Abstract
This study analyzed the effect of the improvement of the work environment of the worker on the performance of the individual. A total of 50 questionnaires were analyzed for SME workers. First, the correlation between the work environment of the worker and the work performance of the individual is -388, the correlation coefficient between the salary level and the contribution is .566, the salary level and the job satisfaction .586, The results of this study were as follows. First, it was confirmed that there was a significant relationship between the contribution and the peer relationship -.331, p <.05, and the job satisfaction and peer relationship .373, the working environment and working time were .442, And it was found to be significant at p>.01 level. 본 연구는 근로자의 직무환경 개선이 개인의 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 중소기업 근로자를 대상으로 설문지 총 50부를 분석하였다. 첫째, 근로자의 직무환경과 개인의 업무성과 간의 상관관계는 급여수준과 기여도 간의 상관계수는 -.388, 급여수준과 직무만족도 .566, 급여수준과 업무시간 .586으로 p>.01 수준에서 유의한 것으로 확인되었고, 기여도와 동료관계 -.331로 p<.05 수준에서 유의 한 것으로 확인되었으며, 직무만족도와 동료관계 .373, 작업환경과 업무시간은 .442, 동료관계와 업무시간은 .563로 다소 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 검증 되었으며, p>.01 수준에서 유의한 것으로 확인 되었다. 둘째, 직무환경이 개인의 업무성과에는 업무시간이 급여수준(p<.05,
