The government of Indonesia has initiated the Master Plan of National Research (RIRN) 2017-2045 as a policy umbrella of national research activity. The initiative has been in place since 2015, yet the process required a long period of coordination. And with the extensive movement of evidence-based policymaking (EBPM), there has been a call of expectation towards policymakers to accurately use scientific evidence in their policymaking process. However, the complexity of policymaking process renders the ideal notion of EBPM questionable. This research attempts to understand how the EBPM as an idea can shape the interactions of actors in the policymaking process by using the discursive institutionalism as the analytical framework. By conducting ten interviews with actors involved in the making of RIRN and close examination of the policy documents for content analysis, this research describes the institutional features of EBPM discourse in Indonesia, which are reflected in the interactions of policy actors in the policymaking process of RIRN. This research also offers descriptive and learning narratives on the role of discourse in the policymaking process.

The purpose of this study is to integrate a structural design Process of framed steel structures. It is composed of analysis, design, drafting and construction management. However each step of these works involved with a large amount of data and man hour resources. The aim of this study is to alleviate time consuming efforts mentioned above by integrating the different stage of works. Very successful results have been achieved by setting up a common database in whole process and applying the techniques of knowledge base system.

In semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication is the most complicated and important process, which is composed of several hundreds of process steps and several hundreds of machines involved. The productivity of the manufacturing mainly depends on how well they control balance of WIP flow to achieve maximal throughput under short manufacturing cycle time. In this paper mathematical formulation is suggested for the stepper scheduling, in which cycle time reduction and maximal production is achieved.

New product concept evaluation is one of the most important activities among many possible evaluation activities involved in the whole new product process. This paper aims at exploring the applicability of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to this new product concept evaluation. To this aim, an AHP based concept evaluation model was formulated and explained using an illustrative example. A number of issues were also raised and discussed concerning the applicability of AHP to out problem. Finally, some further research areas were identified.

This paper briefly introduces the work done up to 1998 during the past twenty years for numerical modeling of ocean process focussing on the neighbouring seas of Korean Peninsula. Modeling of global ocean dynamics has also been performed as a pathway to understand the regional ocean dynamics. The ocean simulation produces a vast amount of multidimensional multivariate dataset therefore adoption of scientific and technical visualization techniques were essential to properly understand the physics involved.

For the development of colored-proto grapby, the silver dye blech processes were extensively studied. For the first time, the developed silver was main catalyst, but recently active organic compounds are widely used as organic catalyst. They were guinoxaline and phenazine derivatives and it may forrned protonated free radical(${AH_2}^+$) under the presence of strong acid. Herewith the chemical reaction involved those catalyst and it's kinetic theory were described. Also, properties of the product with organic catalyst and improved process was reviewed.

Low temperature diagnosis was performed as a probe for the integrity of MTJ(Magnetic tunnel junction) process which is optimised for the given plasma oxidation condition. TMR ratio increased slowly with decreasing temperature than that expected from spin wave exitation theory〔1〕. Junction resistance (RJ) does not follow T$\^$-$\frac{1}{2}$/ law below 200 K, indicating another conduction path besides spin polarized tunneling is involved at low temperature. Temperature dependence of conductance dip and bias dependence of TMR with temperature are discussed, from which the quality of tunnel barrier and its formation process can be inferred.

정서는 도덕적 판단, 의도, 행동으로 구성된 도덕적 의사결정에 관여한다. 본 연구는 온라인 실험 방법을 통하여 도덕적 정서인 죄책감과 수치심이 억제되었을 경우에 도덕적인 판단, 의도, 행동에 영향을 미친다는 것을 밝혔다. 도덕과 관련된 정서가 도덕적 의사결정 과정에 미치는 인과적 관계를 도출하기 위하여, 도덕과 관련된 정서(죄책감, 수치심)와 정서의 억제(억제, 대조집단)를 실험적으로 조작하였다. 실험 결과, 죄책감을 억제하는 것은 도덕적 판단과 의도에 관여되어있지만, 도덕적 행동은 관여하지 않는다는 것을 밝혔다. 다시 말해, 죄책감을 유지했던 피험자들은 억제했던 피험자들보다 지문에 묘사된 도덕적인 상황을 더 도덕적이라고 판단하였으며 도덕적 행동에 대한 의도가 높았다. 반면 수치심을 억제하는 것은 도덕적 판단과 의도에 관여하지 않았지만, 도덕적인 행동에 직접적으로 관여하였다. 수치심을 유지했던 피험자들은 억제했던 피험자들보다 실제 도덕적인 행동을 더 많이 하였다. 본 연구는 비연속적 정서이론을 적용하여 죄책감과 수치심이 억제되었을 경우, 도덕적 의사결정 단계에 미치는 메커니즘을 설명하였다.

"서괘전(序卦傳)"의 건 곤괘(乾 坤卦)에서 태괘(泰卦)에 이르는 역(易)의 전개를 교육의 과정으로 분석한 선행논문을 토대로 본고는 "주역(周易)"의 상경(上經) 자체를 또 다른 관점에서 커다란 교육의 과정으로 보고 논의하였다. 상경에서 건괘에서 태괘에 이르는 괘서가 주로 교육의 조건에 관련되는 '작은' 교육의 과정이라면, 태괘에서 이괘(離卦)에 이르는 괘서(卦序)는 보다 심층적인 공부의 과정에 초점을 맞춘 '큰' 교육의 과정이다. 상경을 교육의 '큰' 과정으로 본다는 것은 괘서에 따른 내용이 교육의 내 외적 조건에 근거하지 않고 수행하는 사람의 공부의 관점에서 검토한다는 것을 말한다. 논의 결과 다음을 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 태괘에서 이괘(離卦)에 이르는 내용은 '큰 성년식'과 관련된다. 둘째, '세상의 있는 그대로 모습'을 볼 줄 아는 것과 함께 부단하게 균형을 이루어가는 공부의 과정이 곧 중용(中庸)을 내면화하고 실천하는 일이다. 셋째, 본고에서 살펴본 중용의 원리는 공부의 엄중함과 교사의 권위, 그리고 사회윤리와 관련된다. 따라서 논의는 하경(下經)의 검토로 이어져야 한다.

The article is organized as follows: In Section 2, the functions involved in the total design process are discussed in terms of five phases and the term IGCAD (interactive graphic computer aided design) is introduced. Section 3 is devoted to the discussion of the IGCAD system and turns out to be the longest section. We discuss two particular examples of IGCAD applications and the benefits of IGCAD methodology in Section 4.
