한국의 구직급여 수급률 결정요인 분석 (Unemployment Insurance Take-up Rates in Korea)

  • 고용노동부 "고용보험DB" 의 상실자 종합통계와 실업급여 지급통계를 이용하여 구직급여 수급자격자의 수급과 재취업에 따른 수급자격 상실을 경합적 위험(competing risks)모형으로 분석하였다. 아울러 구직급여 수급률과 경기지수 간의 교차상관관계 분석을 하였다. 분석결과 구직급여 수급률이 실업률과 정(+)의 상관관계를 보이고, 6개월가량 실업률과 경기동행지수를 선행한다. 아울러 수급률이 연령, 학력, 급여지급기간, 소득대체율과 정(+)의 상관관계를 보이고 있다.

Types of Home Meal Replacement and Determinants of Consumption in South Korea

  • HMR is a home-style food product designed for convenience and cooked outside the home leaving out cumbersome cooking process and consumed at home. The present paper aims to find out factors that influence the consumption of HMR by analyzing data on food consumption during the 3 years between December 2010 and November 2013. Following the classification of Costa et al. (2001), this study categorized HMR products as 3 types as follows: C1 (ready to eat), C2 (ready to heat) and C3 (ready to cook), and examined factors affecting purchase rate and per capita purchase price for each type of HMR product. The results of our analysis show that only the purchase rate of C3 products was influenced by whether the purchaser was housewife with job or not. For those who do not live together with parents, per capita purchase price for HMR was high; and the more they ate out, the higher the purchase rate of HMR was.

AI 비서에 대한 직무 종사자와 관리자의 인식 유형 연구 (Study on the Perception of Workers and Supervisors about AI Assistants)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception about AI assistants and the differences between two groups, workers(secretaries) and supervisors(bosses), using the Q-methodology which has an advantage in understanding the types of subjective perceptions. Through literature reviews and interviews, 34 Q-samples were extracted, and then Q-sorting was conducted by P-samples(20 workers and 15 supervisors). As a result of Q-sorting, the types and characteristics of AI assistants perceived by each P-sample were explained. The perception of the workers divided into five distinct types, and the perception of the supervisors was divided into three distinct types. The most crucial factors in distinguishing between workers and supervisors' perceptions depend on whether they are capable of performing certain tasks and whether they can replace existing secretarial jobs. This study, as the primary research on AI assistants, can help to redefine the work that can be replaced by AI and the work that only people can do, and thus to establish education, recruitment, and training plans.

중소기업 기술혁신분야 연구개발(R&D)투자의 경제적 효과 분석 (The Economic Effect Analysis of R&D Investment in Small & Medium Enterprises Technological Innovation Areas - Centering on the Number of Supporting Subject and the Amount of Supporting Fund -)

  • In this study, as the result of analyzing the relationship and influence between economic outcome and R&D supporting investment, the number of supporting subjects among the technological innovational areas of SMEs, it is as below. First, as the economic result of analyzing companies from the investment in R&D of technological innovational areas of minor companies, the number of supporting subjects and amount of R&D have relationship with increase of sales and export amount, employee reduction & the effect of new job creation shows positive correlation with the effect of import replacement. Second, as analyzing the influence of the investment in R&D has economic effect from of technological innovational minor companies. This is thought that the financial and R&D support increase a significant effect on economical, technical against SMEs.

대체안의 원가견적과 한계분석 (Cost Estimating and Marginal Analysis for Alternatives)

  • This paper concerns with the decision maker has the job of forecasting capital investments and operating expenses to aid the decision making in choosing and evaluating present annual and future alternatives. The cost estimating function eventually analysis, evaluates and choose the alternatives. And also, the marginal analysis performed originally from a preliminary design of some sort, and eventually plans are made to investigate investment possibilities. This paper provide the discounted net cash flows and the present, annual and future worth methods. In despite of any choice for an analytical methods, there remains the problems of predicting and assessments certain future events. Therefore, these models dealing with the optimal plant sizing, equipments replacement, and lease or buy will be discussed.

순환(循環)굵은/잔골재(骨材)를 사용한 굳지 않은 콘크리트의 특성(特性) (Properties of Fresh Concrete with Recycled Coarse and Fine Aggregates)

  • 본 연구는 순환잔골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 굳지 않은 콘크리트 특성을 파악하고 순환골재 콘크리트의 품질관리 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 순환굵은골재 및 순환잔골재의 치환율을 조합하여 설계압축강도 30MPa의 콘크리트를 제작하였으며, 공기량 및 슬럼프를 측정하였다. 측정된 공기량 및 슬럼프 경시변화를 통하여 순환잔골재의 재료적 특성이 콘크리트의 물성에 미치는 영향을 파악하였으며, 골재의 흡수율 차에 따른 품질성능 저하를 고려할 수 있도록 현장 도착 슬럼프를 기준으로 전체 배합수를 일정하게 유지하는 품질관리 방안을 제시하도록 하였다. 본 실험에서는 골재 종류(천연, 순환)에 따른 표면수 보정을 통해 1시간 후 현장도착 슬럼프가 일정하게 유지될 수 있도록 콘크리트를 배합하였다. 순환골재의 사용에 따른 압축강도의 저하는 나타나지 않았다. 또한 표면수 보정을 통한 전체 배합수의 관리를 통하여 순환골재 콘크리트의 품질관리가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

성 주류화의 관점에서 본 저소득 실업자에 대한 분석과 자활사업 정착을 위한 정책 제안 (An Analysis on the Low- income Unemployed and a Policy Development for the Self-supporting Program on Gender-mainstreaming Perspective)

  • In the last two decades, the welfare states have undergone the changes of restructuring towards two ways. One is a restructuring of workfare and the other is a restructuring of the gender model of welfare state. In Korea, the workfare is reflecting on the DJ Welfarism 'Productive Welfare', but the gender model has a little effect on the public policies. By the way, It is imported that has the gender perspective in approaching the self-supporting program in the public assistance representing of the DJ Welfarism. Because almost 60% of the beneficiaries of the program are women. The Gender-mainstreaming strategy criticizes for the laws, the public policies, the public programs that considered gender-neutral or gender-blinded, and then complete the equality between women and men through the modification or development of those. The approach of Gender-mainstreaming is very important strategy for not only women who are self-reliance recipient but also successful settlement of self-supporting program. Nowadays that program is not execute yet. Then we hardly have information about recipients and the results that expected from that. At this point of gender-mainstreaming, this report suggest the strategy to development and settlement of the self-supporting program in the basics of analysis for the low-income unemployed and the government policy response to unemployment. For the gender models of the self-supporting program, the most important thing is throwing the male breadwinner model and adoption the dural-earner model (the gender model) about that program. Then we must produce gender-statistics data, develop programs for public work, job replacement, job training, evaluating system, etc. with gender perspective.

중년여성의 보완대체요법 이용양상에 따른 갱년기 증상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Climacteric Symptoms Corresponding to the Use of Complementary and Alternative Therapy in the Middle Aged Women)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to identify climacteric symptoms corresponding to the use of complementary and alternative therapy(CAT) in middle aged women. Method: The subjects of the study were 603women(40-64years) and were chosen by convenient sampling from 1 April to 31 July 2004. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statics, chi-square, t-test analysis by SPSS/WIN program. Results: 1. It was shown that 63.8% of subjects have utilized one or more types of CAT. 2. It was shown that the most frequently used types are health supplement(40.5%), gold acupuncture(31.2%), acupress(24.7%), hand acupuncture(21.8%) 3. There was significant difference in the using experience CAT by religion(p=.029), job(p=.018), hormone replacement(p=.016), exercise(p=.007), health state(p=.013). 4. There was significant difference in climacteric symptoms(p=.000) corresponding to the using experience of CAT. 5. There was significant difference in climacteric symptoms(p=.028) corresponding to the using experience hand therapy of CAT. Conclusion: We found that middle aged women used CAT more than others populations. Future research examining the determinants of CAT use, incorporating attitudinal and health conditions, as well as clinical efficacy, effectiveness, and health outcome studies of specific CAT therapies are warranted.

  • 4차 산업혁명시대에 많은 사람들에게 가장 우려스러운 점은 인공지능에 의한 자동화 및 로봇, 드론, 무인자동차 등 무인화 기술제품에 의한 노동력의 대체 등으로 인해 사람들의 일자리가 크게 줄어들 수 있다는 것이다. 본고에서는 4차 산업혁명이 수반하는 가장 큰 경제 사회적 임팩트인 미래고용의 변화에 대해 조사한 외국 및 국내 자료들을 우선 정리하였다. 그리고 범세계적인 차원에서 정성적 또는 정량적으로 조사한 고용전망 자료들을 정리하여 비관적 및 낙관적 전망으로 나누어 검토하였다. 또한 우리나라의 고용에 관련된 변화 요인들과 미래의 고용전망에 관한 자료들도 조사 분석하였다.

  • 이번 연구는 인공지능(AI) 활용 가능성에 대한 국내 감정평가사들의 인식과 감정평가산업에서 AI 활용에 따른 관련 리스크를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 2022년 2월 10일부터 18일까지 평가사를 대상으로 모바일 설문조사를 실시했다. 193명의 응답자들로 부터 조사 데이터를 수집했다. 기본 분석을 위해 빈도 분석 및 다중 반응 분석을 수행했다. 감정평가산업에 AI를 활용할 때 다양한 유형의 리스크를 분석하기 위해 요인분석을 활용했다. 감정평가사들은 감정평가산업에 AI 도입에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 갖고 있지만, 일자리 감소 및 일자리 교체와 관련된 부정적인 영향 주로 AI 활용 가능성이 높은 분야와 대체 가능성이 높은 분야로 담보·컨설팅·과세 감정 등을 고려했다. 인적 노동 분야에서 AI에 의한 대체 위험에 대해 더 잘 알고 있었다. 책임, 개인 정보보호 및 보안, 기술적 오류 위험에 대해 매우 잘 알고 있었다. 그러나 공정성, 투명성, 그리고 신뢰성 위험은 일반적으로 낮은 위험 문제로 인식되었다. 기존 연구에서는 주로 AI를 대량 평가 모델에 적용하는 분석 방법을 연구해 왔지만, 이번 연구는 AI의 활용과 위험성에 초점을 맞췄다. AI 활용에 대한 업계 전문가들의 인식을 이해하는 것은 AI가 대규모로 도입될 때 발생할 수 있는 잠재적 위험을 최소화하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.
