This study investigated the public use of Myeon Location in Jeollanam - do where the population is at risk of declining. And discussed the rational provision and coordination of public facilities as a guarantee of fundamental rights. As a result of the study, the rational supply and adjustment directions of public facilities are as follows. First, there are problems such as high availability of management, finance, shopping, and health facilities, lack of culture, leisure, community facilities, and weakening of center function. Therefore, in the continuing declining population situation, face management, safety and health facilities should be upgraded to multifunctional facilities, and utilization efficiency and integration should be promoted. In addition, town center rehabilitation should be centered on multifunctional facilities. In addition, elementary schools will have to utilize and preserve them to take advantage of local cultural values as nostalgia storing place that provide incentives for young people and elementary school children in the future. Second, in order to cope with population decline, public facilities need to strengthen public services through complexity and multifunctionality, wide-area operation with neighboring areas, and user-centered operation management.

IT를 접목한 스포츠 의류, M-드레스(Mobile Phone Dress), 웨어러블 컴퓨팅(Wearable Computing) 등 패션이 IT와 결합하면서 활발한 움직임을 보이고 있다. 하지만 지속적인 연구를 통하여 많은 발전을 이루고 있음에도 불구하고 패션에 사용된 IT 기술의 활용은 전원, 착용감, 세탁, 휴대성 등이 문제점으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 착용가능 기술이 효과적으로 가방에 적용되어 개발된 제품을 제시한다. 사람의 감성을 극대화할 수 있는 레저 및 여행을 위한 패밀리 룩(Family Look) 성격의 가방과 20~30대 여성들의 감성을 디자인으로 자극할 수 있는 오띠 꾸뜨르(Haute Couture) 패션에 맞는 싱글 리미티드 가방 그리고 가족이 대상이 되는 패밀리 가방을 토대로 착용가능기술이 적용된 제품디자인을 제작하여 제시하며, 이로 말미암아 앞으로 변화될 패션의 변화를 제안한다.

생태 관광이란 우수한 자연자원과 주변의 역사, 문화 자원 체험을 통해 느끼고 관찰하는 관광을 말하며, 현재 국민들의 여가생활 패턴이 변경됨에 따라 자연을 찾는 힐링(healing) 여행이 활성화 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 계절에 따라 변화하고 특정한 시기에만 관람이 가능한 생태 관광 프로그램의 문제점을 해결하고 지속 가능한 생태 관광이 이루어 질 수 있는 관광 콘텐츠 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 관광 콘텐츠 시스템은 이미지 촬영 단말기에서 매일 촬영한 생태 관광 이미지 파일을 수거하여 동영상으로 변환 후 서버에 업로드 하면 관광객이 생태 관광 객체에 도착했을 때, 스마트폰을 이용하여 알려주고 식물의 성장 과정 등을 동영상으로 관람할 수 있도록 설계하였다.

Taekwondo, Korean traditional martial art as one of the ten Korean cultural symbols, has acquired a reputation for introducing and globalizing Korean culture together with its standing as official Olympic Game in 2000, Sydney, Australia. Nevertheless the World Taekwondo Headquarters, Kukkiwon, which is an exclusive Taekwondo institution only accommodates for three thousand persons. Considering the worldwide reputation of Taekwondo, the scale of Kukkiwon leaves a big supply problem. This study therefore suggests the plan to design Taekwondo park that playa major role of Taekwondo development in the 21st century and represent the cultural heartland of Taekwondo. The study considers four points. The points are as follows: 1) Necessary programs drawn by analyzing and assessing Muju city as a site for Taekwondo park, then a survey conducted for potential visitors to a Taekwondo park. Under the theme of "A World Cultural Heritage Upon Our Own Lives", the park plan intends to become a shrine of Taekwondo as well as a big tourist attraction. 2) Programs are appropriate for the terms of the investment under the auspices of government, by considering potential visits and the site conditions. 3) The meaning of Taekwondo and its history should be reflected in the space distribution and facilities allotment. Three meaningful zones: symbolic zone, training zone and culture zone are considered in planning program and space distribution. 4) The plan also intends to harmonize with local development by groping Muju city's uplifting, not only designs a Taekwondo park.

This paper was conducted to study the conditions for the manufacture and operation of artificial snow removal and ice-making test facilities so that the test equipment can be tested in a low-temperature environment using the polar environment performance test facility. The polar environment performance test Facility is designed to artificially simulate extreme environments up to -65 ℃, and is a mid-to-large low-temperature environment test facility that can perform performance tests on offshore plant equipment, ships, leisure, and offshore structures. To verify the safety of deck work of ships operating in polar environments, artificial snow removal and artificial ice making devices were manufactured, and we conducted research on various operating environments using these facilities. For the efficient operation of artificial snow and ice making facilities, it is important to continuously supply dry air, and it has been found that installing an additional heater at the tip of the nozzle is effective in preventing freezing.

본 연구는 자연휴양림과 체험마을 이용객의 여가목적지 선택속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도의 비교분석에 관한 연구로 이용객의 이용행태를 파악하여 자연휴양림과 체험마을의 연계 당위성을 확인하고 여가목적지 선택을 위한 물리적 선택소성, 프로그램 선택속성, 서비스 선택속성의 인식차이와 중요도-만족도분석(IPA 분석)을 통해 연계방안을 도출하였다. 주요 결과 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자연휴양림은 가족단위의 이용객이 휴식 및 정서함양을 위해 방문하고 단순 산림공익적 기능을 활용한 체험프로그램 경험이 이루어지고 있는 반면, 체험마을은 가족, 친구 및 동료, 단체 및 동호회 등이 연중 다양한 프로그램을 경험하고 지역문화를 이해하기 위해 방문하고 있었다. 이를 통해 다변화한 국민의 여가수요 충족을 위한 자연휴양림과 체험마을의 연계 필요성을 확인하였다. 둘째, 단순 휴식이 주 방문목적이었던 자연휴양림 이용객에게 체험마을과 연계 시 긍정적인 방문의향이 나타났으며 체험프로그램 참여, 자녀교육, 안전한 숙박시설 확보 등 다양한 이용이 예측되었다. 즉, 자연휴양림과 체험마을의 연계는 실질적 수요와 이용객의 수준 높은 산림휴양활동을 야기하는 대안이라 할 수 있다. 셋째, 자연휴양림 이용객의 경우 모든 선택속성에 대하여 중요도보다 사후 만족도가 낮았으므로 전반적인 개선 필요했다. 특히, 프로그램의 다양성, 유익성, 홍보, 지역성(테마성)의 개선과 숙박 및 편의시설의 공급, 예약시스템 및 지역특산물 구입 체계 구축을 위한 노력, 운영관리인의 전문성 확보가 필요했다. 반면, 체험마을의 프로그램 선택속성의 만족도는 높았으므로 체험마을 프로그램 속성이 자연휴양림 이용활성화를 위한 주요 연계대상임을 알았다. 넷째, IPA 분석에서 이용객의 높은 기대와 만족을 주는 숙박 및 편의시설과 인근 관광지와의 적절한 연계는 유지해야 할 속성이었고 소득창출이 주요 목적인 체험마을의 목적을 달성하고 방문객의 예약시스템 및 특산품 판매기회 만족 증진을 위한 공동의 노력이 요구됐다. 이 외에 자연휴양림 이용요금 체계의 유지, 체험마을 프로그램의 다양성 및 지역성의 유지가 이용객의 여가목적지 선택유도를 위해 필요한 사항으로 고찰되었다.

There is rising interest in green energy, energy efficient equipment, and products as countries show increased interest in 'Low Carbon and Green Growth'. The cellphone has become one of the essential influences on modem people beyond the meaning itself by the release and the commercialization of the Smartphone. Thus, it considers that the introduction of fashion for cellphones and digital devices to be always on should be a quite natural design attempt for humans to wear clothes at all times. In addition, outdoor activities increase as the population enjoys more sports and leisure time that requires the development of specialized outwear such as the development of a functional jacket. This specialized field is associated with higher value-added businesses. This study made a prototype of a functional jacket equipped with solar cells that established a system of a fashion design that is harmonious with green growth as a plan to measure of fashion design for green growth. The objects of this study are as follow: First, the study seeks a design method for green growth. Second, it makes a prototype to present the improved design method. Third, it presents the establishment of a design system that considers green growth and the concrete measures practical for the system. It established the design system and made the prototype of functional jacket equipped with solar cells, LED, and digital devices as a measure of design for green growth based on the improvement plan of the design that the problems had been supplemented for. Previous studies were mainly about prototypes that attempted to equip mobile digital devices as a study of smart wear; however, this study leaves the issue of power supply for a follow-up study that is different from preceding studies.

본 연구의 목적은 고령층의 모바일기반의 정보행위를 정보활동이 가장 왕성한 계층중의 하나인 대학생과 비교분석을 통하여 파악하고 동시에 이들의 정보격차해소를 위한 기초적인 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 자체 개발한 설문지를 사용하여 대구 경북지역에 거주하는 60세 이상 고령층과 이 지역에 거주하는 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 회수된 설문지중 불성실하게 응답한 경우를 제외한 고령층 375명과 대학생 323명의 데이터를 카이제곱검정과 독립표본 t-검정으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 두 집단 모두 경제 상태에 따른 모바일기기 보유여부에는 차이가 없었으며, 이들 두 집단이 모바일기반의 정보행위를 하는 첫 번째 이유는 여가를 위한 것으로 나타났다. 한편 고령층은 모바일기기의 활용교육 확대를 통하여, 대학생층은 무상 혹은 저가 모바일기기의 보급을 통하여 정보활용 애로사항을 해소할 수 있다고 밝혔다. 더불어 다양한 연구결과를 표와 그림과 함께 제시하였다.

본 연구는 2009년부터 2012년까지의 복지패널자료로 노동시간과 임금의 변화를 잠재적인 추이를 통해 살펴보고, 이들의 관계 패턴을 통해 역동적인 노동시장 안에서 연도별 개인의 효용극대화점의 변화와 노동공급곡선의 방향을 살펴보아 앞으로의 방향성을 예측해 보고자 한다. 연구대상과 자료는 한국복지패널의 2009년부터 2012년간 가구 월기준으로 노동시간과 임금을 측정 및 분석하였다. 연구결과로 먼저, 2009년에서 2012년으로 변화함에 따라 노동시간과 임금은 증가함을 예측할 수 있었으며, 비선형 성장곡선이 아닌 선형으로 나타났다. 둘째, 2009년에서 2012년 동안 추정해 보면 노동시간의 SLOPE와 임금의 SLOPE간에 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 2009년에서 2012년까지 노동시간과 임금이 함께 증가하는 것으로 나타났기 때문에 노동공급곡선 가구의 한계효용점은 우상향으로 이동한다. 노동공급곡선이 우상향하는 추이를 지속적으로 보이므로 대체효과가 소득효과를 좀 더 압도하고 있다고 볼 수 있다.

현재 국내에서 사용되고 있는 구명뗏목은 국제항해 선박용으로 SOLAS 협약 규정에 적합하도록 개발된 제품이며, 20m 미만의 소형어선이나 레저선박, 평수구역을 항해하는 화물선에 적합한 크기와 용도로 개발된 제품은 전무한 실정이다. 그러나 선진국에서는 이러한 소형선박 및 연안 선박에 적용하기 위한 자국 규정을 개발하거나 ISO 9650에 충족하는 구명뗏목을 개발하여 보급하고 있으며, 열가소성 폴리우레탄(Thermoplastic polyurethane, TPU) 등 경량화 소재와 열접착(Heat sealing), 고주파접착(Radio-frequency welding, RFW) 등의 경제적인 생산방법을 적용하여 성능이 우수한 제품을 시장에 보급함으로써 이들 선박의 인명안전에 기여하고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 소형선박의 해양사고 시 인명피해 저감을 위한 방안으로 경량화된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 재료를 사용하고 고주파 접착 등의 제조공법을 이용하여 소형선박용 구명뗏목을 개발한 내용을 소개하고자 한다.
