The purpose of this study is to examine the ladylike style of Grace Kelly focusing on her costume design of 1950s movie and star image, and to understand how she became a fashion icon today. Her city elegant look was usually composed of A line or H line suits and dresses, pearl jewelry, gloves, handbags and her classic ladylike attitude. Kelly's luxury casual look epitomized a relaxed elegance based on the American sporting image including the Hermes "Kelly" bag. Her sexual elegant look showed the combination of freshness, ladylike virtue and underlying sex appeal. Her self-confident, ladylike style appeals to modern fashionable women who likes to be elegant but also sexy.

Contiuous c-oriented zeolite MFI films $(<35{\mu}m)$ were prepared by hydrothermal secondary growth of silicalite-1 seed crystal in the surface of alumina porous substrate and silicon substrate. The supported films were characterized with scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Effect of substrate surface roughness were investigated and a mechanism for c-oriented film formation and characteristic dom-like defects formation which is observed after seeding growth was discussed. The roughness of substrate plays an important role.

The current formal and memorized design repetition training and practice is wandering in the uniform flat design thinking expression. To change these two-dimensional current issues into a three-dimensional design method, set the direction for each grade level under the integrated convergence educational goal and carry out projects step by step to understand design, the principle of spatial composition, the introduction of traditional design history, and the overall design of craft design. Creative and practical skills such as approach should be cultivated. Designers can only be produced through systematic education and training. In order to lead society and succeed, a designer who has experienced solutions and countermeasures on how to adapt themselves to the demands of various changes in the times must come to the field. Education experts insisted on innovation of the organizational structure and subject of the education system, and emphasized the importance of education in response to the rapid pace of change in the 21st century. This study aims to propose an educational system that combines academic research with a structural approach to tasks by setting a project that reflects the needs of society for convergence practice in which design and adjacent disciplines are linked through understanding and analysis of these issues.

The purpose of this study is to develop a textile pattern design using the columnar joints motif and a Tyvek fashion clutch bags using it. As a research method, first, through a literature review, columnar joint and Tyvek are understood, and design cases were considered. Second, through a survey, the purchase perception and design preference of columnar joints cultural products were analyzed. Third, based on the results of the survey on color and print, the pattern design for each type of columnar joint were developed, and the uv-printed Tyvek clutch bag was developed. The results of this study are as follows. First, the reason why the public was not attracted to the purchase of cultural products was dissatisfaction with practicality, price adequacy, and aesthetics. Therefore, it was analyzed that quality, practicality, price, carry-on storage, collection value, and casualness, as well as aesthetic design were important factors for purchasing factors pursued by consumers. Second, consumers preferred small goods the most for cultural products, and they pursued the use of colorful and contrasting colors, modern and geometric patterns, and eco-friendly materials, such as Tyvek. Third, columnar joint can be classified into three cross sections and four arrangements. The design unit of the columnar joint could be expressed as a hexagonal column, and 12 different pattern designs could be developed according to the cross sections and arrangements type. In addition, it was found that it was easy to produce fashion products suitable for the sensibility of modern people by utilizing Tyvek materials.

This study aims to develop a mechanic embroidery bag design that reflects the symbolic image of Korean independence activists who sacrificed for the country so that today's Korea can exist. As a research method, the theoretical consideration and image collection of independence activists were conducted through a literature review and visits to the memorial halls of six independence activists. The bag design was developed using mechanic embroidery textile of 12 motifs manufactured in previous studies through the computer mechanic embroidery sewing machine, and the types were limited to totes, Boston, clutches, baskets, shoppers, hover bags, and hat boxes. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the dense light and shade and delicate color expression of each motif design were the most important and achieved through the proper selection and utilization of embroidery yarn according to the mechanic embroidery expression technique for developing in-depth textile materials. Second, unlike in the past, when machine embroidery was difficult to handle, the spread of embroidery CAD and computer machine embroidery sewing machines made it easier for individuals to develop embroidery products. Third, this study once again emphasized the symbolism of Korean independence activists who sacrificed for the nation to exist at a time when it needs to be recognized due to the lack of fashion and diversity in cultural products containing historical and cultural meaning and values of the country. This study was able to develop computer machine embroidery textiles and various bag designs using various mechanic embroidery expression techniques that can highlight the symbolic image of each motif.

The purpose of this study is to do a detailed analysis of the layouts and components of the main pages of the SOHO malls, which serve as its display window, and in turn, find a successful strategy for SOHO malls in the over saturated Internet shopping mall market. To analyze the components and layout of the main page of the SOHO Internet apparel shopping malls, top 50 Internet apparel shopping malls for woman and top 50 Internet apparel shopping malls for man, ranked within Internet shopping mall were selected. Data were collected from the coding sheets surveyed on the Internet apparel shopping malls for one month (September 2012). The result showed different patterns in various aspects between women's and men's malls. 1) The men's malls used product pictures more frequently in their main pages than the women's malls 2) The sections for jewelry and beauties were usually included in men's apparel shopping malls. 3) Men's malls usually had a rather crowded layout with numerous banners in order to expose their promotional items to the fullest. 4) men's malls provided a more detailed promotional and product information regarding the display items on its main pages. 5) Women's malls had a wider range of price distribution and generally higher prices.

Purpose - This study empirically analyses the changes in unemployment rates to understand push factors of generating wage pressure and how it affects the aggregate demand in Korea and the United States. We use a structural macroeconomic model which is centered on the labor market and simultaneously explains the natural rate of unemployment and deviations. Research design, data and methodology - We attempt to empirically analyse the unemployment rates through two countries to analyse the economic effects of real wages and aggregate demand between 2000 and 2016. We introduce having estimated the whole model that the growth of unemployment into the part caused by each of these factors. Results - The results of this study show that in the long run, there is not only a natural level of employment but also a natural level of real demand are positively related. in the short run, demand can vary from bring about changes in employment by means of price or wage surprises. Conclusions - The pressure of demand in the labor market shows up strongly in both countries. The estimated labor-demand equation are consistent with this framework and generally have well defined real wage and demand effects.

Accordance of valuing three factors as above, seeking the productivity idea from traditional cultural goods with the originality has a potential to expand to global market, because the regional representative cultural relic and remains goods of Gong-Ju, Chungnam can be developed as cultural good of regional, and cultural indigenous product. In conclusion, a property matter of soil and diversity of visual presentation that is corresponding to recognizable design particular idea.

This study presents a conceptual framework for the growth process as a manager based on data gathered from the sales experiences and careers of fashion brand managers. The study participants were seven managers with over 15 years of sales experience in a women's clothing brand in Gwangju. Data were collected through in-depth interviews from January 2018 to September 2018 and analyzed using open coding, axis coding, and selective coding according to Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory method. The study results are as follows. First, this study found six categories and 17 sub-categories based on the shop manager's sales experiences and careers. Second, we found the central job category as well as categories with causality, interaction, moderating and outcome relationships. Third, we developed a paradigm model that links the main phenomena, causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, action/interaction strategies, and consequence categories. Fourth, the process of growing as a fashion brand manager was described by an integrated story.

Purpose: Unemployment in its general form is a result stemming from the decisions of workers to search for a new and better paying job. In this study, the view that unemployed workers were not simply desiring any job, but one that would maximize their expected future outcome, was examined. Research design, data, and methodology: In order for collection of data and analysis, the panel dates of individual applications for job openings on job search websites were utilized to examine search effort and period for individuals. Results: It was found that the number of applications sent by a job seeker declined over their period of job searching, and that job seekers over a long duration of time tend to send relatively more applications per week throughout their entire search period. The latter finding contradicts the implications of the standard labor search effort models. Conclusions: It can be observed that these job search models fail to capture several key elements in search efforts, and that the search time for an offer is not entirely predetermined by the labor market conditions and socio-economic (individual) characteristics of the searcher. It can be shortened as he or she intensifies their job search efforts.
