Purpose - Most studies related to emotional labor have been conducted in the low-contact service industry rather than the high-contact service industry. Since the subjects of this study were golf service assistants, working in an industry in which the interaction and contact between customers and employees are considerable and the degree of customization is high, this study is significant. Thus, we would like to focus on the relationship between the humor style of golf service assistants and emotional labor. Humor style was divided into two styles-adaptive humor and maladaptive humor. Emotional labor was divided into two dimensions-surface acting and deep acting. In addition, we identify the relationship between emotional labor, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Research design, data, & methodology - This study focuses on the humor styles in the golf service industry, among golf service assistants, on their emotion labor, and verifies the relationship between emotion labor and work satisfaction or job turnover intention. Based on the outcome, a total of four hypotheses were set up. To verify the hypotheses, surveys were conducted on the golf service assistants working in two golf fields in the region of Busan as well as its neighboring area. A total of 250 copies of the questionnaire were distributed. Subsequently, a total of 227 valid questionnaire copies, after excluding improper responses, were used in the analysis. After verifying the reliability and feasibility of variances, Amos 18.0 was used to implement the structure method so as to verify the study hypotheses. As a result of this analysis, the suitability of the entire model was considerably appropriate to the standard value, and the level is adequate to accommodate the study model completely. Results - First, it was found that the adaptive humor of golf service assistants had a positive effect on deep acting and maladaptive humor had a positive effect on surface acting. Second, It was found that employees' satisfaction with their job was reduced through surface acting, and those employees who experienced positive emotional labor in the form of deep acting were more satisfied with their job. Third, surface acting among employees increased turnover intention, but deep acting reduced it. Finally, the relationship between job satisfaction and the turnover intention of golf service assistants in the golf service industry was examined. Conclusions - First, the adaptive humor of the golf assistants in the golf service industry had a positive effect on their expression behavior. Second, deep acting increased their job satisfaction while their surface acting had a noticeably negative effect on their job satisfaction. Third, the surface acting of the emotion labor dimensions that the golf service assistants experience increases their turnover intention while their deep acting decreases their turnover intention. Finally, when analyzing the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention of the golf service assistants, it was found that the turnover intention decreased when their job satisfaction is increased.

During routine surveys for pest and pathogen incidences at a golf course in 2007, circular to irregular patches of stunted, chlorotic and wilted turfgrass var. Pencross were noticed in Jinhae, Gyeongnam province, Korea. Soil samples collected from those diseased patches of the golf course yielded high population (average 126 nematodes/$100\;cm^3$) of a stunt nematode, Tylenchorhynchus claytoni, which is described and illustrated in this paper with light and scanning electron micrographs. This is the first report on the occurrence of T. claytoni in turfgrass in Korea.

본 연구는 수도권 회원제 골프장 81 개소를 대상으로 1964년부터 2011년까지 조성된 한국 골프장 및 골프 코스 구성 요소의 시계열적 변화에 영향을 미치는 환경 요인 분석을 통해 한국 골프 변천사에 대한 기초자료 제시를 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구 방법으로는 문헌고찰을 통해 골프장 조성 및 골프 코스 구성 요소의 정량적 변화에 관련된 환경 요인들을 분석하고, 회귀분석 등 통계분석을 통한 골프 코스 구성 요소의 시계열적 변화를 도출한 뒤 두 분석 결과를 상호 비교 고찰하는 방법을 사용하였다 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프 코스 변화와 관련된 환경 요인은 '제도 및 정책', '경제 성장과 국민소득', '골프장 이용객 ', '골프 용구', '해외 골프대회 유치와 국내 토너먼트 대회 개최' 등 5 개 요소인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프장의 입지 유형은 평지형에서 산지형으로 변화여 갔고, 규모는 시간이 갈수록 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 이러한 변화는 골프 제도 및 정책, 경제 성장 등의 요인에 의해 주로 영향을 받은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 홀의 면적, 길이, 개수의 변화 등의 골프 코스 구성 요소는 ' 제도 및 정책', '골프 인구의 증가', '골퍼들의 기량 향상', 국내외 골프대회 개최에 따른 '골프 경기의 난이도 증가', '해외 골프 코스 디자이너들의 국내 디자인 참여 기회 증대' 등 다양한 요인에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 골프 용구의 발달과 골퍼들의 비거리의 증가는 벙커 수와 면적의 증가, 홀의 길이 등에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 연못(pond) 등 수공간의 면적 증가 추세는 친환경에 관련된 골프 제도, 골프 대회 등의 증가에 따른 심미성 제고 등과 함께 디자인 트렌트의 요인에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 향후 과제로는 골프 코스 디자인의 변화 추세에 대한 정성적 연구가 있어야 할 것으로 사료되었다.

The purpose of this study is textile design development of the golf wear for international game in which it can inform the status of Korea through the visualization of the national symbolic image, and for this we developed the motive of modern Taeguk motive. According to an increase of popularization of the golf wear and participation of international game, the status of our country needs to be enhanced by developing the motive which the Korea symbolic pattern applied and applying to the golf wear, and it needs to contribute to the fashion industry through commercialization. 'Taeguk' is love with ideological concept and the Korea Founding Principles. The symbolic characteristic in which it represents the Korean image is clear. We presented applicable modern direction based on the figurative features and meaning of traditional pattern. The result of modernized Taeguk motive application to golf wear, effect of our country symbol showed up on a large scale in case of using single motive. And the pattern in which many arrangement methods are applied was more effective that it applies as the part of the detail than the front construction. In addition, we consider that It makes a large contribution to the fashion industry's development by application of fashionable pattern added in applied motive to golf wear.

We evaluated the status and problems of golf course developments in the southern coast of Korea. It's adjacent waters supports nursery and fishing grounds for commercially-important fisheries species, and various sites are designated and protected as marine protection area(MPA), fisheries reserve, or clean area(blue belt) for producing shellfish. We proposed key assessment items for environmental impact assessment(EIA) and checklists in selecting golf course locations. For the protected areas, we suggest that it is essential to limit golf course establishment while setting a minimal distance from the coast to secure a buffer zone for mitigating the environmental impacts. To efficiently utilize existing regional coastal management plans, it is necessary to diagnose how a golf course development will potentially modify geomorphology and scenery, amplify pollutant loads from non-point sources, and disrupt the functions of coastal ecosystem. Especially, continued monitoring and assesssing input loads of hazardous materials originating from agricultural chemicals should be obligatory. Finally, measures for improving the QA/QC analysis were discussed to enhance reliability of environmental data with respect to golf courses and adjacent coastal waters.

우리나라의 대부분의 골프장은 법적, 경제적 이유로 건설부지가 계곡과 능선 또는 봉우리를 포함할 수밖에 없는 실정이다. 계곡과 능선은 생태계에 있어서 매우 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있으므로 이를 훼손하는 것은 생태환경의 변화에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 골프장 공사로 인해 발생하는 훼손을 최소화하고 기존의 계곡 또는 하천이 하던 생태적 기능을 수행할 수 있는 생태복원형 하천을 환경보상적 차원에서 설치하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 골프장 내의 하천을 생태하천으로 복원하기 위해 고려해야할 사항과 적합한 공법 및 사례를 통하여 골프장건설로 인한 환경영향을 최소화하고 자연환경과 조화를 통하여 최적의 골프장을 조성할 수 있도록 설계도면 실례를 들어 제안하였다.

Much attention has been paid recently to environmental destruction by golf course constructions in Koera. An efficiency and up-to-date technology on the planning and design practices has been requested to minimize the environmental impacts. Computerized systems for golf course design in the point of physical conservation of environment were discussed here. Geograpic Information System were applied on the process of geograpical data input and analysis through the final outputs, Simulation works by the total database management make enable to pre-investigate of the design in view of an assessment of environment impacts. It is also possible to evaluate plans easily and propose the alternatives properly. Precise quantity caculation of en-gineering works by computer system should be guarantee scientific, economic, and environme-ntally sound golf course design.

In eight golf courses of southern area fair way soil profile was investigated for soil physical, chemical properties, and root distribution. These were carried out only A horizon(lScm depth) in one golf course. Soil series was all different, Leaching to lower horizon was greator in order of Mg=$NO_3$> $NH_4$=Ca> K. Organic matter content was higher in B horizon than A in three golf courses. Soil phosphorus appeared to more down greatly in two golf courses. Soil pH was higher in lower horizon of all places. Such pH increase with depth seemed to he related with mineral leaching, Among the horizons of all golf courses BC showed significant correlation with K (EC =0.1025K +0.0157, r=0. 8012 p=0. 001 n=20). Both Fe and Mn were higher in A horizon.

스포츠 종류가운데 골프는 특권층이라는 스포츠 인식에서 점차적으로 사라지고 대중적인 스포츠로 자리매김하고 있다. 이러한 골프 스포츠 영역은 충성고객이 다른 마케팅 제품에 비교하여 상대적으로 많다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 골프의 대중화를 통해 골프공 등 악세서리 구매고객층의 온라인 구매 패턴을 분석하여 온라인 환경에서 마케팅 활성화를 도모하고자 한다. 이를 위한 온라인 분석을 실시하여 마케팅 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시한다.
