The purpose of this study was to examine how school soccer league influenced the school life satisfaction of middle school student in an attempt to help improve their school life and facilitate the universalization of school soccer league. The subjects were 103 students participating in school soccer league at a boy's middle school in Busan and 148 non-participants at the same school as a comparison group. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The students who participated in the school soccer league program expressed better satisfaction with school life than the other who didn't, and the gap between the two was statistically significant. 2. The students who participated in the school soccer league program, the students who showed higher participation frequency expressed better satisfaction with school life than the other who didn't, and the gap between the two was statistically significant. 3. The student who participated in the school soccer league program, the higher level students of soccer ability expressed better satisfaction with school life than the lower level student of that, and the gap between the two was statistically significant.

In this study, we developed an application that athletic leaders can refer to the map data, separated by a hot zone results of student athletes (Hot Zone) and cold zones (Cold Zone). The sport developed in this study is basketball. Athletic club's coachs can analyze a high probability of a student scoring players can use them to further improve training results. And student athletes also can through the accumulated data to identify their strengths and weaknesses expect motivation and performance enhancement, and accordingly expected to further study.

In this paper a robust method is presented for the combined design of STATCOM and Power System Stabilizer (PSS) controllers in order to enhance the damping of the low frequency oscillations in power systems. The combined design problems among PSS and STATCOM internal ac and dc voltage controllers has been taken into consideration. The equations that describe the proposed system have been linearized and a Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) has been designed for the PSS. Then, the Particle Swarm Optimization technique (PSO) which has a strong ability to find the most optimistic results is employed to search for the optimal STATCOM controller parameters. The proposed controllers are evaluated on a single machine infinite bus power system with the STATCOM installed in the midpoint of the transmission line. The results analysis reveals that the combined design has an excellent capability in damping a power system's low frequency oscillations, and that it greatly enhances the dynamic stability of power systems. Moreover, a system performance analysis under different operating conditions and some performance indices studies show the effectiveness of the combined design.

Persimmon boards of 30mm thick were dried, their temperatures were monitored during drying with 490 and 200watt microwave, and the drying efficacy and problems were investigated. The effects of pretreatments such as presteaming and prefreezing were also examined. The persimmon green lumbers of 80% moisture content were dried to 10% for only 50~60 and 110 minutes with 49watt and 200watt microwave, respectively. Severe internal checks were, however, found in all boards. The presteamed boards collapsed on their surfaces earlier than the controls. It may attribute to the high temperature inside boards during microwave drying and the decrease of their internal tensile strength caused by the presteaming treatment. To increase the internal tensile strength of the pretreated boards and to reduce their internal checks, they were air-dried at room temperature. The air-dried boards could be dried to 10% moisture content clearly and free from defects with 200watt microwave. The heating efficiency were also calculated with the maximum weight loss per minute of 490watt and 200watt.

In this study, the character amenability of Banach algebras is considered and some characterization theorems are established. Indeed, we prove that the character amenability of Lipschitz algebras is equivalent to that of Banach algebras.

In this paper, He's Variational Approach (VA) is used to solve high nonlinear vibration equations. The proposed approach leads us to high accurate solution compared with other numerical methods. It has been established that this method works very well for whole range of initial amplitudes. The method is sufficient for both linear and nonlinear engineering problems. The accuracy of this method is shown graphically and the results tabulated and results compared with numerical solutions.

The purpose of this study is to research and analyze recognition of teachers and students about operating BizCool in technical high school. These results were obtained by questioning teachers and students of high school which operated BizCool. Above of all, On the Teachers' recognition about BizCool. First, the most effective programs in BizCool are the entrepreneurial club activities, and these activites fostering an entrepreneurial mind as the primary benefits of operating BizCool. Second, to activate BizCool they want to employ staff whose responsibility is to organize BizCool because of the demand and pressure involved, and Bizcool entrepreneurial club should be connected with related enterprises. The development and spread of standard managing models is necessary. Third, Students also have to be able to learn essential knowledge about management, increasing their will to rely on themselves, and getting actual chances to conduct business. Finally, On the Students' recognition about BizCool. First, The contents and level of Bizcool, the availability of BizCool material, the fostering and learning of entrepreneurship are relatively easy and they show much interest in systematic entrepreneurial education. Second, the data show that BizCool is helpful for students to create an entrepreneurial mind and increase confidence about conducting business. Third, about school activities. Entrepreneurial club activities did not help to improve students' grades, to develop good habits or to make friends.

The objective of this research is to evaluate both quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis by comparing vital variable factors of the golf swing successes and the failures. At the moment of swing, each body segment and the movement of the club as well as kinematical parameters were produced by utilizing the 3-D swing analysis for the high school female golfers. As kinematical parameters, it analyzes the 3-D analysis and ground reaction force about the location change, velocity and angle. The 3-D swing analysis and ground reaction force location change, velocity and angle are analyzed for Kinematical parameters. As a result, the stable swing is maintained by club head showing very few front-back movement (X) when the address and the top swing. Also, the center of mass velocity contributes to the momentum increase by showing very rapid velocity when successful comparing with when failed at the time of top swing of left-right(Y) and it is thought that by lessening the cocking angle when successful from the top swing to the impact, it influences the linear velocity increase and has a good effect on a non-distance increase. It shows that Ground reaction force (GRF) is examined by showing the stable approval rating in a front-back(X) direction and left-right(Y) and connected to a successful swing.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the desirable direction toward the creative hand-on activities suitable for the characters of the technical high school students by examining the teachers' recognition of sub-factors of creative activities in technical high school and analysing whether the factors are properly utilized. Respondents of this study were 393 teachers at the Technical high school in South Korea. The questionnaire survey on the recognition of creative hand-on activities consisted of questions, which are importance and reflection, from 32 sections in 5 fields. The summary of the results through this study is as following. First, In the results of importance analysis of teachers in technical high school, in club activity field, 'the invention' of 'academic activity', 'film-art' in 'culture-art activity', 'challenge activity' in 'sports activity', 'school specialized major' in 'work practice activity', 'scout federation', 'Red Cross youth activity' in 'youth group activity' were seemed to be higher. Second, In the results of reflection analysis, it was found that the 'academy, culture-art', 'sports activity' fields were similarly reflected in importance thought by teachers in technical high school. However, for 'the work practice activity' and 'youth group activity', except 'the school specialized major', all fields are not properly reflected, independent of importance. For 'the work practice activity', analyses of importance and reflection seemed to be alike but for 'the youth group activity', there was a significant difference between them.
