치위생과 전공심화과정을 위한 학습자 요구분석 및 결과활용 사례 (Analysis of learner needs for advanced dental hygiene major courses)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the needs of learners in an advanced major course in a bid to strike a balance between theory and practice. And it's also meant to suggest an actual case of that effort in an advanced course. As a result of analyzing the collected data, the largest number of the learners who signed up for the advanced course chose that course to earn a bachelor's degree, and the second greatest group did that to bolster their expertise. The name of the college that offered that course (41.4%) had the most impact on their choice of it, followed by accessibility(28.6%). The most common thing they practiced in the oral health education course as one of major courses was forming a lesson plan, followed by teaching at schools and kindergartens, trial student teaching, producing PPT, making OHP materials, making a bulletin board and producing leaflets. During clinical activities for oral health education, the largest group considered it necessary to learn about more theories on educational psychology(54%), followed by the production of teaching media(29.9%) and teaching methods(25.3%). Likewise, the greatest group found it more necessary to practice educational psychology(42.5%), followed by the utilization of media(37.9%) and teaching methods(28.7%). An one-on-one interview was implemented before and after their classes to obtain more detailed information on their needs, and what their needs were in relation to the given curriculum was eventually confirmed, which made it possible to offer better education in response to their needs.

  • 최근 학습자의 요구에 맞는 코스웨어의 주문이 증가하고 있는 추세이며 그에 따라 웹 기반 교육 시스템에 효율적이고 자동화된 교육 에이전트의 필요성이 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 취약성 분석 알고리즘을 이용한 학습자 중심의 코스 스케쥴링 멀티 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 먼저 학습자의 학습 평가 결과를 분석하고 학습자의 학습 성취도를 계산하며, 이 성취도를 에이전트의 스케줄에 적응하여 학습자에게 적합한 코스를 제공하고, 학습자는 이러한 코스에 따라 능력에 맞는 반복된 학습을 통하여 적극적인 완전학습을 수행하게 된다.

  • 오프라인에서는 학습자와 교수자간의 직접적인 학습 내용 전달과 의사소통으로 보다 효율적인 학습이 이루어진다. 이에 가상 학습에서는 특정 학습 영역에 대한 검색 기능과 평가 후 관련 학습 영역으로의 자동 피드백 연결등의 기능으로 이러한 부분을 해결하고 있다. 그러나 검색결과에서 가장 적합한 학습 영역을 선택하고, 현재의 학습을 위해 선행되어져야 할 이전 학습 영역을 선택하는 것들이 학습자의 몫이기 때문에 학습 내용에 익숙하지 않은 학습자에겐 오프라인 학습에 비해 많은 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 학습자가 전체 학습 내용의 흐름과 단원간의 연관성 및 학습 방향을 잡는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 보다 다양한 시각에서의 색인 메커니즘을 제안한다.

  • 창의적, 능동적인 문제해결 능력을 가진 지식노동자를 요구하는 정보화 사회에서는 교수자 중심이 아닌 학습자 중심의 온라인 교육 콘텐츠 기술의 발전이 급속히 요구되고 있다. 대부분의 온라인 학습 콘텐츠의 특성은 학습자 중심이라기보다 교수자 중심의 강의 진행, 콘텐츠 제작과 콘텐츠 제공 플랫폼의 부족한 기능들로 학습자가 중심이 되는 온라인 학습 특성을 만족시키지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 학습 특성인 학습자 중심의 온라인 교육을 위한 콘텐츠 제공 플랫폼에 대해 기존의 콘텐츠 제공 플랫폼과 상호보완적 입장에서 구성하는 방안에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

  • In knowledge based society, lifelong learning is increasing in order to meet educational needs of adult learners. Credit Bank system which is credited by individual experience, learning and qualifications are also emphasized for continuing learning participation. However, in spite of the importance of concern in the Credit Bank System, adult learners expectation and value are not high. The purpose of this study is to analyze participation valence and learning flow of adult learner in the Credit Bank System. The result of this study is summarized as follows: first, adult learners participated in the Credit Bank System to get new knowledge and skill based on internal and external motivation and requirement not involved with individual degree. Second, adult learners participating in the Credit Bank System are experiencing learning flow realizing that behavior of participation is compensated, adult learners are concentrating and feeling with satisfaction and pleasure to study. Third, participation in the Credit Bank System based on adult learner's own right learning requirement have been analyzed as it has a positive effect to the learning flow and have indicated that adult learners having high level of valence experience, recognition immersion, behavioral devotion, and egoistic immersion. Based on the conclusion, further studies are suggested.

STEP 학습자분석 및 실태조사에 기반한 온라인 학습 플랫폼 활성화 방안 (Online Learning Platform Activation Strategy based on STEP Learner Analysis and Survey)

  • 4차산업혁명으로 인해 평생직업 능력개발을 위한 신기술 분야의 콘텐츠를 배울 수 있는 환경의 필요성이 높아져, 이에 K 대학의 온라인평생교육원은 스마트 학습 플랫폼인 STEP을 구축하였다. 본 연구에서는 STEP 학습자들의 유형에 대해 선행연구 및 타 플랫폼 사례분석, 학습자 대상의 설문조사 및 전문가 표적집단면접을 실행하고 이 결과들을 바탕으로 한 종합적인 분석을 실시하여 학습자 유형별 특징을 분류하였다. 그리고 도출된 결과를 활용하여 향후 STEP 학습자의 요구에 맞는 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 방안을 수립하고자 하였다. 도출된 방안들은 다음과 같다. 학습 콘텐츠 난이도, 학습동기 조사 등은 상시적으로 관리할 필요가 있으며, 학습구성 측면에서 학습콘텐츠의 운영을 정교화해야 한다. 또한 전문성 있는 콘텐츠를 확보하고, 취약 학습자 관리 및 학습자 지원시스템 및 다양한 교육방식을 적극 도입하는 것이 필요하다.

공과대학생의 창의공학설계능력 교육요구도 분석 (An Analysis on Educational Needs of Creative Engineering Design Ability of Engineering Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and implement engineering education program by drawing out the educational needs creative engineering design ability. The importance and current level of creative engineering ability were surveyed and analyzed by using 29 sub - factors of creative engineering design ability presented by Kim Dae young et al(2006). from 234 engineering students in 6 universities. As a result, students recognized that all items of creative engineering design ability were important, and their level was generally recognized. The educational needs for creative ability and creative problem solving ability was high and the educational needs for creative engineering design project was relatively low. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop an educational program to enhance creative engineering design ability by considering learner's perception and professional and industrial recognition.

전문응급처치 강사자격 교육과정 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Advanced Emergency care Instructor Qualification Course)

  • The purpose of this study which was conducted by framing of standardized advanced emergency care instructor qualification course outline and training competent instructor Course development based on following educational principle and it would be expected more improved aspect. Advanced Emergency care Instructor Qualification Course Development (1) based on advanced emergency care instructor job analysis and paramedic job description. (2) Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is continuous. It is important to begin at the learner's level of knowledge and to relate new learning to information the learner needs. (3) Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is purposeful and must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must be constantly appraised through feedback. The purpose of learning BLS information and skills must be kept in sharp focus. (4) Learning involves as many senses as possible. The more stimulating a learner activity is to the senses, the longer the information will be retained. Conservative figures indicate that 75% of what is heard is for-gotten after 2 days. It has been said that learners remember (5) Learning activities must be appropriate for the emergency situation through the PBL educational method. In BLS lecture skill learning, the greatest proportion of class time should be spent in manikin practice, using performance sheets as a learning tool or guide. (6) Learning must be stimulating. Instructors can motivate learners by helping them achieve higher levels of proficiency and encouraging other levels of course completion, such as instructor and instructor trainer. (7) Learning is affected by the physical and social environment. The physical environment should be conducive to both the kind of learning taking place and the activities used for learning. Advanced emergency care instructor qualification course organized educational psychology, educational methodology I,II,III, educational material making skill, lecture & conversational skill, BLS theory & pratice lecture skill, minic lecture designed PBL module. test of minic lecture & pratice lecture skill. Advanced emergency care instructor qualification course continued to active instructor training and motivated to active EMS system.

  • 웹의 등장은 멀티미디어 기술과 컴퓨터 통신 기술 개발의 가속화 및 이를 응용한 컨텐츠 개발에 촉진제 역할을 하게 되었다. 최근에는 교수-학습 활동에서의 새로운 형태인 웹을 기반으로 한 교육(WBI : Web-Based Instruction)이라는 교수 모형이 제시되기에 이르렀다. 또한, 개별 학습자의 학습 수준을 고려한 학습 및 평가 방식이 요구되고 있으며, 그에 따라 웹 기반 교육 시스템에 효율적이고 자동화된 교육 에이전트의 필요성이 인식되고 있다. 그러나 현재 연구되고 있는 많은 교육 시스템들은 학습자 성향에 맞는 학습 과정을 적절히 서비스해 주지 못할 뿐 아니라 지속적인 피드백과 학습자가 학습 과정에 따라 학습을 진행함에 있어서 취약한 부분을 재학습 할 수 있도록 도와주는 서비스를 원활히 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 취약성 분석 알고리즘을 이용한 학습자 중심의 코스 스케줄링 멀티 모듈 시스템의 설계를 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 먼저 학습자의 학습을 지속적으로 모니터링하고 평가하여 개인 학습자의 학습 성취도를 계산하며, 이 성취도 계산을 통해 나온 단원별 취약성을 에이전트의 스케줄에 적용하여 학습자에게 취약한 과목을 재학습 할 수 있는 학습 환경을 제공하고, 학습자는 이러한 학습 환경에 따라 반복된 학습을 통하여 완전학습을 수행하게 된다.

여성 학습자의 특성에 따른 인터넷교육 프로그램 만족도와 학업성취도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction and Achievement of Learning by Female Learner's Characteristics in Internet Education Program)

  • The purposes of the study were to identify satisfaction and achievement of learning by female learner's characteristics, and to suggest measures to improve quality of education in internet education programs. In order to determine the educational effectiveness associated with the characteristics of learners, this study attempted to employ two way approaches by observing the degree of achievement for learning, which represents an instructor-oriented approach, and the degree of satisfaction for education, which represents a learner-oriented approach to enhance the quality of internet education for female learners. As an approach to evaluate the educational effectiveness, the degree of achievement in learning(Tyler's classical approach), and the degree of satisfaction for education (Scriven's consumer-oriented evaluation model) were utilized. A survey form was developed by the researcher after reviewing the various tools originated from Boshier, Cross, Gagne and Choi, and distributed to a panel of judges that examined the content validity of the instrument. The sample for the study consisted of 160 female learners from three universities in Seoul and capital area, and the survey form was used to collect data for this study. The SPSS WIN program was used in analyzing the data and a series of statistical tests were conducted including frequency, percentile, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, multiple regression, and factor analysis. The statistical significance level was 0.05. The following conclusion were drawn from this study of female internet education. First, it was evident that female internet learners tend to utilize information from internet, and this can be interpreted as participants' positive attitude, and voluntary participation. Second, educational facilities and services should be improved in the future, because the level of satisfaction was low in these areas compared to curriculum and educational methodology. Third, the participating factors influenced by the level of satisfaction for education of learner characteristics were the 'formation of inter-personal relationship and willingness to change' and the 'needs for education on internet', thus appeared that both social and educational needs influenced the level of satisfaction for education. Fourth, the degree of achievement in learning was higher in the order of 1) attitude 2) function 3) knowledge, thus, attitude change was the most important in achievement of learning. Fifth, the individual background that influenced the level of achievement in learning were age and educational experience. As for the individual level of achievement for learning, the younger and more educated group were more satisfied.
