광산폐석지에 토양 중화를 이용한 식물도입 가능성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Possibility of Plant Introduction Using Soil Neutralization in the Abandoned Mine Waste Areas)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the soil on two waste areas that lack plants to find out the limiting factors of plant introduction, and to find out the possibility of plant introduction through plant growth experiments by mixing the two waste soil. In the case of tungsten waste soil, insufficient organic matter, water content, effective phosphoric acid, and nitrogen content were the limiting factors for plant introduction, and in the case of coal waste soil, low pH of the soil acted as the limiting factors for natural introduction. Growth experiments showed that the number of leaves of Ipomoea nil grown in soil mixed with both waste soil was 2.7 times greater than that of Ipomoea nil grown in tungsten waste soil, and 2.29 times greater than that of Ipomoea nil grown in coal waste soil. The fresh weight comparison showed that Ipomoea nil grown in soil mixed with the two waste soil had a fresh weight of 2.64 times higher than that of tungsten waste soil and 2.45 times higher than that of coal waste soil. There was no significant difference in the fresh weight of Ipomoea nil grown in soil mixed with the two waste soil and in general soil. Therefore, when the two waste soil are mixed, it can be judged that the components unfavorable to growth complement each other, improving the soil and being effective in plant growth.

  • 4차 산업혁명시대 정부의 꾸준한 법 규제 완화로 클라우드 도입 저해 요소들에 대한 해결 방안이 생기면서 교육환경에도 큰 변화를 가져 오고 있다. 대학에서도 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입에 대한 관심은 점점 커져가고 있지만 인식 확산 및 분위기 조성 단계에 머무르는 수준이다. 본 연구는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석을 통해 확장성, 민첩성, 호환성, 경제성, 보안성, 안정성, 제도적 지원 요인을 "K사이버대학교의 클라우드 기반 원격 교육 시스템 구축" 성공사례의 도입효과에 대한 실증 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 요인은 성공적인 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입을 위한 전략 및 방향성 제시의 실증적인 연구의 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입 이전의 다양한 요인 분석에 대한 모델을 구체화 및 확대하여 실증적 요인을 근간으로 하는 연구의 배경으로 활용 될 수 있을 것이다.

빅데이터 도입의도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구: 전략적 가치인식과 TOE(Technology Organizational Environment) Framework을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors for Big Data Intented Adoption: Focusing on the Strategic Value Recognition and TOE Framework)

  • To survive in the global competitive environment, enterprise should be able to solve various problems and find the optimal solution effectively. The big-data is being perceived as a tool for solving enterprise problems effectively and improve competitiveness with its' various problem solving and advanced predictive capabilities. Due to its remarkable performance, the implementation of big data systems has been increased through many enterprises around the world. Currently the big-data is called the 'crude oil' of the 21st century and is expected to provide competitive superiority. The reason why the big data is in the limelight is because while the conventional IT technology has been falling behind much in its possibility level, the big data has gone beyond the technological possibility and has the advantage of being utilized to create new values such as business optimization and new business creation through analysis of big data. Since the big data has been introduced too hastily without considering the strategic value deduction and achievement obtained through the big data, however, there are difficulties in the strategic value deduction and data utilization that can be gained through big data. According to the survey result of 1,800 IT professionals from 18 countries world wide, the percentage of the corporation where the big data is being utilized well was only 28%, and many of them responded that they are having difficulties in strategic value deduction and operation through big data. The strategic value should be deducted and environment phases like corporate internal and external related regulations and systems should be considered in order to introduce big data, but these factors were not well being reflected. The cause of the failure turned out to be that the big data was introduced by way of the IT trend and surrounding environment, but it was introduced hastily in the situation where the introduction condition was not well arranged. The strategic value which can be obtained through big data should be clearly comprehended and systematic environment analysis is very important about applicability in order to introduce successful big data, but since the corporations are considering only partial achievements and technological phases that can be obtained through big data, the successful introduction is not being made. Previous study shows that most of big data researches are focused on big data concept, cases, and practical suggestions without empirical study. The purpose of this study is provide the theoretically and practically useful implementation framework and strategies of big data systems with conducting comprehensive literature review, finding influencing factors for successful big data systems implementation, and analysing empirical models. To do this, the elements which can affect the introduction intention of big data were deducted by reviewing the information system's successful factors, strategic value perception factors, considering factors for the information system introduction environment and big data related literature in order to comprehend the effect factors when the corporations introduce big data and structured questionnaire was developed. After that, the questionnaire and the statistical analysis were performed with the people in charge of the big data inside the corporations as objects. According to the statistical analysis, it was shown that the strategic value perception factor and the inside-industry environmental factors affected positively the introduction intention of big data. The theoretical, practical and political implications deducted from the study result is as follows. The frist theoretical implication is that this study has proposed theoretically effect factors which affect the introduction intention of big data by reviewing the strategic value perception and environmental factors and big data related precedent studies and proposed the variables and measurement items which were analyzed empirically and verified. This study has meaning in that it has measured the influence of each variable on the introduction intention by verifying the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variables through structural equation model. Second, this study has defined the independent variable(strategic value perception, environment), dependent variable(introduction intention) and regulatory variable(type of business and corporate size) about big data introduction intention and has arranged theoretical base in studying big data related field empirically afterwards by developing measurement items which has obtained credibility and validity. Third, by verifying the strategic value perception factors and the significance about environmental factors proposed in the conventional precedent studies, this study will be able to give aid to the afterwards empirical study about effect factors on big data introduction. The operational implications are as follows. First, this study has arranged the empirical study base about big data field by investigating the cause and effect relationship about the influence of the strategic value perception factor and environmental factor on the introduction intention and proposing the measurement items which has obtained the justice, credibility and validity etc. Second, this study has proposed the study result that the strategic value perception factor affects positively the big data introduction intention and it has meaning in that the importance of the strategic value perception has been presented. Third, the study has proposed that the corporation which introduces big data should consider the big data introduction through precise analysis about industry's internal environment. Fourth, this study has proposed the point that the size and type of business of the corresponding corporation should be considered in introducing the big data by presenting the difference of the effect factors of big data introduction depending on the size and type of business of the corporation. The political implications are as follows. First, variety of utilization of big data is needed. The strategic value that big data has can be accessed in various ways in the product, service field, productivity field, decision making field etc and can be utilized in all the business fields based on that, but the parts that main domestic corporations are considering are limited to some parts of the products and service fields. Accordingly, in introducing big data, reviewing the phase about utilization in detail and design the big data system in a form which can maximize the utilization rate will be necessary. Second, the study is proposing the burden of the cost of the system introduction, difficulty in utilization in the system and lack of credibility in the supply corporations etc in the big data introduction phase by corporations. Since the world IT corporations are predominating the big data market, the big data introduction of domestic corporations can not but to be dependent on the foreign corporations. When considering that fact, that our country does not have global IT corporations even though it is world powerful IT country, the big data can be thought to be the chance to rear world level corporations. Accordingly, the government shall need to rear star corporations through active political support. Third, the corporations' internal and external professional manpower for the big data introduction and operation lacks. Big data is a system where how valuable data can be deducted utilizing data is more important than the system construction itself. For this, talent who are equipped with academic knowledge and experience in various fields like IT, statistics, strategy and management etc and manpower training should be implemented through systematic education for these talents. This study has arranged theoretical base for empirical studies about big data related fields by comprehending the main variables which affect the big data introduction intention and verifying them and is expected to be able to propose useful guidelines for the corporations and policy developers who are considering big data implementationby analyzing empirically that theoretical base.

새로운 유통으로의 모바일 패션 쇼핑몰 도입에 관한 연구 -브랜드 특성(복종, 가격, 타겟, 매출액)을 중심으로- (A Study on the Introduction of Mobile Fashion Shopping Mall -Focusing on the Characteristics of Brands-)

  • This study presented the characteristics of a mobile fashion shopping mall as perceived by those in charge of fashion brands, clarified the effect of the characteristics on the intention 'Of introduction, and indicated the differences in the intention of introduction according to the characteristics of brands. This study surveyed individuals in charge of fashion & clothing brands. It utilized SPSS 12.0 program for data analysis and performed frequency analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis, multi regression analysis, ANOVA, and hierarchical adjustment regression analysis. A summary of the results of this study are as follows: First, the results of the factor analysis are shown to clarify the characteristics of mobile fashion shopping mall; four factors such as facility/usefulness, instant accessibility, personalization, and playfulness were also represented. Second, it showed that facility/usefulness, instant accessibility and personalization generate a positive influence on the intention of introduction. Of the factors, facility/usefulness displayed the highest influence. Third, regarding the effect of the characteristics of a mobile fashion shopping mall on the intention of introduction according to the characteristics of brands (in the case of women's wear) the intention of introduction is strong as instant accessibility and facility/usefulness is highly recognized. Lastly, there is a difference in the intention of introduction according to the characteristics of brands. According to items, casual wear shows the highest intention of introduction as followed by women's wear and sportswear. According to age, brands targeting a 24-29 year old group show a higher intention. Companies with average sales of 50 billion won to 750 billion won (or more) for three years showed a high intention. In addition, the possibility of introduction as a new distribution line was investigated.

  • 본 연구는 지식관리시스템을 도입하여 운영 중인 기업체와 기관들을 대상으로 지식관리시스템의 도입요인이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 지식관리시스템의 도입요인들이 조직의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하여 조직에서 지식관리시스템도입과 운영에서 고려할 전략적 지침을 제시하고자 함이다. 연구결과, 관리요인의 하위변수인 학습의 조직화, 평가와 보상체계, 조직의 신뢰, 지식의 공유 활동은 조직성과에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었고, 정보기술특성의 하위변수 중 정보기술 기반구조도 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보여 조직성과에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 정보기술 성숙도와 시스템 구성의 우수성은 조직성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다.

공급사 적합성 요인이 ERP 도입요인과 내부성과 간에 미치는 조절적 역할 (Moderating role of the vendor suitability factor for ERP introduction factors and internal performance)

  • 본 연구는 국내의 중소업체를 대상으로 하여 ERP 도입요인과 도입성과 간에 공급사 적합성 요인이 미치는 영향에 대한 연구로, 대부분의 국내 기업에서 ERP 패키지를 도입할 경우 외부전문 업체에서 이미 개발한 패키지를 도입하는 경우가 많기 때문에 ERP 패키지의 공급사와의 적합성 요인이 ERP 도입 성과에 조절적인 역할을 하는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 공급사 적합성 요인은 ERP 도입 요인과 성과 간에 조절적 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 공급사 적합성 요인은 최고경영자 지원, 교육/훈련, 사용자 IT 역량, 업무 표준화/공식화 등으로 설정된 4개의 변수들과 내부성과 간에 조절적인 역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 정보기술 기반구조와 내부성과 간에는 조절적인 역할을 하지 않는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 본 연구는 국내의 중소 운수업체를 대상으로 하여 기업의 전략과 정보시스템 전략의 적합성 요인이 ERP 내부 성과에 조절적인 역할을 하는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 기업의 전략과 정보시스템 전략의 적합성 요인은 ERP 도입요인과 내부성과 간에 조절적 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 기업의 전략과 정보시스템 전략의 적합성 요인은 독립변수로 설정된 최고경영자의 지원, 교육/훈련, 사용자 IT 역량, 업무 표준화/공식화, 정보기술 기반구조와 내부성과 간에 조절적인 역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 위와 같은 분석결과에 따라 본 연구에서는 국내 중소 운수업체에서는 ERP 패키지를 도입할 경우, 기업 내부적으로 기업의 전략과 ERP 패키지 도입 전략이 적절하게 조화를 이룰 때 도입성과가 극대화 될 것이라는 연구결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

정보시스템 책임감리 도입의 성공모델에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on Success Model of the Introduction of Responsible Supervision of Information Systems)

  • With the obligation of information system supervision and an increase in supervision demands, the quality improvement in information system supervision has been of significance, and the supervision system has been enhanced in the way of preventing information systems from being poorly established. In the meantime, recently the supervision industry has received administrative punishment due to violation of supervision guidelines and false reports. As a result, the introduction of the responsible supervision of information systems to strengthen the rights and duties of supervisors and supervision corporations has been discussed by supervision corporations. Therefore, this work was intended to propose success factors to introduce responsible supervision in the information system supervision sector, and thereby contribute to the introduction of responsible supervision system that plays a successful role in preventing poor supervision and establishing information system business. The success factors of the responsible supervision of information systems, proposed in this work, were categorized into legal system, standardization of supervision work, those concerned with supervision. And, detailed success factors of each category were proposed, and on the basis of that, the success model to introduce responsible supervision successfully was proposed.

  • 본 연구는 기업 간 인터넷 전자상거래의 개념과 도입효과를 고찰하고, 기존의IT/IS 도입요인의 연구를 토대로 하여 기업 간 인터넷 전자상거래의 도입에 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 요인을 분석하여 전자상거래의 확산에 기여하고자 하였다. 이에 어떠한 요인들이 기업 간 전자상거래 도입에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였으며 도입요인으로서 환경 요인은 시장 불확실성요인과 산업 내 경쟁요인으로, 조직 요인은 조직규모, 의사결정의 집중도와 업무의 표준화 요인, 최고 경영층의 지원요인으로 세분되며, 정보시스템 요인은 IS/IT 기반구조 요인과 정보기술간 통합정도 요인으로 구분된다. 따라서 기업간 인터넷 전자상거래 도입을 기업정보시스템의 도입으로 간주하여, IT/IS 도입에 관한 이론적 근거를 토대로 인터넷을 사용한 기업 간 전자상거래에 도입요인에 대한 핵심적인 측정변수를 도출하고자 한다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 기업 간 인터넷 전자상거래를 도입하려는 기업에게 도입 여부 및 시기에 대한 의 사 결정의 지침을 제공하고 기업이 전자상거래를 성공적으로 도입하는데 도움을 주고, 나아가 전자상거래를 확대시키는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

종업원 기술수용태도와 기술 사용용이성이 스마트공장 기술 도입수준과 제조성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Both Employees' Attitude toward Technology Acceptance and Ease of Technology Use on Smart Factory Technology Introduction level and Manufacturing Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of each of the two technology acceptance factors(employees' attitude toward smart factory technology, and ease of smart factory technology use) on the introduction level of each of the three smart factory technologies (manufacturing big data technology, automation technology, and supply chain integration technology), and in turn, the effect of each of the three smart factory technologies on manufacturing performance. This study employed PLS statistics software package to empirically validate a structural equation model with survey data from 100 domestic small-and medium-sized manufacturing firms (SMMFs). The analysis results revealed the followings. First, it is founded that employees' attitude toward smart factory technology influenced all of the three smart factory technology introduction levels in a positive manner. In particular, SMMFs of which employees had more favorable attitude toward smart factory technology tended to increase introduction levels of both automation technology and supply chain integration technology more than in the case of manufacturing big data technology. Second, ease of smart factory technology use also had a positive impact on each of the three smart factory technology introduction levels, respectively. A noteworthy finding is this : SMMFs which perceived smart factory technology as easier to use would like to elevate the introduction level of manufacturing big data technology more than in the cases of either automation technology or supply chain integration technology. Third, smart factory technologies such as automation technology and supply chain integration technology had affirmative impacts on manufacturing performance of SMMFs. These results shed some valuable insights on the introduction of smart factory technology : The success of smart factory heavily depends on organization-and people-related factors such as employees' attitude toward smart factory technology and employees' perceived ease of smart factory technology use.
