This research investigates the rising new role of mileage system as private e-money in a exploratory study. The key research questions are "How does mileage system evolve with expansion of e-business and what are the cases for real experiences in 'money-like' mileage and their implications?" This research focuses on the proposition that mileage points created in commercial transactions as a royalty program are observed to serve a new role as payment tool. In an attempt to identify factors that determine mileage system as private money, we employ three factors: confidence, transaction cost, and monetary freedom. Also, this research proposes a direction for further research and follow-up studies to establish legal and institutional issues and the relevant architecture, all of which are essential elements to make the mileage points global money with a certain trade ratio in the near future.

Objectives : In evaluating a child with enuresis, an organized approach to the history leads to a working diagnosis and an appropriate treatment plan. but, there's no study about history taking in enuretic children. This article was undertaken to evaluate the enuretic child exactly and to study nocturnal enuresis systematically. Methods : It was conducted a computerized literature search in following database: Medline (via Pubmed), NDSL, EBSCO. Korean articles via oriental pediatric association homepage, KISS. Key words to search were 'nocturnal enuresis', 'bedwetting', 'enuresis', 'incontinence', 'management', 'evaluation', 'assessment', 'questionnaire', 'guideline', 'voiding dysfunction'. Results : Questions are grouped in eight categories: primary history(sex, age, height, weight), family history, enuresis history(primary/secondary, frequency, time of enuresis, nocturia), voiding history(average number, frequency, pattern, volume, posture, daytime enuresis), medical history, constipation/encopresis, sleep(OSA). Conclusion : A careful, complete history taking will help to plan treatment properly and to study.

Background: Head and neck cancer (HNC) is one of the deadliest cancers worldwide. Early detection is a key determinant of HNC prognosis. Hence, raising awareness of this disease may improve survival rates. The present study evaluated the level of awareness and screening status for HNC in the general population of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Materials and Methods: An e-questionnaire was distributed during our HNC awareness campaign at the Red Sea Mall in Jeddah. The questions assessed HNC knowledge and screening status among participants. Results: Of the 112 respondents, 68% indicated that they had no knowledge of HNC. Social media was the major source of information (39%) for respondents. The majority (40%) believed that it was the joint responsibility of dentists, dental hygienists, and general physicians to screen for HNC; 82% had never been screened. Conclusions: Knowledge and awareness of HNC must be increased in the general population and among dental health professionals.

The purpose of this paper is to find a method to combine engineering education and the humanities by means of the movie genre. Although the science technology has developed and our living standard has improved, humanities has a tendency to be underestimated. Humanities has been treated as something antiquated, uninteresting or worn-out because it has no economic value or usefulness in itself. Engineering students need flexible, analytic and critical thought as well as the qualities in constructing key questions and trying to solve themselves. Communicative and understanding abilities are also required to them. Movies as a constructive visual device show problems with the reality. Especially, the science-related movie genre offers them an opportunity to think over why humanities matters as well as what matters in human being. The movies make engineering students think, discuss and argue on the humanity.

Customer value is the source for competitive advantage of online businesses such as Internet shopping malls and portal service. It is important to analyze the relationship between customer value and repurchase in order to provide a guideline of successful online business. The purpose of this paper is to get answers for the following questions. First, what are key components of customer value in online business？ Second, What difference exists in the importance or expectance of customer value and its current service level of online business？ Finally, what influence relationships exist in customer value and repurchase intentions？ Data collected from 615 respondents who experienced purchase on the Internet shopping malls were used to test a research model.

Key objective of cornerstone design is that students are able to experience developing creative design concepts through team activities, but the objective is hard to achieve. Based on a study of research materials, this paper asserts that the possibilities of creative problem solving can be promoted in question-centering ideation model if design artifacts are represented in some forms that could invoke design thinking and then the solution space is appropriately established. In particular, design problem on which divergent questions are asked should be explored and defined so that it can be a linguistic artifact represented by various visual aids. It is recommended that curriculum is modified so that students can experience creative conceptual design.

Nuclear power has become an essential part of electricity generation to meet the continuous growth of electricity demand. A Sodium-cooled Fast Reactor (SFR) was developed to extend uranium resource utilization under a growing nuclear energy scenario while concomitantly providing a nuclear waste management solution. Key questions in this scenario are when to introduce SFRs and how many reactors should be introduced. In this study, a methodology using Linear Programming is employed in order to quantify an optimized growth pattern of a nuclear energy system comprising light water reactors and SFRs. The optimization involves tradeoffs between SFR capital cost premiums and the total system U3O8 price premiums. Optimum nuclear growth patterns for several scenarios are presented, as well as sensitivity analyses of important input parameters.

Whatever the country, nanotechnology features as a key priority of most national research and innovation policies. This focus on nanotechnology is due to the promises of this general purpose technology, this new technological wave. As 'one size does not fit all', policies supporting its development cannot just adopt the 'best practices' of the preceding wave. We argue that specific on-going dynamics of nanoscience and technology production justifies the existence of dedicated nanotechnology policies. It also questions the portfolio of instruments mobilized and their balance. In this article, we discuss policies developed for the preceding technological waves and, based on the characteristics of nanosciences and technologies, propose five dimensions of policies to be taken into consideration for their governance at the country and cluster levels.

As the power systems evolve, they are incorporating increasingly complex control and protection functions. Due to this, utilities are relying more and more on real-time simulators to study complex system interaction problems. This paper addresses some key questions regarding the needs of such simulators and their characteristic features/requirements. In countries like France and Canada, large scale simulators are developed and placed in practical use, and in others are now under development. Following this background, three typical simulators(ARENE, RTDS/HYPERSIM) will be examined focusing on the purpose, technology and experiences in a real-time simulator. Discussion will be extended to the future issues and potentials of the power system simulation.
