실시간 운영체제를 이용한 내장형 웹서버 시스템 개발 (Development of Embedded Web Server System Using a Real-Time OS)

  • Embedded system area has brought an innovation and has been spread rapidly by the growth of the Internet, wireless telephony and multimedia recently. Many embedded systems are required to be real-time systems in that it needs multi-tasking and priority based scheduling. This paper introduces a real-time system that was developed with web server ability for control and monitoring system employing a real-time operating system. It discusses the design model, structure, and applications of web server system. We used SNDS100 board which has a 32-bit RISC microcontroller of ARM7TDMI core as a hardware platform. MicroC/OS kernel was used as Real-time operating system that supports a preemptive and multitasking functions. We developed a hierarhchical control and monitoring system that not only reduced system and management costs, but also enhanced reusability and portability.

  • 6 Sigma uses DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology as process of solving problem. Enterprise already propelling successfully 6 sigma such as Motorolla, GE and consulting companies leading 6 sigma also propose DMAIC methodology traditionally But from making 6 sigma activated, enterprises and 6 sigma consulting companies propose 6 sigma methodology matching office indirection part and research and development part. As the forward example, DFSS(Design For Six Sigma) is R&D part application in GE. This study investigates 6 sigma methodology corresponding to Right Process of the kernel factor. Especially for optimum design of the R&D part, revise DFSS definition and general concept organization through DFSS methodology research and analysis.

위험확산 예측기술개발을 위한 기상관측장비 설치위치 선정 연구 (A study of Installation positioning AWS for the Development of Risk Prediction Technology)

  • 본 연구에서는 화학사고와 관련하여 위험확산 예측기술개발을 위해 필요한 기상관측장비의 설치위치를 공간분석기법을 활용하여 우선순위로 설치되어야 하는 지역 20개소를 선정하였다. 울산전지역을 1km, 5km, 10km 격자망을 생성하여 기존 기상청에서 제공하고 있는 기상정보를 제외하고 울산전역의 상세한 기상관측정보 제공을 위해 필요한 관측개소 개수를 1차적으로 파악하였다. 위험확산 모니터링에 필요한 기상관측장비 설치간격을 결정하고 경제성을 고려하여 통신사 기지국 활용가능성을 검토하였다. 20개의 최종 설치위치를 결정하기 위해 울산지역에서 발생한 화학사고정보를 기반으로 밀도분석을 수행하여 위험지역을 분석하고, 유해화학물질을 취급하는 업소 정보를 수집하여 군집분포를 수행하였으며, 누출사고 발생 시 가장 중요하게 고려되어야 하는 주거지역 분포를 파악하기 위해 밀도분석을 수행하였다.

  • 클러스터 내의 노드들 사이에서 대용량의 데이터들을 보다 빠르게 전송하기 위해서 경량 메세징(Lightweight Messaging) 기법이 등장하였다. 이 기법들 중 VIA(Virtual Interface Archi- tecture)는 사용자 수준에서 커널을 거치지 않고 네트워크 장치와 직접적으로 통신을 할 수 있게 하여 클러스터 시스템의 프로토콜로 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 그러나 이러한 장점에도 불구하고 프로그래밍이 어려워 제대로 숙지하기까지는 많은 시간의 투자가 필요한 것이 사실이다. 이 논문에서는 개발자들이 좀더 쉽게 VIA에 접근할 수 있는 EVIL(Easy-to-use Virtual Interface Library)을 제안하였다. 그리고 EVIL을 Native VIA, TCP/IP와 각각 성능을 비굔 평가하였다.

  • 문화콘텐츠 산업은 지식기반 핵심 산업이다. 본 연구는 미국, 영국, 프랑스 및 일본의 문화콘텐츠 산업정책과 미국시장을 겨냥한 한국의 애니메이션 산업 전략을 개관하여 한국의 미국시장 진출을 위한 보완책을 제시하는 것이다. 애니메이션 수출전략 보완방법으로 재원, 창작 및 기술력, 인력양성, 수출방법, 법 제도 개선문제 등으로 기술하였다. 본 연구결과는 산업정책을 기획하거나 세부계획을 발전시키는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • This paper describes a real-time EtherCAT Master library. The library is developed using Xenomai. Xenomai is a real-time development framework. It cooperates with the Linux kernel, in order to provide a pervasive, interface-agnostic, hard real-time support to user-space applications, seamlessly integrated into the GNU/Linux environment. The proposed master library implements EtherCAT protocol for master side, and supports Application Programming Interfaces(APIs) for programming of real-time application which controls EtherCAT slave.

  • The communication between members who participate in the product development project has an effect on the project time, cost, and quality. This reason requires the engineering database which is the kernel of product information. This study focuses on data and process modeling for engineering database related to electronic consumer product. First, Through the definition of engineering database, the characteristics of engineering data, mainly product data are analyzed. Second, The object and class for engineering database are defined. This results of the study can be applied with engineering database design and workflow design of PDM. It also can be used as a reference model when the company develops product with suppliers.

  • In recent years, as the demands of VBNS(Very high speed Backbone Network Service) and VDSL(Very high-data rate Digital Subscriber Line) increase, the development of kernel parts of optical communication such as PLC(Planar Light Circuit), Coupler, WDM elements increase. The alignment and the attachment technology are very important to fabricate the optical elements for communication. In this paper, the mechanism of rotational stage are studied. with the three different method and the results of them are applied to the design of the system. The performance test of resolution and travel is performed.

  • A synthesis of fuzzy variable structure control is proposed to design a high-angle-of-attack flight system for a modification version of the F-18 aircraft. The knowledge of the proportional, integral, and derivative control is combined into the fuzzy control that addresses both the highly nonlinear aerodynamic characteristics of elevators and the control limit of thrust vectoring nozzles. A simple gain scheduling method with multi-layered fuzzy rules is adopted to obtain an appropriate blend of elevator and thrust vectoring commands in the wide operating range. Improving the computational efficiency, an accelerated kernel for on-line fuzzy reasoning is also proposed. The resulting control system achieves the good flying quantities during a high-angle-of- attack excursion. Thus the fuzzy logic can afford the control engineer a flexible means of deriving effective control laws in the nonlinear flight regime.

  • This paper describes UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) control system which employs PC104 modules. It is controlled by application program based on Linux OS. This application consists of both Linux device driver in kernel-space and user application in user-space. In order to get data required in the unmanned flight, external devices are connected to PC104 modules. We explain how Linux device drivers deal with data transmitted by external devices and we account for how the user application controls UAV on the basis of data processed in the device driver as well. Furthermore we look into the role of GCS (Ground Control Station) which is to monitor the state of UAV.
