Let R be a 2-torsion free prime ring and J be a nonzero Jordan ideal of R. Let F and G be two generalized derivations with associated derivations f and g, respectively. Our main result in this paper shows that if F(x)x - xG(x) = 0 for all $x{\in}J$, then R is commutative and F = G or G is a left multiplier and F = G + f. This result with its consequences generalize some recent results due to El-Soufi and Aboubakr in which they assumed that the Jordan ideal J is also a subring of R.

In this paper, we consider the intuitionistic fuzzification of the notion of a interior ideal in ordered semigroup S, and investigate some properties of such ideals. In terms of intuitionistic fuzzy set, characterizations of intuitionistic fuzzy interior ideals in ordered semigroups are discussed. Using a collection of interior ideals with additional conditions, an intuitionistic fuzzy interiror ideal is constructed. Natural equivalence relations on the set of all intuitionistic fuzzy interior ideals of an ordered semigroup are investigated. We also give a characterization of a intuitionistic fuzzy simple semigroup in terms of intuitionistic fuzzy interior ideals.

Let R be a prime ring with characteristic not two and U is a nonzero left ideal of R which contains no nonzero nilpotent right ideal as a ring. For a $(\sigma,\tau)$-derivation d : R$\rightarrow$R, we prove the following results: (1) If d is an endomorphism on R then d=0. (2) If d is an anti-endomorphism on R then d=0. (3) If d(xy)=d(yx), for all x, y$\in$R then R is commutative. (4) If d is an homomorphism or anti-homomorphism on U then d=0.

Stable range of rings is a unifying concept for problems related to the substitution and cancellation of modules. The newly appeared element-wise setting for the simplest case of stable range one is tempting to study the lifting property modulo ideals. We study the lifting of elements having (idempotent) stable range one from a quotient of a ring R modulo a two-sided ideal I by providing several examples and investigating the relations with other lifting properties, including lifting idempotents, lifting units, and lifting of von Neumann regular elements. In the case where the ring R is a left or a right duo ring, we show that stable range one elements lift modulo every two-sided ideal if and only if R is a ring with stable range one. Under a mild assumption, we further prove that the lifting of elements having idempotent stable range one implies the lifting of von Neumann regular elements.

This research focuses on the characterization of an ordered semigroups (OS) in the frame work of generalized bipolar fuzzy interior ideals (BFII). Different classes namely regular, intra-regular, simple and semi-simple ordered semigroups were characterized in term of $({\alpha},{\beta})$-BFII (resp $({\alpha},{\beta})$-bipolar fuzzy ideals (BFI)). It has been proved that the notion of $({\in},{\in}{\gamma}q)$-BFII and $({\in},{\in}{\gamma}q)$-BFI overlap in semi-simple, regular and intra-regular ordered semigroups. The upper and lower part of $({\in},{\in}{\gamma}q)$-BFII are discussed.

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 신장의 정확한 방사능 섭취량을 얻기 위해서 기하학적 평균 감쇠보정을 이용한 conjugate view 방법(CVM)을 평가하고 Gate 방법과 비교하는 것이다. 대상 및 방법 : 본 연구는 신장의 방사능 섭취량을 시뮬레이션하기 위해서 몬테칼로 코드, SIMIND와 Zubal 팬텀을 사용하였다. 또한 이중 감마카메라를 이용하여 직경 5cm인 팬텀들을 직경 20cm인 실제 팬텀에 삽입하여 실험을 하였다. CVM 방법을 평가하기 위해서 산란과 감쇠가 없는 이상적 데이터와 비교되었다. 또한, CVM 방법을 Gate 방법과 비교하였고, 산란보정의 적용 또는 비적용으로 나누어 CVM 방법을 실행하였다. Gate 방법은 임상에서 사용하는 것처럼 산란보정을 적용하지 않았으며, $0.12cm^{-1}$와 $0.15cm^{-1}$ 감쇠계수들을 적용하였다. 관심영역 내에 있는 평균계수, 신장영상 위에서 얻어진 프로파일, 선형회귀분석을 이용하여 데이터를 분석하였고, 이상적 데이터와의 상관계수를 계산하였다. 결과: 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션의 경우, 이상적 데이터, CVM 방법, Gate 방법으로부터 얻어진 평균계수들은 각각 (오른쪽: $998{\pm}209$, 왼쪽: $896{\pm}249$), (오른쪽: $911{\pm}207$, 왼쪽: $815{\pm}265$), (오른쪽: $1065{\pm}267$, 왼쪽 $1546{\pm}267$)이었다. CVM 방법은 이상적 데이터와 좋은 상관관계를 보여주었고, 이상적 데이터와 대한 CVM 방법, Gate방법의 상관계수는 각각 (오른쪽: 0.91, 왼쪽: 0.93)와 (오른쪽: 0.85, 왼쪽 0.90)이었다. 결론: 기하학적 평균 감쇠보정을 이용한 CVM 방법은 Gate 방법보다 정량적으로 더 정확한 값을 제공하였다. 결론적으로, 신장 깊이에 영향을 받지 않는 CVM 방법으로 더욱 정확하게 신장의 방사능 섭취량을 측정할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

In this paper, we introduce generalised quasi-ideals in ordered ternary semigroups. Also, we define ordered m-right ideals, ordered (p, q)-lateral ideals and ordered n-left ideals in ordered ternary semigroups and studied the relation between them. Some intersection properties of ordered (m,(p, q), n)-quasi ideals are examined. We also characterize these notions in terms of minimal ordered (m,(p, q), n)-quasi-ideals in ordered ternary semigroups. Moreover, m-right simple, (p, q)-lateral simple, n-left simple, and (m,(p, q), n)-quasi simple ordered ternary semigroups are defined and some properties of them are studied.

The mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the bronchus is very rare neoplasm. The histological appearance is an intimate mixture of mucous-producing cell and epidermoid cell. The malignant potency of the tumor was determined by histologic pattern. Bronchoplasty techniques represent the ideal form of excisional therapy for benign endobronchial tumor as well as tumors of low-grade malignant potential, such as bronchial adenoma, and for repair of traumatic airway injuries and benign stricture and selected group of patients with carcinoma of the lung. We experienced a case of-low-grade mucoepidermoid carcinoma in a patient of 21-year old male who has been suffered from hemoptysis episodes for several years. The sleeve resection of left main bronchus and left lower lobectomy due to bronchiectatic change were carried out. The patient are being followed up without specific problem.

Implantation of Dual Chamber Pacemakers Which sense in the Atrium and the Ventricle, and sequentially or synchronously trigger impulses in the both chambers, has led us to the near realization of the ideal "Physiologic Pacing". We have experienced two cases of implantation of Dual chamber pacemaker in September and October, 1983. One patient was a 21-year-old male who had postoperative complete heart block since he was taken Total correction of TOF in May, 1983 . We implanted transvenously a dual chamber pacemaker, VDD type, through the left subclavian vein. In the other patient who came to the emergency room for partial obstruction of small bowels with severe abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, in whom heart block was found, we implanted a DDD type pacemaker through the left subclavian puncture. The pacemakers have been functioning well postoperatively for more than two months, and the conditions of patient were uneventful.

'Crossed occlusion' is the condition in which occlusal intercuspation is lost when several teeth on upper and lower jaw remain. This report describes a clinical case in which a patient had two upper-left posterior teeth and two lower-right posterior teeth; typically known as left-right crossed occlusion. Considering the patient's general condition and financial situation, the treatment plan included placement of two implants on each jaw against the remaining teeth using surgical guide. To find out the ideal position of implants, digital diagnostic wax-up was preceded by superimposing the cast and cone beam computed tomography image, which was aided with radiographic stents. The consequent surveyed implant bridge provided stable vertical stop for fabrication of the implant assisted removable partial dentures. The patient was satisfied with the functionality and esthetics of definitive prosthesis.
