고토크 복합재 프로펠러 샤프트 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of High Torque Composite Propeller Shaft)

  • The goal of this study is to replace the current forward 2-piece propeller shaft of 8 ton large truck made of steel with 1-piece composite propeller shaft. A low cost Glass/Epoxy composite propeller shafts were successfully developed, which satisfy requirements such as the capacity of static torque transfer, fatigue strength and bending natural frequency. Devising secure joining method of a composite tube and metal yoke was the most critical issue in successful development of a high torque composite propeller shaft. In this study, joining method using thermal interference fit was adopted for composite to metal joint. Optimum conditions of heating temperature and interference level of thermal interference fit were determined from thermal stress analysis using 3D finite element method. Static torsion test, fatigue test, RPM and balance test were performed to verify the design.

  • This paper presented a design and a Vibration control of a biped walking RGO(Robotic Gait Orthosis) and walking simulation by this system. The vibration evaluation of the Knee Joint Mechanism on the biped walking RGO(Robotic Galt Orthosis) was used to access by the 3-axis accelerometer with a low frequency vibration for the spinal cord injuries. It will be expect that the spinal cord injury patients are able to recover effectively by a biped walking RGO. (omitted)

  • To clarify the motion characteristics of free-style Okinawan dance“Kachaasi”, first the subjective impression was quantitatively evaluated with semantic differential technique to cluster its types. Then, the contingency of joint rotation in shoulder, elbow and wrist joints was examined with multivariate autoregressive model. The time-series data of positions and angels of three joints were calculated according to the deforming conditions and shielding directions of the ring lights. As the results, in an excellent dancer, the motions of shoulder and elbow were highly synchronized and smoothly controlled. The low-frequency output of the shoulder and elbow were mutually interacted. Meanwhile, the wrist behaved independently of other joints' rotation.

  • This paper considers the vibration Problem of vehicle driveline which consists of two propeller shafts and the center bearing. The excessive vibration occurs at the center bearing when the vehicle starts to run. Using the kinematic constraints at the universal joint between two propeller shafts, we developed an one d.o.f model which describes the radial motion of the center bearing. We found out that the vibration occurs at the specific vehicle speed corresponding to the natural frequency of the model. Comparing the simulation results with test results we also show that the vibration at low vehicle speed is caused primarily by the feint angle and secondarily by the mis-aligned yoke flange rather than by the unbalance.

외경연삭 휠 주축의 진동특성에 미치는 플랜지 결합부의 영향 (Effects of Flange Joint on the Dynamic Characteristics of the External Cylindrical Grinding Wheel Spindle)

  • In the grinding process, generally, the exciting forces with high frequency can be generated due to the wheel wear and the grinding process. As the grinding speed increases, the precise investigation about the wheel dynamic characteristics is required. Conventionally the wheel-spindle has been considered with lumped model in dynamic modeling. With this lumped model, the significant mode resulted from the shell mode of wheel can be readily ignored. This paper suggests the new analysis model which includes the shell mode of wheel in modeling the wheel-spindle assembly. Furthermore, based on the suggested model, the effects of the bolt tightening force and the taper tightening force on the dynamic properties are investigated by the finite element modal analysis and the experimental method. As a result of investigation, the shell mode vibration of wheel affects the dynamic characteristics of the spindle assembly. Also, the vibration modes of the spindle assembly are significantly affected by the joint tightening forces.

  • 파고, 주기의 정보로서 수위변동η, 그 시간적분법η, 파향의 정보로서 수평방향 2성분 물입자속도 u, v의 4가지 시계열을 판정하여, narrow band-width frequency spectrum을 가지는 불규칙파의 포락파형(enveloped wave)을 구함으로서, 파고, 주기, 파향의 종합확률분포를 상세히 유도하여, 현지실측경과와 비교, 검토했다. 그 결과, 실측되어진 종합확률분포는 유도되어진 파고, 주기, 파향의 결합확률분포와 양호하게 일치하여 현지 불규칙파랑장에 있어서 충분한 정도로서 적용할 수 있다는 것을 알았다.

외이전기자극이 슬관절질환 노인의 통증과 보행 및 균형에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Auricle Electric Stimulation on Pain, Gait and Balance in the Old Aged with Knee Joint Disease)

  • Purpose: This study examined the application of electric stimulation to the auricle acupoint (frequency 2 Hz, stimulation level: noxious) with 30 elderly people over 65 years that received treatment in a rural hospital to determine the influence of pain, gait and balance in the aged with knee joint disease. Methods: The subjects were divided into three groups; the degenerative joint diseases (DJD) group (1 male, 9 females), the total knee replacement (TKR) group (1 male, 9 females) and the control group (1 male, 9 females). Auricualr electrical stimulation (AES) was applied with low frequency, high intensity transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation for 10 seconds per each point. Results: 1. For the change of pain according to AES, there was interaction in the resting period (p<0.001) and gait (p<0.001) and pain of the DJD group and TKR group was decreased. 2. The range of motion (ROM) of the knee joint showed a significant difference in interaction for each group of elderly people (p<0.001) and the ROM for the DJD group and TKR group of elderly people was increased. 3. In the analysis of gait speed changes, there was a significant difference in interaction for each group of elderly people (p<0.001) and for gait speed in the DJD group and TKR group of elderly people. 4. It was found in the change of static balance that there was a significant difference in interaction for each group of elderly people (p<0.01) and balance capacity in the DJD group and TKR group of elderly people was increased. Conclusion: The aged with knee joint disease have pain, and a decreased function of gait and balance. AES was an excellent treatment for control of pain, and an excellent treatment to enhanced joint functions. AES was useful for improving gait and balance due to decreased pain.

  • To predict vibrational energy density of simple structural-acoustic coupled systems in medium-to-high frequency ranges, Power Flow Finite Element Method(PFFEM) is used, and PFFEM sofiware, PFADS has been developed for the vibration predictions and analysis of coupled system structures in medium-to-high frequency ranges. However, it needs to consider vibro-acoustic coupled analysis to get more accurate results. Prior to implement vibro-acoustic coupled analysis functions in PFADS, research on vibro-acoustic coupled analysis using PFFEH is performed for simple models. These predictions include the indirect transmission path associated, and also the direct transmission path, and the formulation is extended to structural system model by using appropriate modifications to structural-acoustic and acoustic-acoustic joint matrices. Concerning the waves in plate and acoustic, it is possible to calculate the structural-acoustic full matrix of a model using PFFEM, and the formulations developed are implemented for two rooms surrounded by plates.

권역별 심뇌혈관질환센터 코디네이터 직무분석 (Job Analysis of Coordinator Working in the Regional Cardiocerebrovascular Center)

  • Purpose: This study was to analyze the job of coordinators working in the regional cardiocerebrovascular center. Methods: Using Developing a Curriculum (DACUM) method, the role of coordinators was defined and their duties and tasks were identified. The developed duties and tasks were classified and validated according to importance, difficulty, and frequency of the job. Results: A coordinator is defined as a clinical nurse specialist affiliated in a cardiocerebrovascular center. The coordinator is responsible for managing the major critical pathway to provide adequate medical service and providing education to the patient with myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular attack admitted via emergency room for prevention and management of disease. Ten duties and sixty-nine tasks were identified on the DACUM chart which represented the importance, difficulty, and frequency of tasks showed as A, B, C respectively. Based on determinant coefficient of the task, the highest ranked task was 'analysis for variation of CP' and the lowest was'investing the articles in stock'. Conclusion: The results of study showed that coordinators were doing various duties and tasks and they felt burden from their work and were in confusion. The results of this study can be used to develop training programs for coordinators and evaluation-scale of the coordinators' job performance as the basic data.

해외서지정보를 활용한 북한 과학기술 연구개발 트렌드 변화분석 (1986~2019) (Analysis of Changes in Research and Development Trends in North Korea's Science and Technology with Overseas Bibliographic Data (1986~2019))

  • 대외적인 활동이 거의 없던 북한에서 최근 해외 논문발표가 급증하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 북한의 해외발표논문을 계량분석하여 북한의 연구개발 동향변화를 파악하고, 향후 국내 연구자들과의 공동연구로 발전시킬 수 있는 가능성을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 1986년 이후 북한 연구자가 포함된 해외발표논문을 대상으로 빈도분석과 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 분석은 저자, 연구기관, 국가, 연구분야 등을 대상으로 하였으며, 김정은 집권 전과 후로 구분하여 변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 김정은 집권 후 8년간 해외논문 발표가 급격히 증가하면서, 논문발표 상위 연구자나 연구기관, 공동연구 영향력 상위 연구자 등의 구성도 많은 변화가 나타났다. 김정은 집권 후 북한 연구자나 연구기관의 비중이 상대적으로 증가하였으며, 공동연구 영향력 상위 연구자들간 네트워크 컴포넌트가 형성되어 있어서 특정 연구주제에 집중하는 모습이 관찰되었다. 북한 연구자들의 주요한 해외 협동연구자나 연구기관은 중국의 비중이 높게 나타났다.
