on Personal Performance)

  • 본 연구는 근로자의 직무환경 개선이 개인의 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 중소기업 근로자를 대상으로 설문지 총 50부를 분석하였다. 첫째, 근로자의 직무환경과 개인의 업무성과 간의 상관관계는 급여수준과 기여도 간의 상관계수는 -.388, 급여수준과 직무만족도 .566, 급여수준과 업무시간 .586으로 p>.01 수준에서 유의한 것으로 확인되었고, 기여도와 동료관계 -.331로 p<.05 수준에서 유의 한 것으로 확인되었으며, 직무만족도와 동료관계 .373, 작업환경과 업무시간은 .442, 동료관계와 업무시간은 .563로 다소 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 검증 되었으며, p>.01 수준에서 유의한 것으로 확인 되었다. 둘째, 직무환경이 개인의 업무성과에는 업무시간이 급여수준(p<.05, ${\beta}=.340$)과 동료관계(p<.05, ${\beta}=.320$)가 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 직무만족도에는 급여수준(p<.001, ${\beta}=.465$)이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인 되었으며, 성취감과 기여도에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 근로자의 근속년수가 업무성과에는 집단 간 차이가 없는 것으로 확인 되었다. 연구결과 본 연구를 통해 근로자의 직무환경 개선이 개인의 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 중소기업 근로자가 인지하는 직무환경과 업무성과를 고찰함으로써 효율적인 인적자원관리 방안에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

광음향기법을 이용한 한국형 고속전철의 실내소음 예측 (Interior noise prediction of the high speed train using ray method)

  • This study is about predicting the interior pressure level of the korean high speed train using ray acoustic method. The motor car and the motor and passenger cabin are investigated under the environment of passing open countryside and inside tunnel of 350 km/hr. Calculated sound levels are compared with the proposed sound levels and suggestions about the transmission Joss values of isolating panels inside motor car and the guide lines of allowed sound power limit of motor equipments are provided. Results of TPI car show calculated interior sound level is below the proposed values for both cases of open countryside running and inside tunnel. Since ray acoustic method calculated only air borne noise component, real sound level of the motor car may be higher than prediction. Passenger cabins of TMI, TM5 show higher sound level than the proposed values, so window method was carried out to find the contribution of each panel components and point out the remedy of transmission path. Reduction of sound power of motor equipments should be condisered at the same time.

아동후기 초등학교 학생의 우울성향: 일상적 스트레스, 자아 존중감 및 사회적 기술과의 관계 (Depression among Late-Elementary Children: Relationships with Daily Hassles, Self-Esteem & Social Skills)

  • This study focused on ordering factors influencing depression among late-elementary children. Subjects were 436 boys and girls enrolled in the fourth, fifth, and sixth grades of a public school. The contribution of grade, sex, 6 subtypes of stress, self-esteem, and social skills to depression was explored. The instruments were the Daily Hassles Scale, the Self-Esteem Scale, Teenage Inventory of Social Skills, and Child Depression Inventory. Results indicated that self-esteem was the most influential factor in increasing the level of depression. Next was the stress issued from friends in both males and females. There was a statistically significant difference among grades in the level of stress related to friends. The level of stress issued from parents and self-esteem among grades were marginally associated with depression. Gender differences in the level of stress from parents, friends, self-esteem, and social skills were also evident. The results were discussed in the context of the effects of subtype stress, self-esteem, and social skills on depression.

Estimating State-Level Matching Efficiencies in the Indian Labor Market

  • We analyze state-level matching efficiencies in the Indian labor market using stochastic frontier analysis. The key contribution of this research is the estimation of matching efficiencies at the state level because these can be used for a state-level measure of labor market conditions. Next, we explore the relationship between the estimated matching efficiencies and population density, labor market flexibility, and the Ease of Doing Business index, respectively. The results show that matching efficiency is heterogeneous across states with considerable variation in accordance with the regional diversity in India. However, we find that there is little relationship between the estimated matching efficiencies and the labor market conditions of interest, suggesting that other regional diversity affects matching efficiencies across states in India.

전문대학 졸업생 역량 분석을 통한 전문대학 교육과정 방향성 제고 (A Suggestion on College Curriculum through the Competencies analysis of College Graduates)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전문대학 졸업생의 전공지식과 직업기초능력에 대한 역량을 분석해 보고 전문대학 교육과정 개선에 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구대상은 전문대학 졸업생 236명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 전공지식과 직업기초능력에 대한 졸업생의 역량중요도-역량실행도를 분석하고, 역량중요도와 대학기여도 차이를 분석하였다. 분석 방법으로 대응표본 t-test와 IPA를 활용하였다. 전공지식과 직업기초능력에 대한 역량중요도와 역량실행도 간에 유의미한 차이가 있는지 분석한 결과, 12개 영역에서 유의수준 .001에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. IPA 분석 결과 1사분면에 4개 영역, 2사분면에 1개 영역, 3사분면에 4개 영역, 4사분면에 3개 영역으로 나타났다. 역량중요도와 대학기여도 차이를 분석한 결과 12개 영역 모두 유의수준 .001 수준에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 역량중요도에 비해 대학기여도가 낮게 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 전문대학에서 교육과정을 운영하는 데 있어 실질적인 데이터로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The Effects of Multi-identity on One's Psychological State and the Quality of Contribution in Virtual Communities: A Socio-Psychological Perspective

  • In a virtual community, one can possess multiple identities and pretend to be different by creating self-identity in contrast with his or her actual self. Does false identity undermine the qualitative growth of a virtual community by reducing members' accountability? Or does it stimulate their contributive behaviors by ensuring freedom of speech? It is imperative to understand the effects of multi-identity considering the distinct properties of a virtual community in which people easily change their identities at little or no cost. To answer these questions, we adopted the concept of self-discrepancy from the social psychology theory rooted in the concept of the self and developed a theoretical model to predict quality of contribution of the individual member in virtual communities. Based on the self-discrepancy theory, we first identified two different domains of the self: (1) an "actual self" that consists of attributes that the person believes he or she currently possesses in real life and (2) a "cyber self" that consists of attributes the person believes he or she possesses in a virtual community. Next, we derived an index for two different types of self-discrepancy by using the differences between the actual and the cyber identities: Personal Self-discrepancy and Social Self-discrepancy. Personal Self-discrepancy reflects the degree of discrepancy between actual and cyber identity regarding a person's intelligence, education, and expertise. Social Self-discrepancy reflects the degree of discrepancy between actual and cyber identity regarding a person's morality, sociability, and accordance with social norms. Finally, we linked them with sense of virtual community, perceived privacy rights, and quality of contribution to examine how having a multi-identity influences an individual's psychological state and contributive behaviors in a virtual community. The results of the analysis based on 266 respondents showed that Social Self-discrepancy negatively influenced both the Sense of Virtual Community and Perceived Privacy Rights, while Personal Self-discrepancy negatively influenced only Perceived Privacy Rights, thereby resulting in reduced quality of contribution in virtual communities. Based on the results of this analysis, we can explain the dysfunctions of multi-identity in virtual communities. First, people who pretend to be different by engaging in socially undesirable behaviors under their alternative identities are more likely to suffer lower levels of psychological wellbeing and thus experience lower levels of sense of virtual community than others. Second, people do not perceive a high level of privacy rights reflecting catharsis, recovery, or autonomy, even though they create different selves and engage in socially undesirable behaviors in a virtual community. Third, people who pretend to be different persons in terms of their intelligence, education, or expertise also indirectly debase the quality of contribution by decreasing perceived privacy rights. The results suggest that virtual community managers should pay more attention to the negative influences exercised by multi-identity on the quality of contribution, thereby controlling the need to create alternative identities in virtual communities. We hope that more research will be conducted on this underexplored area of multi-identity and that our theoretical framework will serve as a useful conceptual tool for all endeavors.
