  • Rapid prototyping technologies have been widely used to reduce the development cost of new products. Manufacturing industries are nowadays characterized by the flexibility and complexity of products. This to due to the rapid development of manufacturing technology and diverse needs of customers. In this paper, the burning condition for getting casting product of resin pattern have been examined experimentally. In generally, the burning conditions have effect on the casting products. Using the direct casting. we directly producted the jewelry.

20세기 경남 지역의 혼례문화와 혼례물목 (Wedding culture & lists of wedding gifts from the Gyungnam area in the 20th century)

  • The study uses lists of wedding gifts used from old Korean documents written in Hangeul in the western Gyungnam province during the 20th century. The study analyzed four lists of wedding gifts from the Muncheongak archive and two lists from the archive of ancient document. This analysis found that clothing accounts for the majority of the items in the lists, and items such as furniture, jewelry, household goods, and medical materials were also recorded. That the furnishings were commonly prepared by the groom's side, and the fact that the number of jeogori was higher than the number of skirt, speaks to the unique wedding custom of Gyeongsang province. While the groom's list of wedding gifts included a record of the bride's ornaments, jewelry, and furnishings in the bride's list, the groom's nickel top-knot pin was only included as an ornament. In the list of wedding gifts between brothers, the gifts for the eldest son differed from those for the third son in terms of number and price. The list of wedding gifts between father and son illustrates how economic development and changing times wedding custom. The lists of wedding gifts in the old Korean documents shed light on the oral research into 20th century wedding custom, which will be used as basic data in researching and reproducting the wedding culture and life conditions of the time.

'라이트박스' 무색/핑크/블루 합성 다이아몬드의 분광학적 분석 (Spectroscopic analysis of near colorless/pink/blue synthetic diamonds from Lightbox)

  • 이 논문은 라이트박스의 주력 상품인 세 가지 색의 합성 다이아몬드의 분광학적 특성에 대해 분석한 결과이다. 드비어스의 브랜드인 라이트박스 주얼리는 2018년 9월부터 CVD 합성 다이아몬드를 판매하기 시작했다. 본 연구에서 검사된 샘플은 0.25 ct, 0.25 ct, 0.26 ct의 무색(H grade), 핑크, 청색의 합성 다이아몬드이며, 각 샘플의 테이블 중앙에는 라이트박스 로고가 레이저 각인되어 있었다. 분광학적 기법에 기초한 분석 결과, 무색 샘플은 결정성장 후 색 향상을 위한 고온고압 처리과정을 거치지 않았다. 핑크 샘플은 H3, 3H, 594 nm, NV, GR1의 광학 결함이 발견되었고, 이로 인해 결정성장 후 색 향상을 위해 조사와 열처리 과정을 거친 것으로 판단했다. 또한 블루 샘플은 열처리 과정 없이 조사만 되었음을 알 수 있었다.

Operation Situation of Academic Credit Bank System for Academic Degree of Cosmetology & Academic Research Trends

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the operation situation & academic research trends in Seoul and Gyeonggi area, based on theoretical consideration on academic credit bank system, focusing on academic credit bank system where a lifelong education institute affiliated with a university produces graduates with associate's degree. To find out about how academic credit bank institutes are operated in cosmetology field, the analysis of literature review was used, in reference to the literatures as well as administrative data from the Ministry of Education and institutes for lifelong education with respect to academic credit bank system. Further, dissertations and articles in journals were also reviewed for analysis, in order to see academic research trends with respect to academic credit bank system in cosmetology, and finally to provide the directions for a follow-up study in the future. It was found that about 120 junior colleges have cosmetology departments, while only about 20 4-year universities have them, where lifelong education systems such as lifelong education are essential for learners to have bachelor's degree to go to a graduate school in reality. Every year more people want to learn and acquire the degree through a lifelong education institute affiliated with a university. In this regard, it is thought that there should be first positive social awareness towards a degree recipient from such educations and more administrative promotion and active engagement of government, businesses and schools, in order to vitalize academic credit bank system. Meanwhile, there are only about 10 academic literatures including the dissertations on the operation of academic credit bank system with respect to cosmetology, which is not sufficient number in academic research, compared to the increasing number of people who want to acquire the degree. Most of the preceding studies have been limited to education services and learners' satisfaction level. Therefore, continuous follow-up study is required on how to improve social awareness as well as teachers and instructors' satisfaction level, as well as how to develop industry-customized curriculum, in order to ensure active academic credit bank system.

고대 이집트 신화에 나타난 고대 장신구 연구 (An Inquiry into the Ancient Jewelry of Ancient Egypt Myth)

  • 고대의 정신세계는 인류의 사상의 근원이 되는 소중한 가치를 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 과학의 발달로 점차 소멸되어가는 인류의 근원적 정신세계를 고대 신화적 요소에서의 상징적 표현으로 나타나는 고대이집트 신들의 장신구로부터 연구하여, 신들의 장신구를 통해 반영되어진 고대인들의 정신세계의 독특한 인간관을 재조명하고자 한다. 이집트에서 장신구는 장식적 역할도 분명하지만, 그 근본적인 목적은 부적 즉, 신체의 취약한 부분에 지님으로써 신비적이고 적대적 힘으로부터 보호받기 위한 주술적 목적으로 사용되었다. 이러한 단면에서 시사하는 것처럼 인류는 인간 스스로 해결 할 수 없는 초월적인 문제를 초자연의 힘을 빌려 해결하려 하였고, 그 안에서 삶을 영위해가기를 추구하였다. 때문에 본 연구는 인류의 문명을 대표하고 있는 이집트 장신구의 형성 과정을 이집트 문화적 배경과 신화를 통해, 신들의 장신구에 내포되어 있는 정신적 의미와, 신들의 장신구의 역할이 무엇이었는지 알아보고, 또한 이집트인들이 신들의 장선 구를 통해 무엇을 염원하였는지 고찰하였다. 그 결과 이집트 신들의 장신구들은 첫째로 자연을 묘사하고 있었고 둘째는 선분의 상정, 성별의 구분과 종교의식의 의미를 지니고 있었으며 셋째로는 사후세계를 믿었음을 보여주었고 마지막으로 부활을 상징하고 있었다.

대학생의 액세서리 구매 및 착용실태에 관한 연구 (A study on the Purchasing and Wearing Conditions of Accessary in University Students)

  • The study will furnish university students-oriented accessary market with preliminary data by virtue of university students' wearing accessary conditions. It conducted by 151 university students in Jeon-Nam and Jeon-Buk during october through november, 2014. The questionnaire is composed of 17 questions and used 151 out of 152 copies as the final data, except for one insufficient reply. The analysis method carried out a technological statistics such as frequency count, percentage, average and t-test for every questions, used by SPSS 20.0. The investigation result is as follows; The overall numbers of answerers were 151 people, 36 male and 115 female, and showed that they purchase accessaries of less than 20,000won in a jewelry shop. According to the 86.1% of university students' answers, the most well known brand is OST and then Metrocity(76.2%), Swarovski(68.9%) came after. The most visit count is to a jewelry shop, once or twice in a month, on-line shopping malls and department stores came after. Rings and bracelets are purchased once or twice in a month, and earrings are mainly put on. When purchasing accessaries, quality and scarcity design are the most significant conditions, getting the information through internet and fashion magazines. The ground of purchasing accessaries is for self-contentment and for coordinating with their fashion, and also the difficult maintenance as well as untangled wool are defined as uneasiness of using accessaries. Furthermore, the original goods are preferred for rings and necklaces, unlike earrings and bracelets.

치과 보철물 합금 성분중 니켈, 코발트, 크롬 및 구리에 대한 감작률에 관한 조사 연구 (SENSITIVITY TO NICKEL, COBALT, CHROME, & COFFER IN DENIAL ALLOYS)

  • In dentistry, precious metal alloys are, mainly due to economic factors, increasingly displaced by alternatives containing Ni-Cr-Co. There are some reports where hypersensitive reactions to Ni-Cr-Co alloys are presented and discussed. The reactions reported vary from mucosa contact stomatitis to generalized dermatitis without any oral mucosal reaction. The purpose of this study was to investigate the incidence of nickel, chrome, cobalt and copper, and to know whether subjects with positive skin reaction to nickel would also demonstrate adverse intraoral reaction to a non-precious metal nickel. The patch tests were performed in 81 subjects(male 39, female 42) and nickel sulfate 5% aq., potassium bichromate 0.5% at., cobalt chloride 2% aq., & copper sulfate 1% aq., were used for test allergens. And then the intraoral tests were performed in 16 subjects, 8 subjects with positive allergic skin reaction to nickel and 8 subjects with negative allergic skin reaction. A pure metallic nickel plate was attached to the buccal side of the upper second premolar. The results are as follows : 1. The frequency of nickel sensitivity was 9.9% (2 men, 6 women), cobalt was 4.9% (1 man, 3 women), and chrome was 2.5% (2 men) respectively and there was no positive reaction to copper 2. The positive reactions were 8 of 23 (34.8%) with a history of jewelry allergic reactions and 3 of 58 (5.1%) without a history of jewelry allergic reactions. 3. Three of 8 subjects with positive skin reaction. gave reactions to the metal plates.

신한복 치마에 대한 인식과 디자인 선호도에 관한 연구 (A study on the perception and design preference of New Hanbok's skirt)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the perception of New-Hanbok Skirts that female consumers have and to analyze the design preference based on the analysis of designs of skirt products currently in distribution. Based on the analysis of the New-Hanbok brand website, the research was conducted through a survey of 355 women in their 20s and older. The survey consisted of 24 questions which were divided into pattern, color, material, and recognition type questions. The research results are as follows. First, most adult women answered that a New-Hanbok skirt is appropriate to wear at a holiday, anniversary, or outer dress for the spring and autumn seasons, and the design is the most important thing when considering buying. However, the ratios of wearing experience and possession were very low. Second, the preferred design aspects of a New-Hanbok skirt were the Jarak-skirt or Deot-skirt, calf-length, 5cm width of the waistband, 3cm uniform crease, a normal length waistband, bright neutral colors, and a waistband in different colors. For the double skirt, the design that shows 4cm of lining fabric and the different colors of upper fabric was the most preferred. The most preferred material was plain cotton. On the other hand, small floral patterns were preferred for patterned materials, and opaque upper fabric was most preferred for the double skirt. Through this study, it was confirmed that the Hanbok is seen as a positive aspect for modern consumers.

Comparison of New Hanbok Jeogory Pattern for Customizing System Development

  • 본 연구는 소재 특성, 맞음새, 여밈 등을 고려하여 변화되고 있는 신한복 저고리의 패턴을 비교 분석해봄으로써 시판 신한복 브랜드 간의 저고리 패턴의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 6개 제품을 구매, 분해한 후 분해 패턴을 가지고 분석을 실시하였다. 저고리 형태의 경우, 1, 3, 6브랜드의 경우 다트가 없는 형태를 나타냈고 5브랜드는 프린세스라인으로 인체의 입체감을 표현하였다. 외관 평가결과, 5브랜드가 앞품너비의 여유량, 뒤소매진동의 군주름을 제외한 대부분의 항목에서 가장 높게 평가되어 외관이 가장 우수한 것으로 분석되었다. 의복압은 1브랜드의 경우 다른 브랜드의 제품보다 가슴둘레가 작고 어깨폭이나 길이도 짧아 착용 후 당김 현상이 발생하였다. 신한복에 대한 수요가 증가됨에 따라 기성복화하여 사이즈 체계에 대한 확립이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
