Translation Characteristics of Digital Decoder utilizing the analog parallel processing circuit technology is designed. The fast parallel viterbi decoder system acted by a replacement of the conventional digital viterbi Decoder has good propagation. we are applied proposed analog viterbi decoder to decode PR signal for DVD and analyze the specific circuit and signal characteristics.

Eleutherococcus senticosus Maxim. has been successfully used as an oriental medicine for various diseases including allergic disorders. Histamine is a major factor on various allergic responses and it is reported that histamine was released from mast cells by sensitization of allergens. In this study, ethanol extracts from E. senticosus Maxim. were prepared and the composition was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The eleutheroside B as a primary effective component of E. senticosus was contained approximately 225 mg/kg in root bark extracts. The extracts were found to significantly inhibit compound 48/80-induced histamine release form mast cells in dose dependent manner. However the extracts had low cytotoxicity on the mast cells with MTT assay. These results showed that E. senticosus Maxim. extracts may be the effective materials on inflammatory disorders.

Based on the critical review of previous new village planning proposals in Saemangeum Farming Zone, this study tried to derive rational and realistic planning/design criteria for new villages firstly through home-and-abroad case studies analysis, interview works on farmers in two villages located in the existing reclaimed farming areas and influential zone analysis from neighborhood villages in old land. By applying these criteria(population structure, farming size, maximum distance between farmland and home, village site size, number of new villages planned) on Saemangeum Farming Zone, basic new village planning framework was proposed finally.

The purpose of this study was to compare understanding of school foodservice management and environmentally friendly agricultural products between urban and rural elementary school children's mothers. Subjects were 400 elementary school parentsliving in Jeonnam. The results are summarized as follows. School foodservice program helped to solve unbalanced diets, develop minds and bodies, and improve eating habits. Mothers showed a higher degree of satisfaction for school foodservice containing environmentally friendly agricultural products. The primary reason for favoring environmentally friendly agricultural products was improvement of health and securing safe foods. The most important parameter of school foodservice management was sanitary control of food materials>sanitary control of foods>sanitary conditions of place for meals>sanitary conditions of cooker>sanitary conditions of tableware. In conclusion, school foodservice should be financially responsible to make policies effective.

This study analyze the certified management bodies for rural convergence industry promotion in Jeonnam province. The main results are as follows. Firstly, both certified management bodies and committee members are positive about the prospects of the 6^th industry, and they also agree on the need for 6^th Industrial accreditation system. Secondly, The 6^th industry affects "creation of value added" and "linked to regional agriculture." In other words, we can see that the 6^th industry can contribute to creating new values and linking regional agriculture. Finally, in order to foster certified management bodies for the 6^th industry, the management bodies put joint promotion, marketing and sales support on a priority basis, and was interested in supporting commercialization, such as on-site coaching, while the expert committee put priority on fostering the search for profit models, placing importance on supporting commercialization such as customized coaching.

For measuring nonlinear Vehicle Modeling based on 7-Depth Sensor, the neural networks are proposed m adaptive and in realtime. The structure of it is similar to recurrent neural networks; a delayed output as the input and a delayed error between the output of plant and neural networks as a bias input. In addition, we compute the desired value of hidden layer by an optimal method instead of transfering desired values by backpropagation and each weights are updated by RLS(Recursive Least Square). Consequently, this neural networks are not sensitive to initial weights and a learning rate, and have a faster convergence rate than conventional neural networks. This new neural networks is Error Estimated Neural Networks. We can estimate nonlinear models in realtime by the proposed networks and control nonlinear models.

A medical college is faculty which performs frequent experiments and holds lots of seminars for these reasons, this place was designed to exchange its concentration, taking its spatial psychology convenience and its functions into consideration. This space has been built up as the technological and multi-functional space to encourage it to accomplish special functions required by each of facilities, such as the president room, a main center of administration in the medical college, an audience chamber, an attached room, the room for alumni, preventive medicine and Micro biological diseases, a legal medicine lecture room, the room for basic medical science and a conference room.
