On the standards or elements of teaching evaluation, the Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation(KICE) has carried out several research as follows : 1) establishment of observation elements for selecting examples of good mathematics instruction between 2001 and 2002, 2) development of the standards on teaching evaluation between 2004 and 2006, and 3) investigation on the elements of Pedagogical Content Knowledge including understanding of learners between 2007 and 2008. The purposes of development of mathematics teaching evaluation standards through those studies were to improve not only mathematics teachers' professionalism but also their own teaching methods or strategies. In this study, the standards were revised and modified by analyzing the results of those three studies (namely, evaluation standards) focused on the teacher knowledge of learners' understanding. For this purpose, the meaning of learners' understanding was also investigated in-depth. Finally, the concrete elements on teaching evaluation focused on the teacher knowledge of learners' understanding in math class were new developed, based on the literature reviews on learners' understanding. Then, those evaluation elements were developed according to the five domains of learners' understanding such as evaluation domains such as students' intellectual and achievement level, students' misconception in math, students' motivation on learning, students' attitude on mathematics learning, and students' learning strategies.

For this purpose, seventh evaluation domains such as instruction involving instructional goal and content, instruction involving problem-solving activity, instruction involving learners' achievement level and attitude, instruction on communication skills, planning of assessment method and procedure, development on assessment tool, application on assessment result in class were new established. According to those seventh evaluation domains, elements on teaching evaluation focused on the knowledge of 'teaching and learning methods and assessment' were established.

Through a series of precise text handling processes, including automatic extraction of information from documents with knowledge from various fields, recognition of entity names, detection of core topics, analysis of the relations between the extracted information and topics, and automatic inference of new knowledge, the most efficient knowledge base of the relevant field is created, and plans to apply these to the information knowledge management and service are the core requirements necessary for intellectualization of information. In this paper, the knowledge base, which is a necessary core resource and comprehensive technology for intellectualization of science and technology information, is described and the usability of academic information services using it is evaluated. The knowledge base proposed in this article is an amalgamation of information expression and knowledge storage, composed of identifying code systems from terms to documents, by integrating terminologies, word intelligent networks, topic networks, classification systems, and authority data.

The purpose of this study is to develop Meta Evaluation Indicators for Defense R&D Programs in Korea. At first, the four components of this meta evaluation model were designed, which are evaluation context, evaluation input, evaluation process and evaluation outcome. And fifty two indicators for this meta evaluation were developed by experts who performed evaluations for Defense R&D Programs. The reliability of components and items was verified by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient. It was over 0.6 in all areas. The validity of components and items was verified by Factor Analysis. Analytic Hierarchy Process method was used in assigning the evaluation weight. The survey of twenty two evaluators participated in Defense R&D Programs showed that the Consistency Ratio was under 0.1 in evaluation components and items. In this study, an objective and reasonable set of Defense R&D Meta Evaluation Indicators was developed to increase the responsibility of Defense R&D Programs and improve the quality of evaluation results.

Using the knowledge base which contains the patterns and data of the past experience of a plant, a learning control method is suggested. The knowledge for controlling a plant is stored to the knowledge base and continually modified after performance evaluation of an applied control input. The performance of the resultant knowledge based control system is examined by an application to process.

In a rapidly changing fashion design world, creative ideas are always required. Knowledge has been created as an art, exhibiting a new imagination that surpasses reality, while being visualized from the past. The purpose of this study is to derive types of visualization of knowledge for continuous creation of fashion design. The study consists of literature and empirical studies. ATTA, a creativity evaluation method made by Torrance applied for analyzing of Gucci fashion design collections from 2016-2017. Creativity of the Gucci collection by ATTA evaluation items are that first, a vivid idea was revealed through collection history, myths and animal and plants, second, conceptual incongruity is in the composition of the garment, third, provocative questions are the symbolism of the meaning of the text, fourth, different perspectives derive a new formative beauty through the synthesis of twisted elements, fifth, abstraction is a symbolic expression of animals and plants, sixth, synthesis is a mixture of various materials and techniques by plural inspiration, seventh, context, it is developed as a design accompanied by stories of history and myth and eighth, fantasy is fictitious animals and animals and detail. In addition, formativeness of fashion design by visualization of this knowledge was extracted with contamination, symbolism, enjoyment and fabrication. Visualization of the knowledge is expected to be used as a strategy to attract ongoing ideas for creative fashion designs.

Design Engineering Group, LG Production engineering Research Center has been developing The Integrated Design Environment enabling engineering design task with ease, speedy and accurate for several years targeting the design departments in LG Electronics. $ezDesign^{(R)}$ System is consisted by Engineering Database Management, Engineering Knowledge Management, 3D Design Application, Design Evaluation Method and Project Management. Engineering Database Management manage the design information effectively. Engineering Knowledge Management takes control of design knowledge from design engineering activity systematically. It is possible for the engineering designer to utilized 3D CAD easily by 3D Design Application. Design Evaluation Method can evaluate several design alternatives synthetically. In Project management System, Designer can simulate the project schedule and cost. In this report, We will introduce how design process can be innovated by way of $ezDesign^{(R)}$ System.

This paper is mainly concerned with the matter of how organizational knowledge is represented in terms of usability by letting the members of the organization evaluate knowledge items in the problem solving situations. Organizational knowledge can be represented in the form of a visualized dynamic knowledge map since the organizational members experience constant changes in goals, kinds of problems, and the importance of alternatives to solve the given problems. The dynamic map suggested in this study is goal oriented in the sense that it represents the relationship between knowledge items across domains as well as within a domain.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of brand-related and corporate-realted knowledge on brand-name extension and corporate-name extension, respectively in fashion market. Here, it is designed into three types of brand and corporate awareness; 1) Higher brand awareness and corporate awareness, 2) higher brand awareness and lower corporate awareness, and 3) lower brand awareness and higher corporate awareness. For this study, questionnaires were administered to 700 single women in twenties. The questionnaires were designed to measure evaluations of brand-name extension and corporate-name extension and brand-related and corporate-related knowledge in terms of familiarity, use experience, self-assessed knowledge, evaluation of attributes and attitude. Employing a sample of 621 women, data were analyzed by Multi-Regression analysis. Major findings of this study are summarized as follows; 1) In level of higher brand and corporate awareness, the evaluations of brand-name extension were influenced by corporate-related knowledge such as brand use experience, evaluation of brand attributes and brand attitude. Also, the evaluations of corporate-name extension were influenced by both brand-related knowledge such as brand attitude and corporate-related knowledge such as use experience of product awareness and lower corporate awareness, brand-related knowledge such as evaluation of brand attributes and brand attitude was identified as the important factor in the evaluations of brand-name extension. 3) In level of lower brand awareness and higher corporate awareness, corporate-related knowledge such as attitude toward corporate was identified as the important factor in the evaluations of corporate-name extension.

On the standards or elements of teaching evaluation, the Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation(KICE) has carried out the following research such as : 1) development of the standards on teaching evaluation between 2004 and 2006, and 2) investigation on the elements of Pedagogical Content Knowledge including understanding of learners between 2007 and 2008. The purposes of development of mathematics teaching evaluation standards through those studies were to improve not only mathematics teachers' professionalism but also their own teaching methods or strategies. In this study, the standards were revised and modified by analyzing the results of those studies (namely, evaluation standards) focused on the knowledge of teaching contexts. For this purpose, application of instructional tools and materials, commercial manipulatives, environment of classroom including distribution and control of class group, atmosphere of classroom, management of teaching contexts including management of student were re-established based on the results of the search mentioned above. According to those evaluation domains, elements on teaching evaluation focused on the knowledge of teaching contexts were established.
