In this paper, we survey recent trends of International Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) organizations such as the International Committee on GNSS (ICG), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Maritime Organization (IMO), and International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and investigate their impact on the maritime and aviation sectors. Each international organization promotes international cooperation, improvement of service quality, assurance of security, compliance with international regulations, and technological innovation and development. ICG develops a variety of satellite navigation enhancement systems. ICAO establishes international aviation regulations and standards to enhance aviation safety and security. IMO establishes international shipping conventions and rules to protect and regulate the shipping environment. Lastly, ITU establishes international communication regulations and standards. Investigation of such international organizations plays an important role in increasing the efficiency and reliability of GNSS systems. Each international organization promotes international cooperation, improvement of service quality, assurance of security, compliance with international regulations, and technological innovation and development. In the future, interoperability and compatibility with new satellite navigation systems and other GNSS and satellite navigation enhancement systems must be secured, so and thus investigation of international organizations must be conducted first.

This study aims to demonstrate the impact of BPR in reducing cost in international business organizations by analyzing the impact of decentralization, re-engineering organizational structures, re-engineering human resources, industrial process technology, improving total quality standards, and value engineering. The study population includes all the international business organizations operating in the Middle East, with the condition that they operate in at least four countries. The results showed that there is a significant effect of all dimensions of BPR in reducing costs in international business organizations operating in the Middle East. When studying the impact of the dimensions combined, the moral effect appeared at each processes (decentralization, re-engineering of human resources and industrial process technology), while the moral effect did not appear in (rebuilding organizational structures, improving total quality standards, and value engineering). This does not negate the importance of the impact of these dimensions, but rather shows a disparity between dimensions in reducing cost, when studying its combined effect. The study recommends that organizations should adopt modern management accounting methods, including value engineering, in order to identify and enhance activities that add value to the organization's operations, as well as identify and eliminate non-value adding activities, in order to reduce costs.
In the fisheries industry, the cost of oil Is the greatest factor, contributing 25% 40% of the cost of production. In order to support fisheries, the government has supplied large amounts of money for oil to the fisheries industry. However, the elimination and restriction against the subsidy of fisheries has been actively discussed throughout international organizations Including the WTO. The purpose of this thesis is to study the existing issue of subsidies on the fisheries Industry, which is currently disputed in international organizations, and predict a future policy about the oil supply that considers the most important factors on fisheries. In chapter 2, the paper begins by outlining the tendencies of discussion in relation to the subsidy on fisheries among international organizations, and categorizes them on the basis of their types. Chapter 3 defines the current conditions and characteristics of the Korean subsidy on fisheries and analyzes which portions of the subsidy on fisheries should be eliminated first when it is prohibited. In chapter 4, procedures and problems for producing tax-free oil are discussed, because tax-free oil has a higher possibility of being ruled out. Chapter 5 proposes a reasonable plan concerning oil supply policies for maintenance or enrichment of the fishing industries, post the elimination of subsidies. Conclusions were drawn in eight areas as a result of this study: 1) securing the large storage of oil, 2) extending customers of oil to include non-fishermen, 3) coordinating the segmentation of marketing area, 4) diversification of the sales goods, 5) producing oil sales experts, 6) developing original brands, 7) expanding the purchasing area to buy oil in the international market, and 8) operating funds to stabilize oil price. It would not be appropriate to wait until international organizations decide to ban the subsidy of fisheries. Corresponding plans ( such as securing the large storage of oil) tend to be large scale and long-term projects because they take a number of years, from designing the oil storage tank to selecting the proper region and initiating the construction. Therefore, it is strongly suggested that any extensive and time consuming projects including preparation for the tax-free oil should be completed in new actions before the ban by the international organizations.

The aim of this study is to develop a Named Entity Recognition (NER) model to automatically identify construction-related organizations from news articles. This study collected news articles using web crawling technique and construction-related organizations were labeled within a total of 1,000 news articles. The Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) model was used to recognize clients, constructors, consultants, engineers, and others. As a pilot experiment of this study, the best average F1 score of NER was 0.692. The result of this study is expected to contribute to the establishment of international business strategies by collecting timely information and analyzing it automatically.
CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) is the subject which has been discussed for a long time, but real preparations of the corporations begin recently. We investigated the major trends in health aid financing in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) by identifying the primary donor organizations and examining several data sources to track overall health aid trends. We collected gross disbursements from bilateral donor countries and international organizations toward the DPRK according to specific health sectors by using the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development creditor reporting system database and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs financial tracking service database. We analyzed sources of health aid to the DPRK from the Republic of Korea (ROK) using the official records from the ROK's Ministry of Unification. We identified the ROK, United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), and The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) as the major donor entities not only according to their level of health aid expenditures but also their growing roles within the health sector of the DPRK. We found that health aid from the ROK is comprised of funding from the Inter-Korean Cooperation Fund, private organizations, local governments, and South Korean branches of international organizations such as WHO and UNICEF. We also distinguished medical equipment aid from developmental aid to show that the majority of health aid from the ROK was developmental aid. This study highlights the valuable role of the ROK in the flow of health aid to the DPRK, especially in light of the DPRK's precarious international status. Although global health aid from many international organizations has decreased, organizations such as GFATM and UNFPA continue to maintain their focus on reproductive health and infectious diseases.
In the past, IUTOX engaged in dialogue with various international toxicology organizations to address this important issue. IUTOX Executive Committee engaged in activities that support accreditation and/or registration of toxicologists around the world. As a result of discussions held during the IUTOX-sponsored workshop at the 2000 Annual Meeting of the SOT in Philadelphia, it was decided to create an international forum, the "International Assembly for the Recognition of Toxicologists"(IART). The mission of IART was defined as threefold: 1) to establish a forum for development of criteria for recognizing qualified experts in toxicology; 2) to assist "recognizing organizations" in establishing these criteria; and 3) to promote identification and training needs to enhance expertise in toxicology. The membership of IART is open to all organizations (e.g., registries, boards, academies, etc.) whose purpose is the recognition of expertise in toxicology.rtise in toxicology.

Being in a knowledge-based industry, many construction organizations are seeking to manage their own knowledge in an effective way. To manage knowledge, the organizations must motivate in-house people to share their knowledge. However, some barriers to knowledge sharing do exist and researches on these barriers considering construction organizations' characteristics seem rare. This study aims to identify key barriers to knowledge sharing considering the characteristics of construction organizations. Based on the identification, strategic responses to each key barrier are presented in two perspectives of technical and behavioral approach to activate knowledge sharing.
