This network system for home care realized communication by the bio-physical signal, to convey physical rhythm. Four function of displacement had point of a Vision, Somatosensory, Vestibular and CNS. Bio-physical signal was decided to design a maximum points and minimum points with 0.01unit in reference level. Bio-physical signal was checked to compound physical condition of body posture for sensory organ. There detected a measurement of Vision, Somatosensory, Vestibular, CNS and BMI. The service of network system of home can be used to support a health care system for health assistant in health care center. It will expect to manage a physical parameter for network communication.

Science and technology is the power of impelling the economic and social development. Promoting the international sci-tech communication and cooperation is one of the important ways of pulling the economic development of Northeast Asia area. Sci-tech communication and cooperation between the government and the folk are two wings of international sci-tech communication and cooperation. Both are supplemented mutually and indispensable. In order to promote the economic and social development of Northeast Asia area and further strength, some suggestions are put forward, i.e. fully exerting university the main roles in the sci-tech communication and cooperation of Northeast Asia area and fully exerting Liaoning province the important roles in the sci-tech communication and cooperation of Northeast Asia area.

The article is devoted to the study of the prerequisites and stages of the formation of information and communication competence, its place in the system of professional competence of a teacher, and the way its development occurs. Information and communication competence is presented in the paper as a systemic property of the subject's personality, and the components of this system, namely the activity, communication, reflexive, and cognitive components, are disclosed.

Nowadays we does not hesitate to definite answer that the arbitration is the most developed dispute settlement out of court in the international commercial transaction. Online arbitration is desirable for the reasons of speed and cost effectiveness to settle the dispute about the international commercial transaction. Online arbitration is fast because it uses the communication technologies that allow information to be sent fast and efficiently. But in online arbitration too much speed and efficiency may lead to a violation of due process rights and consequently the online arbitration awards run a risk to be set aside or refused its enforcement under the international commercial arbitration mechanism. Speed and efficiency may conflict with the procedural guarantee characterizing each adversary dispute resolution process. As arbitration is exclusive of recourse to courts, a state must guarantee that arbitral proceeding should be satisfied with the claim rights requirement. The main question regarding the sources of regulation is particularly for the due process whether or not this is provided by the availability of grounds to set arbitral award aside. In other words, does it respect due process in the arbitration proceeding including information communication and technology under the online arbitration. In this paper it is discussed about how the main issue in arbitration should be implemented in online arbitration proceedings to cope with the due process requirements in national and international.

이 연구는 북한의 저널리즘 이론이 강조하는 국제정세선전과 당 대외정책간의 관계를 중심으로 북한신문의 국제뉴스가 지닌 보도형식과 내용, 그리고 정세선전의 특성을 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 북한의 대표적 일간지 ${\ulcorner}$로동신문${\lrcorner}$과 ${\ulcorner}$민주조선${\lrcorner}$의 국제정세선전 기사를 내용분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 북한신문의 국제뉴스는 김정일 체제가 지향하는 최근의 대외정책 변화를 충실하게 반영하여 당 중앙이 의도하는 대로 국제관계를 분석하고 정세추이를 선전 선동함으로써 주민을 통제하고 동원하는 이데올로기 도구로 활용되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 보도의 형식과 내용면에서 두 신문 간의 의미 있는 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 북한의 정치권력과 언론보도의 조응관계를 국제 커뮤니케이션의 관점에서 논의하였다.

본 연구는 국제뉴스에 대한 포괄적 관점을 바탕으로 한 기존의 논의들을 지양하고 보다 구체적이고 분석적인 시각에서 국제뉴스의 흐름을 살펴보고자 하였다. 국가 내 국제뉴스의 재분배 메커니즘을 살펴보기 위한 틀로서 본 연구는 정보 상품으로서 뉴스를 이해하고 분석하는 미디어 경제학적 논의를 근거로, 신문 시장 규모에 의한 국제뉴스 보도의 유의미한 차별화를 개념화하였다. 또한 기존의 제1세계와 제3세계 간 정보 불평등 논의가 시장 규모별로 어떻게 특성화되고 있는지를 밝혀보고자 하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 선정적 뉴스에 대해 신문사 유형(지역지, 전국지)은 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 공공적 뉴스보다 선정적인 뉴스가 제3세계 국가들에 대하여 더 많이 보도됨으로써, 국가간 정보 불평등 현상이 여전히 미해결 과제임을 본 연구는 지적하고 있다. 그리고 시장규모에 의한 신문사 유형이 제3세계 국가에 대한 보도량에 미치는 영향을 밝히고 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 방법론적 측면에서 시장규모에 의한 뉴스결정과 국제 정보질서 운동에 대한 논의는 기사의 수와 보도량 측면에서 차별화되어 논의되어야 함을 지적하고 있다.

Success of communication at sea is directly linked with clear and complete delivery and receipt of the target message between interlocutors. It can be said that speakers' effective delivery of their intended message and listeners' precise decoding and accurate understanding are the keys to successful maritime communication. From this perspective, the scope of maritime English education and training needs to be reconceptualized and expanded into the area of communication itself, beyond the simple acquisition of, and familiarization with, IMO Standard Maritime Communication Phrases (SMCP). Therefore, in order to make learners' acquisition of marine communication knowledge more feasible, and the knowledge learned more practically applicable, training on effective and clear oral delivery should be also considered within the frame of maritime English education. Thus, critical training elements to realize this goal need to be suggested as guidelines. In this presentation, the theoretical background on this will be introduced in terms of English as a Lingua Franca (ELF) and Lingua Franca Core (LFC), which are the current mainstream forms of English communication in the international business context. Based on this, six key training elements will be discussed; that is, speech rate, word groups, pauses, nuclear stresses, consonants (including consonant clusters), and vowels (specifically long and short vowels). Finally, the practical pedagogical methods of each element, and its actual application into a real ESP classroom, will be suggested.

The purpose of this study is to improve the empathy, communication efficacy, and communication skills of nursing students through a psychiatric nursing practice program using storytelling by allowing the students to immerse in the narratives and identify themselves with the main characters with mental illness. This study is a single group pretest-posttest design that applied psychological nursing practice using storytelling to 46 nursing students from a local university in Korea and evaluated its effectiveness. Data analysis was performed by a paired t-test to compare the effects of the participants' empathy, communication self-efficacy, and therapeutic communication ability using SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that psychiatric nursing practice using storytelling had an effect on the empathy (t=3.565, p=.001) and communication self-efficacy (t=2.320, p=.025) of nursing students. Based on these results, psychiatric and mental health clinical practice curriculums should be developed to improve nursing students' understanding of mental disorders and develop their communication ability with patients.

Nowadaty, To keep pace with the mass transportation carried out by vessels in the international trade, the Korean government is trying to make a rapid progress to be a higher ranked shipping country to the world through the shipping increase. For the effective management of international trade by vessels and the safe operation of vessels, it is indispensable for ships radio communication to be effective and smooth. Therefore, to enhance the efficiency of ships radio communication is one of the primary factors to be solved for the econimics of shipping management. The reserch area is not only limited to the ships radio communication on the North Pacific Ocean but limited to the ships radio communication which is one of the chiefest methods of communications. From the research for the efficient methods of ships radio communication, the following results are obtained. (1) The operator on ships radio communication should have the knowledge of specific know-how and wide experience in the operation of ships radio communications. (2) The operator should abopt the radio propagation prediction made by the Ministry of Communications to use the best ionosphere reflection in the short wave communications. (3) The increase the radio officer of 1 to 2 in order to contrive the safety at sea and to keep the ships radio communication fare low. (4) The owner should pay their attentions to the education and employment of radio officer. (5) The authorities concerned on the ships radio communication should estabilish the effective and consistent policy for the ships radio officers.

The Internet of things (IoT) is the main advancement in data processing and communication technologies. In IoT, intelligent devices play an exciting role in wireless communication. Although, sensor nodes are low-cost devices for communication and data gathering. However, sensor nodes are more vulnerable to different security threats because these nodes have continuous access to the internet. Therefore, the multiparty security credential-based key generation mechanism provides effective security against several attacks. The key generation-based methods are implemented at sensor nodes, edge nodes, and also at server nodes for secure communication. The main challenging issue in a collaborative key generation scheme is the extensive multiplication. When the number of parties increased the multiplications are more complex. Thus, the computational cost of batch key and multiparty key-based schemes is high. This paper presents a Secure Multipart Key Distribution scheme (SMKD) that provides secure communication among the nodes by generating a multiparty secure key for communication. In this paper, we provide node authentication and session key generation mechanism among mobile nodes, head nodes, and trusted servers. We analyzed the achievements of the SMKD scheme against SPPDA, PPDAS, and PFDA schemes. Thus, the simulation environment is established by employing an NS 2. Simulation results prove that the performance of SMKD is better in terms of communication cost, computational cost, and energy consumption.
