건설감리 검측데이터 분석을 통한 공사 진행도별 중점관리공종 도출 (A Study on the Derivation of Key Management Works by Construction Progress through the Analysis of Construction Supervision Data)

  • The type and proportion of construction work varies depending on the stage of progress, and the frequency of inspection and defect occurrences are different. If it is determined to be defective after the inspection, a delay may occur, and additional manpower and resources are required. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent these risks by classifying, deriving, and managing key management woks according to the progress. This study aims to contribute to the efficiency of the supervisor's inspection work by identifying the types of construction that should be managed intensively for each construction progress and deriving the time when defects occur frequently in each construction type.

  • 건설 프로젝트는 다양한 이해관계자들이 참여하기 때문에 당사자들 간의 분쟁이 발생하기 쉬우며, 이러한 분쟁은 프로젝트 참여자들에게 있어 매우 중요한 사안이다. 최근 클레임의 제기가 증가하고 있지만, 클레임의 상당수가 청구한 금액에 대한 보상을 제대로 받지 못하고 있다. 이처럼 제기된 클레임이 목적을 달성하지 못하는 가장 큰 원인에는 건설 프로세스 진행 중 클레임에 대비한 관리가 제대로 이루어지지 않는 점이다. 불가피한 클레임에 대해서는 부당하게 피래를 입은 이해관계자가 적절한 보상을 받도록 미리 대비책을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 그러므로 현장에서 실무자들에 의해 수행되는 관리 업무들이 어떤 것들이 있고 그 업무들이 클레임과 어떤 관련이 있는지를 파악하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 클레임 핵심관리요인과 관련 있는 관리 업무의 분석을 통해 효과적인 클레임관리방안을 제안하는 것이다.

  • In recent days, the study of urban regeneration has been conducting with purposeful and sincere intent starting out with the residential environment improvement works. Within the range of urban regeneration, the low-cost housing technology means development of totally-integrated housing technology that may be applied to the regeneration project, especially for the rundown areas where infrastructure facilities in the urban zone have been degraded and obsoleted. In line with this, among many and varied methods in order for realization of the low-cost housing as a part of urban regeneration project, this study should like to propose an improvement methods of the key technologies in relation to the construction works by type of work with which construction costs (directing cost) would be reduced. And, in order to elicit the method for element technology that has been developed and improved in the most optimal manner centering on the selected construction work by the type of work, the researcher conducted comparative review of summary of element technologies related to the construction works concerned, characteristics, and construction method thereof. In particular, the researcher investigated the expenses (construction cost and labor cost), constructions (contractibility and productivity), safety, quality of works, and the technical status in environmental aspects, and the researcher also conducted analyses and evaluations thereof.

  • In this study, focusing on work types of lifting modules and modules assembly in modular construction sites, unit works were defined according to the construction process of each work type, and safety management elements, safety management activities, and key check point were proposed. The results of this study may have somewhat overlapping contents in the construction procedure in order to derive specific safety management activities and check point for each unit work. Therefore, there is a limit to use the results in an actual modular construction site. In future research, we plan to improve this part and derive a checklist that considers field usability.

Derivation and Implications of Digitalizing Key Construction Supervision Work: Focusing on the Construction Supervision Work of the Domestic Construction Sites

  • This study aims to derive key construction supervision work that can be digitalized among construction supervision work. The scope of the study includes domestic construction sites to which the Building Act of South Korea is applied. First, the construction supervision process was identified through extensive consultation of construction expert witnesses. Afterwards, the key construction supervision works for digitization were derived through survey results construction expert witnesses. Among the 24 supervision works throughout the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages, the proportion of supervision work manpower or cost, the type of data generated by supervision work and the urgency of introducing digital technology, and the impact on productivity and safety of supervision work were evaluated on a 5-point scale from "very low" to "very high" was investigated. The survey was conducted by t-test analysis, and as a result, it was possible to derive that the level of digitization was higher than average in "quality management," "safety management," and "collection and cooperation of maintenance instructions." It can be interpreted that digitization has been introduced on a pilot testing basis or has already been completed according to the needs of the site. On the other hand, it can be interpreted that the work that are obtained below the average score are considered to be realistically constrained at the construction site and that it is inevitable for the supervisor to proceed manually. Future studies include analyzing the quantitative impact of the key construction supervision work once digitalization is fully applied.

Design of a Method for Disassembly Works on Recycle Products

  • This study proposes a new framework for designing disassembly methods. In recent years, environmental problems have become global issues. Recycling of used products or resources is recognized as a matter of significance since it may help reduce the risk of exhausting natural resources. Considering possible exhaustion of limited natural resources in the near future, reuse of products would gain more environmental significance. As yet, it relies hugely on manual disassembly, which labor cost places burden on the total recycling cost. The purpose of this study is to propose a methodology designing for manual disassembly works, and a creation method of a jig. By focusing on parts' connection and attachment relationship, parts are categorized in 5 categories (parent part, joint key part, attaching key part, child part, and independent part) according to the features that parts possess, and 3 kinds of connection relationships (parent part-joint key part connection, parent part-independent part connection and child part-child part connection) are clarified. Connection relationship and attachment relationship charts have also been created, and utilizing them, disassembly orders are settled, and a disassembly jig is devised. The proposed methodology is also applied to a real product and its work time is improved 42% form 31 to 13 seconds.

안정적인 동적 복합 ad-hoc 네트워크와 이에 대한 신뢰성 있는 키 인증과 키 관리 (Trustworthy authentication and key management for NSDR ad-hoc network)

  • 이 논문에서는 ad-hoc 네트워크의 제한된 문제점들을 살펴보고 ad-hoc 네트워크에 보다 효율적으로 적용할 수 있는 2-tier 계층적 네트워크를 적용하는 새로운 동적 라우팅 방법을 제안한다. 효율적으로 네트워크를 관리하기 위하여 proactive와 reactive 라우팅 방법의 장점을 결합할 수 있는데, 이러한 방법을 NSDR(New Secure Dynamic Routing)이라고 정의한다. 이 논문에서는 또한 이러한 네트워크상에서의 신뢰할 수 있는 인증방법과 키 관리 방법을 제안한다. Ad-hoc 네트워크와 차세대 모바일 네트워크와 결합하여 신뢰성을 향상시키는 인증 방법이나 키 관리를 위한 부차적인 연구를 수행하고 있다.

  • 지하시설의 안전관리를 위하여 설치된 LonWorks 네트워크의 유지보수에 적합한 작은 크기의 ANSI/EIA 709.1 프로토콜 분석기를 개발하고 테스트하였다. 하드웨어는 TMS320LF2406A 임베디드 시스템을 기반으로 하였고, 소프트웨어는 Windows XP 환경의 Visual C++6.0을 이용하여 설계하였다. 개발된 프로토콜 분석기는 LonWorks 네트워크에 연결되어 들어오는 패킷을 디코딩하고, USB 포트를 통하여 마스터 PC에 전달하도록 설계하였다. 그리고 PC에서 패킷이 처리되고, 여러 방법으로 분석되어 지하시설에 설치된 LonWorks 네트워크의 유지보수에 필수적인 정보를 담고 있는 중요변수가 관리자에게 편리한 형태로 화면에 나타나도록 하였다. 프로토콜 분석 성능은 일련의 실험을 통하여 패킷분석의 속도와 에러율을 측정함으로써 평가되었다. 개발된 프로토콜 분석기는 밴드폭 이용이 크게 증가하는 경우에도 안정적으로 동작하였다. 그러나 다양한 지하 환경조건 하에서 좀 더 종합적인 테스트도 필요하다고 생각된다.

턴키 제도를 모사한 환경공학 설계과목의 협동학습 적용사례 (Case Study of Cooperative Learning Simulating Turn-Key System in Design Class for Environmental Engineering)

  • 본 논문에서는 한남대학교 토목환경공학과 4학년 전공선택 과목인 상하수도공학에서 진행한 협동학습을 소개하였다. 도시 비점원 처리시설을 설계하는 문제중심 학습을 실시하면서 토목구조물의 설계-시공-감리를 통합하여 수주하는 턴키(turn-key) 제도를 모사하여 수업을 진행하였다. 수강생 25명을 4개 조로 나누었으며 각 조를 각각 하나의 회사로 가정하여 사장-임원-사원에 이르는 직급을 정하게 하였다. 발주공사에 대한 설계개념 정립에서부터 공사비용의 산정, 공정 계획, 설계, 응찰에 이르는 전 과정을 수업 중 설명하였으며 비점원오염물질 처리시설물 수주를 위하여 각 조간 경쟁하도록 하였다. 설계가 가장 우수하면서 입찰금액을 낮게 쓴 조가 공사를 수주하되 1인당 예상 이익으로 과목의 성적을 평가하였다. 강의 진행과 효과분석을 위하여 각 팀별로 1명씩을 초점그룹으로 선택하였으며 중점적으로 학기 중 면담을 실시하여 수업에 반영하였다. 학생들은 턴키 제도의 운용, 인사고과에 대한 인식이 향상되었으며 수업의 긴장감을 효과적으로 높일 수 있었으며, 복잡한 설계과제를 수행할 수 있었다.

A study of the factors affecting delay in apartment projects in Vietnam

  • Construction schedule plays a key role in project management due to its influence on the project success. Thus, it is important to identify factors affecting construction delay. The major objective of this study is to identify and evaluate factors affecting construction delay in apartment projects in Vietnam. The findings confirmed that financial difficulties of owners and contractors, contractors without adequate experience, non-available materials on time, slow site clearance, inappropriate construction methods, defective works and reworks, and lack of capable owners/project managers are the major causes of delay in apartment projects.
