The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development is propelling the establishment's project of school library digital resource room under recognizing school library is essential facility that it is to educate students to become autonomous and creative person, to embodies a 7th curriculum in the knowledge base society. There is a necessity which it will analyze demonstrative operating school library digital resource room for maximize to educational effect and to establish efficiently. Thus, this study is prepares a foundation of school library informationization as analyzes an operational status and an educational effect with 96 school library digital resource room which are established in tool year.

This study aimed to develop an education program for fashion design that can deliver knowledge and techniques to enhance the capability of participatory fashion designers. The framework for education program was established based on the RP (Rapid Prototype) model, and the developing process of education program was structured and systemized. As a result, this study proposed the circulated RP-ISD model, which is designed to revise and complement the educational objectives, strategy and evaluation tool by iterative prototype, and purposed to be consistent in carrying out the instructional systems design. Furthermore, the systematic developing process and the assessment criteria of design education program for ten weeks was proposed. This result could be used as a base study of participatory fashion design and contribute to systemization of education programs in design field. Furthermore, it could foster the possibility of an alternative education model in fashion design.

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Hope program, which were consisted in specific knowledge base, motivation, creativity to contribute development of creativity, problem-solving, learning motivation and learning behavior of college students. A total of 49 subjects were selected and took lessons of 14 hours from August 26 to September 13 over three weeks. Those were used for pre and post test to creativity test, problem-solving test, learning motivation test and learning behavior test(Lee, 2009). Because two groups didn't have homogeneity, ANCOVA test were used to verify the difference. The results of ANCOVA on the total scores of creativity, problem-solving, learning motivation and learning behaviors showed that there are statistically significant mean differences between the experiment group and the control group(p<.05).

최근 국, 내외에서 생물정보학 데이터베이스 구축이 활발히 진행되어 왔고, 각 바이오 정보 시스템의 데이터 통합 연구가 진행 중이다. 대표적인 바이오 데이터베이스 시스템인 GenBank, DDBJ, EBML 등은 같은 의미의 데이터라 하더라도 각 시스템의 내부 데이터 구조 및 데이터 표현 형식이 상이하여 통합에 어려움이 따른다. 이를 해결하기 위해 통합 데이터 형식을 지원하는 웹 서비스 기반 데이터 통합 방식이 제안되고 있다. 현재 국내 웹 서비스 기반의 바이오 정보 제공 사이트들은 SOAP을 이용한 단순 메시지 전달 기법으로 초보적인 단계라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SOAP을 이용한 단순한 메시지 전달 기법만이 아닌 레지스트리 서버 검색을 통해 서비스 제공자를 찾고, WSDL문서를 분석한 후 사용자에게 검색 메소드를 제공함으로써 빠르고 정확한 서비스를 제공하여 기존에 구축된 시스템의 단점을 보완한다. 또한 상이한 스키마로 이루어진 데이터들을 효과적으로 통합하기 위해 온톨로지를 이용한 웹 서비스 기반 바이오 정보 시스템을 제안하고 구현한다.

When fuzzy logic controllers which are designed based on plant models and intuitive base are applied to real plants, the control systems may not give satisfactory control results due to the modeling error and the lack of knowledge on the plants. In that case. the controller must be retuned by adjusting the control parameters; this retuning process may require a large number of trial-and-error evaluations and thus much time and cost. In order to resolve these problems, we propose a systematic and efficient procedure for designing a fuzzy logic controller using response surface methodology. First wc select the initial optimal conditions of control parameters using a genetic algorithm, in which a nominal plant model with intrinsic modeling errors is used. And then we determine the tinal optimal conditions of the control parameters using response surface methodology. Computer simulations are performed to verify the capability of the proposed method.

The aim of study is to contribute to this knowledge-base by investigating the respiratory function, the metabolic rate and the difference of physiological responses un-der low water temperature ($20^{\circ}C{\rightarrow}15^{\circ}C$) stress be-tween diploid and triploid far eastern catfish, Silurus asotus. During the 48 hrs of water temperature stress exposure time, the respiratory frequencies, $CO_2$ and ${NH_4}^+$ concentrations of diploid had higher values than those of triploid (p<0.05). However, pH of triploid was higher than those of diploid (p<0.05), and oxygen consumption rate was not different between diploid and triploid (p>0.05). The level of plasma cortisol and plasma glucose of triploid was lower than those of the diploid (p<0.05). However, in case of lactic acid, there were not significant between triploid and diploid (p>0.05). These results suggest that diploid was more sensitive for low water temperature stress response than triploid in this species.

Form and function are not only the most important factors that tell the very essence of design morphology but also the fundamental factors that determine the existence of things. Th -erefore, approaching to the problems of them and the following practical morphological creation are the final goal of solving all the problems of design. Comparing with such importance and significance of the morphology, however there has been no conscious study nor logical achievement but only partial consideration about them. From this viewpoint, the substantial meanings, the intrinsic attributes and the typical patterns of them are inquired systematically and the whole through this study. Also their relations are identified with some appropriate views. As a result of this study, new knowledge base will be cons -tructed, and it will contribute to developing new morphological thinking and method which are especially strengthened these days.

For the last couple of decades many studies have been carried out to find out solutions to improve the effectiveness and productivity of the plate forming process. The practical way for the automation of the plate forming process has not been, however, developed yet. Since the characteristics of heating machines may be different form each other, it is necessary to investigate the thermal deformation characteristics of the heating machine to be used in the automation system. And their characteristics may be updated as new information about thermal deformation by heating is accumulated. In this paper, data base system has been constructed based on the results of experiments and numerical analyses, which will be used in deriving the deformation estimation formula. The computer code which can automatically derive the deformation estimation formula has been also developed. This paper also illustrates how the formula is updated as experimental data are added. From the present findings, it can be said that the automatic deriving procedure may be important in the automated plate forming system since the heating line information to be generated must be directly influenced by the deformation estimation formula.

Dietary guidelines are a distillation of dietary advice from health professionals to the general public. They are based upon current scientific knowledge about the relationships between diet and disease, nutrients available in the food supply of a country, and the profile of morbidity and mortality in that country. With two different sets of dietary guidelines used for more than an decade in Korea. the necessity of revising dietary guidelines has been raised continuously from academia and research. Funded by a grant from the Health Technology Planing and Evaluation Board. Dietary guidelines for each age group were drafted as a research project and the one for the Korean elderly is as follows: Dietary Guidelines for the korean elderly(draft) - Have a variety of easily digestible foods on time; at least 3 meals a day and some snakes. - Be physically active to maintain appetite and/or ideal body weight. ; maintain a balance between activity and what you eat. -Increase consumption of bean-and dairy-and dairy-products. - Consume enough amounts of fresh dark-green and yellow vegetables and fresh fruits. - Consume adequate amounts of assorted kind of animal foods including fish, meat and poultry. - If you drink alcoholic beverages, limit your intake and, drink enough water and other averages; alcohol may interact with your medication and affect your appetite. Aforementioned draft and related contents are expected to be utilized as a neat base in formulating(or revising) dietary guidelines for Korean by the Government in near future.
