통경구간이 지정된 공동주택단지의 외부공간계획에 관한 연구 - 남악신도시 공동주택단지를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Planning of Exterior Spaces of Housing Complexes Where Landscape View Corridors Were Planned)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the exterior space designs of housing complexes where landscape view corridors were planned. In addition, the purpose of the study is to propose reference data for planning and designing a new landscape view corridor. The process of this study is as follows: (1) To understand the role of the landscape view corridor, this study investigated cases of district unit plans and classified the landscape view corridors in terms of the types of functions. (2) To extract analysis items on the exterior space design of housing complexes where landscape view corridors were planned, this study investigated guidelines to be set up for the design of landscape view corridors and the present state of the condition of landscape view corridors. (3) This study analyzed the relationship between the landscape view corridor and the courtyard, the roadway and convenience facilities of the housing complex. This study also proposed reference data for planning a new landscape view corridor and designing the exterior space of a new housing complex.

종묘 주변지역의 현상변경 실태 및 경관가시성을 고려한 경관보존.관리방안 (Measures to Implements the Landscape Preservation and Management on Consideration of Changing the Actual Condition and Landscape Visibility in the Surround Area of the Jongmyo)

  • 본 연구는 서울 종묘 주변지역의 현상변경실태 및 경관가시성을 분석, 평가한 후 경관보존 및 관리방안을 제시하기 위한 것으로, 종묘 주변지역의 현상변경실태와 경관통제점 및 시각회랑에서의 경관가시성을 분석한 결과, 첫째, 종묘의 서쪽과 동쪽지역에서 현상변경신청이 주로 발생하고 있으며, 주민들의 재산권 행사와 종묘의 경관보존이 서로 대립하고 있고, 종묘 주변의 경관 보존 관리가 점점 압박을 받고 있어 적절한 법적 관리방안이 요구되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 경관통제점과 시각회랑에서 경관저해요소로 나타나는 건물은 스카이라인을 해치고 있으며, 문화재의 배경 보존적 측면에서도 종묘와 이질적인 형태의 현대식 건물이 조망됨으로써 문제점을 나타내고 있었다. 셋째, 종묘 주변의 토지이용과 조망을 고려한 경관보존적 측면에서 종묘의 문화재보호를 위하여 특성에 맞는 토지이용방안을 설정하고 관리의 틀을 제안하였다.

모악산 도립공원 관리방안에 과한 기초연구 (A basic study on the users' activities and cognition for management in Moaksan Provincial park)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest objective basic data for park management proposal through the quantitative analysis of users' needs and satisfaction for the actual conditions of management in Moaksand provincial park. For this, users' needs and satisfaction for facilities have been analyzed. And user's satisfaction for the actual conditions of management had been analyzed by using the multiple regression. Users want more toilets and sign boards and to replace damaged facilities. Users gave thought to trail and had high pressure to improvement, and many users were uncomfortable by crowding, and had a positive view to restrict use of intensity. Systematic careful concern about trail and rest area should be need and periodic observation to change of facility condition also. According to the multiple regression analysis, the major variable to the satisfaction for the actual condition of facilities management was trail ground condition.

A Study of Landscape Management Techniques based on Viewing Characteristics of Mountain Landscape - Focused on the Surrounding Areas of Bukhansan Mountain -

  • This study is based on the viewing characteristics of mountain landscapes. It investigates whether the current landscape management-related regulations are efficient in terms of the viewing characteristics of the mountain landscape against Bukhansan Mountain in which the conventional landscape management techniques were used. In addition, some viewing characteristics of mountain landscapes, such as distance from the view point to the target mountain, angle of elevation, altitude, gradient, have been analyzed and 3 cases of viewing condition have been simulated. The following results were obtained: i) Mountain landscapes can be managed up to 7~8 times of the mountain height with a $5{\sim}9^{\circ}$ of elevation angle. ii) In the Natural Landscape District which is situated on the hillside, it is reasonable to include altitude, gradient as criteria for regulation. iii) According to a simulation of the construction permit height by viewing distance, it was confirmed that buildings can be constructed up to 111.55m when viewing the 20% ridge, 150.75m when viewing the 50% ridge and 189.05m when viewing the 70% ridge. iv) The construction permit height varies depending on the landscape analysis method that is used and the application conditions. It is therefore unfair to apply height limit regulations to all buildings without considering the geographical features or viewing characteristics. v) It is unreasonable to apply 2~3 management techniques to the same area for landscape management. Therefore, we recommend the Focused Landscape Management Area based on the landscape master plan as a integrating mountain landscape management techniques.

세계유산 등재대상 함양 남계서원의 경관보존관리방안 (Measures to Implements the Landscape Conservation and Management in the Seowon Hamyang Namgye inscribed on the World Heritage List)

  • 본 연구는 세계유산 등재대상 함양 남계서원의 유산 가치를 구명하기 위해 문화적 맥락을 고려한 보호구역을 설정하고, 이에 따른 경관보존 및 관리방안마련을 목적으로 한다. 서원 일원의 보호구역 설정은 남계서원의 입지특성과 배향인물과 관련된 장소, 풍영루를 중심으로 가시권 분석, 현 문화재 보호구역 및 현상변경영향검토구역 및 토지이용 현황 등을 고려하였다. 특히 서원의 조망경관은 원경인 백암산과 더불어 대봉산의 천황봉이 가시되며, 근경의 대규모 방음벽과 송전탑 등이 조망경관의 저해 요소로 작용함을 파악할 수 있었으며, 향후 서원의 원형경관회복을 위해서는 세계유산의 진정성, 완전성 등의 가치를 충족시키기 위한 보존관리계획 수립이 필요하다고 판단된다.

공동주택(共同住宅)의 시지각적(視知覺的) 경관특성(景觀特性)에 관한 연구(硏究) - 천안지역(天安地域) 도심(都心) 주요(主要) 결절부(結節部) 시점(視點)을 중심(中心)으로 - (A Study on Characteristics of the Scenes to Visual-Perceptual of Apartment Complex - Focused on The main node Area in Urban district of The city of Cheon-an)

  • Apartment houses, the representative type of urban housing, are becoming an important element in Korea urban landscape. In this regard, this study aims to consider landscape in view of city residents reflecting human's visual perceptual characteristic, and in line with this, the urban landscape of apartment houses viewed from the urban center main intersections has been embodied according to the physical components of the intersections, which was followed by preference survey of the city residents, and then based on this, the visual-perceptual characteristics were examined. The findings are as follows: 1. The findings gained from the average of the landscape types indicate that the city residents are more satisfied when the shielding by surrounding buildings is minimized, view securing is relatively good, the whole complex is clearly observed because of its proximity to the visual point, and the view of the complex is well recognized from the focus point. 2. The examination concerning the preferred factors positively evaluated in terms of architectural planning shows that when the complex view is changeable sophisticated, makes the residents feel comfortable with its stable, open plan, and it's in harmony with surroundings, such housing attracts the city residents. 3. In terms of architectural planning factors, it turned out that the complex is more preferred when the visibility of the complex and the scale of surrounding green space are in good condition, and such elements of the complex as the sky line, the overall shape, the elevation, variation of the shape and height are harmonious with one another.

자연경관 경관도의 국외사례 및 국내 적용가능성 연구 - 거시적 경관관리도를 중심으로 - (The Case Study of Foreign Scenery Inventory Map and the Applicability of Domestic - focused on macro inventory map -)

  • The purpose of this study is to review foreign scenic inventory map for the systematic management of natural scenic resources. Several foreign cases were surveyed and analyzed to apply the scenery inventory map in domestic, such as Visual Resource Management(VRM) from United States Bureau of Land Management, Scenery Management System(SMS) from USDA Forest Service and Visual Landscape Inventory(VLI) from British Columbia Ministry of Forest's, that were already established scenery inventory maps. The results are as follows. First, the characteristic of Korean landscape is quite a different from those of north american's, which is much smaller and more complex in topography and land use. So, it would be difficult to apply foreign system directly and we need more researches to our own system. The multi-stepped landscape unit system is highly recommended. Second, scenic quality could be estimated by the pre-built database, such as land forms, vegetation, hydrology and land uses. Historical and cultural attributes should be complemented. Third, existing scenic integrity could be grasped by scenic damage, landscape alteration caused by human activities and land exfoliation. Also, subjective evaluation method should be supplemented by objective criteria through further detailed studies. Finally, about landscape view conditions, landscape control points should be surveyed and established in advance, and viewing distance, viewing frequency, amount of observers and public interests should be considered.

경주시 자전거 전용도로의 경관만족요인 분석 (Analysis on Landscape Satisfaction Factors for Bicycle Lane in Kyongju)

  • The aim of this study is to suggest guidelines of bicycle lanes in terms of landscape architecture with special reference to Kyongju. The research is mainly based on landscape satisfaction factors analysis regarding 16 variables and 10 slide photos of bicycles lanes. The 43 students of Landscape Department in Kyungpook National University were selected for the research. The major research findings are as follows; 1. Satisfaction degree of 16 variables are assessed in terms of semantic differential scale. The assess group is generally satisfied with variables concerning bicycle lane environment such as $\ulcorner$inclination of the lane (5.2)$\lrcorner$and $\ulcorner$road pavement conditions (5.1)$\lrcorner$. But the group expresses rather low satisfaction degree on the variables related lanes' surrounding landscape such as $\ulcorner$visual variety (3.9)$\lrcorner$, spacious resting place (3.7)$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$variety of facilities (3.1)$\lrcorner$. 2. The level of satisfaction degree regarding 16 variables and 10 photos shows that the male gives relatively higher satisfaction degree than the female group. But there is no statistical significance between the group regarding satisfaction degree of each variable and photo except 4 variables and 2 photos. 3. The assess group gives the highest satisfaction degree on the$\ulcorner$no. 10 slide (6.5)$\lrcorner$ and the lowest on the $\ulcorner$no. 7 slide (2.7)$\lrcorner$. The two photo shows variables of more than 4 points difference of satisfaction degree, such as $\ulcorner$good looking planting threes (4.8)$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$enough shadows (4.8)$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$comfortable atmosphere(4.1)$\lrcorner$. 4. $\ulcorner$Aesthetic and amenity factor$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$use condition factors$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$ike lane environment factors$\lrcorner$, and $\ulcorner$inclination and open view factors$\lrcorner$are the main four factors influencing landscape satisfaction of bicycle lane. Regression model using factor scores for landscape satisfaction degree of bike lane is S(Satisfaction degree)=4.526+1.099(aesthetic and amenity factor)+0.720(use condition factors)+0.486(bike lane environment factors)+0.048(inclination and open view factors($R^2$=0.811).

미국 도시근교 미들로시안 주거지경관계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on Community Landscape Design of Suburban City, Midlothian, in America)

  • The goal of this study is to identify the new Architectural type of house and Landscape design pattern of the collective housing area in American garden city, Midlothian near Richmond of Virginia. I had been surveyed old houses of the Virginia and new single family houses and landscape design style of Mariners village to find a different style of houses and lots. The Richmond, capital city of Virginia, is surrounded by five suburban areas and counties. One of them is the Chesterfield where it has main street of Midlothian garden city. The city of Midlothian has a function of residence area both to stay in the forest garden and to go to downtown office of Richmond. There are a lot of collective housing area out of the capital city. I surveyed house form, lots, and site design pattern of the Mariners village in Midlothian. The community of Mariners shows a particular characteristics and harmonious pattern of suburban residence area in a view point of new project. There are three results of this study as follows: First, the types of house in suburban garden city, Midlothian, are focused on vernacular Colonial style with country house, traditional house, and front gable house form which are an unique new American single home. Second, the landscape design of this collective housing area, the Mariners village, has a unity view of residence community, harmony between house and lots, and a sensitive cul-de-sac pattern and loops type with rational land using based on the forest topology. Third, the Mariners village shows that the design concept of landscape architecture has to consider of traditionalism, naturalism, and living condition of residents.

제주시 해안일주도로의 경관보전을 위한 건축물의 입면차폐도 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of the Elevation Blockage Ratio in the Conservation of the Coastal Landscape of Jeju)

  • Although the coastal area of Jeju has already been developed, it has high pressure and demands for development continually increasing due to the increase of tourism and leisure activities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present objective guidance for the planning of the buildings on the seaside road with a view which have the largest impact on coastal landscape in order to enhance its visual quality. The results of this study are as follows : 1) It is chief element to make guidance for the use and planning of buildings in the conservation of the coastal landscape. 2) The D/H ratios which immediately influence an angle of elevation are different one another for the whole street. To ensure a sense of openness for the landscape, it is needed to maintain under $27^{\circ}$ angle of elevation, which demands 1~3 D/H ratio. 3) It is important to make 2.4 visual blockage ratio for whole street, but the actual condition is 4.48 ratio on average. To bring down the visual blockage ratio, the W/D ratio needs to be regulated. 4) Various techniques are also needed for lively building styles going with coastal landscape.
