Purpose: This study reviews the Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System (YRBSS) in the United States. This review focuses on the purposes, questionnaires, survey methods, and use of survey results. The author also discussesthe establishment and use of Korean Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System. Results:The YRBSS was developed in 1990 to monitor priority health risk behaviors that contribute to the leading causes of death, disability, and social problems among youth and adults in the United States. The purpose of YRBSS is to determine the prevalence of health risk behaviors, to assess the trend of health risk behavior prevalence, provide comparable data, monitor progress toward achieving the Healthy People 2010. The questionnaires inquire about health-related behaviors, including tobacco use, unhealthydietary behaviors, inadequate physical activity, alcohol and drug use, sexual activity, behaviors that contribute to unintentional injuries and violence. The results of YRBS have been used to estimate the prevalence of risk behaviors among youth, to set goals for school health programs, for training and development of health program personnel, for the development of health education curriculum, to support enactment of health-related regulations, and to support funding for futher research. Conclusions: The YRBSS represents a potentially valuable program that can be applied in Korea. Assessment of risk behaviors among Korean youths will provide invaluable insight for many potential purposes.
The purpose if this study was to investigate mother' oral health management behavior to their children. Two hundreds sixty seven mothers with elementary school students were surveyed among the residents living of Iksan city, Korea. A questionnaire was constructed and administered to the samples. The research focused in the following items: the subjects' socio-demographic factors such as education level and employment and so on; their knowledge of plaque; the leading causes of caries, regular dental examinations; dental treatment; their interest in their children's dental health; the frequency of the subjects examining their children's teeth; non-cariogenic food preparation, etc. Being based in collected data, mothers' oral health management behavior to their children were analyzed according to maternal socio-demographic factor and result were following. There was a difference in the subjects knowledge of dental plaque in accordance with their employment or unemployment and family income. There was no difference in mother's oral health management behavior to their children according to parents' education level, the subjects' age and family income. Most of mother answered the main reason of dental caries was that their children did not toothbrush their teeth regularly and there was a difference in the understanding of the subjects in accordance with the education level of fathers and family income. The subjects had a low understanding of the effect of preventing caries with the help of fluoride. They didn't have enough understanding of water fluoridation. So it is necessary that active campaigns should be launched to enlighten people in relation to the ways of preventing dental caries with fluoride.
In this paper, a transversely isotropic behavior of AZ31 Mg alloy produced by equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP) process was investigated through tensile test and microstructure observation. The effects of initial ECAP pass number on the anisotropic behavior and mechanical properties of the Mg alloy are evaluated after conventional direct extrusion test, which are carried out at a temperature of $200^{\circ}C$. As a result of the tensile test in three directions ($0^{\circ}$, $45^{\circ}$, and $90^{\circ}$ to the extrusion direction of the sheet) at room temperature, elongation of as-extruded AZ31 alloy(ECAP for 0 pass) showed an unusual anisotropic behavior depending on the extrusion direction although the yield strength and tensile strength are similar to the ECAPed AZ31 alloy. After ECAP for 4 passes at $200^{\circ}C$, microstructural observations of ECAPed magnesium alloy showed a significant grain refinement, which is leading to an equiaxed grain structure with average size of $2.5{\mu}m$. The microstructures of the extruded billet are observed by the use of an electron back-scattering diffraction (EBSD) technique to evaluate of the influence on the grain refinement during extrusion process and re-crystallization mechanism of AZ31 Mg alloy.

The youths are characterized by their reckless and ambitious behavior. They exhibit a strong tendency to make risky decisions that may jeopardize their future. These qualities are also in line with their experience-seeking behavior. As young entrepreneurs aim high in profit-seeking activities, their ethical stance may be compromised. Moreover, their money profile increases at an accelerated pace, leading them to love money even more. Quantitatively, this study was the first to investigate the behavior of young entrepreneurs in terms of their love of money, religiosity, and ethical perceptions by adopting the hadith perspective in Islamic tradition by developing the scales of all constructs. The respondents were 261 members of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneur Association in Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. This study also examined gender as the moderating variable. This study found that the love of money affects ethical perception negatively; on the other hand, religiosity positively affected ethics. Gender is found to moderate religiosity, but not love of money. These results signify the harmful impact of loving money too much on young entrepreneurs' ethics; furthermore, the scales developed from hadith revelation were able to capture the empirical findings significantly.
Purpose: This study systematically examined the concept of digital selling readiness of salespeople. Additionally, this study empirically confirms the sequential mediating roles of digital literacy and salesperson self-efficacy in the impact of digital selling readiness on customer-oriented behavior. Research design, data, and methodology: We collected data from salespeople at a Bank and Financial Service firm in South Korea. A total of 254 salespeople were invited to participate, with 154 surveys returned. After removing the questionnaires with missing values, 150 complete surveys were employed for the analysis. Results: The empirical analysis indicates that digital selling readiness positively affects digital literacy. Digital literacy, in turn, is positively associated with self-efficacy, leading to increased customer-oriented behaviors among salespersons. This study also confirms the sequential mediating effects of digital literacy and self-efficacy in the impact of salespeople's digital selling readiness on customer-oriented behavior. Conclusions: Our research deepens the understanding of how digital selling readiness fosters customer-oriented behavior through the sequential mediating effects of digital literacy and self-efficacy. This study extends the previous model by sequentially involving digital literacy and self-efficacy to better understand the psychological processes of digital selling. The results highlight the role of digital selling readiness in preparing salespeople for digital sales.
Purpose Financial technology, also known as FinTech, is conceptually defined as a new type of financial service which is combined with information technology and other traditional financial services like payments, investments, financing, insurance, asset management and so on. Most of the studies on FinTech services have been conducted from the viewpoint of technical issues or legal and institutional studies, and few studies are conducted from the health belief perspectives and security behavior approaches. In this regard, this study suggest an extended information protection behavior model. Design/Methodology/Approach The Health Belief Model (HBM), the Protection Motivation Theory (PMT), and the Technology Threat Avoidance Theory (TTAT) were employed to identify constructs relevant to information protection behavior of FinTech services. A new extended information protection behavior model in which the influence factors of information protection behavior (i.e., perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, perceived self-efficacy, subjective norms) affect perceived threats and perceived responsiveness positively, leading to information protection behavior of FinTech users eventually. This study developed an extended information protection behavior model to explain the protection behavior intention in FinTech users and collected 272 survey responses from the mobile users who had experiences with such mobile payments and FinTech services. Findings The finding of this study suggests that the influence factors of information protection behavior affect perceived threats and perceived responsiveness positively, and information protection behavior of FinTech users as well.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of coaching leadership on ESG management performance through employee innovation behavior in the context of SMEs. Amid the lack of ESG-related research on SMEs, this study is significant in that it empirically verified that coaching leadership can contribute to the improvement of ESG performance of SMEs by inducing innovative behavior of employees. For the study, a survey was conducted on 244 employees of domestic SMEs. As a result of the study, it was found that coaching leadership partially had a positive (+) effect on ESG performance. Specifically, direction suggestion and competency development had a positive effect on the environment, social responsibility, and governance structure of ESG performance, but the relationship with performance evaluation did not have a significant effect. In addition, the direction of coaching leadership and competency development had a positive effect on innovation behavior, but performance evaluation was not significant. Innovative behavior had a significant positive (+) effect on all aspects of ESG performance (environment, social responsibility, and governance), and showed a significant mediating effect in the relationship between coaching leadership and ESG performance. This suggests that innovative behavior plays an important role in mediating the relationship between the sub-factors of coaching leadership and ESG performance. The theoretical significance of this study is to support the innovation behavior of members through coaching leadership in the SME field and to identify a path to increase ESG performance as a result. In addition, most previous studies on the relationship between ESG and innovation behavior have shown that innovation behavior is promoted by the influence of ESG, but this study confirmed that innovation behavior of SME members is an important factor in improving ESG performance. These results provided practical and policy implications for promoting ESG performance by leading the use of coaching leadership and innovation behavior in the SME field.
This paper deals with the results for a numerical analysis of single piles and pile groups in multi-layers soil(granite soil-clay-granite soil) subjected to monotonous lateral loading using the ABAQUS finite element software. The investigated variables in this study include free head and embedded capped single pile, pile diameter (0.5m), pile length (10m), and pile groups. Numerical analyses were conducted by variation of spacing piles(s=3D, 4D, 5D) to compare the behaviour of single pile without cap and group pile. The $1{\times}3$ pile group(leading pile, middle pile, trail pile) was selected to investigate the individual pile and group lateral resistance, the distribution of the resistance among the piles. The analysis model of clay and the material of granite soil was modeled by using Druker-Prager constitutive relationship and existing treatise respectively. The pile was considered as a elastic circular concrete pile. As a result, the more pile space was extended, the value of P-multiplier is appeared to be less effective to leading pile. The lateral resistance of single-layer showed approximately 4-20% larger than the multi-layers.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation among adolescents' school consumer education, cell phone consumption behavior and satisfaction with cell phone consumption life. Finally, this study aims to find right ways for leading to adolescents' reasonable consumption life and improving the school consumer education. A survey was conducted to the second grade students 430 of middle school residing in Seoul and the Capital area. As the result of examining the relation among school consumer education, consumption behavior, and consumption life satisfaction, the learning of 'information analysis and decision making process' has a positive effect on 'reasonable purchase and active problem-solving' behavior, and the learning of 'consumption culture' on 'active problem-solving and ethic use' behavior, the learning of 'problem-solving and rights and responsibilities' on 'ethic use' behavior. In addition, it shows that 'ethic usage behavior' in consumption behavior has a positive influence on 'relation satisfaction', and 'reasonable purchase' behavior and 'active problem-solving' behavior on 'practical usage satisfaction'.
This study was conducted to obtain meaningful information about job management of child care center teachers, who take charge of child care policy at the front line, social meaning of which is being greatly highlighted these days. Especially, the research was designed with causal relationships in mind, in which certain job-related thoughts or consciousness forms attitudes, thus leading to behavior. In this light, the present study selected the following variables for analysis: job attitudes including job calling, job engagement, and job burnout; and job behavior such as creative behavior, active behavior, and ethical behavior. Data collected from 209 child care center teachers' response to structured questionnaires was analyzed, using t-test, one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA), and hierarchical regression analysis. The results indicate that job burnout increased at a statistically significant level as extra workhours increased, and that only job engagement, among job attitude variables, and creative behavior and active behaviors, among job behavior variables, had significant effects. Moreover, job engagement was the only variable that was found to work as a mediator in relationships between job calling and active behavior.
