This study is perform to improve the current point at issue of the non-regular employees, comparing the safety and health consciousness of between the regular employees and non-regular employees in manufacturing factory. The investigation is carried out using the statistical analysis. The study presents that most of the non-regular employees answer in the negative the current job satisfaction, work load, work risk, concern on the safety and health, education, occupational safety and health system than the regular employees. For the improvement of these problems, the government's safety and health policy should be changed and acknowledgement of the employer and employee on the safety and health should be improved.

In this paper we study a book 'Method of Ruler and Compass' written in Russia three hundreds years ago. In this book many construction problems related with plane figures and solid figures are solved. In this study we analyze construction method of some regular polygon(square, regular pentagon, regular octagon, regular decagon) suggested in 'Method of Ruler and Compass', give mathematical proofs of these construction.

This study is intended to identify how the organizational factors of hotel employees influence their job satisfaction and organizational commitment by the type of employment. Samples used for data analysis are 452 workers working for hotel companies including 276 regular employees and 176 non-regular employees. The results are as follows: first, the job satisfaction of regular employees is generally higher than that of non-regular employees. Second, the degree of affective and continuous commitment showed significant difference by the type of employment, but normative commitment did not. Third, according to the result of how job satisfaction influences organizational commitment, the job satisfaction of non-regular employees alone is not affected by the relationship of senior officers and coworkers.

A ${\ast}-ring$ R is called ${\ast}-regular$ if every principal one-sided ideal of R is generated by a projection. In this note, several characterizations of ${\ast}-regular$ rings are provided. In particular, it is shown that a matrix ring $M_n(R)$ is ${\ast}-regular$ if and only if R is regular and $1+x^*_1x_1+{\cdots}+x^*_{n-1}x_{n-1}$ is a unit for all $x_i$ of R; which answers a question raised in the literature recently.

Purpose:　The purpose of this study is to identify how regular stimulation affects apnea of a premature infant. Method: This study was used a within-subjects design with repeated measure using GEE (General Estimating Equation) and had been conducted from July 1, 2003 to March 12, 2004. The subjects consisted of 11 apneic premature infants who had showed apnea more than twice for 12 hours. A regularly vibrating test lung was provided to the subjects to find how regular stimulation affects apnea. Result: From the result of regular stimulation for apneic premature infants, both the lowest SaO2 and the lowest heart rate at experimental period were found to be increased significantly. However, the decreased frequency of the apnea cases was not statistically effective. Conclusion: These findings indicate that regular stimulation for apneic premature infants could be effective on increasing both SaO2 and heart rate. Therefore, we suggest regular stimulation to be used clinically to heal apnea of premature infants.

In this paper, the regular rotational gaits of the quadruped crawling robot are studied. It is assumed that the proposed regular rotational gaits starts from one of six support patterns in a translational gaits and end up with one of six support patterns in a translational gaits. Noting that six support patterns in a regular translational gait belong to two different groups with respect to regular rotational gait, the static stability margin and the maximum rotational displacement during one rotational stride period for the two representative support patterns are investigated. It is expected that the proposed regular rotational gaits will enhance the omni-directional characteristics of the quadruped crawling robot.

Aiming to solve the problems of high memory access and big storage space and long matching time in the regular expression matching of extended finite automaton (XFA), a new regular expression matching algorithm based on high-efficient finite automaton is presented in this paper. The basic idea of the new algorithm is that some extra judging instruments are added at the starting state in order to reduce any unnecessary transition paths as well as to eliminate any unnecessary state transitions. Consequently, the problems of high memory access consumption and big storage space and long matching time during the regular expression matching process of XFA can be efficiently improved. The simulation results convey that our proposed scheme can lower approximately 40% memory access, save about 45% storage space consumption, and reduce about 12% matching time during the same regular expression matching process compared with XFA, but without degrading the matching quality.

We formulate a stochastic control problem on proportional reinsurance that includes impulse and regular control strategies. For the first time we combine impulse control with regular control, and derive the expected total discount pay-out (return function) from present to bankruptcy. By relying on both stochastic calculus and the classical theory of impulse and regular controls, we state a set of sufficient conditions for its solution in terms of optimal return function. Moreover, we also derive its explicit form and corresponding impulse and regular control strategies.

The notions of regular uni-soft filters, uni-soft MV -filters and Boolean uni-soft filters are introduced, and related properties are investigated. Characterizations of regular uni-soft filters, uni-soft MV -filters and Boolean uni-soft filters are discussed.Relations between regular uni-soft filters and uni-soft MV -filters are considered. It is shown that the notion of a uni-soft MV -filter coincides with the notion of a regular uni-soft filter in BL-algebras.

There have been some study characterizing monoids by homological classification using the properties around projectivity, injectivity, or regularity of acts. In particular Kilp and Knauer([4]) have analyzed monoids over which all acts with one of the properties around projectivity or injectivity are regular. However Kilp and Knauer left over problems of characterization of monoids over which all regular right S-acts are (weakly) at, (weakly) injective or faithful. Among these open problems, Liu([3]) proved that all regular right S-acts are (weakly) at if and only if es is a von Neumann regular element of S for all $s{\in}S$ and $e^2=e{\in}T$, and that all regular right S-acts are faithful if and only if all right ideals eS, $e^2=e{\in}T$, are faithful. But it still remains an open question to characterize over which all regular right S-acts are weakly injective or injective. Hence the purpose of this study is to investigate the relations between regular right S-acts and weakly injective right S-acts, and then characterize the monoid over which all regular right S-acts are weakly injective.
