내륜 연삭에 관한 연구 (A Study on Grinding for Inner Race)

  • The grinding is a popular process for studying constant velocity joint and process in automobile industry. In this study, The study gives the data of wheel type and grinding of inner race is developed. As a result I obtained the data of grinding conditions makes good surface roughness get a grinding conditions. The grinding characteristics and conditions of inner race were investigated with respect to grinding feed, cutting depth, grinding time. The results were suddenly increased and the detailed surfaces were extremely obtained. Grinding condition was big more affected by grinding time, grinding speed and grinding depth.

고Mn강과 저탄소강의 CO2 레이저 이종용접 특성 (Characteristics of Dissimilar CO2 Laser Welding for High Mn Steel and Low Carbon Steel)

  • High Mn steel has been developed for automotive applications since the steel has an excellent combination of strength and ductility. However, from the viewpoint of welding, high Mn steel has a few problems related to its chemical composition. This paper describes characteristics of dissimilar $CO_2$ laser welding for expanding application of high Mn steel. From this work it was cleared that dissimilar laser welded joint between high Mn steel and carbon steel had poor formability due to the formation of martensite within weld metal. In order to improve ductility of welded joint, the method of controlling the dilution ratio of high Mn steel was suggested.

비전도성 접착제로 국부적으로 둘러싸인 인터록킹 접속구조를 이용한 플립칩 공정 (A Flip Chip Process Using an Interlocking-Joint Structure Locally Surrounded by Non-conductive Adhesive)

  • A new flip chip structure consisting of interlocking joints locally surrounded by non-conductive adhesive was investigated in order to improve the contact resistance characteristics and prevent the parasitic capacitance increase. The average contact resistance of the interlocking joints was substantially reduced from $135m{\Omega}$ to $79m{\Omega}$ by increasing the flip chip bonding pressure from 85 MPa to 185 MPa. Improvement of the contact resistance characteristics at higher bonding pressure was attributed not only to the increased contact area between Cu chip bumps and Sn pads, but also to the severe plastic deformation of Sn pads caused during formation of the interlocking-joint structure. The parasitic capacitance increase due to the non-conductive adhesive locally surrounding the flip chip joints was estimated to be as small as 12.5%.

보행 입각기(stance phase)시 거골하 관절의 운동 특성에 관한 연구 - CTA 및 시공간적 변수를 중심으로 - (A study of the movement characteristics of subtalar joint in stance phase)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyse the subtalar joint movement characteristics in human stance phase. The data of subtalar joint movement patterns are collected by CTA(calcaneus to tibia angle) measurements. CTA is defined as a angle formed between the bisect of the posterior shank and bisect of the posterior heel, as determined by placement of the retroreflective markers. The angle measured in degrees. The participants are 74 healthy individuals (37 men and 37 women) who have no orthopedic and neurological impairment, aged from 19 to 29 years(mean 22.95). Prior to participation, each subjecct informed the procedures of experiment from researcher and assistant researcher. The equipments of this study are walking grid, marking tapes, goniometer, video camera, monitor and ink for foot print are used in the study. In order to determine the statistical significance of result, the paired t-test and Pearson correlation were applied at the 0.05 level of significance. The results were as follows : 1. The reliability of measured CTA value are showed a high correlation, ranged from .86 - .94. 2. The mean value of step width are 7.67cm in men and 6cm in women. So, significant difference between men and women in 0.05 level of significance. 3. There was significant difference between man and women's TOA(toe out angle)(p<0.05). 4. The CTA of female's is more higher than male's one, however not statistical difference between man and women(p>0.05). 5. The CTA is reduced according to increasing TOA(p<0.05).

  • The aim of this study is to present the basic reference data of age and specific gait parameters for comparisons of the gait characteristics depended on amputation length of the Unilateral Trans-Tibial Prostheses. The basic gait parameters were extracted from 10 Adult, and 20 below knee(B/K) patients, 50 to 60 years of age using VICON 512 Motion Analyzer. The results were as follows; 1. The mean Cadence of the above knee(A/K) patients and below knee(B/K) patients were $87.77{\pm}8.64$ steps/min, to $99.84{\pm}11.14$ steps/min.(p<0.05) 2. The mean Walking Speed of the above knee(A/K) patients and below knee(B/K) patients were $0.84{\pm}0.15$ m/s, to $0.96{\pm}0.25$ m/s.(p>0.05) 3. The mean Stride Length of the above knee(A/K) patients and below knee(B/K) patients were $1.14{\pm}0.14\;m$, to $1.14{\pm}0.22m$.(p>0.05) 4. The mean maximal angles of joint on the hip flexion motion for different above knee(A/K) patients and below knee(B/K) patients were $34.75{\pm}10.18_{\circ}$, to $32.32{\pm}6.34_{\circ}$.(p>0.05) 5. The mean maximal angles of joint on the knee flexion motion for different above knee(A/K) patients and below knee(B/K) patients were $66.97{\pm}15.08_{\circ}$, to $52.65{\pm}9.21_{\circ}$. (p<0.05) 6. The mean maximal angles of joint on the ankle dorsi-flexion motion for different above knee(A/K) patients and below knee(B/K) patients were $14.41{\pm}4.82_{\circ}$, to $10.04{\pm}3.49_{\circ}$.(p>0.05) 7. The mean maximal angles of joint on the ankle plantar-flexion motion for different above knee(A/K) patients and below knee(B/K) patients were $5.77{\pm}3.17_{\circ}$, to $2.75{\pm}4.49_{\circ}$.(p>0.05)

가스배관용 플렉시블 조인트의 응력 및 변형거동특성에 관한 수치적 연구 (Numerical Analysis on the Stress and Deformation Behavior Characteristics of Flexible Joint for a Gas Pipe)

  • 본 연구에서는 가스배관용 플렉시블 조인트의 응력과 변형거동 특성을 유한요소법으로 해석하였다. 이러한 특성결과는 나선 주름관이나 직각 주름관 및 평면관으로 구성된 플렉시블 조인트의 강도안전성을 고찰할 수 있다. FEM 계산결과에 의하면, 최적의 나선 주름관은 $4.7^{\circ}$의 경사각도와 1.5mm의 주름높이를 갖는 주름관 모델인것으로 나타났다. 또한, $90^{\circ}$의 주름을 갖는 직각 주름관 모델이 경사각도를 갖는 나선 주름관보다는 강도안전성이 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 주름관의 강도안전성을 높이기 위해서는 주름관의 피치와 곡률반경을 줄이는 것이 바람직함을 알 수 있다.

5052 알루미늄 합금에서 접합변수에 따른 겹치기 마찰교반접합부의 특성 (Characteristics of Friction Stir Lap Weldment according to Joining Parameter in 5052 Aluminium Alloy)

  • The Friction Stir Welding (FSW) has mainly been used for making butt joints in Al alloys. The development of Friction Stir Lap Welding (FSLW) would expand the number of applications. In this study, microstructures and mechanical properties of FSLW in A5052 alloy were investigated under varying rotating speed and probe length. Investigating the characteristics as FSLWed conditions were as below ; Failure Maximum load by shear fracture was increased proportional to the width of joint area, which was increased by input heat, stirring intensity in the case of 2.3 mm probe length. Tensile fracture occurred, and maximum load was determined due to side worm hole of joint area and softening of microstructure in the case of 3.0 mm probe length. In the case of 3.7 mm probe length, material hook and bottom worm hole were appeared at the end interface of joint area. The most sound FSLW condition with no defects was 3.0 mm probe length and 1500 rpm-100 mm/min. No defects were showed in 1500 rpm-100 mm/min and 1800 rpm-100 mm/min, but Vickers microhardness distribution in TMAZ/HAZ which was fracture zone was lower in 1800 rpm-100 mm/min than in 1500 rpm-100 mm/min. In this condition highest tensile strength, 215 MPa (allowable rate 78% of joint efficient) was obtained.

악관절 장애 증상이 구강건강 상태와 정신건강 상태, 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 : 국민건강영양조사 2012년도 자료를 활용하여 (Effects of temporomandibular joint disorder symptoms on oral and mental health status and quality of life : using the 2012 data from Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of oral and mental health status on temporomandibular joint disorders (TMDs) and the effects of TMD symptoms on quality of life using data from the 5th 2012 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Methods: A total of 1,154 people were selected as subjects for the study. Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) sounds (672 persons), TMJ pain (227 persons), and TMJ dislocation (255 persons) were the factors studied. The complex sample chi-square test was performed to compare demographic characteristics according to the three groups of TMD symptoms. Complex sample logistic regression analysis was performed to confirm the effect of oral and mental health status on TMDs, and complex sample linear regression analysis was performed to check the effect of TMDs on the quality of life (EQ-5D). Results: After adjusting for demographic characteristics, those without TMJ sound symptoms had lower pain/discomfort (OR: 0.055, CI: -0.095 to -0.016) and anxiety/depression (OR: 0.053, CI: -0.092 to -0.014). Those without TMJ pain had lower pain/discomfort (OR: 0.119, CI: -0.192 to -0.046) and anxiety/depression (OR: 0.071, CI: -0.137 to -0.004). Pain/discomfort (OR: 0.063, CI: -0.125 to -0.001) was lower in those without TMJ dislocation symptoms. After adjusting for mental health status, pain/discomfort (OR: 0.088, CI: -0.161 to -0.014) was found to be lower in those without TMJ pain symptoms (p<0.05). Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, the treatment of TMDs, oral health, and also mental health, is needed to improve the quality of life.

윤하중 재하에 의한 교량 신축이음의 정적거동 (The Static Behavior of Bridge Expansion Joints Due to the Wheel Load)

  • 본 연구는 교량 신축이음에 대해서 윤하중 재하실험을 통해 윤하중 재하 특성을 분석하고 이를 토대로 신축이음에서의 윤하중 재하기준을 마련하는 기초데이터를 확보하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위해 국내에서 많이 사용되고 있는 레일신축이음과 핑거신축이음에 대하여 시험체를 제작하고 실제 타이어 바퀴를 사용한 정적 윤하중 재하실험을 실시하였다. 윤하중에 접촉된 레일과 핑거에서 윤하중 분배율을 파악하였는데, 레일신축이음에서 중앙 레일이 지지하는 분담율은 윤하중 크기가 증가함에 따라 감소하는 것으로 나타났고 핑거신축이음에서는 접촉 면적 증가에 따라 거의 증가하지 않고 일정하게 됨을 알 수 있었다. 윤하중 재하 특성이 기존 설계기준과 많은 차이를 나타내고 있으므로 신축이음 설계를 위한 윤하중 접지압력 분포에 대한 합리적인 기준 마련이 필요하다고 판단되었다.
