데이터마이닝과 사례기반추론 기법에 기반한 인터넷 구매지원 시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Internet Purchase Support Systems Based on Data Mining and Case-Based Reasoning)

  • In this paper we introduce the Internet-based purchase support systems using data mining and case-based reasoning (CBR). Internet Business activity that involves the end user is undergoing a significant revolution. The ability to track users browsing behavior has brought the vendor and end customer's closer than ever before. It is now possible for a vendor to personalize his product message for individual customers at massive scale. Most of former researchers, in this research arena, used data mining techniques to pursue the customer's future behavior and to improve the frequency of repurchase. The area of data mining can be defined as efficiently discovering association rules from large collections of data. However, the basic association rule-based data mining technique was not flexible. If there were no inference rules to track the customer's future behavior, association rule-based data mining systems may not present more information. To resolve this problem, we combined association rule-based data mining with CBR mechanism. CBR is used in reasoning for customer's preference searching and training through the cases. Data mining and CBR-based hybrid purchase support mechanism can reflect both association rule-based logical inference and case-based information reuse. A Web-log data gathered in the real-world Internet shopping mall is given to illustrate the quality of the proposed systems.

  • Peer-to-peer systems (P2P) are rapidly growing in importance on the Internet environment, quickly extending the range of their usage. However, peer-to-peer systems have not been widely applied in electronic commerce because they have not been established as an appropriate business model. Therefore, we firstly review the previous research relevant to peer-to-peer systems, and then analyze the business models for P2P systems presented by previous researchers. Furthermore, this study categorizes major issues in terms of the technical and business model aspects. On the basis of these reviews, we develop P2P electronic commerce systems based on the file sharing method between users, focusing on user interface friendliness. A developed P2P electronic commerce systems are programmed by using the C# based on the Microsoft.net solution. A database is implemented using the MSSQL2000. A main application technology is designed that P2P electronic commerce systems make it possible. for user to extend into BtoB Solution by using WSDL (Web Services Description Language), UDDI (Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration) and the XML that is a document for users. User interface is made as form of Internet messenger for a user's convenience and is possible to develop into a commodity transaction system based on XML. In this study, it is possible for the P2P electronic commerce system to have extended application to fields such as Internet shopping mall and property transaction in a nonprofit organization, a public institution and a large scale nonprofit institution that have a similar structure as compared with a structure of a nonprofit educational institution.

The Effect of Xiaohongshu Service Quality on the Stickiness Through the Emotional Responses of Users

  • Xiaohongshu is called China's Instagram and is leading overseas product purchases and culture sharing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between Xiaohongshu service quality, emotional response perceived by users, and adhesion to confirm the impact on Xiaohongshu's adhesion at a time when non-face-to-face activities due to COVID-19 have increased. This study distributed and collected questionnaires from October 1st to October 7th, 2021, targeting 210 online shopping mall users. The research results were derived from a total of 206 questionnaires, excluding 4 questionnaires such as omission of record contents, and the causal relationship of the existing PAD model was attempted to be reported by revising and supplementing the existing PAD model. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that design among service quality had a positive effect only on ventilation during the user's emotional response. Second, it was confirmed that information among service quality had a positive effect on pleasure and ventilation among users' emotional responses. Third, it was found that security among service quality had a positive effect on pleasure among users' emotional responses. Finally, it was found that pleasure and ventilation had a positive effect on adhesion in the user's emotional response. Based on this result, it is expected that it will be used for operation on other online platforms than the plan for the development of Xiaohongshu.

  • Real time accessiblity and agility in Ubiquitous-commerce is required under ubiquitous computing environment. The Research has been actively processed in e-commerce so as to improve the accuracy of recommendation. Existing Collaborative filtering (CF) can not reflect contents of the items and has the problem of the process of selection in the neighborhood user group and the problems of sparsity and scalability as well. Although a system has been practically used to improve these defects, it still does not reflect attributes of the item. In this paper, to solve this problem, We can use a implicit method which is used by customer's data and purchase history data. We propose a new clustering method of weighted preference for customer using k-means clustering and Bayesian network in order to improve the accuracy of recommendation. To verify improved performance of the proposed system, we make experiments with dataset collected in a cosmetic internet shopping mall.

  • 오픈 데이터는 많은 경제적 가치를 지닌다. 우리나라 뿐만 아니라 여러 나라에서도 오픈 데이터를 확장하고 활용하기 위하여 갖은 정책과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 우리나라는 많은 데이터를 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 이를 잘 활용하지 못하여 효과를 보지 못하고 있어 여러 산업에서 다양한 시도가 필요하다. 그중에 패션 산업에서는 소비자의 단순 변심에 의해 교환, 환불 문제가 가장 많다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 서비스 제공자에게 더 나은 피드백이 필요하며 소비자의 요구사항이 반영된 사용자 리뷰와 함께 불만 사항이 개선된 이미지를 보여줌으로써 해결하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 소비자의 요구사항을 파악하기 위해 온라인 쇼핑몰 사이트에서 사용자 리뷰 분석을 진행하고 K-fashion 데이터의 속성을 활용하여 제품에 대한 속성을 정의한다. 제품에 대한 사용자의 요구를 불만 속성으로 정의하고, 이에 해당하는 속성을 가진 라벨링 데이터를 검색하여 서비스 제공자에게 사용자의 요구사항을 텍스트 데이터나 속성 뿐만 아니라 이미지 또한 제공하여 제품 개선에 도움을 주고자 한다.

  • 모바일 환경하에의 RFM 기법을 이용한 개인화 된 추천 시스템을 제안한다. 사용자의 평가 자료에 의존하지 않고 사용자에게 번거로운 질의 응답 과정이 없이 묵시적인(Implicity) 방법을 이용하여 고객정보와 구매이력정보를 기반으로 RFM 기법을 이용하여 고객 세분화와 아이템 세분화 통해서 대상 사용자에게 구매 가능성이 높은 아이템을 추천한다. 또한 기존의 추천시스템의 문제점의 해결 방안으로 신규 고객이나 신규 아이템 추천을 고려하여 적용한다. 추천 아이템과 사용자가 구매한 아이템 이력 데이터를 비교하여 추천된 아이템이 중복 추천을 제거하였고 현업에서 사용하는 데이터 셋을 구성하여 실험을 통해서 효용성과 타당성을 입증 및 평가하여 개인화된 일대일 웹 마케팅을 실현하였다.

연관규칙과 가중 선호도를 이용한 추천시스템 연구 (A Study of Recommendation System Using Association Rule and Weighted Preference)

  • Recently, due to the advent of ubiquitous computing and the spread of intelligent portable device such as smart phone, iPad and PDA has been amplified, a variety of services and the amount of information has also increased fastly. It is becoming a part of our common life style that the demands for enjoying the wireless internet are increasing anytime or anyplace without any restriction of time and place. And also, the demands for e-commerce and many different items on e-commerce and interesting of associated items are increasing. Existing collaborative filtering (CF), explicit method, can not only reflect exact attributes of item, but also still has the problem of sparsity and scalability, though it has been practically used to improve these defects. In this paper, using a implicit method without onerous question and answer to the users, not used user's profile for rating to reduce customers' searching effort to find out the items with high purchasability, it is necessary for us to analyse the segmentation of customer and item based on customer data and purchase history data, which is able to reflect the attributes of the item in order to improve the accuracy of recommendation. We propose the method of recommendation system using association rule and weighted preference so as to consider many different items on e-commerce and to refect the profit/weight/importance of attributed of a item. To verify improved performance of proposing system, we make experiments with dataset collected in a cosmetic internet shopping mall.

u-health 시스템을 이용한 사용자 인증 프레임워크 설계 (Design The User Authentication Framework Using u-health System)

  • OTP(One Time Password)는 인터넷 뱅킹 등에서 사용자의 인증을 위해서 많이 사용되는데 이를 위해 사용자는 OTP 발생기 또는 보안 카드 등을 소지하여야 한다. 또한 OTP 발생기 또는 보안 카드를 분실하였을 경우 OTP가 노출될 수 있는 가능성이 있다. 본 논문은 사용자 인증을 위해 사용되는 OTP 분실 및 복제에 대한 단점을 대체하기 위해서 USN의 한 분야인 u-Health의 다양한 기술을 이용하여 수집된 개인의 건강 정보를 활용한 사용자 인증 프레임워크를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 사용자 인증 프레임워크는 분실 위험이 없으며, 개인의 건강 상태가 매일 달라지기 때문에 여러 가지 항목들을 조합한다면 충분히 OTP로서의 활용 가치가 있다. 또한 제안하는 프로토콜은 신뢰하는 기관들의 인증서로 암호화되어 서비스 제공자에게 전달되기 때문에 노출에 안전하며 OTP 생성을 위한 기기 및 카드를 소지할 필요가 없기 때문에 기존 OTP를 사용하는 은행, 쇼핑몰, 게임 사이트 등에서 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
