중소 ICT건설기업 조직원의 셀프리더십이 심리적 임파워먼트 통하여 조직시민행동과 조직신뢰에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Employee's Self Leadership of Construction Company on Organization Citizenship Behaviour and Organizational Trust through Psychology Empowerment)

  • This study aims to explore the casual relation between construction company employees' Self-Leadership and two variables: Organization Citizenship Behaviour and Organizational Trust through Psychology Empowerment. To explain in details, this study examines how the independent variable, Self Leadership, with its behavior-focused, natural reward and constructive thought pattern strategies, affects the dependent variable, Organization Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Trust through the intervening variable, Psychology Empowerment. A survey was conducted on current employees of construction companies in metropolitan areas to empirically examine the research model. The result of study hypothesis on Self-Leadership is as follows; first, Self-Leadership showed a positive effect on Psychology Empowerment, Organization Citizenship Behaviour and Organizational Trust. Second, Psychology Empowerment showed a positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behaviour. Third, Psychology Empowerment showed a positive effect on Organizational Trust. The capacity of individuals is critical when it comes to competitiveness of construction companies. When employees willingly participate in building trust within the company, the work place will become more and more constructive; based on trust, efficiency will increase because people from different processes can work together and performance will also improve even when project managers are absent because others could help their role instead, thus driving more efficient human resource management to the company. To conclude, a company's vision can be spread wide and far when their employees engage themselves in Learning Organization with Self Leadership. They will also be satisfied with their work through improving interpersonal relationship at work.

농촌개발사업 참여 주체의 역량 강화 방안 (Strategies and measures for capacity building in rural development project)

  • This study aimed to find the way to help participants build capacity in rural development projects, through some case studies and Q-methodology. Decentralization and diffusion of bottom-up approach in rural development projects are the main contextual factors in this study. With the ethos of bottom-up approach in rural development, the human and financial inputs for capacity building increased drastically in the area of rural development policy. Four types of capacity building methods were identified in this study; training, consulting, learning organization, and forum. Theses methods were used more at planning step than implementation step in rural development projects. The government's effort to strengthen leadership in rural areas should be continued. The existing government's training program for capacity building had better include more diverse clients. Actions for capacity building should be centered on the needs of the participants in fields. Especially, organizing learning units is very important. Governments' rural development policy should establish the proper process which can help local actors plan their projects with enough time span.

The Impact of Leadership Capability, Job Stress and Work-Life Balance on Job Satisfaction in Vietnamese Logistics Industry: An Analysis Based on the Second-Order Constructs

  • Logistics industry is being an important industry in Vietnam with the contribution from 8-10% of GDP recently. This industry employs about 15 millions people. Increasing the employees' job satisfaction is become one of the most concerns of managers in logistics companies to strengthen the employee engagement and improve their business performance. The aim of this study is to investigate how employees' perceptions of job satisfaction are influenced by factors such as job stress, leadership capability, work-life balance, and demographics. 426 workers in the logistics sector in Vietnam were surveyed online. The acquired data was analyzed using a structural equation model. In total 16 hypotheses were established, 13 of which were deemed to be significant. The results demonstrate how the literature-informed second-order constructs can potentially explain the overall job stress, leadership capability, and work-life balance of employees in the Vietnamese logistics industry. These variables account for 54.8% of job satisfaction. This study makes a theoretical contribution to the extant literature by showing how researching second-order constructs can improve the theory's capacity to predict employees' job satisfaction. The paper concludes with a set of recommendations for the management of logistics firms in Vietnam.

디자인 매니지먼트 교육에서의 창의적 아이디어 발상을 위한 교육프로그램 (Research on Creative Thinking Program in Design Management Education)

  • 오늘날 경제 환경과 기업 활동은 디자인의 가치를 새롭게 인식하고 있으며 디자인교육도 기술적방법과 표현력 중심에서 벗어나고 있다. 이런 디자인의 교육적 환경으로 디자인 매니지먼트의 교육프로그램에도 관심과 기대가 높아가고 있다. 디자인 매니지먼트교육의 새로운 프로그램을 제안하기위해 디자인 매니지먼트의 활동내용을 연도별로 설명하였고, 우리나라 디자인대학과 매니지먼트의 명문교육 기관과의 교육내용을 비교 분석하였다. 외국대학의 매니지먼트 디자인 교육은 경영대학원 중심으로 철저한 실무교육을 바탕으로 하고 있었으며 기본적으로 리더십교육을 강조하고 있었다. 디자인 매니지먼트의 영역은 창의적 요소와 리더십의 요소가 있으며 리더십은 개인의 리더십과 대인의 리더십이 있으며 인간관계성의 스킬이 리더십의 핵심요소가 된다. 이런 디자인의 리더십은 창의력을 조직 내에서 발생시키고 성장시켜나가는 것이므로 디자인 매니지먼트에서는 창의력개발과 리더십을 분리할 수는 없을 것이다. 우리의 창의력 교육은 감성적 기법과 분석적 기법을 통합함은 물론 개인과 그룹의 창의력을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 학습 프로그램으로 개발해야 한다. 이런 창의력 향상교육은 우리의 교육과 기업문화에도 활용 될 수 있는 디자인 매니지먼트 교육 프로그램이다.

중환자실 간호사의 도덕적 민감성, 셀프리더십, 피로도와 표준주의지침 수행과의 관계 (The Relationship among Moral Sensitivity, Self-leadership, Fatigue and Compliance with Standard Precautions of Intensive Care Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중환자실 간호사의 도덕적 민감성과 셀프리더십, 피로도 및 표준주의지침 수행도의 상관관계를 파악하고 표준주의지침 수행도에 미치는 영향요인을 탐색하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 전국 의료기관의 중환자실 네트워크를 활용하여 15개 종합병원 중환자실 간호사 153명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집은 2019년 3월 5일부터 2019년 3월 10일까지 시행하였다. 자료분석은 Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression analysis를 이용하였다. 연구결과, 본 연구대상자의 표준주의지침 수행도에 셀프리더십(r=.17, p=.042)이 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 연구대상자의 표준주의지침 수행도에 영향을 주는 요인을 확인하기 위하여 단계적 회귀분석을 수행한 결과, 셀프리더십(β=.17, p=.042)이 유의한 요인으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 통계적으로 유의하였다(R2=.03, F=4.21, p=.042). 따라서 최근 간호사의 높은 수준의 표준주의지침 수행도를 유지하게 된 시점에 각 병원은 간호사들의 셀프리더십 역량 강화를 위한 노력이 필요하다.

IPP일학습 훈련생과 참여기업 현장교사의 개인특성이 훈련생의 고용가능성에 미치는 영향 -기업의 사회적통합과 흡수역량 중심으로- (The Effects of Individual Characteristics of IPP Work-Learning Trainees and Field Teachers of Participating Companies on Trainees' Employability - Focusing on Social Integration and Absorption Capabilities of Companies -)

  • 이 연구는 IPP 일학습 병행 훈련에 참여한 훈련생들과 참여기업 현장교사의 개인특성이 훈련생의 고용가능성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 통하여 IPP 일학습 훈련의 효과 및 효율성 향상에 기여할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 IPP 일학습 훈련에 참여하고 있는 9개 대학의 훈련생(학습근로자) 200명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 회수된 설문지(157부)를 바탕으로 요인 간 인과관계를 검증한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, IPP 훈련생의 고용가능성을 높이기 위해서는 먼저 훈련생을 선발할 때 훈련생 개개인이 갖고 있는 개인특성을 검증하여 핵심역량과 실패내성이 강한 훈련생을 선발할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 기업에서는 교수역량 뿐만 아니라 진성리더십이 강한 선임사원을 기업현장교사로 선임하고, 기업현장교사 연수기관에서는 그들의 리더십 향상을 위한 연수를 강화하여야 한다. 셋째, 일학습 기업은 사회적 통합과 흡수역량이 높은 기업으로 선정하고, 참여기업은 신기술을 습득하고 학습하는 조직문화를 구축하기 위해 노력하여야 한다. 본 연구 결과는 앞으로 훈련생 및 참여기업 선발 기준을 체계화하고 기업과 기업현장교사의 훈련 역량을 높일 수 있는 훈련시스템 구축을 통하여 일학습 훈련의 효과를 높이는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

지역사회역량구축과 지역사회간호 (Community Capacity Building and Community Health Nursing)

  • This paper discusses the merits of the community capacity and capacity building concepts, the strategies used for building community capacity and their implications for community health nursing. Community capacity is defined as the interaction of the human capital, organizational resources, and social capital existing within a given community that can be used to improve or maintain the health of the community. Community capacity building is one approach to promoting community health. This approach takes a comprehensive, dynamic, and multidimensional view of community needs and circumstances and places an emphasis on asset development, collaboration among community organizations, and community participation. The major strategies for community capacity building involve activities such as facilitating the development of an asset-based approach to community, developing leadership, establishing partnership, organization development, utilizing community resources, and developing public relations. The implications of community capacity for community health nursing are addressed in terms of the need for community health education and practicum, long-term commitment, partnerships, and a paradigm shift. The author suggests that the concept of community capacity building may be useful for improving the health of both the entire community and its individual residents.

텍스트마이닝을 활용한 주요 대기업 신년사 분석 (Study on CEO New Year's Address: Using Text Mining Method)

  • This study analyzed the CEO New Year's addresses of major Korean companies, extracting key topics for employees via text mining techniques. An intended contribution of this study is to assist reporters, analysts, and researchers in gaining a better understanding of the New Year's addresses by elucidating the implicit and implicative features of messages within. To this end, this study collected and analyzed 545 New Year's addresses published between 2012 and 2021 by the top 66 Korean companies in terms of market capitalization. Research methodologies applied include text clustering, word embedding of keywords, frequency analysis, and topic modeling. Our main findings suggest that the messages in the New Year's addresses were categorized into nine topics-organizational culture, global advancement, substantial management, business reorganization, capacity building, market leadership, management innovation, sustainable management, and technology development. Next, this study further analyzed the managerial significance of each topic and discussed their characteristics from the perspectives of time, industry, and corporate groups. Companies were typically found to emphasize sound management, market leadership, and business reorganization during economic downturns while stressing capacity building and organizational culture during market transition periods. Also, companies belonging to corporate groups tended to emphasize founding philosophy and corporate culture.

농촌 지역사회 주민역량이 지역사회 만족에 미치는 영향 - 지역사회 애착도의 조절효과 - (Factors of Community Capacity Influencing Rural Community Satisfaction - Moderating Effects of Community Attachment -)

  • Community attachment is an important variable for affecting community satisfaction. The study aims to identify the factors influencing community satisfaction on rural community capacity. Particularly, the study examine the moderating effects of the community attachment between community capacity and community satisfaction. Data were collected from 289 residents of rural villages through questionnaires. Results of a factor analysis yielded four dimensions of community capacity which are learning opportunity and technique, leadership, grasping problem, and community attitude. Results show that learning opportunity and community attitude among four dimensions of community capacities have significance for community satisfaction. And community attachment among community capacity factors has a positive effects as a moderator between community capacity and community satisfaction. Results also indicated that community attitude has an interactional effects with moderator. It was suggested that community attachment should be considered in rural community development policy.

지역사회 역량의 구성 영역 - 서울시 임대아파트 임차인 대표회 사례 - (Dimensions of Community Capacity: A Case of a Resident Committee in a Public Residence Lease Apartment Complex in Seoul)

  • Objectives: This paper aims to identify the dimensions of community capacity in a public residence lease apartment complex in Seoul as a case study, and discusses their application to community health promotion. Methods: The research team performed a focus group interview and a brief survey with resident committee representatives to explore community context and to identify the dimensions of community capacity and their order of priority. Results: We identified many groups with different senses of community and various dynamics in the community. Seven dimensions of community capacity were identified. However, there are different developmental stages among them. Also there are some influences with the different directions in a dimension, e.g. leadership and citizen participation. Conclusions: This study illustrated the identification of the dimensions of community capacity focused on the perspective and recognition of the community and community member, as an effort to understand community capacity in domestic community health promotion context.
