의료용 대마의 소비 프로세스가 복잡해 환자 중심의 서비스 제공이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 사용자 중심의 소비 프로세스 방향성 연구를 위해 의료용 대마의 소비 과정을 세 단계와 다섯 개의 절차로 정의하고 의료용 대마 구매 경험이 있는 사용자 인터뷰를 통해 소비 여정 지도를 작성하여 소비 과정에서 발생하는 페인 포인트를 발견하였다. 그 후 미국과 캐나다의 사례연구를 바탕으로 국내에 적용 가능한 시나리오를 시행범위에 따라 세 가지를 제시하였다. 의료용 대마 소비자의 경험에 기반한 사용자 중심의 연구라는 점에 의의가 있으며 향후 소비 프로세스 개선 시 참고 자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

기능성 섬유를 가능하게 하는 스마트 텍스트로닉스가 최근 스마트 의류, 스마트 홈, 스마트 헬스케어 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되어 다양한 제품이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 체계적인 참여형 디자인 방법을 기반으로 한 스마트 텍스트로닉스 제품 개발 프로세스를 제안한다. 프로세스는 심층 인터뷰와 분석의 두가지 단계로 구성되며 심층 인터뷰 단계에서는 참여자가 사용행위, 행위별 요구조건, 만족도 수준 등을 포함한 사용자 여정맵과 스케치 및 간단한 프로토타입 제작을 통한 아이디어 생성 활동을 수행한다. 이 후 분석 단계에서는 디자인 연구자가 심층 인터뷰 단계로부터 도출된 결과에 행동 패턴 분석 방법을 적용하여 핵심 특성을 도출하고 이를 기반으로 한 사용자 페르소나를 생성하고 각 페르소나의 주요 니즈를 E3 가치 체계의 가치요소와 연관시킨다. 본 연구에서는 사전 설문조사를 실시하여 스마트 텍스트로닉스 시장 파악하였으며, 제안된 방법론에 대한 검증을 위해 스마트 홈 분야에서 가장 많은 사용자와의 상호작용을 갖는 소파의 디자인 사례연구를 수행하였다.

본 연구는 생애사 연구로서 교직에서 은퇴한 유·초·중등의 남·여 교원의 삶을 통하여 은퇴의 의미와 적응과정을 탐색하여 교원 은퇴자들에게 개인적·사회적 필요가 무엇일지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 어린 시절의 성장 경험과 학창 시절의 경험은 학생에게 선한 영향을 주거나 하지 말아야 할 행위의 한계를 설정하는데 기여하는 등, 오롯이 본인의 직업 수행에 영향을 준 것을 알 수 있었다. 상호의존의 시기에 단순 직업인을 넘어서 사회와 국가에 봉사하는 데에 기여하였고, 교직 후반기에는 아픈 경험이 자원이었고 '생각을 바꾸니 세상이 바뀌었다'는 표현으로 깨달음을 얻었다고 하였다. 교원이 미치는 행위의 영향이 다른 직업과 달리 다수의 대상에게 미친다는 점에서 교원 은퇴자들에게는 은퇴 전의 직업에 대한 보람이나 만족감이 다른 직종과 대비될 정도로 컸다. 그러나 은퇴 후에 교원 은퇴자들은 무한 자유에 행복을 느끼면서도 소속감과 성취감 없는 삶에 심리적인 공허함을 느꼈다. 그리고 새로운 공부에 도전하며 삶의 이모작을 위한 끊임없는 전진을 하고 있었다.

Purpose: This study discovered a substantive theory of the experience and process of peer support work among people with mental illness. Methods: The participants were members of community-based mental health facilities and had been working as peer supporters for more than six months. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with twelve participants and analyzed using Corbin and Strauss's grounded theory approach. Results: The core category was "becoming a healer going with patients in the journey of recovery," and the core phenomenon was "identity confusion as a peer supporter." The causal conditions were "starting peer support work without certainty" and "standing at the boundary between the therapist and patient." The intervening conditions were "willingness to become a successful peer supporter," "feeling a sense of homogeneity with the patient," "accepting the mental illness," and "support from people around." The action and interaction strategies were "letting go of greed," "being open about oneself," "developing professional skills," "maintaining wellness in the body and mind," and "being with the patient." The consequences were "becoming a useful person," "changing attitude toward life," "expansion of the sense of self-existence," "recovering from mental illness," and "discovering a role as peer supporter." Finally, the substantive theory of "becoming a healer going with patients in the journey of recovery" was derived. Conclusion: This study provides a holistic understanding of peer support work and the implications of interventions to help people with mental illness in a person-centered recovery process.

고객 경험 디자인은 고객이 제품 또는 서비스를 구매하고 사용할 때 브랜드나 기업의 터치포인트에서 긍정적인 경험을 최대화하는 것을 목표로 한다. 긍정적인 경험을 전달할 수 있는 제품이나 서비스를 디자인하기 위해서는 고객의 니즈와 고객 경험의 변화하는 특성을 해결하는 데 도움이 될 수 있는 다른 관점과 접근 방법이 필요하다. 디자인 프로세스는 다양한 학문 분야에 걸쳐 혁신을 주도하고 브랜드나 기업의 지속적인 성장에 필수적인 접근 방법 중 하나이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 고객과의 상호 작용과 고객 경험을 개선하는 것을 목표로 하는 서큘러 고객 경험 디자인 프로세스(The Circular CX Design Process)를 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 프레임워크는 고객 여정을 중심으로 다양한 터치포인트를 분석하고 개선함으로써 지속적으로 고객에게 긍정적인 경험을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

최근의 공유경제(Sharing Economy) 비즈니스 모델의 중요성이 부각되면서 경제활동은 단순한 상품 매매에서 벗어나 복잡한 경험체험으로 바뀌고 있고 공유숙박(Sharing Accommodation)의 모델 또한 새로운 숙박 선택모델로 자리 잡았다. 본 논문은 고객이 공유숙박서비스를 체험하는 과정에 느낀 문제점을 고찰하여 공유숙박서비스의 최적화 전략을 제시함으로써 기존의 단점을 개선하고 고객만족도를 제고하기 위한 목적으로 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 Airbnb와 Tujia 두 개의 공유숙박모델을 대상으로 비교 연구를 진행하고 참고 문헌 수집과 정리를 통해 숙박 공유연구 배경을 심층 분석하였다. 고객여정도(Customer Journey Map), 페르소나(Persona), 서비스 블루프린트(Service Blueprint) 등 서비스디자인 연구방법을 활용하여 고객 수요를 파악하고 서비스의 문제점을 발견함으로써 서비스를 최적화하는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. Kano 모델(Kano Model)과 잠재적 고객만족 개선지수(Potential Customer Satisfaction) 등의 연구방법으로 검증한 후 세 가지 서비스 최적화 방안을 확정하여 서비스 시나리오(Service Scenario) 모형을 통해 최적화한 성과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 공유숙박의 사업자 식별, 서비스 요소 개선과 보다 높은 수준의 고객 체험 제공에 도움이 되며, 더 나아가 공유숙박 시장의 건전한 발전을 촉진할 것이라 확신한다.

실시간 여행경로에 대한 정보를 제공하기 위해 동적 최적경로탐색 시스템은 실시간 경로 탐색을 통해 대다수 사용자의 요구를 충족시키는 최적경로정보를 제공한다. 따라서 동적 최적경로탐색 시스템은 주기적으로 최적경로를 갱신하여야 하므로 짧은 시간에 최적경로를 탐색하여야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 제한적인 탐색영역 설정기법을 사용하여 빠르고 효율적인 동적 경로탐색을 가능하게 하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 저사양의 하드웨어로도 동적 경로탐색이 가능한 기법을 개발하였다. 대표경로를 사용한 탐색영역 설정 기법으로 갱신 주기에 따른 유효 탐색영역에 대한 최적해와 대표경로를 조합한 부분해를 사용하는 부분 탐색영역 설정기법을 제안하였다. 가상의 도로망에 적용한 결과 기존의 방법에 비해 최대 50% 정도의 좁은 탐색영역으로도 최적의 경로를 탐색할 수 있었다. 또한 이동거리에 상관없이 안정적인 탐색영역을 설정할 수 있어서 단거리 이동경로 탐색이 가능한 정도의 하드웨어 성능으로도 장거리 최적경로를 탐색할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 한국소비자원의 2019 한국 소비자 시장평가지표를 활용하여 소비자 의사결정 여정(CDJ) 관점에서 소비자 시장평가 항목을 계층화하고 법/제도의 소비자지향성과의 관계를 파악하는 연구이다. 즉, 소비자시장평가 항목을 선택비교단계, 선택결정단계, 구매 후 경험단계로 구분하고 CDJ 모형의 경험에 해당하는 불만피해 여부를 조절변수로 활용하여 법/제도의 소비자지향성과의 관계를 계층화한 모형을 제시 및 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 소비자지향성을 평가하는 소비자시장 평가지표 변수들간의 관계는 소비자 의사결정 단계에 따라 계층화할 수 있으며, 법/제도의 소비자지향성과의 관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자 피해경험의 유무에 따라 소비자시장평가(신뢰성, 가격)가 법/제도의 소비자지향성에 미치는 영향이 상이하게 나타났다.

In a challenging era of despair and hope, Helen Keller's story and her work, especially the remarkable journey depicted in "Three Days to See" from her autobiography "The Story of My Life," serve as a deep source of inspiration and wisdom. Her incredible life story reveals the path we should follow and the hope we should embrace. Her story showcases an incredible ability to overcome adversity in the human spirit. It reinforces the idea that even in the darkest moments, one can find the light of hope and resilience. Her story is a testament to the indomitable human will. Furthermore, Helen Keller's narrative often reminds us of the importance of gratitude for gifts and opportunities that are often taken for granted. Her longing for the simplest things, like sight, teaches us to cherish the abilities and privileges we currently possess. When facing contemporary challenges and uncertainties, her story conveys a profound message of unwavering hope and steadfast faith. She encourages us to seize the present moment, value the gifts we have, and embark on the journey of life with patience and hope, even when the path appears difficult. In this paper, we explore the life of Helen Keller and her literary work, emphasizing the importance of patience and hope in the difficult times faced by Koreans today, and we aim to present our attitude towards contributing to the nation's development. We seek to provide methods for preparing for a better and more hopeful future. We assert that we must carry hope and determination for the future and strive for new optimism and hope in Korean society.

IL-18 binding protein (IL-18BP) was originally discovered in 1999 while attempting to identify an IL-18 receptor ligand binding chain (also known as IL-18Rα) by subjecting concentrated human urine to an IL-18 ligand affinity column. The IL-18 ligand chromatography purified molecule was analyzed by protein microsequencing. The result revealed a novel 40 amino acid polypeptide. To isolate the complete open reading frame (ORF), various human and mouse cDNA libraries were screened using cDNA probe derived from the novel IL-18 affinity column bound molecule. The identified entire ORF gene was thought to be an IL-18Rα gene. However, IL-18BP has been proven to be a unique soluble antagonist that shares homology with a variety of viral proteins that are distinct from the IL-18Rα and IL-18Rβ chains. The IL-18BP cDNA was used to generate recombinant IL-18BP (rIL-18BP), which was indispensable for characterizing the role of IL-18BP in vitro and in vivo. Mammalian cell lines were used to produce rIL-18BP due to its glycosylation-dependent activity of IL-18BP (approximately 20 kDa). Various forms of rIL-18BP, intact, C-terminal his-tag, and Fc fusion proteins were produced for in vitro and in vivo experiments. Data showed potent neutralization of IL-18 activity, which seems promising for clinical application in immune diseases involving IL-18. However, it was a long journey from discovery to clinical use although there have been various clinical trials since IL-18BP was discovered in 1999. This review primarily covers the discovery of IL-18BP along with how basic research influences the clinical development of IL-18BP.
