In this study, an investigation was made on bristles for the prosthetic and periodontally involved patients based on the previous studies. The purpose of this study was to investigate the ideal location and dimensions of bristles for the patients who were installed with fixed prostheses and severely involved periodontitis. 3D scanner was used to develop 3D visual models of bristles and teeth. These models were developed to be used for designing the ideal bristles for the prosthetic and periodontally involved patients. For the ideal design of bristle, interproximal area of dental arch and bristle must get into maximum and standard teeth may have to be chosen from many gypsum molds. During the design process the factors should be considered that influence the removal of plaque by bristle.

In this study, we examined voice shopping interaction in which consumers can be involved in the decision-making process. Sixteen kinds of voice shopping interaction were designed with differences in the existence of screen/product involvement/conversation style. Their effects on trust, cognitive load, satisfaction, and continuous intention to use were evaluated through a survey experiment. The main effect of conversation style was significant, and it was found that the more deeply involved users have higher trust. The interaction effect between conversation style and product involvement was also significant. Low involvement product buyers had the most positive user experience from the conversation style that included 'Ask for preference,' while high involvement product buyers had the most positive user experience from the conversation style that included both 'Ask for preference' and 'Question and Answer.' The main effect and interaction effect of the existence of screen was not significant. The results indicate that a positive user experience can be obtained when users are deeply involved in consumer decision-making, especially in purchasing high-involvement products.

The effects of rearing temperature on the sex determination of zebrafish were examined to address the questions, "Is it possible to control phenotypic sex artificially; and what genes may be involved in that process\ulcorner". At higher temperature(${32-34}^{\circ}C vs 28.5^{\circ}$C), a dramatic shift of the sex ratio(female 1 : male 9) was found. with DD-PCR cloning, several candidate genes were cloned and analyzed. Further analysis should help to understand sex-determining mechanisms involved in the artificial induction.induction.

There has been accumulating evidence for the association of inflammatory tissue damage with the process of cancer development. Cyclooxygenase (COX), an important enzyme involved in mediating the inflammation, catalyzes the formation of prostaglandins (PGs) from arachidonic acid. There are two isoforms of COX, designated as COX-l and COX-2. COX-l is a housekeeping enzyme which is constitutively expressed and is thought to be involved in maintaining physiological functions.(omitted)

In the knowledge development of online assessment in learning management systems (LMSs), many assessments are evaluated weekly in the summer training course for undergraduate students in the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology at King Abdul-Aziz University in Saudi Arabia. The number of performance assessments in the summer training course reaches 15 weeks. Many of them, however, are sent or done informally or through unreliable ways and cannot be verified by third parties. Therefore, applying the concept of digital transformation is essential. This research study reported herein used the action design research (ADR) method to build a new information technology system that could assist in the digital transformation. An electronic platform was designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated using the ADR method so that the main people involved in the summer training process (i.e., students, academic supervisors, and administrators) would have a high level of satisfaction with it. The study was conducted on 452 students, 105 academic supervisors, and 15 administrative staff and was conducted during the summer semester of 2020. All the training processes were digitally transformed and automated to control and raise the level and reliability of the training. All involved people were satisfied, thus, shifting the process to be in a digital form assist in achieving the high-level goal.

Objectives : The objectives of this study is to provide the theoretical basis to cure and prevent mental disease by translating and considering Benshen chapter in LingShu. Methods : First, I translate the contents of "Benshen" chapter in LingShu paragraph by paragraph. Second, I consider the contents of Benshen chapter in LingShu. Third, after considering each paragraph of Benshen chapter in LingShu, I think the relation of each paragraph and picture to myself Benshen chapter. Results and Conclusions : 1. Heart(心) appeared in Benshen chapter mediates the action of 'JeongSinHonBaek(精神魂魄)' and 'UiJiSaRyeoJi(意志思虑智)'. 2. 'UiJiSaRyeoJi(意志思虑智)' appeared in Benshen chapter means the process of the maturity of thought. 'Jeong(精)' which has a 'water(水), sink(沈), silent(靜)' image gets involved in the development from 'Ui(意)' to 'Ji(志)', because its process means the thought is deepening. 'Hon(魂)' which has a 'wind(風), cloud(雲), change(變)' image gets involved in the development from 'Ji(志)' to 'Sa(思)', because its process means the change of the thought. 'Sin(神)' which has a 'fire(火), bright(明), move(動)' image gets involved in the development from 'Sa(思)' to 'Ryeo(慮)', because its process means the expansion the horizon of the cognition. 'Baek(魄)' which has a 'metal(金), firm(剛), decide (決)' image gets involved in the development from 'Ryeo(慮)' to 'Ji(智)', because its process means the wise response to real world. 3. If one is immersed in one emotion and cannot escape from it, the functional change of Gi(氣) due to its emotion harms five spirits which move in the opposite direction and causes mental physical symptoms and has a possibility to die in the season which inhibit each five organs. 4. Five spirits(五神) acts based on 'HyeolMaekYeongGiJeong(血脈營氣精)' and in the symtoms caused by deficiency and excess of five organ Gi(五藏氣), symptoms of liver and heart appear in emotion and symptoms of spleen lung kidney appear in body. 5. Benshen chapter highlights the importance of checking 'Sin(神)' and 'Gi(氣)' treating a patient with acupuncture and mentioning the importance of observing deficiency and excess of five organ Gi(五藏氣) in the last paragraph means 'Sin(神)' and 'Gi(氣)' are inseparably related.

To increase the productivity and product quality of customized baseball jerseys, this study developed a multi-variable system for a production process that efficiently controls diverse production management factors. The working time was measured through the establishment of a standard process where skilled workers and Chinese factory workers manufactured 5 sets of the same basic design jerseys. Based on the measured working time (1,136 seconds/per unit), the multi-variable process control system was developed, where hourly production management is possible according to the involved workers and equipment types. Each process was assigned accoding to the production management factors for a total of 28 standard processes. The processes were developed based on consideration of work characteristics according to the order of needlework of open-type set baseball jerseys with sleeves(the basic design of baseball jerseys)to result in a customized production system structure that could be set up with multi-variables. As a result, a total 12 types of systems were developed in consideration of the personnel involved and the number of equipments. The optimal production management system (with the highest efficiency compared to the number of workers)was A-2, B-1, C-1. D-2, E-2, F-1, and G-1. This system had extremely high efficiency and showed 99% assignment efficiency for the 7-person team. Though not optimal, possible process assignment for each working personnel is proposed as a reserve process in case work modification is inevitable due to malfunctions and the absence of equipments.

The paper describes some principles how we design the mathematics curriculum through mathematical Modelling. since the motivation for modelling is that it give us a cheap and rapid method of answering illposed problem concerning the real world situations. The experiment was focussed on the possibility that they can involved in modelling problem sets and carry modelling process. The main principles could be described as follows. principle 1. we as a teacher should introduce the modelling problems which have many constraints at the begining situation, but later eliminate those constraints possibly. principle 2. we should avoid the modelling real situations which contain the huge data collection in the classroom, but those could be involved in the mathematics club and job oriented problem solving. principle 3. Analysis of modelling situations should be much emphasized in those process of mathematics curriculum principle 4. As a matter of decision, the teachers should have their own activities that do mathematics curriculum free. principle 5. New strategies appropriate in solving modelling problem could be developed, so that these could contain those of polya's heusistics

The control of a linear system with random coefficients is discussed here. The cost function is of a quadratic form and the random coefficients are assumed to be completely observable by the controller. Stochastic Process involved in the problem by the controller. Stochastic Process involved in the problem formulation is presented to be the unique strong solution to the corresponding stochastic differential equations. Condition for the optimal control is represented through the existence of solution to a Cauchy problem for the given nonlinear partial differential equation. The optimal control is shown to be a linear function of the states and a nonlinear function of random parameters.

Autophagy is a major catabolic process that maintains cell metabolism by degrading damaged organelles and other dysfunctional proteins via the lysosome. Abnormal regulation of this process has been known to be involved in the progression of pathophysiological diseases, such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Although the mechanisms for the regulation of autophagic pathways are relatively well known, the precise regulation of this pathway in the treatment of cancer remains largely unknown. It is still complicated whether the regulation of autophagy is beneficial in improving cancer. Many studies have demonstrated that autophagy plays a dual role in cancer by suppressing the growth of tumors or the progression of cancer development, which seems to be dependent on unknown characteristics of various cancer types. This review summarizes the key targets involved in autophagy and malignant transformation. In addition, the opposing tumor-suppressive and oncogenic roles of autophagy in cancer, as well as potential clinical therapeutics utilizing either regulators of autophagy or combinatorial therapeutics with anti-cancer drugs have been discussed.
