  • ISO와 IEC가JTC1 을 만들기 이전인 1984년 'Digital Signature'를 만들기위한 과제가 시작되었다, 그후 3개의 과제로 세분되고 그중 첫번째의 과제로 본 문서가 가장 먼저 국제표준이 되었다. 1989년에 제목이 지금과 같이 바뀌었고, 1990년 DIS를 거쳐 1991년에 IS가 되었다. 1996년에 재검토될 예정이다.

Assessment of isometric muscle strength used IsoTrack (IsoTrack을 이용한 등척성 근력 평가)

  • Purpose: To measure the cervical isometric force generation capacity of men and women, IsoTract was used. Also the aim of this study was to compare manual muscle testing with isometric muscle strength in women. Methods: Forty seven healthy subjects(25 men, 22 women; age range, 18-29) were recruited in two sessions, one for flexion and the other extension. The cervical strength was measured using a force measuring device as IsoTract. Results: Cervical isometric strength was found to be measure for flexion(27.78 Ibs maximum and 24.52 Ibs average) and extension(33.22 Ibs maximum and 29.90 Ibs average) in mans. And isometic muscle strength for women exerted significantly higher in the grade 4 over than in the grade 3 in women. Conclusion: We concluded that there were difference in isometric muscle strength for the grade of manual muscle testing. So this findings may assist in the measure of whole body muscle strength.

  • The problems and difficulties encountered in implementing the ISO 9000 series in Korea have been analyzed in this paper. A lot of companies are currently rushing to apply for ISO 9000 registration. Their principal motive is to sharpen their international and domestic competitive edge by improving their QM systems. In industry itself, there are many problems associated with the assessment and implementation. The major problems are from lack of understanding, cooperation of top or related management, and/or difficulties of documentation especially in small businesses. From this study, the effective and efficient methods for the ISO 9000 registration and surveillance are proposed.

  • ISO 9000 series, as quality management system that assesses quality system based on the documentation such as quality manual, documented procedures, specification is properly operated and then decides to give a certification, is a screening documented system that includes factors which may influence quality. Therefore, to have a proper documented system and its performance accordant to it is very important to the company which hopes to acquire the certification of ISO 9000 series. So, the objectives of this paper are to increase the efficiency of the work by cutting down efforts necessary to establish and revise documented procedures for the certification of the ISO 9000 series in the company using the documentation system.

  • For this study we investigated situation of domestic standardization in contact lens field. The rate of contact lens wearing have increased lately, nevertheless Korean Industrial Standard just has been translated into the regulations of ISO(International Organization for Standardization), and it has been applied. Moreover there is not any the domestic original regulation yet. Therefor, for this study we investigated current situation of the ISO in contact lens field and fitness of standard in our present actual condition. Also, by grasping the problems which it follows.

  • The source flow ripple and the source impedance in hydraulic pump are characteristic values showing fluid-borne vibration characteristics decisively. We cannot measure these two characteristic values directly, but can measure them by some indirect methods. One representative indirect measuring method is ISO 10767-1. The authors constructed a hardware and a software for the measuring method based on ISO 10767-1. Through the error evaluation of the measured results, accuracy of the measuring method using ISO 10767-1 was examined in detail.

Part-Per-Trillion level determination of Alkylphenols, Chlorophenols and Bisphenol A using GC/MS-SIM in Tap Water

  • A new technique is proposed for the determination of alkylphenols, chlorophenols and bisphenol A in tap water. The sample preparation consists of a solid phase extraction (SPE) of alkylphenols, chlorophenols and bisphenol A from a water sample with XAD-4 and subsequent conversion to isobutyloxycarbonyl (isoBOC) derivatives or tert.-butyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS) derivatives for sensitive analysis with the GC/MS-SIM mode. The recoveries were 86.6∼105.2 % (isoBOC derivatization) and 97.6∼484.5 % (TBDMS derivatization), respectively. The limit of quantitation of alkylphenols, chlorophenols and bisphenol A for SIM were 0.001∼0.050 $\mu\textrm{g}$/l (isoBOC derivatization) and 0.003∼0.050 $\mu\textrm{g}$/l (TBDMS derivatization). The SIM responses were linear with the correlation coefficient varying 0.9755∼0.9981 (isoBOC derivatization), and 0.9908∼0.9996 (TBDMS derivatization). The derivative methods and their application to tap water samples will be disscussed.

  • 이 글에서 살펴본 바는 다음과 같다. 1) ISO 10646-1 한글 부호계의 운용 방안은, 앞으로 얼마동안은 2,350 완성형 소리마디를 쓸 수도 있겠지만, 길게 보아서는 첫가끝 부호계 238 글자로 통일하는 것이 바람직하다고 본다. 2) ISO 2022 틀을 따르면서 한글을 완벽하계 지원하는 한 바이트 한글 부호계를 개발하여, 국제 등록부 (International Register) 에 등록하여, Escape Sequence을 받아서, ISO 2022 를 따르는 분야에서 쓸 수 있도록 하여야하겠다. 3) ISO 10646-1 을 개정하여 4,516 소리마디를 넣자는 안은, 완성형으로만 한글을 지원하게 되어 바람직하지 않다고 본다. 모아쓰기 글자를 지원하는 세계 추세가 조합방식이므로, 10646-1 을 현재대로 두고, 첫가끝 방식의 238 글자를 쓰는 것이 바람직하다고 본다. 4) 10646-1 을 재대로 지원할 수 있는 세벌식 자판을 정부의 복수 표준으로 채택할 것을 제안한다.

  • In this study, combustion toxicity evaluation for building interior materials and study for toxicity as using FT-IR analysis. this experiment for the calculation of toxicity index, it using a cone calorimeter model in KS F ISO/TR 9122-4 as a fire model. It is following ISO 19702 procedure for assessing fire toxic gas using FT-IR. This experiment used calculation method for toxicity index (FED) among the international standards. $LC_{50}$ is a concentration that it can cause death to 50 % of experimental animal in 30 minutes - exposure gas test. comparison with the three kinds of toxicity fire gas of construction materials using toxicity index.

Development of a Self-Diagnostic Measurement Index for ISO 26000 Social Responsibility

  • On November 1, 2010, the release of ISO 26000 was announced. ISO 26000 does not require 3rd party verification. But even though it is a standard that is voluntarily adopted, because the international standard for social responsibility can be applied as a trade barrier or business condition between countries, it cannot be ignored. So it is clear that we need to be alerted and prepared for this. This paper offers to help with such needs through organizations by developing an index that organizations can use to understand their current situation and diagnose themselves. This paper conducts a comparative analysis between the 7 core subjects and issues of ISO 26000, the existing indexes used by national institutions and the guideline for sustainable management report, the GRI, with the goal of developing a self-diagnostic index that organizations can utilize in order to diagnose their level of social responsibility. It is divided into the 7 core subjects with 181 measurement issues. There are 7 quantitative issues and 164 qualitative issues. The core subjects, excluding governance, are each alloted 14 points, while governance is alloted with 16 points, for a total score of 100 points. This paper is significant in that it is the first index to make self-diagnostic possible.
