Results: The results showed the following: The highest assessment on the posture evaluation was "helping children to ride a school bus", "feeding: meal/snack", "brushing children's teeth" and "arrangement of nap-stuff". The rank of high-risk assessment on the neck/trunk/leg part was arranged by: "feeding: meal/snack", "helping children to ride a school bus", "making nap", "arrangement nap-stuff" and "brushing children's teeth". The rank of high-risk assessment on the upper limbs part was arranged by: "helping children to ride a school bus", "the bust - group activity", "meal/snack time - preparing, feeding, arrangement", "nap time - preparing, arrangement", "brushing children's teeth", and "using the toilet". According to the results of each musculoskeletal subjective symptom, teachers ordered the pain area as follows: waist, shoulder, leg/feet, and neck, and they showed more pain on trunk than the upper limbs. Conclusion: To sum up the results from ergonomic posture evaluation and a subjective symptom, the following are high working pressures: "feeding: meal/snack", "the bust - group activity", "making nap", "brushing children's teeth" with deep bending and waist twisting, "helping children to ride a school bus", "brushing children's teeth" with lifting shoulder; "meal/snack time - preparing, arrangement", "nap time - preparing, arrangement", and "using the toilet" with moving or an up-down position in their job. • The purpose of this study was to provide nurses with the basic data to prepare nurses for systematic job embeddedness, job stress, and burnout in small and medium-sized hospitals and to identify any correlations. The data were collected between 1 November 2018 and 28 February 2019. The factors and general characteristics influencing the job embeddedness were found to be position (t=3.53, p<.001), total career (F=3.46, p=.034), current career (F=5.59, p=.004), and turnover experience (t=-1.72, p=.008). The job embeddedness was negatively correlated with the awareness of burnout (r=-.570, p<.001) and job stress (r=-.349, p<.001). Burnout (β=-.570, p<.001) and job stress (β=-.552, p<.001) had significant effects on job embeddedness (F=46.21, p<.001); the explanatory power of these variables was 34.9%. In other words, nurses in hospitals with fewer than 200 beds experienced higher job stress because they were exhausted. This suggests that it has a negative effect on job arrival, which is the intention to remain in the current organization. Methods: The subjects were 411 nurses with over one year working experience in a university hospital, located in I-city. The data were collected from April 20 to 30, 2012. using a self-report questionnaire. The data were analyzed using hierarchical multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 17.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in customer orientation depending on general characteristics(age, marital status, education, position, clinical experience, and department). Internal marketing perception, empowerment, and job satisfaction correlated with customer orientation. As the results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis for impact factors on nurses' customer orientation show, factors are the outpatient department in working places(${\beta}$=.10), education and training in internal marketing perception(${\beta}$=.12) and empowerment(${\beta}$=.44), which accounted for 31.1% of customer orientation. Conclusion: Therefore, nurse managers should identify the needs to perceive nurses as internal customers, and the internal marketing strategy should be performed to empower nurses. Also, it is needed to place nurses with high customer orientation at the outpatient department.

  • This study was designed to analyze the results of stress index by heart rate variability test. The subjects were workers in the automobile manufacturing industry. The subjects consisted of 23,767 workers who had answered about questionnaires of a job position, age, smoking, drinking, exercise state and sex. The stress index(SI) and stress resistance(SR) were examined by SA3000P. We analyzed the differences of SI and SR according to job positions, ages, the state of smoking, drinking, exercise and sex by T-test or ANOVA with SPSS ver. 17.0. Regarding the differences of SI among job positions, the SI was highest in sales positions. Among ages, the SI was highest in 30s. In smoking, the SI was lower in non-smoking group. In drinking, there was no significant differences in SI. In exercise, the SI was lower in exercise group. In sex, there was no significant difference. The case of SR, SR was lowest in sales positions. Among ages, the SR was lowest in 40s. In smoking, the SR was lower in smoking group. In drinking, there was no significant differences in SR. In exercise, there was no significant difference. In sex, the SR was lowest in male. According to these results, we should establish the methods of controlling stress from the perspective of Korean traditional medicine.
