The trend of Development Projects has been changing through a few recent years. Small-scale development projects in the past were usually for building residences or officetel in a big cities. making lots of profits. These projects made not only lots of profits but also unbalance between the urban centers and the suburbs. So government made some regulations to prevent the things from being worse anymore, planned to develop the country in balance and began to lead large-scale development project such as Inno city and Newtown. At first, in this study, the phases and the characteristics of development project's change will be looked around. And then, after overview about PFV(project financing vehicle) used a lot in large-scale development projects will be seen, the better ways to use PFV in large-scale development projects are going to be proposed by considering the problems in PFV's conformation.

Purpose - The Korean government has revised the distribution industry development law to regulate large-scale retailer operations to protecting medium- and small-scale retailers and traditional markets. According to the revised law, large-scale retailers must follow regulations on operating hours and compulsory store closures two days per month. Based on the revised distribution industry development law, most local governments regulate operation hours and they have adopted compulsory closure programs for large-scale retail stores. However, it is argued that fresh food producers suffer from a decrease in sales based on the compulsory closure of stores operated by large-scale retailers. Large-scale retailers reduce their fresh food orders from agricultural and fishery producers because of the compulsory store closures. Fresh food producers also suffer from a decrease in prices because reduced orders lead to a decrease in auction prices based on the availability of excess goods in wholesale markets. This paper investigates the effects of operation regulations for large-scale retailers on agricultural producers by surveying agricultural and fishery producer organizations. Research design, data, methodology - A survey was conducted on 117 producer organizations of fruits and vegetables, cereals, fisheries, and livestock products from September 10 to October 4, 2012. Survey items are annual sales, shares of sales accounted for by large-scale retailers, reduction of orders and prices from large-scale retailers, methods to deal with the sales reduction, unfair trade practices of large-scale retailers, opinion of the large-scale retailer regulations, and so on. The average sales of the sampled producer organizations are 13.7 billion won and the average share of sales accounted for by large-scale retailers is 35.4%. Results - Survey results show that the sample producer organizations' sales decreased 10.1% because of the compulsory closures of stores operated by large-scale retailers. It is estimated that the total sales of producer organizations decreased 371.2 billion won because of the regulations on the operation of large-scale retailers. In addition to the direct effect of a sales decrease due to order reduction, agricultural and fishery producer organizations suffered from the secondary effect of price reduction in wholesale markets. When orders from large-scale retailers decreased, most agricultural and fishery producer organizations shipped redundant products to wholesale markets, decreasing auction prices. It was estimated that the price received decreased 21.9% when sold in other marketing channels. As producer organization sales decreased, it was reported that the labor force employed by producer organizations also decreased by 15.1%. Therefore, we can conclude that the regulations for large-scale retailer operations resulted in negative impacts on agricultural producers. Conclusions - Although the sales reduction due to the regulations for large-scale retailer operations are not great, the cumulative effects due to the continued compulsory closure of stores operated by large-scale retailers could be great. This paper suggests governmental programs that could help agricultural producer organizations to find new and effective marketing channels such as direct marketing, farmers' markets, exports, Internet shopping, and so on.

Large-scale construction projects require various license and technologies for the manufacturing and handling processes. Also, the whole life cycle business process management determines the success of the project. Then, the efficiency of the business conducted by stakeholders and their possessed technology should be enhanced in order to strengthen their competitive power. For this reason, many experts pointed out to focus on the improvement of the life cycle process and efficient management. Since it is very important to keep up-to-date data and utilize it for work during the long-term project to reflect changes in the large-scale project, the most important part of the project management in project is information change management. Therefore, the objective of this study is applying configuration management(CM) technique in order to managing change data generated for planning in early phase. The result of this research will certainly assist the large-scale project managers in the development of information change management system.

The purpose of this study is to establish PM-10 management manual for developing large scale sites by assessing the status of PM-10 reduction at ongoing large scale development sites. After analyzing the meteorological conditions and air quality characteristics of Sihwa MTV development site, ISCST3 (Industrial Source Complex Short Term Model 3) was implemented to predict PM-10 generation. The outcomes of ISCST3 modelling were utilized for verification of site survey data. As a result of applying air pollution modeling, the diffusion rate of PM-10 decreases according as the wind speed decreases. And the emission rate of PM-10 increase is linear to the concentration of PM-10. The reduction target of PM-10 can be derived quantitatively from the difference between the forecasted emission rate and the permissible emission limit of PM-10. The assessment of PM-10 characteristics which is deduced from ISCST3 and site survey can be practically applied to accomplish environmentally acceptable air quality manual for large scale development sites.

As the geotechnical technologies have grown, the size of civil structures has become bigger than before, thereby requiring large-scale geotechnical testing equipments which can evaluate the mechanical behavior of large size testing materials such as gravel, crushed rock and so on. These kind of large testing equipments are usually used to evaluate the mechanical characteristics of large size material which are applied in the large infra structures like dam, seashore structure, coastal landfill, soil-structure interaction and seismic response of large-scale structure. In this research, state-of-the-art information in the field of geotechnical engineering was collected and summarized for such large-scale experimental equipments as large-scale geo-centrifuge, large-scale triaxial testing machine, large-scale direct shear testing apparatus and large-scale oedometer.

Over the past decade, the topic of work breakdown structure (WBS) has gained an increasing amount of attention from information technology Professionals as an effective tool for managing the complexity of a large-scale information system development project. It is a method for planning and controlling a large-scale information system development. A WBS provides the basis for project organization, cost estimation, task scheduling, and contract management. Based on the authors' practical experience, this paper discusses how to establish a specific WBS and some considerations for developing a well-defined WBS. The model of WBS suggested in this study will provide useful insight and guidelines for establishing the spec-ific WBS for a large-scale information systems development.

The red tide related with Cochlodinium Polykrikoides bloom has been frequently occurred around the South Sea of Korea and caused the economic loss in the coastal breeding grounds. The outbreak scale was usually change by physical, biological and environmental condition at each years. Relatively large-scale red tide occurred in 1995, 1997, 1999, 2001, 2002 and 2003 through spatial scale, duration and maximum density. Compared the scale of red tide with physical condition around the South Sea, the lower coastal temperature on August around the South Sea corresponded with the large scale red tide. By serial oceanographic investigations on August in the South Sea and estimated wide area temperature information by satellite, SSTA around the South Sea and wide area was negative when the outbreak of red tide was large scale. From the results of temperature difference between surface and 30m layers, the occurrence of enormous red tide has a tendency when the temperature gradient around the seasonal thermocline was weakened. Larger Kuroshio volume transport in the upstream was also corresponded with the large scale red tide.

애자일 개발 방법론이 확산되면서 초기에 불가능하다고 여겨진 대규모 IT 프로젝트에도 애자일 개발 방법론을 도입하고자 하는 노력이 있으며 이에 대한 사례도 다수 소개되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2개의 대표적인 엔터프라이즈 애자일 방법론을 비교하고, 엔터프라이즈 애자일 개발 방법론의 하나인 학습 기반 애자일 프레임워크(DAD, Disciplined Agile Delivery)를 적용한 사례를 소개한다. 유사한 개발 과제를 수행한 2개의 프로젝트 간의 비교를 통해 폭포수 방법론을 사용한 프로젝트와 학습기반 애자일 프레임워크를 사용한 프로젝트의 개발 생산성을 정량적으로 측정하여 비교하였다.

To successfully carry out large scale research projects while su, pp.rting quality assurance of research output, effective and systematic management through utilization of resources such as manpower, time and cost as well as engineering techniques such as component technology and design methodology is required. It is necessary to establish development methodology to su, pp.rt quality assurance. The development methodology covers the contents and procedures of the project, such as division of the project into independently executable units, allocation of resources including researchers, component technology, related know-how and equipment, deployment of research units and integration of the project at the end. In this paper we present systematic development methodology for quality assurance in large scale software development projects by analyzing the contents of the methodology a, pp.ied to the Gigabit Information-processing And Networking Technology development project(GIALT).

본 연구는 대형 이벤트가 발생하였을 때 신속하고 정확한 교통정책을 수립할 수 있도록 대형 이벤트 대응형 통합교통분석 시스템을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 교통분석 시스템 사례조사를 기초로 통합교통분석 시스템의 요건을 정의하고 개발방향을 수립하였다. 데이터 웨어하우스 (data warehouse) 구축을 위해 신속하고 정확한 교통정책 수립이 요구되는 대형 이벤트를 선정하고 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 대형 이벤트 데이터와 교통 데이터를 통합하여 데이터 웨어하우스와 주제별 데이터 마트 (data mart)를 구축하였다. 이용자가 적시에 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 비즈니스 인텔리전스(business intelligence) 시스템 화면을 설계하고 개발하였다.
