The existing Europe Standard, EN 50159 with respect of safety of railway signalling communication protocol has been changed into International Standard, IEC 62280. This Standard presents the requirement for safe communication between safety-related devices which connects with transmission system, there are both closed and open transmission system. Regardless of this international Standards, the communication protocol for interface between CTC communication server and external facilities has been standardized several years ago in our country, so this is applied to integrated CTC system in KORAIL. Two Standards are currently standardized as a protocol between CTC and external facilities, these standard protocols are also required high level safety as a communication link which is transmitted vital control information in common with the train control system. For that reason, we have made analysis of requirement for the safe transmission required by international standard. Under this analysis, we have studied safety features of communication protocol applying to our standard. In other words, we have researched that how many the requirement from international standard for safe transmission is reflected in domestic standard protocol, and also whether our standard makes sure of safety enough or not.

Nowadays , The function of telecommunication contributes to maintaining the peace of the world, and the internetional cooperation in the communication field can not be emphasized too much. The pioneers in telecommunication field devoted their lives to the Infinite love for humanity. However, the modern communication system in our country was initiated, in the later part of the Lee-Dynasty, not for the international cooperation but for the invasive avarices of the neighbouring nations such as Japan and China. The true internationaL cooprration should be based on the love of humanity and the peace of the world such as the pionreers. This paper proposes to resoarch the historic process of initiation and development of the international organs relating to telecommunication as well as the intenational elecomunication network. Korean movies and TV shows have been widely distributed in the international market and have played an important role in shaping the national image of Korea. In this paper, we found that the factors of "actor's image" and "background music and images" among the popular factors of Korean dramas have a positive influence on shaping the national image of Korea through questionnaires and spss tools. At the same time, the study also hopes to analyze the reasons for the success of Korean film and television productions to explore their useful value for the international communication of Chinese film and television productions.

Submarine cable is the leading means of international communication across oceans. However, when such important submarine cable is damaged, that causes not only huge amount for the repair but also losing the nation's reliability internationally, and has brought about much difficulty and loss due to the interruption of communication. So, in order to deduce methods for the stability of submarine cables, this paper is studying the present status of submarine cables and the causes of cable faults, and suggesting techniques and regulations to protect from the trouble of submarine cables.

Science and technology is the power of impelling the economic and social development. Promoting the international sci-tech communication and cooperation is one of the important ways of pulling the economic development of Northeast Asia area. Sci-tech communication and cooperation between the government and the folk are two wings of international sci-tech communication and cooperation. Both are supplemented mutually and indispensable. In order to promote the economic and social development of Northeast Asia area and further strength, some suggestions are put forward, i.e.fully exerting university the main roles in the sci-tech communication and cooperation of Northeast Asia area and fully exerting Liaoning province the important roles in the sci-tech communication and cooperation of Northeast Asia area.

The targets of cyber-attacks are not limited to the websites and internal IT systems of shipping agencies. Ships and ports have become important targets for cyber attackers. This paper examines the current state of ship network security, introduces the International Maritime Organization's resolution on ship network security management, and summarizing the cyber-attacks in maritime so the readers can have a general understanding of maritime environment.

Background: Communication is important for the elderly to maintain existing social relationships while creating new relationships based on good communication skills to lessen psychological and emotional distress and lead a healthy life in advanced age. Aims: This study identifies the difference between the social network-based quality of communication life and the overall quality of life in the elderly and how much the quality of communication life affects the overall quality of life. Methods: This research includes a survey of the elderly aged 65 and over living in small cities of South Korea. Data sets of 201 elderly were analyzed. Results: This study found a significant correlation between the quality of communication life and the overall quality of life. Religion also influences the elderly's quality of communication life. The elderly's quality of communication life has 40% explanatory power of the overall quality of life. Conclusion: Consequently, senior citizens' quality of life will be improved through the enhanced quality of communication in addition to financial and health conditions by participating in various community activities similar to those provided by religion to increase opportunities for communication.

Koreans' interest in and concern with learning English are at the peak as more actions and transactions in our daily life are carried out in English. Even though we are experiencing a big transition from a conventional grammar-translation method to communicative language teaching, little efforts have been made to set the new goals and objectives, norms and standards, and to develop new instructional methods for teaching pronunciation for international communication.
